(this is a long one, strap in. theres so much to write about considering hes literally obsessed)

-When it comes to love languages, all of the above is pretty fitting for Cole... If you asked him directly what his favorite is, he'd struggle to find an answer. There are so many wonderful ways to love you...
-One he leans towards is words of affirmation.
-Cole lives and breathes to compliment you. It comes easy to him because he thinks that every single thing you do is cute. Every. Single. Thing.
-You could stand perfectly still, doing absolutely nothing and Cole would compliment the way you breathe. Everything about you is simply magnificent, and he's not afraid to speak his mind.
-In return, he feels like he's walking on air for days after you compliment him.
-Your words float around in his head and heart like butterflies, and he repeats it to himself constantly. You think he's handsome, you love him, you think he has a cute smile...
-No matter what it is, he holds your praise close to his heart.
-An extremely big fan of physical touch. But watch out. He gets crazy cuteness aggression sometimes.
-Gets sudden, overwhelming urges to squeeze or bite. Admittedly, he tries very hard not to act on these urges out of fear of hurting you. (Unless you're. Y'know. Into that kind of thing.) He kind of jokes around about it to gauge your reaction but it's very, very real.
-Often takes his aggression out on a pillow or something soft when the urge gets unbearable. Even just thinking about you too much can give him an overwhelming burst of energy. Needs to get it out of his system every once in a while so that he doesn't let it slip around you.
-At first, in your early relationship, Cole keeps his hands very notably to himself. He's always either holding himself or has his hands folded at the small of his back.
-Despite... well, everything, Cole is not delusional. He understands very well that his feelings and urges are not... normal. He worries quite a bit about scaring you away by revealing too much. So he keeps to himself for a long time, only occasionally dipping into your personal space for a few brief moments. Usually to whisper in your ear or tease you when he sees the opportunity.
-He allows you to set the pace of your relationship, only delving into his desires once it's been made clear that you feel the same way. Contact between you two will have to be initiated by you at the start.
-Once you've been together for a while though, this caution goes out the window. Now that you're his, get ready, because Cole. Is. Clingy. Wants to be touching you at all times. The only time he feels like he has true control over himself is when he's in your arms.
-Sorry but he is 100% guilty of lovebombing after he's done or said something suspicious lmao.
-Oh, you just caught him following you...? Er, well, has he told you recently how cute you are? And hasn't it been a dreadfully long time since he kissed you? Looks like he'll have to spend the next several minutes remedying that haha nothing suspicious about that haha....
-Always finds a way to weasel out of anything regarding his 'tendencies'. He's cute enough that he usually succeeds.
-Side note, he's a biter. Cole will occasionally stride over to you, bite your neck or shoulder (sometimes leaving a hickey if you'll let him), and then walk away like nothing happened. He'll also nip at your lips or fingers to tease. If you ask him about it, he'll say that it's a lingering effect from the curse, but how true that is is debatable.
-Your quality time is very dear to him. Always annoyed when something (or someone) cuts into your time together.
-Quality time is often intrinsically linked to physical touch for him. Would spend every waking moment in your arms if he could. It's not realistic of course, but a man can dream...
-Although, he'll enjoy doing anything with you. Loves to join in on your hobbies and the activities you enjoy, and appreciates it if you return the favor. Admittedly, Cole doesn't indulge in many hobbies (at least not many that he can actually tell you about) but he loves it if you get involved with his interests.
-Will often spend his time lackadaisically following you to and fro, if only to have a few more minutes with you. This is especially apparent in the mornings when you're getting ready for your day. He'll trail after you while you make breakfast, shower, get dressed... Everything, just for the few extra seconds of attention it gains him. And if he gets a few kisses along the way, then he certainly won't complain.
-If you're going somewhere, Cole will always offer to tag along. Going to the grocery store? He'll come with you to carry your bags. Going to work? He'll walk you there. Can't be too careful, now can we? Going to see a friend? Well... why would you do that when you could be here with him?
-tldr this man doesnt understand the concept of personal space nor time
-He's not super into gift giving, but he's hardly against it.
-Cole likes to get you presents more than he likes to receive them. All he desires is your time and attention (all of it).
-Shockingly good at getting you gifts. Almost suspiciously so...
-You know that weird phenomenon when you start wanting something and then suddenly you start seeing ads everywhere for that thing? Yeah, that's kind of what receiving gifts from Cole is like.
-You'll get something from him before you even know you wanted it.
-It's not like he stalks you when you aren't together and watches your every move and notices when your eyes linger on things when you're shopping or snooping through your phone when you leave the room to see if you've searched for anything recently haha totally not.....
-He loves the look of surprise that passes over your face when you open gifts lovingly wrapped by him.
-While it's not his preference, he loves receiving gifts from you, especially if there's no particular reason for it. Makes his heart squeeze painfully to know that you think of him when he's not around enough to buy him things. Perhaps you think about him as much as he thinks about you...? (impossible)
-Couldn't care less what the actual gift is. For Cole, it really is the thought that counts.
-Goes nuts over acts of service. You'll never have to lift a finger around him.
-Cole could wait on you hand and foot for the rest of his life and be content. Treats you like royalty. A prince/ss and their lowly servant... Born to fulfill your every whim.
-Loves to dote on you. Please let him dote on you. Even the most minor of things will be done in a flash if you want... Or the most major of things.
-Will do absolutely anything for you. No questions asked.
-He rather enjoys household chores, actually. Cleaning sort of comes naturally to him. If you live together, expect Cole to keep the house spotless. Just don't think too hard about how many surfaces/materials he knows how to clean blood out of...
-Additionally, he loves to cook for you. Cole would hardly describe himself as a health nut, but he is very mindful. He likes to be in charge of your meals to ensure you're eating properly and being healthy. King of making you eat all your vegetables.
-He's lowkey a pushover when it comes to you though so he'll do or make whatever you want anyways <3

