They uploaded the video where Agumon, Gabumon, Veemon and Wormon will call out names of fans and look! We get a glimpse at Taichi, Yamato, Daisuke and Ken's rooms!

You know what this means? It's time for a certified Ayushi breakdown 🫡

There is so much blue in Taichi's room hahaha (taiyama win!), the soccer magazines + jump manga reference is so on point. And he has so many bags! Taichi why do you need so many backpacks, one for every outfit? 😆 THE DUMBBELLS THO my boy is working out to maintain that body we got a glimpse of in Tri 😌 The whistle hanging on the wall is also a nice touch, is it Hikari's whistle from when they were kids? 🥹 Or even if it's not, I'd like to imagine a scenario where Taichi helps Hikari with her kindergarten schoolwork occasionally by coaching football to the little kids in his free time! Can you imagine him running around with little kids who are about as tall as the football itself 🤣 I tried to zoom in to figure out what the magazine on his desk is for, and I could make out the word Nakano, so maybe it's just something he picked up on his way home (maybe he lives around Nakano?) since it looks slightly crumpled too, like it was shoved in his bag in a rush. His phone (and is that a wallet?) feel pretty standard. He is the only one who doesn't have a lamp on his desk + has some kind of reminder post-its stuck to his desktop, maybe he's not so good with passwords? Koushiro probably always lectures him about this every time he visits.

Now let's talk about Yamato, FIRST OF ALL I WILL SCREAM ABOUT THE KOD TSHIRT! HE STILL WEARS IT! I'M CRYING RIGHT NOW!!! And then his guitars because I swear I did a one hour deep dive trying to figure out the brand and model and I think they're both Fender (an expensive brand I would say) which once again makes me wonder how much money does the TakaIshi family has for their sons to have expensive, bikes, cars and guitars. TO TOP IT OFF Yamato is definitely an Apple bitch too like look at that monitor and keyboard, that's Mac and his phone is very clearly Iphone. Now his room follows a very warm, muted tones of black and brown. We can spot some music related magazines on his shelf and a big, plain tote bag on the ground (see Taichi one big bag should be enough 🤣) which looks like something he uses for grocery shopping. Yamato is the only one who doesn't have a wheelie computer chair, but rather a wooden one. Now whether he did this to follow the aesthetic of the room (highly likely) or because he doesn't actually spend a lot of time in this space is something we can all think about. He has a framed portrait or photo(?) up on the wall and I did consider him more of a framed art guy over a poster guy always so this is good to see too. Also nice to note that on his desk, he has THE HARMONICA 😭 And the same Jump issue that Taichi has on his shelf! His room is honestly a lot like how I imagined it to be in terms of the furniture and colours so I'm very happy with this sneak peek!

I am not qualified to comment on Daisuke and Ken's rooms, so will leave that to 02 fans!

HI @rainbowghostcat and @boxx-sama -- I have been enabled so I'm here to ramble a bit about my faves >:3 Top three are definitely Fuuta, Mahiru, and Yuno! Good taste gang !!🤝✨✨✨

It's a mix of enjoying their songs, genuinely getting into their stories, and relating to them just enough to go a little crazy asdfsd :') Shidou comes in at a close 4th, I love him a lot but I'm not as insane as I am about these guys lmao.

I was holding onto these asks to ramble when I had the time/energy but uuuuhhh I didn't mean to go on for so long sorry 😭 Woe, 03 06 02 thoughts be upon ye...

Starting with Fuuta!! His character has everything – He’s cool, he’s lame, he’s terrifying, he’s tragic, he’s funny, he’s unbearably real, he’s my silly little guy, he makes me cry, etc. The core of his character that always gets me is how normal he is. How he’s probably closest to the majority of the audience – he (and Kazui) are the only ones who did not have murder on their mind at all. He anticipated harm, but the thought of someone dying never once crossed his mind. He’s right around teens/early twenties. He engages with the online world a lot. So many milgram fans are in that age range, on the internet a lot (in order to enjoy the project and its fanbase), feel a strong sense of justice (since they’re so engaged in a project about morality), and aren’t in any situation dramatic enough that they expect anyone to die. He’s so much like all of us.

Continuing on that, his heart really is in the right place to start. He cares deeply about people and society, which is why he wants to fix it. His vision is a bit small, focusing on petty issues rather than huge social issues, but the point is he cares. He attacks Es because he’s trying to be the brave representative after hearing Haruka and Yuno were attacked. He yells at Kazui and Mahiru because they’re not helping the others. He takes care of Haruka. He gives Mahiru a birthday gift even when he has nothing to give.

