anotha one😝 this fic is pure crack honestly, it’s not my best work and i was sleep deprived and wrote this in like 20 minutes, soooo keep that in mind. i also imagined the reader being super short in this, because i may have a wee bit of a size kink (don’t tell anyone🤭) but like how cute would ethan look with a partner that’s like 4’11 compared to his 6’1 ass. AGHHH I CANT

Nap time

Everyone who knew you, knew that there was only one thing in this world that could rival your love for Ethan. And that was napping. You couldn’t help that you were a sleepy girl. You were lucky enough too, that you could nap anywhere. Whether it be your head resting on a hard countertop, the lap of one of your friends, you were even found asleep on the stairs in your parents home once.

Unfortunately though, as of lately, you haven’t been able to sleep that well. And you knew exactly what the cause of this was from, well more of WHO the cause of this was from. Ethan fucking Landry. The boy with the loveliest doe eyes, the boy with the sweetest smile, the boy that stole your heart all those months ago and has told you he was never giving it back.

But he didn’t just steal your heart, no, he stole your ability of napping anywhere your little heart desired.

You couldn’t nap without him anymore.

Of course it wasn’t all his fault, you were the one to snuggle up to him, thinking you were only going to ‘rest’ your eyes for a few seconds. Those few seconds turned into two hours. You couldn’t help it. He was just so warm and smelled so good. It certainly didn’t help that he was running his fingers through your hair while softly humming in your ear. Anyone would have fallen under his spell and drifted off in minutes, if they had been in the position you were in. At least that’s what yoy keep telling yourself.

You had also, by now, convinced yourself he did all of it on purpose.

Which is why you’ve been glaring at him for the past seven minutes. You were sleepy, and all you wanted was to lay your sweet little head down and take a nap. But when your head hits the soft pillow on Ethan’s bed, you find yourself not able to fall asleep. You knew in your head all you needed to do was ask Ethan to come lay down with you, and he would. He would do absolutely anything you asked of him. But you were furious with him. Furious that his conspiracy against you has worked.

“Baby, we’ve talked about how you have to tell me when I’ve upset you, otherwise I won’t know how to fix it.” He wasn’t even looking at you, he had his back towards you while he worked at his desk. “I can quite literally feel the heat from your eyes, angel.” “Well my eyes would be closed and I would be fast asleep, taking my much needed nap if you wouldn’t have ruined them for me.” You grumble out, arms crossed, brows furrowed, adorable pout present.

He drops his pencil at that, confusion wasn’t a strong enough word to describe what Ethan felt. “How did I ruin your nap?” His voice raises an octave higher out of disbelief, and he finally turns to look at you. “I’ve been quiet this whole time and you have quite literally fallen asleep at frat parties before, where it was much more chaotic. I had to nearly tackle someone to stop them from sitting on you.”

“Don’t act like you don’t know what you did!” You yell as you jump up, standing on Ethan’s bed and pointing an accusing finger at him. His brown eyes widen, not sure if you’re just having one of your ‘moments’ as he likes to call them, or if you’ve actually lost your mind. “I don’t though, that’s why I asked you to tell me.” At his remark, you ball your fists up, throwing them down at your side, all while making the cutest grumbling sound.

Ethan stands from his chair, coming to stand in front of you at his bed. Since you’re standing on his bed, you’re looking down at him. His hands grab yours, unballing your “threatening” fists, and he’s pleading with his eyes. “Tell me what I did so I can make up for it.” After a few seconds you throw your head back with a loud groan, before dramatically falling forward to be caught by Ethan, wrapping your arms and legs around him completely. “I can’t nap without you.” You all but cry out, still holding a menacing stare as your forehead touches his.

He laughs. He laughs right in your face. “Stop laughing at me!” You push his face away from yours, squirming in his arms trying but failing to get away from him. “Awe, I’m sorry baby. What can I do to help?” To anyone else, he would sound patronizing, but you knew he genuinely was sorry and wanted to make you feel better.

“Don’t you need to finish your homework?” Your eyes glance over at the anatomy worksheet, and then back to Ethan. “Yeah, well I think my baby needs me more. So, I’m not worried about that right now.” You grin at his words, placing a sweet kiss to his lips, before pulling away pretending to look deep in thought. He already knows what you need, he also knows you’re just too scared to ask. All because you got in your own head about how dependent you’ve become of him. He loved it. He loved that you needed him just for the smallest of things like taking a nap.

“Do you want me to lay down with you while you nap? I’ll even hold your hand the entire time, if you want.” You giggle at that, already feeling much more relaxed. “What if I want to wrap myself around you like a koala? Would you let me do that?”

“You’re already the size of one, so why not?”

“Ethan!”

You’re pouting again, and he could only smile because you were just too fucking cute. “Okay! Okay! I’m done.” He pushes a few strands of hair out of your face, and grabs your chin, placing a few kisses to your pouted lips.

“Can we lay down now? You’ve been standing here holding me for like 10 minutes now, your arms have to hurt by now.”

“Baby.” He says with disbelief. “I’ve held you for way longer than 10 minutes, while we were doing something a lot more physically demanding.” Your cheeks immediately flush red at his words. Hiding your face in his neck. “Don’t get all shy on me now. You were just yelling at me 10 minutes ago about ruining your naps.” He couldn’t help but tease you, it was just too easy.

“Ethan, stop it.” You mumble out. He laughs again, but finally moves to sit you back down on his bed. You climb to the top, and wait for Ethan to join you. He goes to slip under the blanket with you, but you stop him. “No! You have to take your clothes off!” He holds his hands out in front of him, in a defensive manner. “Someone’s not so shy now. You need me to tire you out or something?”

You roll your eyes at your dumb boyfriend, and watch as he removes his tshirt and jeans. “I meant so I could sleep on you more comfortably, you perv!” “You’re calling me a perv, after asking me to strip and defile you?”

You open and close your mouth “I didn’t ask-“ You stop, exhaling sharply through your nose. “Please, E, just get in the damn bed.” “I’m coming, jeez!” Finally, he lays down beside you, and before you could move, he turns and wraps his arms around your body, an innocent grin on his pretty lips. And you can already feel your eyes grow heavy, as his fingers begin to trail up and down your spine and he presses soft kisses to your temple.

“Get some rest, sweet girl, because I will be defiling you when you wake up.” His tone is light and playful.

“Ethannn, can you stop being such a horny teenage boy for two seconds?” Your tone is annoyed. “Yeah, as long as you’re around, that’s not happening.”

