it has been 11hrs and I'm still mad about "hey i literally didn't read a word of your post (that was partially race) before rbing it (to a blog for a completely different race) but it's unfair for you to make a personal and unreblogable post about how it bothers you on your personal blog with less than 80 followers where you don't even mention my url without first asking me to remove the rb nice and politely"

like. I am singlehandedly much more pissed off about the ask this morning than I was about the incident happening. The post staying on their blog was w/e bc it did say in the post what his race was so I didn't care. the thing that bothered me was that it happened at all bc that's proof they didn't care enough to properly look at my character the way I designed him in ways I did specifically for myself that are part of why I relate to him. Would you be telling me to chill out if I was upset that you misgendered a trans character? if it s about skin tone as opposed to actual fucking race? if so you need to get your head out of your ass and if not you need to think about why the fuck this one is okay.

I'm a whole ass person of color. I make whole ass OCs that very frequently represent my experiences about that. and to be told I'm overreacting to make One Post about how it makes me feel gross is racist at best, esp given that this was explicitly about race. Like. the point of games with CCs is so that players invest themselves into the characters. There is a little bit of me in all of my developed characters.

And then you tell me I'm not allowed to be upset until I've played the good black person and put on my nicest face and send you an ask requesting you undo something you shouldn't have done in the first place

Edit: that's not to mention that their excuse for not reading the post is CFS which i also have. Why do I and my lack of energy not matter when I have to pen up a letter to you to remove a post but yours does when you have to read it? like damn man.

a/n: the fact that i posted this exact prompt on my deleted blog but i don't remember it anymore—

jjk version

it was no secret that BOKUTO sometimes had problems controlling his emotions. he wasn't necessarily as affected by them as he was in high school, but there were enough moments that made him feel ashamed when he thought about them; just like he did right now. he was sobbing violently, his arms pressing you as close to you as ohysically possible. he wailed apologies, only stopping to take a breath every once in a while. he snapped out of his anger the moment the ring left his hand, but he was afraid that the damage couldn't be undone. he could only beg, proclaiming his love for you over and over, even if he knew that his behaviour just disproved his claims.

arguing with SUNA was tiresome. it was like he never even cared, not being attentive and only brushing you off. he never thought about the impact of his words once he did answer you, trying to get you off his back as soon as possible and with any means necessary. but even he understood when he went too far. he realized it when you took a deep breath, muttering something that he could not understand and turned around, disappearing into the bedroom only to come out a few minutes later with a bag over your shoulder, not even sparing him a glance as you rushed out the door. he clenched his jaw, picking the ring up and clenching his fist, staring out the window with a heavy chest.

ATSUMU was a prideful and confident person, he hated being confronted with his faults. he never really reacted well afterwards, either snickering a comment back or just waving the criticism off. no one was safe from this side of him, not even you. but he wasn't an idiot either. he saw the way your face fell when his ring landed on the floor, how you were shaking as you went and picked it up, only to retreat into the bedroom silently. he stayed still, not even daring to move an inch, only looking at the place you stood just a second ago. how did he let it go this far?

KUROO hated arguing and the yelling that came with it. he hated the irrational things he says during them, how every sense of reason is being thrown into the wind just to get to you because of his pride. and right after he threw his wedding ring across the room and stormed out, slamming the door behind him, he broke down, hugging his knees as he cried. he didn't know what came over him, he didn't know why he would ever think that what he did was okay but how could he face you after what he had done?

it was rare that arguments with USHIJIMA got so heated. you barely ended up shouting at each other, much less underline your words with some kind of big gestures. so it was even a bigger shock when he raised his voice at you, fiddling with the ring on his finger until throwing it away with some accusatory yell. you were too shocked to even say anything, only extending your arms in front of you to protect yourself as you stared at him with big eyes. he wanted to step closer, he wanted to hug you, he wanted to fall to his knees and beg for forgiveness; anything so that you wouldn't look so afraid of him anymore.