His biggest issue is, he doesn’t belong. I’ve written up a whole analysis on how he’s written very neurodivergent: he misses social cues, he’s on the outskirts of friendships and groups. It’s more clear in characters like Haruka and Muu, but Fuuta is just as incredibly desperate for attention. For love. For that feeling of belonging in a group. His knightly fantasies aren’t ones of violence and weapons – they’re mostly scenes of him surrounded by a close-knit party of adventurers who are cheering him on.

All of this together is what makes him so compelling and so tragic to me. All the characters are human and real, but he’s the closest to a lot of viewers (myself included). He let the attention get to his head for just a bit too long, let himself get swept away in finally having friends. He got distracted thinking that the focus of being a hero was defeating, and not protecting. And all it took was a brief time of getting drunk on this attention, and now he has a little girl’s blood on his hands. It makes me absolutely insane.

I also think he’s such a cool special case because he truly got a taste of his own medicine. The other characters are being judged in an unfamiliar way, but he is being scrutinized in the Exact same way that Fuuta pried open others’ privacy. He was attacked and almost died because of Es’ judgment, just as his victim was attacked because of his judgment. The process of Milgram is putting him in his victim’s shoes, and it’s so cool to see.

Aaaaand on a lighter note – he’s just so fun!! He’s my little skrunkly fr!!! I love his shit-eating grin. I love his ridiculous laugh. I love his crooked teeth. I love the knight theme, and the fire symbolism. It’s pretty standard, but it suits him perfectly. He’s got such cool, badass songs! I’m obsessed with his voice, both his singing and vd performances are incredible. His vds are the only ones I’ll listen to often and out of the blue – Arthur Lounsbery uses such an interesting and fun voice for him ;--; His design is so fun (apparently I have a Type for redhead characters…), and his t2 development and design were amazing! There has been no other Milgram character that I want to reach through the screen and shake violently by the shoulders and also hug so badly 😂

I’m so obsessed with her theme of ‘being so kind that it causes harm’!! Because it’s very easy to dismiss the other characters as unforgivable when you look at the harm they wanted to cause their victim, or disregard they had for their victim’s feelings. But Mahiru… she doesn’t want to cause any harm. At all. She took her boyfriend’s feelings into consideration so much so that she didn’t stop him when she definitely should have. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body and yet she fucked up big time!! It’s such a unique type of murder!! The other characters need to be sat down and told “don’t hurt innocents, don’t seek revenge, don’t be selfish, etc” and then Mahiru is over here like “don’t be… nice to people.” Because it’s not about being nice per se – it’s about not being a doormat.

(I know her story is still a bit mysterious – my running theory is that her bf had health issues completely separate from their relationship. They started getting bad and he started to consider suicide. Instead of stopping him, Mahiru combined her need to copy her lover (as seen a lot in TIHTBILWY), her ideas that lovers do everything together, and her belief that one should do anything they set their mind to (as seen in her comments about Es/Kotoko and the attack). She says she’ll join him, make it a lovers’ suicide, but doesn’t follow through at the last second.)

She (and Mikoto) have really interesting themes of how not caring for yourself can actually hurt others. They put all their efforts into giving back to others, to society, fitting into the norms and expectations, not questioning others, and it backfires catastrophically. If she had stood up for herself and her relationship, she would not have assumed anyone deserved to die. She would have known that it wasn’t up to her alone to deal with her bf’s mental issues. She obviously wasn’t handling it correctly (rats….) but she didn’t need to! She should have pointed him to professionals instead of deciding she deserved to die along with him! But she was so poisoned by society’s expectations of being the perfect girlfriend and being considerate of others…

She’s just such a tragic case because the power of love is supposed to be perfect. She’s been taught her whole life that it’s wonderful and magical and pure. Who can kill with the power of love, after all? I can completely understand her denial of the situation, because I also wouldn’t picture a terrifying, dark scene if I knew I was only being nice for my whole life!

And her crime aside – she’s super fun :3 She has The Most Fun songs, she’s full of energy and excitement and enthusiasm! (out of the various english covers I like, hers is the one I jam out to most often hehe). She’s the most stunning character there! I’m a sucker for sunshine-coded characters 🌻🌻🌻I think she has the best symbols out of everyone, between the birdcage and the carousel. The fact that both Mahiru and her bf could be the bird and the cage. The two symbols representing beautiful things that can be trapping. Representing cycles. Representing relationships. I know the hourglass is a popular one but I think this is Yamanaka's finest set of symbols. I am unwell about it. So yeah, rather than give her a good shake I want to yank her right out of there – Get in loser we’re gonna get you some self-love!!!!

