Willowcreek Assembly

Hello Simmers

As my #Willowcreek conversion continues I'm finally at the half way. 10 buildings are completed and we have 11 to go.

I did a new assembly building for Willowcreek. I was inspired by Brussels Stock Exchange building for the main façade.

I created several spaces, an assembly chamber, a municipality senate chamber, conference room, meeting room and offices.

St. Lucia Apartment

Hello Simmers

As my willowcreek conversion continues, I did an apartment building

This building in someways mimicks my previous build St. Stephes Library and adjacent to my St. Sebastian Basilica

The Building consists of 2 furnished apartments, 2 empty apartments, a lounge, a café, an empty store and a patio that connects directly to the basilica.

With these three buildings willowcreek has a huge building complex

St Stephen's Library

Hello Simmers

On my recreation of Willowcreek into a Neoclassical - Baroque map I made a Library building.

The building is inspired by the side façade of Stari Dvor in Belgrade.

The library consists of a grand study, an archive, some private/casual study rooms and a cafeteria. There is also an empty room which you can convert if you'd like to into a book store.

Important: You'll need @twistedmexi's TOOL mod to move the towers and the gate (you'll receive it as an additional lot in this download under the name of tower). Move the sole tower by -38,1 and the gate and the other tower by -5,1 to fit them with my previous building St. Sebastian Basilica.

Basilica of St. Sebastian

Hello simmers

For my conversion of Willowcreek I made a baroque church.

I used TOOL mod intensively to create all the baroque elements.

I created multiple aedecules for shrines and also confessional boxes.

Adjacent buildings will be a library and a rental apartment. Those will have some extensions to create patio and bell towers for this church. so stay tuned :)

Solomon Apartment & Park

Hello simmers

Here is my latest building in the Foundry Cove. This building has two furnished apartments, a gym and a yoga/spa Saloon.

With the Immanuel Apartment, Samuel Apartment, Neve Shalom Synagogue and Willowcreek Museum build I've done Foundry Cove will have a complete and European feeling.

If you had all these builds placed, you'd have 6 apartments, a bar, a restaurant, a café, a fashion shop, a book store, monumental founntain, a cemetery, a park, a gym, a spa and a museum. So it will give your game an open map feeling.

I made the third building of the dead end street of #Willowcreek

I recreated the area with neoclassical architecture and used neoclassical elements to make this synagogue.

Samuel Apartment & Fountain

Here is my second building on Willowcreeks dead end street.

This building includes a fashion store, a book store, and two decorated small apartments.

In the tray files, you’ll find two additional lots named Bridge, which allows the building to connect to my previous Immanuel apartment, and Fountain, filling the empty area off lot on the right-hand side. (fountain lot must be moved by TOOL mod by @twistedmexi with 15.25,0 coordinates)

I greatly enjoy these connectable buildings as I can fill spaces and create pocket areas. I hope you enjoy it also.

Hello Simmers

After a while, I’m finally back. I decided to recreate the dead-end street in Willowcreek.

I previously made a museum on the same street with a curved corner and I wanted to make a towered apartment to complete the look.

The rest of the buildings will be added to complete the street.

The building has two decorated apartments, one restaurant, one café and a bar. You can use either of the functions of the lot.

Hello Simmers!

After having a short break here I represent my latest build.

I did a replica of one of the most famous gilded age mansions, The Elm's house.

I used TOOL mod to create many architectural details. However, I didn't decorate one-half of the building on the second floor. I kept the floor plan as accurate as possible, so if you feel like furnishing the other half rooms are all prepared.

Temple of Hope

Lately in my life things got a little out of control and recently I’m having some rough times. I’m pretty much focused on how to solve some of those problems and learn how to admit the ones I cannot solve.

So I’ve made a temple dedicated to Goddess of Hope, just to feel a little relief.

Vanderblit Mansion

Hello Simmers

This build is a replica of a Gilded Age mansion in Hyde park belonged to Frederick William Vanderbilt.

I’ve already worked and leased some versions of the build, how ever those were in a way unplayable. Finally I’ve managed to have the exterior semi rotunda be round. Now it has much more architectural features presented and more refined.

Some of the paid objects are removed from the lot. You won't get them neither the link. which are the vanity mirror and table decors.

Holburne Mansion

Hello Simmers

I made a replica of Holburne Museum, which was used on Bridgerton Series as one of the noble families mansion.

The original building is now being used as a museum and has a modern extension behind it. Thus I had to reimagine how it might looked.

I wanted to be as loyal as I could to the plan of the original building, However it had a mezzanine floor which the game does not provide for us so I had to improvise.

The build has 3 bedrooms however I did't decorate the Buttler's rooms in the basement.

Ortaköy Mosque

Ortaköy mosque build was my first ever build that I uploaded on here on Tumblr. However a lot has changed and since then I can make much better and detailed builds.

I have in fact updated the build a lot of time ago but as today is the first day of the Feast of Candies🍭 (as we call it in Turkey) I wanted to reupload the latest version.

Ortaköy Mosque is located on the shores of Bosphorus in Ortaköy. It is one of the best examples of Turkish Baroque. Turkish baroque mosques follow a certain shape, a main dome, supported by four arches and pendentives creating the main praying area and added a köşk on the front side to accommodate the imam and opening space for female prayers.

Here I present you my latest build, Rosecliff Mansion.

Rosecliff Mansion is one of the most famous Gilded Age Mansion in US, which is now is a very popular wedding destination.The building is very elegant with its Ionic columns and white marble façades.

I wanted to go with very accurate replica. I used the original footprints but had to make many adjustments and compromises for the sake of the gameplay.

I placed this building in 40x40 lot in Brindletonbay

Hello Simmer

After a long break finally I’m back with a new build for our new neighbourhood Tartarosa.

I wanted to make a replica of Villa Cetinale which I thought suit very well with the concept of the new map.

I interpreted the build somewhere between modern life and rustic life. So I wanted to mix all the styles but in each room.

I created a garden space convertible for weddings but it is now just a outdoor dining. I also left a room blank, I thought maybe you’d like to make your own touch into the build.

Hestercombe Orangery & Venus Pavillion

Hello Simmers!

I wanted to add some complementary building to my Château Pont-Chevron. I placed the Château on 64x64 lot in Brindleton Bay and around it there is a small 20x20 lot where I thought would be a nice lot to have complementary additions.

So I made a replica of Hestercombe Orangery. My version is mainly heavily inspired by the original. The orangery functions as a park, and interior provides a beautiful scenery. Although it can be rearranged for weddings to if wanted.

I made the Venus pavilion as an off lot decorational building. It is in another lot and doesn't include any in-game structural features. It is only decorational and intended to be moved off the lot using Twistedmexi’s TOOL Mod .