ah yes, look at me, everyone! over here on my tumblr blog always acting like some big shot! look at how revered us gif makers are, with an abysmal like/reblog ratio and folks constantly stealing our stuff without credit :')

you people are part of the reason that more and more gif makers just don't even bother anymore; you have no idea how much work it actually is, you've probably never even opened photoshop once in your life, but you think you get to decide 'it's not that hard.' do it yourself then. pay for photoshop or try to find a free version that actually works, learn how to use it, pay for a vpn so you can safely download files, buy external hard drives cause man, you're gonna need so much space for all those GBs you're downloading since you need high quality files, get a player to screencap, cross your fingers photoshop (or your entire computer) doesn't crash when you load the screencaps, crop and resize your gif, make sure your sharpening settings look right for the file quality you're using, TRY TO MAKE UGLY FUCKING SCENES LOOK NICE SOMEHOW with 20 different layers, change said layers a bunch of times to get rid of grain, add subtitles (and don't you dare get anything wrong or have a typo), save your gif...but beware! it might just take ages and then it turns out it's over tumblr's size limit, so you go back and delete frames until it's finally right, and finally make sure your gif is running at the correct speed. go and do all of that for 2-10 gifs that look kinda decent, and then tell me again it's not that hard.

anyway. i don't even know what you think i did to warrant this message, i post my gifs and that's it. none of us think we're saving the fucking world lol, but at least stop talking down to us, and don't act like you'd have a whole lot to look at on here without people making gifs for you. have a nice day.

You've read the title, and Geronimo Stilton fandom, today's subject is this guy, @geronimosothercadilac.

Do not be deceived by the blog's innocent title, he is.... well, we're gonna get into it right here.

See, Cadillac, on top of the occasional post about the Geronimo Stilton movie and some nifty old illustrations of G, he also makes R-16 content of Geronimo, mainly him having an open shirt or having no pants. Viewer discretion is very much advised when browsing his blog.

Now, for some this may not be a problem, since we live on a hellsite. However, the line has been crossed since Cadillac has also been reported to have harassed fandom residents into making art that suits his "tastes". (These screenshots are from a dm between me and deadkat, and a dm between deadkat and ratonahat, respectively.)

And the line has been crossed even more with sheer hypocrisy, because he's gone on record being a prude about mundane things that have appeared in the Geronimo Stilton books.

This reply comes from a Violette sketch by melonforbrain, and yes, you're reading this right. This same guy who's made at least five MS Paint edits of Geronimo with his p$nis uncensored, is being this much of a prude over this sketch post that has since been unfortunately deleted. Have a look and feel free to make your own judgments on it (credit goes to @melonforbrain give them some love please). Please keep in mind that this was a WIP at its time of posting.

If you think the rabbit hole is done there, then you have another thing coming for you. The guy's also pulling a door-to-door salesman and sharing his posts in DMs with random people.

Eddie was getting frustrated while searching through his closet for his Hellfire shirt. He knew he had put it there earlier but now it just disappeared.

He was about to look through the laundry basket and smiled when he heard familiar giggling near him.

"Where's my little baby?" he asked and saw your frilly socks-covered feet peeking from under the bed.

"We hab ta be quiet" you whispered to Blayz, your dragon stuffie, and squeaked when you got pulled out from under the bed by your ankles.

Eddie turned you on your back and gasped dramatically, seeing that you were wearing the shirt he was looking for. "You are the little thief"

You giggled and wriggled out from between his legs and sprinted to the living room, hiding beside the couch with Blayz pressed to your face to keep you from giggling out loud.

"Come out, come out wherever you are" he singsonged, and then it went quiet. You dared to look out from your hiding spot and were confused when you didn't see your Daddy but let out a scream when he whispered in your ear from behind. "Found you"

He quickly caught you in his arms before you could run off again and let himself fall onto the couch with you on top of him.

You were a laughing mess and Eddie couldn't help and started as well, your laugh being very contagious. When you calmed down you sat up. Eddie's hands went under your his shirt and he placed them on your waist, looking at you in awe. You looked so adorable, the shirt is a little too big and the sleeves almost covered your hands.

"You look so precious in my clothes" he said and you blushed a little, laying back down with your head on his chest.

"Stooooop" you whined and he chuckled, wrapping his arms around you.