And a slightly shorter rant on Yuno because that was a lot adfsdf. Ad I'm aware of the irony that one of my points is that it kinda sucks how most rants on Yuno are cut short :( The thing is, she’s been very honest about her crime, and most people have considered her issue in a context outside of Milgram so they already have a pretty good idea on where their vote stands. Despite being the “obvious” innocent one, she really is the most emotionally charged character imo. It’s easy to relate to the other characters and feel knee-jerk reaction, but none have been so widely discussed as abortion and sex work. I can talk openly about everyone else and get into a nice discussion on morals and emotions, but Yuno is the one character I have to talk very, very carefully around. Whether I’m rambling about Milgram to my family or interacting with new fans, I never know what’s acceptable to say without falling into a whole debate on politics.

So, if it’s made me into someone who keeps quiet and skirts around things, I shudder to imagine the amount of lying/masking Yuno herself must do on a daily basis. I can easily avoid the topic if I choose to – she was dealing with that debate long before coming to Milgram, and is currently dealing with debates and judgements and insults and pity surrounding it. She’s naturally strong so I think fans often forget all the shit that this 18yo is dealing with on a daily basis, and how effortless she’s making it look <3

For the second part, girl yes I cry haha. Also I want to start of with manifesting or not, there’s always going to be someone you think is prettier, someone who’s richer, taller, and smarter in our minds. Human ego always wants us to Strive to be the best so no matter how much you Have you always want more. I mean look, even Elon musk is constantly looking for way to make more money, Madison beer openly talks about her insecurities and the days she feels bad, Stephen Hawkins openly talked about how his intelligence was isolating and he’d rather have an average IQ, etc etc. not to mention after some time living your dream life, I know it’s hard to believe but you get used to it. There’s a concept for this I answered a while back but no matter how rich, pretty or drastic your life changes it will become normal to you at a certain time and you will again want to improve and want more

I mean even today I cried because I was talking about my anxiety (which I didn’t manifest away for a reason, but I cope much better) and someone was telling me I should have nothing to complain about if I’m wealthy and conveniently attractive. And trust me , I use to think that way with celebs before I started listening to them talk about their issues. The grass isn’t always greener on the other side

I mean, yes wealth and beauty helps. But It doesn’t change the fact you’re human and will experience human emotions so your feelings shouldn’t be invalidated 😭😭💀 but I’m just glad now I have an amazing support group who comforted me rather than having to deal with that alone, so that part in my life definitely changed and has been the most beneficial 🥰🥰 regardless I love my life and when I cry I feel super slay and sexy afterwards. It’s good to cry no matter how much you manifest. Periodt, but I do definitely cry way less. Also my period is about to start so maybe it was that as well too idk 😭💀

what do u think about the autotune usage it’s a hot mess over this discussion on all social media sites. but many music producers were saying “it’s a stylistic choice” but these randos who have no knowledge will bitch and cry about everything 😭

Fandoms have no place for nuance. I think that has been established and it applies both to those who believe everything an artist releases is a masterpiece and to those who dislike it because in a way, they are prepared for that. There's barely any room left for being open to be surprised or admit that a song might not be to one's liking.

There's also a confusion between liking/not liking made equivalent to good/bad. There's clearly no literacy here and when our own bias towards an artist/music style is strong, it can definitely take over the analytical abilities.

In the case of this song, I think it's perfectly understandable to not like the autotune. But when there are no arguments, or they're weak or lastly, not liking it means the song is shit, then that's the issue. I don't like how the end result sounds like, but that's a thing between me and my ears (😅) and it doesn't take away from the fact that I understand its stylistic purpose or play ignorant and say autotune is bad in all forms, regardless of its use. And it doesn't mean I will ignore all the other elements of the actual song, from melody to lyrics, to the entire production and consequently to definitely ignore the choreography and the music video. One aspect I would dislike does not make me hate the full work. Does it make my ears bleed? No. Am I interested in the song in its entirety and consequently I try and understand it? Yes.

But this is something that I can't expect from everyone because it's an impossible thing to want. Beyond the not liking it = the song is shit debacle, our bias is the one that is more visible in some reaction to the release. If one doesn't like BTS, then they won't like Jimin's song or they would be reluctant from the start. And if they find one element which invites criticism (the autotune), then that's enough for them. They're not going to waste their time anymore because they are not fans. Again, that is understandable as well. Perhaps I too wouldn't stop to observe all the intricacies to a song that I listened to once and it wasn't my taste. I would move on and not think about it and obviously not listen to it.

