Sis tried her hands at Making Breads at home. The only thing I know of is she is using all purpose flour for the dough. Together with the block of cheese given free to me from NTUC supermarket and some crispy silver anchovy chilli paste, she rolled out the dough then proofed it for an hour.
The Spicy Cheesy Bread Rolls with oozing melted cheese looks decent enough but they are kind of tough and chewy. So she made another batch without the chilli paste the next day but they are still not good enough. Well, it is back to the drawing board to tweak the recipe.