“You’re such a whore.” Ethan laughs at your remark, squeezing you even closer, if possible, to his body. He’s finally quiet after that, besides the soft humming coming from his lips.

And he would never admit this to you, but he was having trouble sleeping without you by his side too. He loved the weight of you on his chest, the way your hair smelled. He especially loved when you would take his hand in yours, all while still sleeping, and hold it to your chest. You would hold it so tight sometimes he would lose feeling in his fingers.

He didn’t care though. Because he loved you and all of those things produced a warm, comfortable feeling he never received as a child.

So, he would lay there for hours, and watch the rise and fall of your chest, and listen to the soft snores leave your mouth. All without a single complaint.

digging into your pocket, you take out the blindfold and the pair of glasses your boyfriend always wore. fingers rubbing against the soft fabric, reminiscing all the memories you shared. —despite him not being there everyday, you always felt his warmth wherever his touch and scent lingered.

—you rested the blindfold beside his engraved name that laid beside you, you cant help but feel the tears well up once again. how many times have you cried at this point? too many to count.

hands grazing along that name you always called out to. the name you would always say as you complained about not being able to see through those pitch dark glasses. the glasses that you now admire beneath the moonlight, as you sat with the only friend you had left.

you can already hear the memories. the moment when you had tried satoru's glasses, saying how you couldn't see a single thing through them—"that's the point of them sweets" he responded through small laughter—and he would only look at you with a loving gaze. a gaze you always felt whenever you were with him. a love you've now grown to miss.

satoru always looked at you with so much love. he always did. for it was the last droplet of love he could ever hold. he gave you everything, would hand down the world to you. he provided you with the small bottles of affection he had left, for when a day came when he was no longer around. he would rest happy knowing he gave you his all.

so on the on the new year of 2019. a week after the incident. you put on his glasses one more time, looking out into the dark sky being illuminated with nothing but the hues of blue you swore that was an illusion. but you let your imagination wander. for you sit beside the tombstones of your lover, and best friend. the both of them resting peacefully, while your head rested against shokos. quietly you murmured to the sky,

"I see you. I see the both of you. with, or without glasses."

satoru would be content. satoru is resting well now. satoru is at peace and doesn't have to withstand the burden of being satoru gojo anymore.

satoru was with his best friend again. without any difference's breaking them apart.

“ A night out with friends is always fun. I recently seen you were out in Jamaica. How was that ?”

“ Jamaica is so nice , I absolutely love being there. I definitely will be making plans to go there again this year. Have you been to Jamaica? “ - Letitia questioned

“ I’m actually going in 2 weeks , i’ve never been so i’m very excited to go“

“ You’re going to absolutely love it, and make sure try the KFC there , it’s so much better “- Letitia smiled

“ Definitely will be trying that . Now you know you have some very nosy fans as soon as they heard they could leave me questions to ask you they blew up my comments. I’m gonna ask you the main three I kept seeing. Is Ms Letitia Wright in a relationship?”

Letitia laughed and shook her head

“ Y’all so nosy “ - She laughed. Letitia felt her cheeks get hot as she started thinking about you.

“ Hmm. Should I tell you guys ? You know what, I’m gonna spill the beans, it’s been long enough I’ve been with my beautiful girlfriend for 2 years and she’s my everything. Crazy because our anniversary is today “- Letitia nodded

“For starters happy anniversary you two. Could you tell us more about her? What is she like ? Will we get to see her any time soon ?”

“ She’s the love of my life. I honestly cant imagine life without her. That woman is everything to me. We actually were childhood best friends, I lost contact with her once I moved to the UK. Then at the first Black Panther Premiere we ran into each other and honestly the rest is history. Two years ago today I asked her to be my girlfriend. It was such a nice set up, took her to Paris and asked her to be my girlfriend under the Eiffel Tower. And to answer the last question I will be keeping my baby private.

“ How come ?”-

“ I’m a very private person when it comes to my personal life. I want my baby to have a normal life. I want to make sure she’s safe when she’s not around me. I don’t want my nosy fans in her DMs or making her comments all about me since she does her little thing with TikTok , Youtube & Instagram. It was a mutual decision to keep it private and honestly keeping it private has been so nice, nobody bothering us or tagging us in each others posts and what not. I really love it. “

“ I get that 100 % , sometimes fans take it too far and it just ruins everything. I’m so glad you found someone who truly makes you happy. Where do you guys see yourselves in 5 years ?”

“ Married for sure , I can’t wait to marry her . Everyday she gives me a reason why I need to put a ring on her finger now. Hmm in 5 years maybe a baby. I believe she’d be a good mom, she’s amazing with my little sister, everytime I see them interact my heart jumps. Besides that I would love more roles in movies “

“ So what i’m hearing is the next time I interview you , Ms. Letitia Wright will be married with a baby on the way ?”

“ Depends on when you interview me but yes married and a baby on the way. “

“ Cant wait to see that and I’m wishing you and your girlfriend the best. Next question , did you ever expect to blow up on tiktok ?”

“ Honestly no , it was a shock to me. The whole world is crushing on me, you got everyone calling me their girlfriend or wife I think it’s cute. I don’t mind them at all, i really appreciate them. So many fans take so much time making edits and things like that I love them “

“ These fans really love you , okay so last question , can we expect anything new for you after Wakanda Forever ?”

“ Yes of course I can’t really tell you guys much I have two movies dropping soon and I’m very excited for everyone to watch. One movie i filmed a while back and this new movie is something new and I think you’ll love it.”

“ Cant wait to see your new projects , thank you so much for being here today and sharing everything with us. Hope to see you soon and enjoy your anniversary.

so i was talking with my friend abt like-- genshin lore and it got to the subject of forbidden knowledge and stuff

and she used this analogy of it being a computer virus or a corrupted file that cant be processed properly

which then made me think "ahaha yes SAGAU IDEA--"

so what if... the forbidden knowledge was the fact that the world is a game/simulation? and since the world of genshin is a computer program, it wasnt built to handle the realization of the nature of its existence and like-- processed it as eleazar, and "forbidden knowledge" and its other effects on the world

eleazar is the system like-- turning it into the safest thing the program can handle and leaving it to the gods (rukk and desh) to try and fully put a stop to it like anti-virus-- the program is only running the world, not the beings and people in it, so itd make sense for them to stop it since when the world is ending and you can do something about it, youd probably do something about it--

since rukk and desh were gods and therefore much "closer" to the games code/programming (closer in the sense that they were much more directly tied/connected to it-- esp rukkha because of irminsul), they were able to handle the realization in a sense-- like... they knew that they werent "real" in some sense and knew that this knowledge is slowly killing them and their deaths to the knowledge that "they werent real" is inevitable and that-- in a way, the eleazar is one of the safest ways for people to handle the knowledge-- that even the world is protecting them from the ruin of it

i imagine the way the two gods processed the information was like-- thru the "corruptive qualities of forbidden knowledge" and in fragmented parts. its why i said that they only knew that they werent "real" and not that they knew that theyre a video game world-- kind of in the same vein of practically every harbinger going "the sky is fake let me tell you about it" (proceeds to not tell you about it) (dottore i love you but im still mad about it)

but if the "forbidden knowledge" is knowledge about how youre not real because youre a video game and youre not supposed to be self aware of it, how then can the harbingers handle that information without going mad or constantly dying of eleazar? i mean-- in the both the manga and in the game its pretty explicitly said that like, dottore fully stopped colleis eleazar and practically cured her of it.