What I do find "interesting" (and which annoys me to no end) are the double standards. There is not a single K-Pop group or soloist who doesn't have shitty songs or albums. Just like it applies to everyone out there who makes music, including critically acclaimed artists. And they also use autotune at some point or another for various purposes. It's also pop music for fucks sake, not a live recording of a folk album or opera. There are also mediocre albums and songs releases in K-Pop. Which is fine. There is nothing wrong with something mediocre and I personally don't attach to it mere negative connotations. We can't have great songs and bad songs only. And great songs are usually rarer than everything else. We also do listen to a ton of music that is not good, but we still like it. There's plenty of K-pop song releases out there that sound the same. And they do that because regardless of who produces them, it's easier to see similarities because they follow the trends, be it from X or Y label. And we accept that. I know I do.

But somehow in what I've observed in the last 24h (although there's a history there), all of a sudden the standards change. Jimin is K-Pop as well, but he is not allowed to release anything other than a masterpiece. If it's not to that standard, then it's trash. How does that make any sense? Well, it doesn't because if someone doesn't like him, the group he is in and the company he works for, then they won't like the stuff he releases, even if it would be critically acclaimed. That's what it boils down to.

wow what a great way to end the series i'm like content,,,, sure the anime had some issues but with what we got it was a very consistently good anime,,,, gonna miss the daddies that are buddies,,

anyways i was too lazy to screenshot parts of the episode so you only get text but hey listen to me ramble for a bit

the beginning threw me off ngl bc i was like damn they are already home wtf how it made me remember the earlier episodes so that was a good callback,,,, even if i was too stupid to realize it until later lol

also rei was very father in this episode and you can interpret that in either definition ig it works. small things like wanting to dress up as santa for miri so she can believe in him bc he was never able to or big things like showing his father how much his new family means to him by shooting his shoulder,,,, it's so beautiful the way he evolved

his father not shooting him even when his back was turned was the perfect way to finish his relationship with his father. i know a ton of people were worried he was getting redeemed or that he was gonna die or something like that. but no he was talked to and shown that his son will never continue the family line and his dad quietly accepted it. he didn't want to nor did he even plan to, but he eventually say it wasn't worth it and i think that was the best way to finish that plot point.

when miri saw her dads in the crowd at her recital i cried reminded me of my own christmas performance when i was her age,,,, also miss anna having to control herself so she didn't go crazy on the piano was a nice touch

omg the family has matching santa outfits it's so cute

ever since i started this series i was hoping for a big time skip and we finally got it and omg 😭 miri is grown and kazuki and rei own a cafe together,,,, that is the most gay shit i've ever seen. also seeing miri say good morning to her mom made me cry a little.

you can really see how miri is influenced by all three of her parents now that she's older,,, she even has the haircut like her papas have,,, so cute

i am glad the series ended this way, although i wish we got more (i am selfish) this is a good amount of content.

i will never get over kazuki beard it will haunt me,,, i don't doubt fanartists will fix that for me tho lol

it's strange i've been watching this episode every week and talking about it, being a part of the community,, and now it's suddenly over,,, kinda sad but i'm not heartbroken or anything,,, but i'll miss the buddy daddies fridays,,,

- So I think he'd be pretty good at telling when you're having one of those moods

- Yeah, in the start, he'd probably be confused on how you're so emotional all the time

- Once you talked it through, he definitely understood it better, since you explained it well

- If you're still a little sad, he either praises you on the things you do, or he makes jokes to make you smile

i'm doing good right now actually! (putting a read more here in hindsight because of the ramble lmaoooo)

i'm doing a course to start taking driving classes. which... happens to be in the evening so that does kind of suck actually. but yk exciting to finally get it out of the way! and i'm also almost done with it by now, there's only this week (including the weekend uhm) and part of next week left and then i'll have a normal schedule again akdfhad

(i usually have an atrocious sleep schedule but somehow being out until almost 10 and having to eat dinner then is fucking it up even more. good to know a bad sleep schedule can always be worse if you try hard enough🙏, maybe that'll finally motivate me to improve it when i'm done with the course crying)

and i'm also crossing some things off the list of chores no one in the family has done in ages since i've accepted they're not happening otherwise. like taking my grandma's cat who didn't see a vet in almost 10 years to one last week and she shockingly didn't try to kill me!! (surprising because she's genuinely insane. there's baby photos of her trying to bite people's arteries open. i love her and she has issues. she's cute too, no matter how many of my relatives think she's butt ugly, it adds to her charm. she does look weird tho i admit that. also really fat, big girl, i had to buy a whole new carrier to even fit her into it 😭) big fat cat who hunts mice for fun, looks weird as hell, loves biting people and is also the most touch starved cuddly cat i know, she contains multitudes

she's fine but i'll have to take her again in a few weeks, i'm convinced she'll return to her killer roots now that she remembers what a transport carrier looks like. but i'll just be optimistic about it until her teeth are in my arm 👍

byproduct of that is also that i'm trying to exposure therapy my way through my crippling fear of making phone calls to officials and doctors and so on. thanks insane cat of my grandma 💗 it's a process but it's definitely getting easier

also side effect from all that is that i haven't really been on tumblr much the past 2 weeks either (i mean i say that, i am actually still on here but i usually just scroll and don't have time to reblog/post when i'm on the go. tumblrina is a chronic condition for me i fear)

but there's also not been that much production news for ST or anything i could have missed out on so good timing :D