"I can't help it, you're just so cute, baby" he cooed, kissing the top of your head. You snuggled a little higher up to bury your face in his neck, breathing in his comforting scent. "We can cuddle for a while and then Steve and Robin come over for movie night"

"Yay! Can Blayz join us too?" you asked and Eddie nodded.

"Of course, he can" he smiled and you both enjoyed the remaining cuddle time.

when you were sixteen, the most malicious pair of kids were dared to take up the mantle of bravery by ducking into the crawlspace in your bedroom. it had all been in jest; this entire party had been at their behest and insistence once they learned you lived in the most haunted house in town.

as you felt it had been your duty, you suggested for them all to find a different game to play. but, just as they did at school between each class period with jailhouse tips from stolen cigarettes from their parents' ashtrays- you went ignored. so, you let your tender-hearted warbling whittle to silence as you straddled a chair, arms draping freely, swaying to the beat of a ticking clock on the wall.

"hey! it's been fifteen minutes!" crowed out one girl between scandalous fits of giggles, fist rapping across the door. "come on! you guys are holding up the game!"

there was never a response, and the rest of them functioned like a hive mind, eyes turning to you for an answer.

simply, effortlessly, and wordlessly, you smiled at them while tipping the weight of your chair on two legs. "why don't you open the door?"

you said that at least three times more, even once you moved out of your parent's haunted house to university, and then into your own home in your late twenties. he had found comfort in knowing where you were, following you across the globe, squeezing into the smallest, black crevices that he had to.

waiting. waiting. waiting. waiting for the horrid friend to do you wrong too many times, the rogue electrician thinking he could make an easy payday. most recent was the boyfriend who thought he could get away with leaving a mark on you.

"can you look inside?" your knuckles turned stark against the doorknob. the throbbing in your cheek came nowhere near to how hard you ground your teeth, how viscously your rage festered in your stomach. "I don't know where the breaker is to turn the lights back on."

you were sure to lock the door after him, headphones drowning out the agonized screams and clamor resonating from your coat closet. when you returned hours later, the only trace left behind was a single coat in a heap on the floor.

"thanks for not leaving a mess." this came after you rearranged things inside, feeling his sprawling claws climbing the side of your body until one felt across your tender cheek. you tried not to recoil from the touch, it wasn't often you had the chance to spend time with him like this.

once, you had believed that those you fed to him kept his love for you. now you knew that it was his love that kept you safe.

I'm not sure if any of this is as important to say as I feel like it is, but just in case, here it is.

Idk about you, but I'm really tired of having things taken from me because the cc's were abusive. I say this with an emphasis on the fact that supporting their victims and condemning their actions is far more important, that I'm not giving that man a single cent anymore. The most important thing the community can do is support the people he hurt. But It's still gonna hurt to purge my playlist because we, as a community, were lied to. And something I derived comfort from, especially in the wake of recent personal events, has been taken from me. Not by the community or by the people coming out; by him and his actions.

So seriously thank you for creating a space for people to talk about what's going on, because it's so easy to feel guilty right now for having feelings about this situation. Especially as a neurodivergent person whose main comfort is music, including music (and YouTube videos) he made.

I just feel like it's important to put this out there. The community as a whole needs to support the victims, but it's also okay to feel betrayed and it's okay to look at his songs in your playlist, dreading deleting them, for a while. No one will hate you for that. You're not a bad person for that. They're just songs or videos, but they're content that mattered to some of us. How dare he ruin that for all of us. How dare he.