so... you know how they manage to keep altered information in the form of stories in scaramouches archon quest? i think a similar case happened here-- an allegorical story about people living in a fake reality, be it a dream or a story or something, was made to preserve this information. and since it wasnt the pure unadulterated truth about the nature of this worlds existence anymore, the program could handle it and keep anyone from reading it suffering the negative effects of forbidden knowledge

pierro probably did it tbh-- in the archon quest, it was said that the events of khaenriah and the events leading to the deaths of king deshret and rukkhadevata are similar, if not exactly the same.

so how can we then tie this into SAGAU? are you still with me? did you completely forget that this is about me bullshitting the games lore so much to fit this really specific genre of genshin fandom stuff so you can make content about it? have you forgotten i write SAGAU fics? ...honestly i cant blame you for that last one if you did, i havent been writing SAGAU fic in a WHILE LMAO

ANYWAYS--

the concept of "forbidden knowledge" being used in SAGAU is really interesting which is why im writing abt it in the first place lmao-- and the concept is uber fun so this is just me helping you fit this into your own fics and fanworks

since the "forbidden knowledge" is literally just like "youre a computer program and youre not supposed to know that", y/n would DEFINITELY be able to handle it without the adverse effects. and i know that y/n is basically the equivalent of a mary sue at this point and it physically hurted me when i started writing y/n fics but-- if you think abt it, it makes sense

i am trying so hard rn to like-- not turn this into a discussion about mary sues-- just watch OSPs video on the subject and youre golden lmao

it makes sense for y/n to be able to handle it because number one: y/n is literally us. y/n is not lines of code in a program. y/n is never supposed to end up inside a program or software, and is DEFINITELY SUPER AWARE OF THE FACT THAT GENSHIN IS NOT REAL.

y/n is a human, or at least was a human before they got isekaied or whatever plot thing you decide to do to put y/n in the genshi world. y/n is human, not programming and can definitely handle the thought of "youre not real, youre a game". (lmao it could also really make for some good introspection and/or angst moments where they could philosophize about themselves now that theyre in the game, and the nature of pataphysics and all that fun stuff lmao)

i feel like-- you could also use this as like, a sort of leverage thing? to prove that you are who you say you are and, if this is impostor au, you could use it to your advantage as well in more aggressive ways-- not just as a "prove that youre the one above us all" situation but as a sort of self defence thing-- like when scara and dottore were both talking about the sky being fake thing

obviously youd be immune to eleazar and the madness of the forbidden knowledge caps and the other adverse effects-- BUT you could also inflict those things to the people and the world around you. while other characters like the fatui and the gods could say "youre fake, the world isnt real", they wont inflict the bad stuff since its like they heard the info from a friend of a friend of a friend-- the knowledge has been filtered and purified and fragmented so much that it wont do anything-- its not the full unadulterated truth

but when y/n says it, thats when it inflicts the adverse effects. its the difference between knowing something happened because you were there when it happened and witnessed it, and knowing something happened because you heard it happen from a friend who found out thru the internet. y/n fully knows the truth and intricacies of that statement on so many different levels than the characters can comprehend which is why they can do that.

i feel like it could depend with the volume and amount of people that heard-- like, if you scream it and a whole crowd hears you, the ones closest to you suffer the worst cases of eleazar ever recorded or EVEN DIE, and the severity just decreases the further it gets away from you. itd also be an instant withering zone or become something like the mud from the chasm

i also wanna say that you can "control" the spread in a way but like-- i dont see a way of making that happen tbh. if youre reading this and are getting inspo, go wild babes-- i believe in you, but i personally dont believe that y/n can control it. using the "computer virus" analogy, youd probably have to go into the essence of Teyvat itself to "delete that information" similarly to irminsul but different in the sense of like-- irminsul only put it in the recycle bin but youre going in the recycle bin, selecting all instances and deleting it. maybe you can bullshit it via leylines and abyss mage drops since they carry around leyline branches but i personally think that you just spew out forbidden knowledge, and have to go to irminsul itself to delete it

but yeah! thats my thoughs on Forbidden Knowledge in SAGAU and how it could fit into the world of the AU! making this actually like-- inspired me a bit to write again lmao-- theres just like, so many cool ass concepts in genshin that i dont see in this AU (probably because i havent been there in a while ;vjklldxfg) and i really hope you guys get inspired too :))

how do you think the monster boys would react to some of the funnier/more endearing things humans do?

example:

- sometimes we say "ow" before we even register the fact of any collision, even if we ourselves cant get hurt at all in the interaction, ex. hitting a wooden spoon super hard against a stove.

- many people like to make "nests", or just piles of blankets and pillows, and hide in them. sometimes they'll become "blanket monsters", where they'll quickly grab things like snacks, small toys, and even other people and animals and drag them under the blanket. this is especially prominent during times of general discomfort, such as sickness or menstruation, although anyone can do this just for fun. (watches as grim gets dragged into the blanket void by yuu)

- comfort foods. we have them, and we specifically save them for later when we need said comfort. even unorthodox things like extremely spicy food or poorly cooked meals can be comforting if they have sentimental value

- we will listen to sounds we hear over and over, and occasionally mimic them to the point of annoying ourselves

- we will find almost anything "cute" and either will try to pet it (whether it attacks us or not), or if we know it will, we'll sit in misery. most animals do like our scritches though.

