i was rereading a bit of the viscount who loved me last night and i was reading the part where penelope and kate are walking to dinner together in aubrey hall and then cressida is a bitch to penelope and anthony swoops in and escorts her to dinner. like we were really robbed of penelope's friendship with kate and anthony in s2 and it makes me sad.

i hope in season 3 kate and anthony have scenes with penelope. like so bad.

My unhinged S4 wish: Nadja just straight up turns Guillermo. Like, no fanfare, mostly as a screw you to Laszlo and Nandor, halfway through episode one she’s like:

“you wanna be a vampire?”

and Guillermo’s got all his weird gay yearning stuff going on but also its HIS hot girl summer so he says yes

Then when the group meets back up Guillermo tries to pretend to be a human but he’s SO bad at it and Nandor gets upset bc HE wanted to turn Guillermo and Nadja doesn’t care bc if Nandor wanted to he should have done it at some point in the last decade and Laszlo is silently fuming bc Nadja is supposed to be HIS sire and Colin Robinson is drawing slightly-off-parallel-lines on the walls bc nobody’s watching him

It seems the Courthouse is under surveillance...

Across the street from Colin's Office

"Boss, I told ya, it got delivered." The male with finely chiseled features and dark hair said as he leaned back in the fine leather seats of the expensive car said, a slight New York accent edging around his words.  

"Then why is there no reaction over there?" His companion growled, dark eyes turning towards him.  It was clear the Russian was not pleased; and when Constantin Rakeovich wasn’t pleased it normally turned out to not be a good day for you. If Dominic had fucked up the delivery, it would possibly be the last delivery he made.  No matter how good of an asset the man was, this was too important of a thing to fuck up.

"They're not going to just bring in SWAT boss, they are going to finesse this.  Do you think they want to announce to all of Chicago that the intern of one of the most powerful people in the city has been kidnapped and he can’t do shit about it?." Dominic looked over at Rakeovich. His boss scared the fuck out of him when he was short on patience, people had been known to die for stupid reasons.  The man had a hairpin trigger and anger issues, to put it mildly. Something had better happen soon or he thought the chick back at the compound was going to have it easy compared to him.

"We'll see." Constantin's voice was flat and his unhappiness was etched on all of his handsome features. If Masterson thought he was just fucking around, this latest delivery should do the trick to convince him that he wasn't. The DA could either back off, or the girl would pay the price.

"They ya go boss." Anton pointed. "That damned cop he likes so much, Detective Kase and his partner…whatever, just showed up." He grinned, at least his ass was safe for the moment. "And there's that lady doctor driving into the underground parking. They're being sneaky." He chuckled as he pointed to the Medical Examiner’s van that was pulling down underground as the female doctor had been let out at street level and was going to meet the two detectives.

Constantin didn't respond verbally, just a curt nod. His attention was keenly focused on the trio meeting just outside the front doors of the building. So, his gift for Masterson had been found after all. Lovely.

"Let's go, now we wait." His head didn't turn as he gave the command to Dominic. It would be followed. A fourth person had joined the detective and ME, one of her people if he remembered right. They were all on his list to be dealt with as well, but Masterson was at the top.  Framing him for something someone else did wasn’t a smart move.  If the slick State’s Attorney knew what was good for him, he'd call off the dogs on his witch hunt before Constantin had to make another move he'd like a lot less than the message he'd just sent with his most recent one.

What about an au that in it Anthony, Benedict, and Colin recruit their future sister in-laws.

Like the guys are trying to court the loves of their lives but Kate, Sophie, and Penelope are all oblvious and or in denial. So an inside man or rather woman is needed.

Enter Edwina, Posy, and Felicity, their loves' beloved younger sisters.

Anthony got lucky with asking for Edwina's help. One of the few things Edwina wanted the most was to see her sister happily married as well. Kate acted more like a chaperone than a woman looking for marriage herself, which was a shame in Edwina's eyes since she knew Kate was a secret romantic. So when Viscount Bridgerton came to her not as a suitor but as a potential brother-in-law, Edwina was delighted to jump on the chance.

Benedict got Posy's help by complete accident. In this AU, Earl Penwood hadn't kicked the bucket but still only claimes Sophie as his ward. It's an open secret one look at Sophie, and they know she's his illegitimate daughter. But it's not acknowledged, so no one says anything. Sophie does not care for London and is happier when they are in the countryside. She does not want a husband who takes mistresses like her father did and potentially brings more children in the world like her. Nor does she plan to risk any illegitimate children herself. She's decided spinsterhood is best for her and is just waiting it out. Of course, Benedict fell in love with her at first sight. Unfortunately for him, due to her experiences, Sophie is weary of any promises or pretty words a man says. Posy just happened to see Benedict have a woe is me moment in the garden during a ball after Sophie had yet again managed to evade him. Her thought was that this man was pathetic, but then the inner romantic side of Posy thought it was kinda sweet this Bridgerton still held a soft spot for her favorite sister. Posy asked Benedict ofnhe owned any property in the country. Benedict tells her yes and a little bit about My Cottage. Posy then says she'll help Benedict wins her sister's hand so long as she gets to visit. Benedict agrees, enthusiastically shaking Posy's hand.

Now, to be fair to Colin, he was probably on the right track using bribes to get Felicity to help him. Felicity is Hyacinth's bestie, and everyone knows if you want Hyacinth to do something, you gotta bribe her. The downside is that Felicity is Hyacinth's bestie, so she knows how to negotiate a bribe, and the hand of Felicity's favorite sister, plus the add on feature of distracting Eloise to give Colin time with just Penelope, is a high price. Colin's pockets were lighter than when he entered that day, but now he has a partner in crime and a list of gifts he and Felicity compiled together to start his courtship with Penelope.