Volks usually offers to be the big spoon but he secretly really likes being the little spoon too. He'll never admit it though, he thinks it's too embarrassing so you'll have to be the big spoon once and a while.
He really enjoys your warmth when your bodies are pressed together, it's oddly comforting to him. It reminds him that you're really here with him and this isn't all just made up in his head.
He likes holding you from behind and burying his face into your neck. He does this during the mornings while you're making breakfast or any other activity really.
Speaking of mornings, that's the time when Volks is feeling the most cuddly. He presses himself onto you while the two are still in bed. The moment is very peaceful and quiet while you enjoy each other's presence. Getting up is his least favorite part though, he'd rather lay with you then get ready for the day. He isn't really a morning person either.
💌 • Cole
Definitely prefers being the big spoon. He likes holding you close, it makes him feel like he's protecting you in a way. He wants you to feel safe while you two are cuddling.
Extremely clingy! Doesn't let you go for at least a couple hours. His grip is very tight as well so don't bother getting up unless it's really an emergency.
Cuddling like this feels really intimate to him. He treasures every moment with you but physical closeness is what he prefers the most. He loves the sound of your breathing and how warm your body feels with his. It's the sensory experience that helps make him feel closer to you.
He likes to lay his head on your chest while listening to the steady rhythm of your heartbeat, it makes him feel at ease. Sometimes he accidentally falls asleep while listening to it.
Whispers a bunch of sweet nothings into your ear the whole time. He likes watching you squirm from embarrassment with everything he says, he finds it adorable.

Reece is fine with being the big or little spoon, it really depends on your preference. As long as you're enjoying yourself, then he is too!
He's also a bit clingy but not like Cole, he lets you get up when you need to.
Can't forget about his cuteness aggression, his arms are super tight around you while you cuddle. Peppers your face in kisses randomly. He does it without warning too so it catches you off guard a bit. You're just too cute for him to handle!
He enjoys cuddling on the couch to unwind after a long day while watching a sappy costume drama on TV. Definitely cracks a joke or too about what you're watching just to get a quick chuckle out of you.
When you aren't watching something, he likes laying in bed with you while facing each other. He likes looking into your eyes and playing with your hair while you exchange whispers and gentle touches.
He's most cuddly after work or on his days off. He loves his job but he doesn't like that he has to be away from his beloved for a while so he becomes especially touchy.
Playfully wraps his scarf around you so that he could snuggle closer to you.