Cater's Magicam page is going to go viral with all the cute endearing qualities. Were it not for Riddle and Trey, he'd have his phone out 24/7 just to capture these moments much like how we try to get ready to capture a photo of a rare bird or the elusive "blep" of a kitty or "blop" of a dog 😂

That being said, Yuu (and mini!Yuu) are going to be endeared to these monsters, even if some of their behavior seems a little odd to them. Hey, even we get baffled by the behavior of our own pets and other animals, why wouldn't they be baffled by us? (Despite being baffled by our own species as we are) 😂

Anytime the boys hear Yuu/mini!Yuu yelp in pain or even say "ow" they're immediately poking their head in to check on them. Unless Yuu is naturally clumsy and this is common for them to see, the boys will automatically begin to worry and fuss or have the first aid kit ready to use--after all, they can't afford to have their reputation (much less the school's) be tarnished for not caring about what is literally the last human in Twisted Wonderland's existence! And of course they grow to care about the weird human, but you won't hear most of them say it aloud. And then there's the resiliency of a tiny toddler like mini!Yuu.

Mini!Yuu: *-running and giggling before tripping and falling to the ground, getting up seconds later to continue running without a second thought-*

Ace: "Whoa! Yuu, are you okay?"

Deuce: "Oh no, your knee!"

Mini!Yuu: *-stops and looks down, seeing the scrape on their knee and realizing it stings before tearing up and wailing-* "Waaaah!"

Crewel: *-in the distance-* "Who made the puppy cry?!"

(Don't worry, mini!Yuu was fine when mama Vil put a bandaid on, Trey gave them a cookie to cheer them up, and Crewel let them snuggle his pelt. All is right with the world!)

The blanket one...pfft, I can imagine that Grim is oftentimes the main one who gets dragged into the blanket monster for cuddles due to his size. XD I think it becomes a sort of game for the boys to place snacks and other fun or silly things near the opening to see Yuu grab and drag them under the blanket, and their reward is often nicknamed "Blanket Monster Snuggles" when Yuu rises up with the blanket still wrapped around them and covering the closest monster.

Needless to say that Yuu could be very clingy and refuse to let go, yet these boys wouldn't mind in the slightest once they got used to it. More often than not if Yuu falls asleep while hugging them under the blanket, they'll wake up either in one of the other respective dorms of their friends or in yet another first year cuddle pile. Imagine Riddle's surprise and confusion on seeing Deuce almost completely draped in a blanket like a cape or cloak and only realizing that the strange lump on his back is actually Yuu fast asleep! 😂

When it comes to comfort food, no matter if it's a favorite main course or a favorite thing you want to save for last on your plate or even just a snack you hoard away, the guys might think it's a hibernation thing since some monsters do that. But nope, we just want to save specific ones we love for later/last/comfort days.

Also, picture this:

Ace: "Uh, Yuu? Why are you separating the blue candy from the rest?"

Yuu: "I'm saving them for last." *-pours another handful and sorts through them, separating the blue pieces before devouring the rest-* "The blue ones taste the best."

Ace: "Huh? But...they all taste like chocolate. The only difference is the color."

Yuu: "The blue ones taste the best to me."

Ace: "...is this another weird human thing?"

Yes Ace, it is indeed another "Humans are Weird and Adorable" moment. 🤣

I did actually briefly mention the "mimicking sounds to the point of annoying ourselves" in one of Cater's Magicam posts here!

As for the petting cute things we consider cute or sulking if we can't...

During chapter three when they meet the tweels and see them in their real forms:

Yuu: *-gasp-* "Sea puppies!!! So cute!!!"

Ace and the others: "Eh?!"

So like they will do ANYTHING to get in the developer team,

literally making a huge statue of you with your developer team circling around you

And then they will add more statues after the first ring of developers incase any of them caught your eyes and yk... gets promoted..

But with more sprinkles, your developer team finds out how to actually visit the world in person with some sort of VR headset,

Oh boy, alot is about to happen, imagine a night were everyone is sleeping, and then using that opportunity to visit the game in person to like see the statue and shit they are making for you guys

It's going to be all comedical and all that fun stuff until zhongli hears noises around the statue, so literally the whole city gets alarmed that you have visited with your so called angels

Can you imagine what partner/group projects would be like with the Cove and MC in school?? (Ignoring the indifferent route) At school Cove sticks to the MC’s side like glue so imagine whenever the teacher announces that the class has to partner up or choose group members to do a project Cove just SPRINTS to stand beside you and grabs your hand to ask if you can work together (In step 1 I can just see Cove side eyeing any other group members that he has to work with) But also if the teachers like “Oh but you can’t choose who you work with it’s assigned” poor Cove will just complain to you the entire time if you end up not being able to work together, he’s all pouty like >:(

well if its in step 2, you get things done

not without lots of joking and daydreaming, but it gets done eventually

So a lot of people ask me a similar question when i tell them that my favourite The Inheritance Games character is Grayson: They ask me "why?".

Hes relatable. And not in the way that some girl just comes up and takes all my inheritance, no. Despite Nash being the oldest, Grayson is perceived as the brother who acts like an eldest brother or a guardian. You cant tell me hes not constantly worried about Jameson or Xander getting hurt. He cares, but he doesnt know how to show it. Everyone holds too many expectations of him, and he feels like the world is on his shoulders.

As much as i hate Eve, i dont blame him for wanting her to be Avery. It was what he thought was the best way to get away from all his problems. He just doesnt know how to cope. In the end, he cared about Avery, despite all the mistakes he has made. Like i said, he doesnt know how to deal with his own problems, so as a way to apologise to Avery, he went and traded his own life for Alisa's in the whole Vincent Blake thing.

A lot of people misunderstand his character. I mean, just put yourself in his shoes. Imagine, you were raised to inherit billions, and that thought manifested itself so deeply into your head that you think that without this, youre nothing. And then some random girl just comes outta nowhere, and not only does take away what you thought made you you. But also plays a part in resurfacing all your trauma. The trauma part isnt just for Grayson, but for Jameson too. Because just imagine watching someone die in front of your eyes, and then blaming yourself for it.

He wanted Eve to be Avery. Because he just wanted to be loved properly, and didnt know how to ask for it. Emily manipulated both of the boys, and Grayson didnt want Eve to be like that. He mightve suspected her of having ulterior motives, but he was probably in denial.

And i am 100% goddamn sure Gray and Jamie were best friends, despite how much either of them would deny it. Now imagine, the same girl who shattered your entire world (without knowing that) also takes away your best friend (unintentionally but still) and theres nothing you can do about it. Because im sure Jamie didnt spend any time with Gray while playing the "game" with Avery.

Listen, i want you to re-read the books. But re read them while considering what you just read on this post. You dont have to if you dont want to. You dont have to if you think this post is bs. But if you do, consider Gray too. I love Jameson and Xander. And Nash too. But some of yall dont understand Gray at all.