3) the miscarriage crisis... maybe it was bc i didn't have any details and expectations about it in my head but it was strong. it is strong. this helplessness and this loving sweetness- no words. for me it felt more loving than the whole '5 moments between us' (don't get me wrong it is stunning, just my own impression. this is the climax of pure devotion to my eyes).

4) most likely it's just me knowing these ideas i've send but i had a minor feeling of rush? (yeah prob gust me bc i haven't had this feeling reading 1 and 5 paragraphs) like it IS long but this little incompleteness? (don't get me wrong it is great! i love the way you write and the way you think! just this small-small feeling like there is an opportunity to say more? you should know i work with a lot of texts and analysing them is going to be my like? job (i hope) so yes. i always overthink this)

5) just me. i'd really like to learn more about relationship between mom!reader and alyssa. it feels like a great topic to think about. i'd like to see this, on the one hand, rivalry (i know it's toxic, maybe i am a bad person) and daemon's reaction, and family bond and mother's wisdom (bc alyssa is her child she obviously shouldn't feel like it's a rivalry), on the other hand. back to children's disgust of their parents' interactions. i kinda feel like alyssa should be really jealous? but is her mother as jealous when she's hust born? it's a really big topic for me (having mommy issues and always seeking attention💀)

let me bring this up because i really hated namgi once. i don't know if you have ever watched burn the stage, but for those of you who haven't i will try to sum up a situation that happened that really upset me. by the way i think taehyung is nd too, there have been instances where he acts very similar to me and having emotional reactions and habits too similar to those i have for it to be a coincidence. but my point is in burn the stage, taehyung and jin had a fight about something very small during a performance, and when it came time to resolve it they did not let taehyung speak. i understand korean culture and how younger people relate to older people, but namgi they did not acknowledge his feelings, when it came to resolve the problem taehyung didn't speak and he even cried, but namgi acted like the issue was all done BY THEMSELVES in a problem they were not involved in in the first place WTF. made me so upset because they invalidated taehyung's feelings and i felt so bad for him, namgi DEFINITELY think of him as stupid and if they don't well their actions and words say that to me. taehyung must have been 23 when this problem happened, he was already an adult and he can speak for himself, but namgi think he is slow and stupid and a little kid. maybe i am defensive of him because i see a lot of myself in him and it angers me when these situations happen. i am not even mad at jin that much, he tried to defend himself really stupidly even though he made a mistake but namgi treated taehyung worse. and i get so mad because namgi are the most vocal advocates for mental health and their depressions and etc etc but when it comes to taehyung who i think is nd and it doesn't even matter if he is or not they belittle him (and more or less all of maknae line you can tell they think of them inferiorly) and dismissed his feelings. namgi will say they don't feel good enough (joon mostly) and are insecure and hate society but treat their members like this? fuck you. taehyung is annoying, he can be annoying as fuck but he is not mean and he doesn't cross the lines that namgi cross. sometimes i think taehyung genuinely tried to treat the other members well, but some of them didn't correspond. and fuck bts for laughing at taehyung crying ABOUT THEM AND HIS FEELINGS in bon voyage. i remember joon saying he was going to therapy yeah you need it BITCH.

I don’t write fics that have children as characters, just my personal thing. but, I agree that it would be an interesting dynamic for sure. It’s something Nick certainly isn’t interested in at the current point in the AU. there’s too much going on in his life, new omega, flourishing career, all that jazz.

plus, not having them for a number of years means that life with puppy will be domesticated at that point, and he might not actually run into many issues with her. he’s creating a life partner for himself, and his plan is to have her happy with him. he wants a happy omega on his terms. while her fear is fun, it’s a novelty that would wear off for Nick. in the end he wants a doting partner, which he is creating step by step with the support of his friends and colleagues.

there definitely is an innate fear when Nick raises his voice though. even in her most stockholmed state, hearing a prime alpha yell is something that would even have alphas shivering. Nick is the kind of alpha that exudes dominance, so he’s intimidating regardless of the history.