Now that I've written a whole entire novel, please take care of yourself. I know I'm an internet stranger but I almost didn't write this because I think that it's important to emphasize that while I'm glad to see Tumblr users creating a space to talk for those of us who don't post and such, I also think it's way more important that your blog be a safe space for you yourself.

yeah, trust me, I'm fucking sick of this too. you're not selfish for feeling upset about deleting his songs from your playlist or not being able to watch vods of his for comfort anymore. you are not a bad person for having an attachment to someone who lied to his audience about who he was. you are human. you are allowed to be upset.

also, to veer slightly from your point but to bring something else up, while I know there are varying opinions on the community in this I personally don't think I want to let this make me stop hoping for people to be good. yes, it might seem like an endless pattern of people you like being revealed to be assholes. and for some people, they might want to leave the community to avoid that disappointment again. for me, I'm not going to put cc's up on a pedestal and expect them to be great people, but I'm not going to expect the worst from them either. keep my expectations realistic, but not pessimistic. content creators are flawed human beings like the rest of us, and sometimes they can be really shitty people, but sometimes they can be good people too. and I'm always going to hope for the latter.

and thank you for thinking of me. honestly the reason I've slowed down answering asks the past few days is precisely because I've been trying to take care of myself. I've gone up and down in terms of how I'm doing, and when I'm not feeling up to it I don't touch my inbox.

and despite everything that's happened this morning, I've had a good day. I got myself a cinnamon roll. I'm drinking green tea and it's sunny out. I saw flowers blooming on the side of the road and it made me smile. focusing on the little things, you know?

I love when people think that the only reason somebody doesn't like them together or thinks they aren't real is because they are jealous or hurt.

There are several posts about why I think this is PR, and I get that you try to belittle my reasons by saying I'm hurt because he was daring to marry someone who wasn't me, but with this, you only feed the toxic fandom narrative, in which some people think others don't have lives, and the only reason why they can't like Alba or them together is because deep inside we all wanted to be Mrs. Evans.

If you think they are real, good for you. You are also obsessed if you have time to go to other people's blogs, whom you know have different opinions, which you can't accept. Please spend your free time doing better things than telling people what to do, especially when they try to do that as respectfully as they can. I know you are hurt by my opinion, so I hope you can heal and move on from my blog.

People going to you to say they didn't like a book instead of just posting that in their own blog and blocking the rabid fans is so fucking sad to me. Is this where we're at? Instead of blocking the sea of lost teens and 20-somethings in the dark academia tag who try to use "dark academia" as a substitute for having to develop their own interests and hobbies, we're now going to whisper on anon, "I don't like this one book"? That's how scared of negative interaction people are? It's the dark academia fandom. They're morons. They don't even argue with you that The Secret History is good, they reply with your post quoted and emojis inserted inbetween every sentence and think they're big smarty smart-smarts who showed you, or they say you didn't get it. "The fandom is absolutely insane" by what metric? Speaking as someone who's been sent suicide bait, death threats, rape threats, pictures of dead animals, Holocaust pics and actual CSEM by other fandoms, if you're too afraid of someone replying, "wow lmao ur not smart like us u no get it" or spamming your original post's text with emojis, maybe you're not old enough to be on tumblr or be reading a book aimed at adults.

The fact that people are now so afraid of pushback that they won't even say they dislike something off anon is honestly really pathetic. This is like people on Reddit who say, "I wouldn't say this if I weren't deleting my account later today, but I don't like MCU movies." It's the same vibe and I have the same question: you know you can just block people if they cry about shit you say, right? I got sent a dead rat once by a Yandere Simulator fan and the police + a restraining order is basically blocking but for RL, but most people in the fandom for The Secret History aren't going to actually interact with another person. They don't even usually bother to write fic or make art for it, they just repost quotes from it with some pics they swiped off of Pinterest for it.

Those are the people who you're so afraid of that you can't even say, "I don't like a book" lest they hurt you. You're afraid of Pinterest moodboard makers who ask things like, "what religion is the most dark academia? I want to convert to that" with a straight face who think wearing a white button-down shirt and brown pants makes them the embodiment of wealth and class and quiet luxury.

As someone who's actually had interactions with crazy fans IRL - especially Star Wars fans, as they're almost all frothing at the mouth to rant about how much they hate Star Wars - I am happy to report that this is a survivable thing and not one you need to be so afraid of that you don't dare mention it for fear of backlash.

Speak freely. Block people. Move on. Their tears are embarrassing for them, not you.

I spent some time in anon spaces, and it felt like a nice break at the time... but I have to say, I really notice the difference now that I'm findable again. For all the shit that comes my way, a hell of a lot of people have tried to befriend me over the last few years. I wouldn't have met any of them if I hadn't been visible.