And why i like him so much is because i know what all that feels like (except the murder and inheritance part lol) and Gray's character hit hella deep.

I like the idea of a medic scout friendship. ive seen people try and make medic his dad and like I dont know I feel like you can look up to someone without making them your dad. that interpretation of their relationship is not my favorite but to each their own as they say. maybe im the weird one but I like to project my social anxiety onto scout. like this guy is similar enough where it feels like im allowed to do that. lol. well the point is I like to imagine scout considers people he talks to and is around often enough as friends regardless of how hes treated because they talk to him, if they really hated him they'd leave forever, right? I call it the friendship system, if someone tolerates us enough to keep coming back theyre my friend now. anyway I like to think medic has spoken/hung around scout envienbijv. this ask is a disjointed mess. Basically the moral of the story? I really like making scout worse by taking parts of myself and twisting them to try and fit the charater because if it doesn't ill be too embarrassed. like is it lame to want medic to keep everyone awake for surgery and make small talk at them and some of the mercs like it more, and scouts just come to associate it with "hanging out with medic" time? I dont know. I dont think I explained it well enough I hope you understand and if not im sorry for being weird. I havent eaten yet so the world is awful right now. Insane question so no obligation to respond, but for talk shop tuesday how do you square the circle with regards to the sort of contradiction between al2rnia as originally developed and al2rnia as continually worked on(i admit i dont know how applicable the latter is to you but aivide the prequel was still being edited fairly recently into last year and i dont doubt you have some input vis a vis vinbre the epilogue) with such a large collaboration i cant imagine even the majority of original artists are still interested in the project and of course the scope of the narrative has shifted substantially, in conclusion what is the fate of justay cowboy

omg, insane question but a very fun one! your question is almost two questions, the first one being how to square my own artistic process/evolution as al2rnia evolves in the way i and other people write it, and the second being how to square written material (atp, vtn) with the greater al2rnia paratext presented by People Saying Things In A Discord Server. they're two distinct approaches to me, at any rate, so i'm going to address them separately.

regarding PART THE FIRST, the real answer is that i just have to address the Mortifying Ordeal of Publicly Editing My Work. Aivide parts one and two were uploaded to ao3 when i was 20 years old and i have been very sneakily adding stuff and moving it around as time goes on, both in terms of my own evolution as a writer and in terms of new stuff happening in vinbre that becomes immediately relevant to aivide. is this a particularly effective way to construct a narrative? not really lmao, and in another world i would have revised and uploaded aivide in its entirety post-vtn completion, but i can't blame 2021 me for wanting it in public, so there's really nothing to do but say "this is on ao3. it is not a big deal." and make the evolution of the story a semi-public process.

regarding PART THE SECOND, i think it's a question of clear delineation between what is on paper / immediately relevant to the scope of my project, and what is not. things about characters created by not-me that are relevant to aivide include many of the events of vinbre the novel, given carett's connection to nora, sasara's life and online self-presentation at age 22ish and older, eubala's life trajectory and current position and demeanor, and raigne and bettah as they are when they work in eubala's office. i feel a very strong obligation to write those parts of the world in a way that is true to the things established by my collaborators, and it's my job in that sense to not really trouble myself more than i need to with things that are not directly connected to the project at hand. it would have been very self-deluding and counterproductive to approach aivide the prequel with the task of "THIS IS PART TWO OF ???? IN A GRAND EPIC FANSESSION WITH ???? NUMBER OF CONTRIBUTIONS!!" aivide the prequel does set up some of her ingame stuff to a very limited extent, but the story has to be able to work without that.

so i guess tl;dr i have not ever troubled myself overmuch with the fate of justay cowboy in the process of writing aivide the prequel, because i have approached it with the mindset that the only Truly Established texts i'm working from are vinbre the novel, which immediately precedes it, and the aivide characterization-relevant plans i've discussed that i feel very confident about the large-scale stability of. vinbre and aivide's stories as published are compelling stories as the novels they are, with or without the greater context. the materiality of the world that esther and julia established and i worked from in aivide with their help really helps with that. so i guess the answer is that aivide the prequel is not set-up for anything except for the things i'm completely confident about or have discussed with friends as relevance dictates, and it does not directly build on anything except for vinbre, which is now published and complete. and really good.

the flowers, the painfully average looking protag, the specific notation about the eye color? we are about to dive into the live of a special young lady and her mystical adventures through whimsy and wonder.

anyways the story is that ruri, are main charecter lives a rather average life with her super importent dad and her super model mom, as the image stats, how could her life ever be distrupted in any form or fashion?

if you guess that a random girl made friends with her and followed her for most of her life until they both got sucked into a fantasy world and the kingdom decided the friend would be the priestess, then you would be correct~!

"But dox!" you say crawling out of my airvent "thats huge gap in time, what happened in between?"

well asashi and ruri had a rather odd relationship. you see, everyone fucking loves asashi, they are all in on ensureing that this random girls life is as easy as possible but at the expense of asashi. they will all work togather to do make sure asashi is happy while also bullying ruri.

do you feel that? thats the worm in my brain slowly getting into yours as more and more questions about this specific dynamic arise. some of them will be answered, but they will only be answered in a way that makes sure the worm Burrows Deeper.

first question: its clear ruri fucking hates asashi, why do i say shes her friend?

second question: Why are they friends? why hasent ruri made her leave her alone if she doesnt like her?

well to answer those questions...

as asashi is appointed the new priestiess ruri attempt to discover things about this kingdom, she learns from a priest that there is no way back home that they know of, nor are their any stories of a person summoned being Un summoned.

anyways we cant get any plot done here! we need to roundaboutly kick shit off while also makeing this asashis fault somehow!

so she ends up getting kicked from the castle, forced to wander the woods for the rest of her natural life, her mulchcore attitude persaudeing her to lay down and become one with it all...

ok no thats not what happens, she walks around a little bit, learns she is the greatest mage alive

, wanders presumably without food and water for five days, yes im screaming at the overpowered mc cliche once again just ignore it, where in she meets a old lady in the woods

who of course unlocks her

Special eyes of destiny

which allows her to see the collection of fucking creepy fairies that constently surround and are touching her at any given moment of the day.