Cole:
on the surface it's a very sweet domestic life
he plays the role of the loving, doting husband well
mostly cause he is actually a loving, doting husband
he's a bit strange but then again who isn't
but over all life with him very pleasant
just don't go in the basement though
that's his private space for his personal hobbies
don't worry about what hobby-- they say that the best married couples are ones that continue some level of personal life after marriage you know
he defiantly keeps the house clean
he's actually a bit of a neat freak
but he's also a pretty decent cook
he's not about to work at a 5 star fancy restaurant or anything but he can make some very solid dishes and is actually looking to learn more for you
I will say he tries to keep it all healthy though
he's not as much of a health nut as Kelby but he does constantly worry about your health
"why, if I lost you, I would have to spend every waking moment mourning at your grave until I withered away into nothing! and frankly that sounds too sad and boring to be how it ends for me"

little stuff like notes around the house telling you how much he loves you left in places he know you'll find it
or flowers waiting on the kitchen counter for you
or "I love you" written on your hand that you wake up to (also there might be some marker on either the pillow or your face or both oops)
also a card carrying member of the watching his spouse sleep club
he can't really cook but he makes decent money and also comes from a well off enough family so he can afford to get take out basically every night

Domestic Cole Life
Back on the Cole agenda, I wrote up some fluff content to fulfill a request. Honestly, I'm a little biased as I love and adore this man so much so these are partially my own selfish needs.
Also, I know he's a hardcore yandere but we're pushing that aside because we are blissfully unaware of this as his significant other. Thank you for the request!

Cole
✦ Cole is a very loyal lover, there isn’t a moment in his day where he’s not thinking about you. That being said, he makes an effort to shower you in love and to show that you are seen in his eyes. Even when he’s not with you at the moment, he is so thoughtful to leave you reminders throughout the day to take of yourself.
✦ Will always make himself noticed as his way of getting attention, using physical touch to get in your way. Whatever you're doing, the moment Cole decides that it's time to bother you, he will come up however he wants. His favorite way is sneaking up on you and taking you in a surprise hug and cuddle. Seeing you jump makes his heart beat in joy, but seeing the relaxed relief from your face when you realize it’s him makes him happy to see you trust him and can be calm with him around. It’s cute to him.
✦ Praise him and simply adore him, he’ll melt and cling to you. Cole is a hard worker, he gets tired too cuz he’s human and all he can think of is coming home and falling into your arms and letting you take care of him. The moment he opens the door and takes off his shoes, he is already set to getting into your arms. He’ll rush into the room, pretending he happened to be passing by before getting in front of you and settling down on your lap/chest wherever you are. He’ll sigh happily as you comb through his hair and ask about his day.
✦ He hates seeing you hurt, so he likes to tend so any small injuries you have. Paper cuts, bruises from sharp corners, strained muscles, he will take care of it all. He likes to whisper affirming words as he wraps and soothes your wounds, kissing your skin gently to show that he loves you and everything will be ok. If you had a bad day and are just so battered mentally, he will give you the best hug that makes you feel safe and comforted.
✦ Cole likes to ask questions a lot, maybe it’s just a habit from his detective work but he always asks questions to know your opinion about things or options. It’s how he gets to know you better, from the little things like caring if he made dinner for the night to if she had plans for the night because he wanted to know if they could have a movie night. You can do the same thing to him, now seeing that you guys are comfortable asking each other things, which is how you're able to tease and joke with him. He likes to hear you talk, so for him it’s a win-win in his eyes.
✦ The one thing you guys fight about is maybe who gets to clean the house for the day. Sure, you both probably switch back and forth between chores for the week, but Cole has a certain way of cleaning that is different from yours. He might be an intense neat freak so if you don't clean something to his standards, he'll push you aside and do it yourself. Your complaint is that he never lets you help, he argues that he does but you don’t know what you're doing. Of course, at the end of the day you get the house clean but it takes longer because you two just can’t settle on who does what. You guys get over it, maybe laugh about it later but still it happens from time to time.

