I actually love how an argument can be made for every element except fire for Obi-Wan and Anakin is 100% fire and fire alone

look i dont make the rules I just choose to look away from other interpretations that go against my own in order to preserve my silly lil joys.

I can see water bender Obi-Wan as a North Pole bender dressed immaculately in white furs and he’s one of the chief’s most trusted advisers and nothing about him screams fighter except that he’s one of the best water benders in history. It also just works for what water is as an element and how I view obi-wan. I mean the man cannot break, he just transforms into something else and survives and survives and survives

I can see earth bender obi-wan for the strength of soul and heart he has and his rock solid singular trust and devotion in the Force idk I also can see him as learning from master Jinn how to be an earth bender and master Jinn is all about the green world around them and obi-wan thinks thats cool but specializes in something else completely like metal or crystal making or lava bending or something and he’s worried he’s been a bad apprentice because he can’t do what his master can, so he develops a tiny grain of infinite sadness to carry around with him (also he already always wears beige, so this tracks)

And I can definitely see air bender obi-wan because I feel like air bender obi-wan is just Jedi obi-wan because most of the Jedi I can easily see being airbenders down to the genocide!

Anakin….fire bender. Golden eyed, passionate, learns how to redirect lightning in a pivotal moment of the story just in time to save his loathed obi-wan from his old master Palpatine…….yeah. Fire bender. Court dismissed.

Don't like how the takeaway from some fans and even creators is that they dislike the impact HFJone and II2 had for.... Inspiring other people to do different things with their shows? They're not perfect but these people are acting like stuff like going in depth and a more serious tone is an inherently bad or annoying thing. You can just say you don't like it... Plus there are DOZENS of other shows with comedy and characters being chodes anyways... I'm tired of people saying that those types of shows are gone or not as available now.

Made a calculated decision (not wearing my usual business casual to the office today) because of information I had available (like nobody was in the office yesterday and my boss and coworkers are away at a conference) but that turned out to be an error (I ran into the supervisor from another department while in the bathroom). what's that bird meme like "the risk I took was calculated but god am I bad at math" that's me and flying too close to the sun of getting dress coded over this

my knowledge driving test is today and im so nervous :(

#i dont feel like im gonna pass #which is stupid because i can drive and i do it very safely #but like. its just that theres so much shit they want you to memorize that most people dont actually know/remember #and im just so nervous #ive done sooooo many practice tests and ive watched a billion videos #i read half the manual cause i couldnt get through all of it before bed last night #and im worried that because i didnt read through the whole thing im going to fail #my average for practice tests though is like a 90-95%#so like?? i should be fine??#ive known almost every answer to every question thats been thrown my way #and you can literally miss 8 questions and still pass #but god. i am so fucking scared right now #i think i would be less nervous and it would feel less high stakes if i wasnt getting my license so i could drive #me and my partner to a concert three hours away from where i live in like two weeks #so my parents dont have to drive us #i dont think i would care about potentially failing as much regularly because the time frame wouldnt really matter #but it is time sensitive so im afraid #im also worried that my partner is gonna be disappointed in me if i fail and cant get my license in time #but thats a whole other thing #aiilov-personal

bruce definitely was never in the right head space to have kids. the reason he was a relatively 'better' father to dick was because it was early in his batman career, a time where he was less jaded.

just like his sense of duty towards the people, bruce treated fatherhood as a duty, a thing he had to do, and not something he wanted.

it doesn't make him a 'bad dad', but it also makes him someone who the batkids can't approach for help. especially in jason's case.

tldr; bruce is an amazing hero and one of the best out there, but he def could have been better for his kids
