The dressing table was an important piece of furniture in the life of a fine rococo lady. Now you can recreate a mid 18th century boudoir in your game!
This set includes 20 new Objects:
The 6 pieces of Louis XV furniture are accompanied by decorative items in the style of 18th century Sevres porcelain. I also remade the Louis XV Candlestick I made a while ago, because it was missing LOD's. Please replace the old files by the new ones.
"Gustavian style was the leading style in Swedish architecture, decor and crafts during the Gustavian era, inspired by French Neoclassicism. The style was established in the 1780s, and is named after King Gustav III of Sweden."
Includes 7 items with four swatches for sofa and armchair and one swatch for everything else, will add more in the future
All lods, my mesh

A large Castle with many rooms decorated in a grand style.

And a Special thanks to my dear friend @denerdnr for the great conversations, tips and of course for your magnificent recolors!
The building is dedicated to Ukraine's Independence Day on August 24, as the actual building is part of the president's office and is used as a residence for official and diplomatic ceremonies 🇺🇦
I finally finished this house after several rebuilds. No matter how hard I tried, the list of additional materials did not become much smaller. Rather less scattered. But do not be afraid: I divided the entire CC into 2 parts - for the facade and the interior. So if you don't need every detail, you can download just the exterior decoration part and furnish the house however you like. If a particular detail from the screenshots caught your eye - I will gladly share the link.
You might not hear it, but the alien plants from the Get to Work expansion make fantastic sounds, adding to the magical atmosphere.
I changed the back of the facade a bit because I wanted to place this building in Glimmerbrook, while the original building is much larger than lot I used for the house.
Of course, the sculptures only very remotely resemble the original ones. But I think the overall silhouette looks pretty similar if you think of the whole house as one sculpture.
The interior can also only remotely resemble the real one, solely due to its whimsicality.
Today, one of the halls of the building is used for face-to-face diplomatic meetings in light blue tones with Chinese motifs - the "Chinese" room. But you can use it as a dining room.
The exterior of the house is fully matched by its interiors with artistic paintings, marble, stucco decoration, wood carvings, and inlays. The fireplaces of the famous German company Mason are of great artistic value. There are spiral staircases, hunting-themed stained glass windows, and polygonal halls.
The free planning uses the principle of functional interconnection of isolated groups of rooms (halls, residential, utility), which is characteristic of luxurious residences of the beginning of the 20th century (when the house was built).
The architect of the building, Vladyslav Horodetskyi, is a unique and mysterious personality. In addition to his admiration for architecture, he also loved hunting. Therefore, perhaps he decorated the facade with his own dreams for himself for his 40th birthday.

Hello Simmers!
After having a short break here I represent my latest build.
I did a replica of one of the most famous gilded age mansions, The Elm's house.
I used TOOL mod to create many architectural details. However, I didn't decorate one-half of the building on the second floor. I kept the floor plan as accurate as possible, so if you feel like furnishing the other half rooms are all prepared.
I hope you enjoy it.

I'm back with a collection of paitings by four of the most iconic french rococo masters!
In addition to mythological depictions, rococo paintings often showed gallant or even frivolous scenes. Therefore, they were particularly suitable for private cabinets, where only the closest and most intimate friends were received.
I created the mesh and texture of the frame myself in Blender. There are 40 painting swatches in total by the following painters:
1-13 - François Boucher (1703-1770)
14-25 - Jean-Honoré Fragonard (1732-1806)
26-34 - Jean François de Troy (1679-1752)
35-40 - Antoine Watteau (1684-1721)
4t3 Conversion from ChateauSims’ Rococo Boudoir - Part I
A 4t3 conversion from a gorgeous rococo boudoir set, now for ts3! Really happy about this one! It’s pretty, clean, and very needed in the game! Hope you like it! Enjoy! <3
Also, can you tell I’m in a bit of a buy mode vibe lately? lol

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE DOWNLOADING:
All items are functional! Hope you can find them useful!
Because this is more of a chic set, the prices are a bit higher, like $1000+!
Items are located where they logically are supposed to be, so the bouquets are in plants, candles are in lighting, etc!
Almost all items have this pretty porcelain part with flowers on it as an overlay texture, both to save space on the masks and also because it makes more sense! hope that’s ok!
Other items also have overlay textures, like the pot of burnt cloves, both bouquets, the plate and brush, etc. but they are all things that wouldn’t make sense to be recolorable/won’t interfere when you’re recoloring!
Both screens, the chair, and the stool have 8-9 patterned overlay textures to create the boudoir of your dreams! The border is recolorable! Hope you find them useful!
This time around I was able to make the candles work as actual candles! You just need to click on them and press “light candles” and see the little flames light up! :)
You may realize that one item is missing from this set, the “bell pull extension”. I didn’t convert this item because I really don’t know what is it about, how would you use it in the game, etc. So I just made the bell pull a bit higher to a normal height and finished it. Hope that’s ok and I’m sorry for not understanding this extension lol!

Yes, it is not the exact copy of the original building, especially inside. But have you ever seen the floor plan of an any opera theatre? I almost got lost when I visited opera for the first time. So this is a very simplified building for your Sims 4. I furnished only the most important rooms, leaving the rest empty.
