watching Party Crasher while on laughing gas at the dentist was an experience. It was already dangerous enough giving me control of the TV. I don't know what was going through the dental assistant's head watching me select a 200-video playlist of this kids' cartoon. Don't wanna what she was thinking when I was absolutely CACKLING watching Party Crasher.

I mean, it's MARINO!!! Marino dancing to YMCA with the other adults 😭 Every. Single. Male. Character. Going to Adrien's party!! Being reminded Party Crasher didn't make the top 10 most slay akumas despite having a dedicated propaganda campaign (*wheezes*) Party Crasher being shocked, confused, freaking FLABBERGASTED by King Monkey's randomness and calling it nonsense 😆

It’s very amusing to see how people include, describe, and talk about metal music in their stranger things fanfics. Like I don’t have any commentary on it, it’s just amusing when my beloved bands like Iron Maiden gets name dropped ETC and I’m enjoying being reminded of what songs came out in the 70s and early 80s

Imagine Hawkins, a little idyllic town in the middle of nowhere, so out of ways from any other community for miles, only surrounded by trees. It's small and cozy and it brims with simplicity.

It's been years since Steve came home. He was never supposed to come back.

His family obviously did not greet him; instead they go to the church more often than not, just to avoid him. He saw the kids, happy and healthy and definitely older, the weight of life starting to bear down on them. And then to his own surprise, he saw Eddie. He wasn't supposed to come back either.

Eddie claimed it was because of Uncle Wayne, but even Wayne was confused. Soon enough, Steve became suspicious. Because Eddie was spending a lot of time at church, with his parents - always away at night.

That's the thing, too. Night time was different. Everything was so still and it sent shivers down Steve's back because he could feel something watching him.

He started reconnecting with Eddie, trying to figure out what's going on - why he's back when they promised each other that this town was far from anything they ever needed. But maybe it was the thing they needed to come back to each other.

Meanwhile, Hopper found dead animals around the perimeter of the town, El's been acting weirder than usual, Will felt the shift in the air, and maybe Nancy could figure it all out like she usually does - before it was too late.

Is there a second chance amidst all the darkness surrounding this town of Hawkins? Or will it be consumed by its demons, preying at night?

The official VS guidebook was recently published in French and I've been asked if I'll be reposting my translations. The answer is no. Since I started posting on AO3 4 years ago people have been badmouthing me, threatening me, and openly talking about stalking me in private groupchats. Despite this, I put in a lot of work translating stuff from the guidebook so that other people could learn more about the series, which included pushing through a lot of physical pain. My one request to be polite and credit me was ignored on several occasions and I will not be translating anything else.
