A character-driven, slow burn, adult fantasy-romance novel featuring a female lead with just as much bite as her bark.

The Fallow Peaks, a frozen wasteland of cruel mountains and blood thirsty beasts, where the veil between the Realm of Mortals and the fae realm thins, where very few adventurers have dared to tread, where very few guides are qualified to lead.

Isolated by choice, Mina finds her solitude interrupted by a sudden request from the Crown of Lanholde to lead their latest band of contractors up the Peaks to finish their quest and deliver their bounty to the capital. The overly friendly five-some she’s contacted to escort seem hell-bent to step over her every boundary, no matter now stern and scornful she acts, worst among them their leader, Sebastian Windenhofer.

Will the fire wizard warm Mina’s cold heart? Or will the reasons behind her icy demeanor turn them all to ice before he gets the chance?

Oh @romirola , this is my little gift to you for that one time you wrote me a beautiful fic when i was sick :3

I just had to do a fanart to your amazing tangled au (bound together) series, i was contemplating on which scene to draw, i had 3 in mind btw

1. when sweetheart was captured by milo

2. the kingdom dance (very much inspired by the ost)

3. the boat scene

I have decided for the lantern scene because it‘s pretty much iconic and super pretty. AND romi‘s way of writing this scene just gave me the last push. JUST LOOK AT THESE TWO PARAGRAPHS HOW CAN YOU NOT?????

For the clothes i just sticked to flynn‘s and rapunzel‘s design and altered some details. and romi i gotta thank you, thanks to you i have been listening nonstop to tangled‘s soundtracks (truly magnificent.)

I don’t want to give away too much because a part 2 is on my mind, BUT i would imagine them looking at the photos she took at Zoe’s wedding, and he would catch her staring at his own pic , it would feed his ego so bad like he’d say: “careful or you might fall in love with this handsome guy.”

she’d be like 🫣🤭 cause she got busted!!! But the look on his face means the world to her, and she can tell that he’s trying so bad to win her back. So she simply leans forward and kisses his cheek because it’s his fav love language 🤏🏻❤️‍🩹 and then it’d be his turn to blush