Scale:
-Startled at first because he doesn't expect it.
-if he doesn't notice that you're sleepy/nodding off and you suddenly slump into his shoulder then there's a good chance it's gonna scare the hell out of him. He'll immediately think you'd been poisoned or attacked for a split second paranoid ass
-After that he'll kinda stare and poke at you for a minute to see if you're actually asleep.
-"Was I being boring or something...?"
-Begrudgingly lets you sleep on him for a while, pretending to be more annoyed about it than he really is.
-He's blushing like hell the whole time. Probably tries to drape his cape around your shoulders to act as a blanket.
-He'll put up with being sore or getting pins and needles for a while, but will eventually get sick of it. He briefly considers kissing you awake and being sweet but it's more likely that he flicks you in the forehead or shakes you awake.
Cole:
-It's usually more likely that Cole will be the one falling asleep on you, rather than the other way around. He greatly enjoys taking naps on you.
-When it's the reverse however, oh boy he is elated.
-You know when an animal falls asleep on you so you can't move or else you'll wake them up? That's exactly what Cole is like with you. He thinks you're way too cute to disturb.
-He'll sit in any position, anywhere, for any amount of time if it means you'll keep laying on him.
-I think he's lowkey starved for affection so he'll take anything and everything. Will let you sleep on him for hours just so he can stare at your adorable sleeping face.
-If there are other people around or if you're somewhere public, Cole will glare openly at anyone who dares to make noise and potentially wake you.
-Although if you're a deep enough sleeper, Cole may risk adjusting your position or even carrying you somewhere more comfortable so that you can rest.

Who shops for groceries?
I feel like Nimh definitely always remembers to shop for groceries and that grocery shopping dates are a huge thing for him. They’re just very relaxed and cutely domestic and really up his alley. Myx, maybe not so surprisingly, is really into farmer’s markets and, while some dates he takes you on are raucous or crazy, he appreciates a good Saturday morning date with you to the farmer’s market.

William does not abide spiders being killed. He traps them with a glass and takes them outside and even gives them a name as he says goodbye to them. Anon makes you kill the spiders for him, while Volks will happily kill the spiders for you.
Who comes home drunk at 3 a.m.?
Eli, Dmitri, and William have all done this in the time you’ve known them. Eli loves clubbing and the nightlife and it’s too easy to get drunk off those frou-frou, fruity drinks he loves because it’s so hard to taste the alcohol in them. He’ll happily stagger home, drunk and giggling, with you after a night out on the town. William is a wine drunk and gets silly when drunk and it’s up to you to get him safely back home and into bed to keep him from getting into much trouble. Dmitri doesn’t get drunk quickly but when he gets drunk, he gets horny and it will be a race for him to either get home to you or to take you home…or anywhere private, really.
Who makes breakfast?
Kelby makes protein shakes every morning and always makes one for you if he’s with you. Nimh cooks you a healthy breakfast every morning you’re with him. Eli loves brunch with you and will take you out to brunch fairly often, where there will be mimosas and gossiping. Garret makes the most heavenly flapjacks but doesn’t often eat breakfast – they’re normally a breakfast for supper kind of deal.
Who remembers to feed the fish?
William never forgets to feed any animal. If you have fish, Sven really likes feeding them too…and sometimes, you’ll find that the fish have been fed, though you can’t remember feeding them, and it’s usually because it’s one of those little things that Cole breaks in to your house to do does for you as sweet gestures to make your life easier.
Who decorates the apartment?
William, Dmitri, Volks, and Stirling all have very set senses of style when it comes to interior design and their apartments are all quite decorated. Nimh’s is kind of a cozy mishmash that he encourages you to add to. Eli loves shopping for furniture and interior décor as dates but would want to design the apartment with you instead of by himself. Scale, Ichiban, and Garret aren’t really into interior design strongly and are happy to turn the reins over to you when it comes to decorating. And as long as it’s really damn clean, Anon doesn’t much care what the place looks like…just, clean it. Please.
Who initiates duets?
Come on, the answer to this one is so obviously Myx that you had to see the answer coming. He breaks out in random song and loves it when you harmonize with him.
Who falls asleep first?
Okay, so I feel like Nimh, Kelby, and Scale fall asleep before you. Stirling stays up most of the night since he doesn’t need a lot of sleep but he does like watching you sleep. Myx and Eli want you out with them until late, enjoying the nightlife, and fall asleep about the same time as you. Ichiban has a habit of staying up late playing video games and it’s not too rare for him to come to bed after you’ve fallen asleep. William is hit or miss – sometimes he likes waiting for you to fall asleep, just enjoying the peacefulness of the moment with you and thinking how cute you look while sleeping while other times he passes out first.