I am lead to belive due to the daisies drawn in the back ground that this is supposed to be a moment of whimsy and joy, this image fills me with a special dread as it fullfills almost every single one of my autistic fears imagineable. night mare night mare nightmare.

anyways magic is discussed for a vary long time but oh fuck, we havent complained about asashi in five seconds, time to make a horrifying point about her!

this conclusion seems to be that no one can truly love asashi as all the love she will ever feel is artifically grown because of her magic. this also means that if you have a strong heart and a good soul you cannot love asashi because you would naturally and rightfully find her as annoying as ruri would. this is because ruri is the only one that can see her objectivly.

if you hare undergoing a string of panic that comes from the fundamental question that comes from the doubt of love from the sources in your life, dont worry, Ruri says she is annoying and bad and the story belives her to be objectivly correct so everyone belives that if they are good. you are a good person right?

growing dread aside, more plot, the fairys bend to the whim of ruri, all faries, meaning that unless you are a motherfucking wizard, the one source of universal and public magic has been cut off. all villagers that relied on water and fire magic have been cut off. farmers that need earth magic are cut off.

of course this is not her fault because again she is an objectivly good person with a good heart so she tut tuts the fairies for depriving villagers of clean drinking water and easy acess to heat and light for a week and the story moves on.

she learns more magic, she summons the fairy of time and they platoniclly flirt because ruri is a completely heterosexual girl.

the fairy of time is a simp and donates to her only dimensional space. one item of which is a bracelet that turns her into a cat, fulfilling one item on the title.

she goes to the market, her special chosen one powers make her super duper populer and people naturally want her advice and to give her money

wait a second, what time is it?

OH FUCK, WE HAVENT COMPLAINED ABOUR ASASHI IN A BIT!

she decides to leave and go to the city of dragons because fuck it, thats a thing to do, she has to tell them she is the special chosen one with the blue eyes and blonde hair.

as you can see the prince through his actions is a completely heterosexual man, one that loves Boobs And Vagina. as one can clearly Tell.

anyways the prince is creepy, he walks through town in disgues, happens upon ruri and without a second thought proceeds to do this:

anyways, the prince tells his homophobic advisors that he met a girl and they immeditly start a witch hunt for her while ruri enters the room as a cat to establish that again, she is the special chosen one of destiny.

anyways she meets the prince and nothing happens. the fairies threaten to kill everyone with the knowladge that ruri has apocalyptic plot armor.

now, to explain what a special chosen one is:

cut forward a bit, more werid cat flirting and she gets a job outside the palace... anyways she hears knews that the kingdom she was exiled from is wageing a war against the nation of dragons. this is handwaved as being something they just do when they find some cool magic shit.

but notably, the reason for the war has changed, as rumors have emerged that the priestess of the kingdom is supporting the war to save ruri who they belive to be kidnapped.

she gets sad about this and goes to the grandma to whine about it.

so we can see here a few things.

we are supposed to belive that its completely unreasonable for asashi to make the assumption that her best friend has been kidnapped.

that it is her fault for allowing a war to happen when we know that regardless of her support they would wage it regardless

ruri only considers asashi a friend when it is deemed attractive to her moral charecter.

yes this is the first time ruri has every said that asashi is anything resembling a friend to her.

she slips into the castle after some poverty porn about how evil and bad this kingdom is, we get a brief scene showing the king is planning on makeing sure both asashi and the prince die because he finds him annoying (I guess he has a strong and objectivly good soul)

"Man, isnt asashi awful, worrying about her friend like that? wanting people to help her find her? isnt she just the fucking Worse ever?"

im going insane, the worm has won, they have consumed any rational part of my brain and replaced it with the vast rot of whatever fucking bizarro verse this manga demands me to be within.

the two friends finally reunite after being seperated for so long.

we get a sob story about a time she broke her watch because again, asashis charm powers make people jealous of how close she is to asashi, so they bullied her and since asashi has literally never seen anyone ever act anything like that because again, everyone s magically forced to love her unconditionally, she doesnt belive her.

and of course she dosent belive her either but instead of just blindly saying no to ruri, she says she'll talk to them about it, when its clear ruri fucking hates that idea, and gets ready to leave with a little cryptic warning, she asks to flee with her

which again is displayed as a creepy and werid thing because she accidently uses her charm magic that we have established she has no control over. again, in any other manga the idea that while you may not belive what you hear, you are willing to give up any comfort to be with your friend, would be considered the most profound act of love. please feel free to contrast this to captian hair sniffer and Cat spooner.

I cannot add any more images so lets speed run this. asashi is shaken up so she goes to the king to ask him whats going on, he says "Mind control" which lets be perfectly clear, is an established and perfectly reasonable thing to belive can happen in a magical fucking world, asashi is shown to be dumb for belive this.

war happens and nothing happens, dragons win by a land slide and asashi gets captured.

she dosent belive the dragon princes words and all of her allies that got captured with her are placed in an anti magic zone and now hate her completely because again, without magic, asashi is completely and utterly unloveable.

ruri makes friends with another god and they learn that asashi convinced a guard to let her go because i guess that charm magic works whenever. but shes stuck in a dungeon and she may run into the soldiers who i guess the charm magic wont work on which leaves us with this haunting scene:

we are told that asashi legitamitly does not understand what the fuck is going on, she does not understand why they hate her, she just thought she was going to save her fucking friend.

Imitation X (au)

Im sure that you guys have heard of theories for different shows? Not the interesting MatPat kind, the horror/bizarre ones that suck the childlike wonder from kids shows? Like the Phineas & Ferb theory or the Rugrats theory (both saying that all the kids are dead except for Candice/Angelica)? Well theres one for PPG called "the imagination theory" and my au is based off of it. (if interested keep reading but it gets long and i dont want clutter)

The imagination theory while interesting doesn't get.. explored often and just gets explained by youtubers some times? If you don't want to read all of it: the girls are normal and just play pretend superhero, the villains are all people from their lives and the Professor is their dad (duh)

I think the entire concept could be expanded on without changing the whole "normal girls thing". Enter imitation X! Basically everything happening is through the girls eyes and equate to something in the real world! Monsters are like shootings/bombings, villains are ordinary people, everything that happens is just them coping with their less than ideal lives. So i want to fit all the characters (main ones at least) into that idea as well as different episodes!

For now though lets start with the girls (this post is too long bezus)

Blossom

In Imitation X her real name is Blaine (meaning yellow.. yk how the prof gives bubbles/blossom names based off of how they act and buttercup just bc it also starts with b? yeah i kinda did that to bloss bc i wanted their named to sound similar oops)

When the girls came up with the game she was the one to make the rules which really just meant she tried her hardest to make up reason after reason for her to be special while her sisters couldn't do half the stuff she could. Eventually she just started having fun with the game and stopped being so controlling. When Buttercup/Bubbles played at first the whole thing was a mess (Butter wanting all gore and Bubbles wanting all cutesy stuff) so she came up with the girls backstory and set a middle ground for them

Shes not smarter than her sisters! I'd say shes more clever/quick to think but shes not like a super genius or anything and shes wrong pleanty. In imitation X Blossom is extremely responsible as always but she can also be selfish and throw the other girls under the bus. Out of the three of them shes the most willing to deal with their real world problems without the game and is the most tethered to reality. Which is how i think she can get away with things she herself did and blame it on buttercup or bubbles!

