I adore dashingfrost

I just love the concept of Fandral being in love with loki, unable to say anything because loki is his Prince and thors little brother, except loki is fond of him as well. And even though fandral knows he really couldn't be with loki because of the all father and thor and the crowns reputation, when loki looks up at him he really really wants to kiss him.

Loki's bright and innocent eyes peering the couple of inches up at him through his dark lashes, yet to reach the growth spurt he needs to only be a little shorter (because I love taller fandral). A small but *knowing* and *adoring* smile tugging at his lips, and the balm he wears to care for his lips as well as he cares for his skin makes them shiny. Fandral wants to know if they'd be soft against his own.

Equally, Loki loves how kind fandral is, even loves that he refuses to kiss him even though they both know he wants to. It's sweet, that fandral cares so much for his reputation that he refuses to do what he wants. But honestly, if the charming fool doesn't so something soon loki will just pull him into some unused hall and lean up to kiss him himself.

That's almost what happens- though it's fandral that pulls loki aside. He invites him on a walk through a quiet and disrepaired part of the gardens, summons flowers with the small spark of seidr that he has and, when loki accepts them with a shy look and a flush on his cheeks, he leans down to gently press a kiss to his lips. Loki kisses back, of course, because *finally* he is getting what *he* wants for a change and not what his father wants or "what's best for him".

There's a lot of sneaking around but they don't mind. Loki loves to be mischievous, and fandral is good at blending in in plain sight.

People Loki canonically had A Thing™️ with (according to me):

-Sif (the series composer lowkey confirmed they had a night together before the hair cutting incident)

-Fandral (we all saw what we saw in T1)

-Theo Bell (I consider LWML to be partially canon & Loki having a thing with a human guy who he left on earth & was probably dead by the time he came back… definitely vibes w Loki’s attitude toward mortal lifespans in the movies.)

-The Grandmaster (no way he got out of gladiatorial slave duty just by telling jokes, plus the winky scene like come on now)

-the flight attendant from 1x1 (they were feeling each other so hard. & he told her he’d see her again)

-Lorelei (best one on the list tbh. She escaped using his secret pathways. She’s an enchantress that’s not his multiversal twin & is actually rly interesting. It’s all there.)

-Amora (also from LWML. Yes she’s probably Lorelei’s sister. No idgaf. Sleeping with an ex situationship’s sister isn’t exactly smth I’d put past him)

-Sigurd (he doesn’t exist in the mcu but the chemistry in AoA was so strong it’s transcended mediums. He’s Loki’s ex in the mcu, they just haven’t mentioned him yet shhhh)

no thoughts only Fandral incessantly bugging Loki while he’s trying to study his spells. Loki cares little for his advances and goes right back to his scrolls, so Fandral tries to connect with him some other way.

One day, he taps on Loki’s shoulder and with a flourish of his hand, he summons a bouquet of roses then and there, easily surprising the young prince.

Seven Sentence Sunday

I spent this week writing my two big bangs, so here's something I wrote recently as part of me trying to work out an outline for a Loki choking kink and trauma fic.

This excerpt is a look at Loki's first experiences with Fandral, but the fic will be Loki x Mobius.

Loki didn’t know what made him do it when he reached up and brought one of Fandral’s hands down to his neck. The warrior stilled, bracing himself up with his other arm to look down at him.

Wordlessly, Loki nodded, spreading Fandral’s fingers and thumb apart, urging him to squeeze. The candlelight flickered, making it hard to read the warrior's expression. He stared up blinking, sure that he'd fucked up, until he felt Fandral press his hand tight around him.

Loki gasped almost in surprise, closing his eyes. His body went slack, euphoric that he had what he wanted at long last.