Pollux Black: Pollux might love you and be obsessed with you but if you dare to act up in front of him he's not going to appreciate it. As much as he cares for you he's really not above using the Cruciatus curse on you when you misbehave with him and demand for silly things like your freedom and wanting to see your friends and family. He's your family now, you're supposed to be content staying with him, he's already providing everything for you despite your constant tantrums and protests which he's willingly and patiently tolerating, and yet you say you don't want to be with him?

As soon as those words come out of your mouth, you'll be wishing you'd never said that in the first place judging by the dark look that's now plastered across his face. After he's done with torturing you for a while, he'll lock you in a room and ignore you till you apologize to him by literally begging him to pay attention to you, which is what he wants. You better hope and pray to whatever God you believe in because this deranged lunatic will hunt down every friend, family member and person you've come in contact with at least once in your lifetime and murder them right in front of you

If it's a random stranger who bumped into you on some random day, even better as he'll taunt you for having the blood of them on your hands and gaslight you by saying how all this is your fault because you refused to love him and reciprocate his feelings back. This is why I called him a deranged lunatic. When you finally do apologize, his personality will change drastically, like going from a zero to 360 in just a matter of seconds. He'll gently kiss your hands and tell you that you've been a good little darling for him as he patches you up, this bipolar MF 😒 All in all, just be good and you won't have a hard time dealing with this lunatic and try not to make him jealous by mentioning other people in front of him, things will get messy

Cygnus Black: Cygnus is quite fond of books and if you're a writer, lady luck just graced you with good fortune, however of course, as usual there will be consequences since well, is a Black after all. Cygnus will allow you to pursue whatever interests and hobbies you have after he's taken you because he knows you'll be lonely staying cooped up indoors all day long without magic. If you're fond of art, he'll get you the best art supplies galleons and knuts can buy from a reputed store. If you're fond of reading books he'll gladly join you when you're reading as he slowly wraps a protective arm around your waist and pulls you in closer to him while the two of you read. He won't really mind it if you decide to lay down on his lap, he'll be thrilled that you're finally trusting him after so long as he secretly basks in his moment of victory and gently runs his fingers through your hair

This man is territorial and possessive, you can't do anything without taking his permission first and unfortunately that rule applies to you wanting to get your books published for everyone else to read. You decided to ask him about this one day during dinner. He noticed there was something on your mind and you were unusually quiet, at first he thought of using Occlumency on you to find out what you were thinking about, however he decided to be generous and gave you the chance to explain yourself. He'll most definitely use his Occlumency skills on you later though, you know, just as a precautionary measure to make sure you aren't thinking about anything silly like trying to get away from him

"You're quiet today...quiet than usual, I can tell there's something on your mind" he said in a nonchalant voice as he sipped his Earl Grey tea and surveyed you with a calculating look in his eyes, silently trying to draw an answer from you. You slightly fidgeted with the hem of your robes and spoke "I was wondering if I could publish a few of my works to the public..." You were greeted with silence in return as you mentally winced at yourself for coming up with this idea in the first place. You could tell he didn't appreciate the question you've just asked him judging by the way he was starting at you with an unreadable expression on his face

He got up from his chair and strode towards you as he lifted your chin with his finger. "Dear, why would you want insignificant pathetic vermin to tell you how good your work is when you already have me? Is my presence for you not enough?" You were struggling to think of saying something that wouldn't anger him as he continued to speak. "Your writing is one of a kind my love, the others... they're like mere flies who have no experience when it comes to writing, they don't know how creative and beautiful your mind is when you imagine something and put those very thoughts on a parchment. And yet some of them dare criticize you, your work is reserved for me and ONLY me, they don't know you like I do.... the sooner you get rid of this silly notion of yours, the better" as you nodded your head silently and kept eating your dinner

Sure enough he kept a close eye on you whenever you wrote something to make sure your writing didn't go public. Part of him was worried that you'd include some secret message in your writing and then he'd lose you, no.... he couldn't lose you.... he won't lose you, you're his and he'll make sure people pay dearly if they dared to take you away from him