Buttercup

Her name is Briar (meaning thorny patch/strength or exalted one)

She loves all things superheros(in this au at least), so she was the one to come up with the game HOWEVER it was a totally gritty solo game that she wanted absolutley no one else to take part in.. until she got lonely lol. 1 punching all your villians with no plot gets boring quick. Eventually she asked bubbles to draw her superhero for her (her supersona??) and bubbles wanted to play bc it looked cool. Ofc Buttercup put her through different trials to let her join,, and even then Bubbles became her sidekick at first (which led to squables)

Shes willing to deviate from their game to hang out with her friends who think its lame or whatnot (did i mention theyve been playing since they were five up until theyre 12?) She made the whole game as an escape from the real world so its pretty easy for her to get back into it after a while. Buttercup isn't a hot head in imitation X! She gets angered/annoyed easily but instead of blowing up she. freezes? up? She'll stop talking when shes been angered and isolate herself! Which is why Buttercup (in game) is so violent! Real world Butters cant express herself the way she wants so she uses the game as an outlet. Shes very defensive of her sisters (for reasons that will be revealed later) but at the same time shes very ready to abandon them when they get on her nerves. And i mean abandon, she will leave the house for days!

Bubbles

Last but not least (shes my beloved guys i just never mention it) Blair! (meaning dweller on the plains and is meant to invoke images of meadows/fields.. shes the main character if you didnt notice /j)

When Buttercup told her to draw for her she fell inlove with the idea of being a superhero and was willing to do all the trials and whatnot just to play. She ofc loved being a powerpuff and made the strongest connection with the game.She did get tired of being a sidekick though bc she got to make almost no choices so she came up with monsters and played as them until she got tired of it and started to argue with buttercup about the whole thing. Yeah it def took time for her to become a real superhero duo w/ Butters but when it happened she'd never been happier

Bubbles constantly sees things through the game. No shes not crazy she knows its not happening but she almost never stops pretending. It took a long few years before Blossom got her to stop at school (for the most part). Bubbles goes through the most in the au and therefore she likes to actively cope. Its extremely hard for her to snap into reality and when she does shes really not herself, very muted and disgruntled. It takes her a surprisingly long time to start coping again as well, awareness throws her for a loop and she will make a fuss of it. Shes more of a crybaby and is easily scared in the real world (she tries not to cry in front of others though ofc) people like her but she'd rather stay to herself than be around other people. Bubbles in the game is far more sassy than she is because she wished she did speak her mind and do whatever makes her happy whenever she felt like.

Thats! It! For the girls lol Professor, Mojo Jojo/rrb, or HIM will probably come next because they are all significant in the AU! After them probably the Mayor, Bellum and Sedusa or the GGG! Hope you enjoyed and stick around to read more :3! R&R and have a good day!

so i had some thoughts on witch culture, regarding what they do with their dead, or at least what they used to do pre-Belos:

so first off, witches/demons believe in their body connecting with the Titan after death, but, just as different part of the Titan provide witches with different things, so should the body of a witch/demon connect with different things.

first are the brain and the heart, which are both believed to be connected to the witch's soul, each keeping different parts of it that make the person whole (eg, the heart might hold all uncontrollable things about the person: their fears, their love, their compassion), and to join the Titan in soul a witch must loose all earthly (fleshly(?)) attachments, thus the brain and heart are usually extracted. whats done with them depends on the culture, but the most common course of action is cremation. another one of note is a form of cannibalism; where a tiny piece is cut from both organs and given to all family and friends of the person (pieces being so small you could swallow them without chewing, as its more about connecting with the person, and letting them move on, more than anything, with consuming each part meaning connecting with a different aspect of the person: eating the brain piece shows your love for how they thought, eating the heart for how they felt (like were emotionally), not eating a piece would be interpreted as the person disliking an aspect of the deceased person (eg, ok i know bigotry doesnt exist on the BI but lets pretend for the same of thing cause i cant think of anything else: so imagine a terf mother, her child recently gone, and at the funeral she doesnt eat their brain piece cuz she saw the child's transition as nothing more but a silly "opinion" that infiltrated their soul))

now, the flesh of the Titan itself is the life of the world, its what gives crops nutrients, its what then gives everything else whats needed to live, and as such the flesh of the person is important in continuing the cycles of life. as such the body's flesh and bone are separated (after the brain and heart are extracted of course).

whats done with the flesh then depends on the family, a farming family with turn it to compost, thanking their family member for providing them with a good harvest (and the Titan Themselves of course). whilst anyone living in a town/city would give the flesh to what im temporarily calling a necromancer even tho they aint one but im not creative with names. what these "necromancers" were, were people who used a mixture of plant and abomination magic, (although such distinctions didnt exist pre-Belos, but yknow) with them usually also being the ones to do all the funeral rituals, they would then use the flesh of the person to help any areas of the Titan that were struggling, like if a flashfire damaged a forest recently they would use it to introduce more nutrients to the ear- erm, flesh. otherwise, they would generally spread it around the chunks of wilderness they were protecting, helping keep up the health of the area.

as for the bones, the Titan's own's bones are believes to be the foundation of life, a literal backbone lol. and with that vague belief came a lot of interpretations, and a lot of differences in what was done with the bones, not just from culture to culture, but sometimes there were slight difference per family. some example: some witches had a sort of catacombs, where a limited amount of bones would be left before the place would be sealed off to be reclaimed by the Titan over millennia. others used bones in rituals, carving them glyphs (<- during very ancient times, before they fell out of fashion and Belos later erased all public knowledge on them (unrelated but i hc that Evelyn taught Caleb glyphs, as they were considered like a "nerdy" thing to study in that time, for being an outdated form of magic) or enchantments that would then help ward the household from dangers.

anyways yh, thats some rough ideas.

and oh, after Belos started gaining more popularity, cremating the whole body became the most common way to deal with a dead body. although even by the time canon takes place, some secluded towns might still hold a form of the old tradition.

ok so i have like major nausea attacks due to stress thanks to chronic untreated anxiety, where i feel super sick and cant sit upright without wanting to throw up, and although they're rare now, they still cause problems and i generally have a lessened appetite thanks to it. so what if yuu also had that

so like yuu, terribly nauseous and lacking fucks to give, having to explain to these guys (who are panicking) that the fight or flight response basically remokes the digestive system's blood privileges and due to theirs happening so fucking often, their stomach basically nerfed itself and now has a meltdown every time they get antsy.

and then having to explain it was worse when they were like 11-12 because (true story) it would happen literally every day and the episodes would last like 3 hours minimum for months on end.

these poor dudes are gonna be so concerned for yuu's health

Oof, I’m so sorry you have to deal with that, Nonny. It sounds awful, rare or not. >A< I really hope you can get some form of treatment to help make it easier to manage. ;;^;; Also, sorry this took so long to answer, but I hope you're feeling somewhat better!

