What if mfb was made in the 90s🤔-this is my first time ever trying to like - replicate an art style (i didnt take one 90s anime to replicate from i used many different screenshots from different animes) so idk😔90s anime is the most visually appealing sht ever to me its like my biggest inspiration even though i dont make that obvious lol. so i’ll probably make more of these in the future🙏

It was supposed to be a redraw od this scene but it doesnt really look alike (the expression) bcs i was more focused on making it look accurate lol

Special move, Fierce Terror Wave.

I'm back and here is the first artwork I wanted to share is a frame redraw of Mei-Mei. She looks slightly different from canon since I decided to draw her more similar to my Post-Fury (Before Zero) version where she is a bit older. Hence, why there is a new special move name for her. I had a lot of fun with this artwork, I might play with this coloring style more.

For the Beyblade zine @constellationsbeybladezine

Those are like the only times I actually create complete drawings. I used to participate in dragon designs for a certain game I played and that was like the last time before this I even remotely used to draw something complete. Despite my delay, I'm sated with actually completing this, cuz backgrounds are just challenging to me, at least on IbisPaint. I was pretty impressed with myself when I was able to draw the ocean background, cuz I never thought I'd be able to draw things like that.

But I needed to create the galaxy section on Sketchbook and then import that to IbisPaint to really put this together. Natural brushes of Sketchbook are good, I think both apps should collab.

The one version with frames and another gradient that was fun to look at.

Feeling a bit nostalgic today and uhh.. I wanted to well around with gradients… I had this strange idea in mind where Gingka’s red and black aura from episode 13 reminded me of a blood moon so I drew this.. I kind of liked how it turned out..

Another screenshot redraw, this time for Jack. Specifically, this one is from his battle with Klaus since I've been rewatching Masters again. Again, tried playing around with the rendering style that I used for the Mei-Mei piece. It was time-consuming but still very fun.
