Kichen 2Point0 - Part 2
The 43 piece second half of the KICHEN 2Point0 focuses on appliances and clutter for your kitchens.
Of course its also time for another trip down memory lane, to revisit the original Kichen & how it links back to this current iteration. All the items apart from the Wishboner chair have been completely new ideas and meshes, however we wanted to try and capture some of our favourite elements from the original and reimagine them in our current styles. Way back in 2019 Harrie wasn't yet experienced in making new meshes from scratch (Fun fact: The dining table included in the original Kichen was her first ever from scratch mesh!), so a lot of the clutter items were mesh edits of EA items. For our first few collaborations we would actually explore all of the EA items that we felt would fit into our theme, but with the Kichen 2Point0 we made all of the clutter items from scratch. It was so important for us to include new essential clutter pieces in this set as even to this day we will often gravitate towards those original clutter items when building & we still spot them in many of your builds too! We have tried to cover all of the appliances you would need to bring this kitchen to life. Of course with new EA functional items being added with new pack releases we were also long overdue a small appliance refresh that we haven't had in any of our other set releases. Highlights include the functional kettle (requires For Rent EP) & the mixer (requires Home Chef Hustle SP), but of course we have also included decorative versions for those of you that don't have those packs.
Majority of the items are Base Game compatible with the exception of the Mixer & kettle as mentioned above and can be found by searching the B/B catalogue using the keyword 2Point0. As the items are designed for both of our current sets they will also show up when you search using the keywords KLEAN or SOHO
We really can't wait to see what you do with the new items and how you bring them all to life in your game. As always we would love you to tag us in your builds on social media.

After a short break, I am back:) and as you might have noticed I am working on an East Asian-inspired set. The FAYUN Set will stretch over the next three months and I will focus on Bedroom, Living room, and Exterior/ Garden items.
The inspiration was built up over a few months, especially inspirational to me is the Aman Fayun (hence the name) and the last straw that broke the camel's back was when I found a detailed book about Ming and Qing dynasty furniture and how it was made. I mainly concentrated on Ming Dynasty pieces, I just love their shapes and elegance. With all the history attached to those pieces, I want to use them in a modern way and will combine them with a few western style items.
As you can see in the pictures this month is the bedroom month. I worked on different storage items, a cabinet, a clothing rack (inspired by an ancient balance scale holder), and a chest. I sculpted a lot of details into the wood for the first time ( little holes and scratches) to bring it to life :) I also created a new wood texture for those items too.
For this set I created new dramatic floor-length bedding and a fabric-covered bedframe, somehow I always see that type of bed in Axel Vervoordt interiors and it's only about time I bring it into your games :D and there will be sofas in that style coming next month :) Inspired by Aman Fayun I created a love seat, an armchair a canopy for the bed, and a screen.
There has been a bit of a learning curve this month, I experimented with more organic shapes and created hanging clothes for the clothing rack, that task was tough but I am really happy about the outcome, it's all hand modeled and sculpted. Maybe I create a few CAS pieces in the future and find back to my roots as a fashion designer. One last mention: there is a little table mirror and book clutter.
This set is now on Early Access and will go public on the 5th of November

Hello Simmers
On my recreation of Willowcreek into a Neoclassical - Baroque map I made a Library building.
The building is inspired by the side façade of Stari Dvor in Belgrade.
The library consists of a grand study, an archive, some private/casual study rooms and a cafeteria. There is also an empty room which you can convert if you'd like to into a book store.
Important: You'll need @twistedmexi's TOOL mod to move the towers and the gate (you'll receive it as an additional lot in this download under the name of tower). Move the sole tower by -38,1 and the gate and the other tower by -5,1 to fit them with my previous building St. Sebastian Basilica.

Sorry, this has taken so much longer than expected! While editing my screenshots, I couldn’t help but feel the whole build was lacking.
After rewatching Season 2 of Bridgerton, I expanded this build to include the study as seen in both seasons. I didn’t realize how much green was used in their set design, and I tried hard to stay true to the set design for the interior.

The Belvedere Pavilion at Versailles was built for Marie-Antoinette, who made use of the octagonal building as a music room. Under her instructions, the pavilion was designed in the newly popular neoclassical style, with its landscaped garden reflecting the passion for English gardens at the time. The pavilion’s architectural lines show a classical balance of proportion, and its interior reflects a studied refinement with its sculpture and the richness of its paintings. Over the centuries, the interiors and exteriors of the Belvedere suffered from aging materials and lack of maintenance. In recent decades, the exterior was threatened by impaired drainage systems that allowed rain to stream along the façade and reach the lower parts of the building. Moss and lichen grew on the surfaces and some elements of the decorative balustrades were lost. The interior also showed cracks along the walls and on the floor.

For my conversion of Willowcreek I made a baroque church.
I used TOOL mod intensively to create all the baroque elements.
I created multiple aedecules for shrines and also confessional boxes.
Adjacent buildings will be a library and a rental apartment. Those will have some extensions to create patio and bell towers for this church. so stay tuned :)

I know it’s been some time since my last actual build. I’ve been in the process of streamlining my CC. I haven’t had any backlash uploading my builds with cc but it was getting a tad out of control!
There’s nothing more frustrating then downloading a ton of cc for a stunning build only to find it missing content in game. So my goal moving forward is to limit my cc content to make my builds more user friendly while maintaining historical accuracy.
Here’s a sneak peak to what I’ve been working on. I’ll start Bridgeton back up momentarily but thanks to @felixandresims CHATEAU Part 1 & Part 2 I fell in love with French architecture all over again!