Now, regarding Yuu having this problem…hoo boy, I can already imagine that their arrival to Twisted Wonderland would have already caused quite the anxiety attack in anyone, but couple that with severe nausea? Mild concern over a possible ill student would bloom into full-blown panic once it comes to light that Yuu is in fact the only known living human in existence—and they’re already dying? On school grounds?! Oh Great Merciful Seven, how are they going to explain this if word gets out to the press?!

Calm down, Crowley, your feathers are starting to get bent out of shape. >.>

Anyway, it might take a bit before the anxiety over being in a new world—let alone one filled with magic and monsters—can settle down enough for Yuu to breathe. The staff and even some of the more concerned students would feel relieved to see Yuu eat something light, be it crackers or bread or soup, though the school nurse would express concern over their health once they hear Yuu’s explanation.

Once the research institutions come along, Yuu had already pack-bonded with Ace, Deuce, and Grim by that point and—despite concerns over preservation and health—was decided it was unwise to separate them and cause unnecessary stress. Depending on how well Yuu does with normal doctor visits, the researchers are likely going to go to great lengths to minimize the stressful environment and invasive procedures while working on a solution to ease or relieve their symptoms.

Meanwhile, the other students have no idea what to make of this situation. The first few times were ‘meh’ or ‘ew, gross’ (I mean, they are still going to have the personalities of their game selves, which means they also have some of the same attitudes towards things), but the more frequent or longer it becomes, the more it sinks in that something is very wrong. Riddle and Azul read up on the subject and looking into ways to ease anxiety or even find ways to salvage their appetite after the nausea attack. Trey and Jamil make sure that Yuu has access to foods that are easy and light on their stomach, while Vil searches for soothing fragrances that calm anxiety and relieve stress. Cater has even been looking into gifs and songs he can find on Magicam to help ground Yuu during their episodes.

At this point some of them have learned how to sense when Yuu’s about to have a panic attack, with Grim being able to sense it early enough to get them away from the stressor or get help from the other first years.

Eventually when the researchers are able to find a regiment (be it therapy sessions or medication or both) that works for Yuu, their friends and classmates make sure to help them stay on track and remind them when it’s time to take the medicine given to them or to go to their appointment. Of course, cuddle sessions also help and feel nice, so while it takes time, they’ll do their best to make sure Yuu feels better and can experience life without the nausea!

(As a side note, if anyone is dealing with anxiety, here's a video that has been designed to help reduce it by at least 65%. A friend of mine once recommended it to me, and it's helped me calm down on days when I need it, so I hope it helps someone else too 💝)

ok ok i've been inspired here is a big ramble about worldbuilding stuff that i think makes the resistance fight more interesting

under a read more bc 1) i need this to be sectioned into paragraphs and 2) i imagine this is gonna be WAY LONGER on a phone than it is on my laptop screen rn

okay so first of all. SCREW YOU SKYBLOCK TIME THAT'S REALLY BORING!! so skyblock goes through a year in about 5 days in our time. one day/night cycle is 20 real minutes. cool right? dante's reign lasted a little over 2 years! WRONG. admins are lame and decided that it's not an Actual year, it's literally a period of 5 days. one of the hub NPCs explains that the nights just go by REALLY fast here. BUT WHY WOULD A DICTATOR ONLY BE ELECTED FOR LIKE 12 DAYS THAT'S SO LAME, A 2YR PERIOD GIVES THE SITUATION SO MUCH MORE URGENCY... i think it's more fun to imagine being "logged in" puts you in an odd state of time where you experience more time than what passes. players stuck in the server were only gone for ~12 days but they Felt over 2 years go by. like that one training chamber in dbz or whatever

ALSO IMPORTANT. travel was banned by dante after a while. this meant that you were stuck wherever you were. 2 things of note here tho. 1) it's implied that all the islands including the player homes are connected physically, so theoretically you could fly to someone else's island, maybe even to the hub and back, if you were someone who could fly (maybe you have wings?) or if you have enough mana and dedication lol... but also point number 2. you could still log out, technically that's travel when you think of the servers/smps/etc as all being connected in some way. well that's no fun. imagine instead being fully cut off from the outside world. no chat to friends who arent logged in, no escape, nothing. there were probably poor outsiders who saw their friend suddenly disappear without a trace for a while. skyblock players are prone to do that, but they arent even available in chat?? that's not like them :/ augh i love it i love thinking abt ppl wondering where their friend went and they're like "lol sorry we had to kill some dictator. yea it was this whole thing. the admins all trapped us on the server too. no they were on his side. yea :/"

so anyways with that out of the way, think of how much more serious the resistance becomes with just those two changes. TWO YEARS dante spends making the place unlivable, slowly taking everything from you. money, pets, access to buildings (unless you pledge your allegiance to him of course), travel... but eventually you find out there's ppl who are planning on rising up against him. well why rise up, cant we just contact the admins? nope, no contact with the outside, we're trapped here. also, they're on his side anyways. yes, even simon. this resistance is gonna secretly make and distribute armor with the power to fight off dante. apparently he gets his energy from the moon or something. also dante banned the sun. dont ask how. either simon did that for him or dante has some very concerning powers. they have to get people with their cause without getting caught, but dante eventually puts out a notice that he caught word of a resistance brewing... so we got caught somehow. are there other people are on his side? one of our own reported us? well that might be a MASSIVE problem one day. could have also been an admin, since two of the generals live with one (aaaaand one of them would eventually become an admin. he also didnt lay a hand on dante during the fight despite being a general. hmmmmmmm)

it's all done and settled and things need to be rebuilt. everything is okay. someone put up a grave for dante, saying dante best of course. so his supporters live on. great, awesome, love that. but much worse than that. a goon was spotted in the main hub. no not the skyblock hub. the MAIN hub. outside of the skyblock realm. they escaped........
