Silas knew he had made many bad choices.

Since he was a kid, ignoring when a fellow peer left the playground, never to be seen again..

Or when he decided to fake being sick to stay home.. only to die along with his parents when the house caught on fire.. leaving his sister as the sole survivor of the Rosenberg family..

And when he was revived, joining the wrong crowd.. which led to his exile and death after being accused of being a traitor..

Silas knew he made bad choices.

But this..

...

..outweighed the rest..

Silas knew something was different the day he met Karyme Sain-Santos.

She was like him.. exiled.. betrayed.. killed..

But she.. handled it differently..

Silas hadn't done anything, instead opting to just move on..

But Karyme wanted revenge.

She was persistent.. training and planning everything out perfectly..

She led the attack on David, killing him with not a spite of mercy.

Silas was a bit scared of her at first..

..but he fell..

Her hair.. her eyes.. her personality..

It was addicting.

Silas wanted to know her.. love her..

And it seemed like she did too..

Until the day.

Silas remembers it clearly. She approached him, and asked for assistance on a mission.

Silas wasn't the kind of person to act on revenge.. and he didn't want to help her at first..

But the betrayal in her eyes.. it was unavoidable..

Silas agreed hesitantly, his love for that girl overtaking his common sense..

..now that he thinks about it.. she's always been a bit manipulative..

But anyways.. the mission fell apart..

Karyme persevered through the battle, and ended it with an axe in her hand.. and an end to the demon who had been tormenting her.

Silas didn’t recognize her. She was like a zombie, swinging down over and over again on the body, just getting more blood everywhere. When he had to pull her away.. he saw the real Karyme, not the one he thought was the real one..

The way she looked at him.. as if she couldn’t believe what she had done..

Nothing but regret in her gaze..

She won..

..but st what cost..?

Silas noticed how.. quiet she had become..

Still but alert.. seemingly spooked by pretty much everything..

She was acting different..

And Silas wasn't the only one who had noticed.

Lua.. Daniele.. Zaaron.. Kairo.. Selyna..

They all noticed too..

Despite countless reassurances, Silas could still keep dread piling up inside of him..

Something bad would happened..

..but not to him..

Silas found himself pacing in his room again.. Flipping through a rather large and thick book.

He needed answers..

Or explanations..

Either would do..

He could not sleep, nor did he have the time to.

He wanted to help Ka-..

Amne.

He wanted to help Amne.

She needed help, and if Silas didn't do anything to help her, then did he really care about her?

Silas can only groan in frustration as he realizes that the book is no help. Theres nothing that helps Amne here.. which just means he has to keep searching..

He puts the book down with a sigh, running his fingers through his loose hair.

Oh my Selyna.. he really needed to sleep..

He's just about ready to give up when the hairs on his body stand up, and something inside of him almost.. drops..

His ears perk up almost immediately, making most things incredibly loud and hurtful..

Silas stops, eyes scanning around in suspicion..

..okay.. something was definitely going on here..

Silas breathes deeply, calming himself before approaching the situation..

Why did he suddenly get a sense like that..?

Silas ran through the possibilities of everyone he had ever imprinted on.. past and present..

He goes through every name.. stopping at the last one..

Amne..

Silas' blood runs cold. Of course..

But why.?

She was asleep.. he had been with her hours prior.. soothing her to sleep after a nightmare..

It didn't make sense..

...

..she was okay, right.?

What was he saying- of course she is..

There wasn't any danger here towards her-

Silas stops, his ears perking up again.

All other sounds block out.. fading off to nothingness..

At the top, the most hearable, is a scream.

Silas immediately snaps his head towards his closed door. The sound is coming from a room in the Celestial Palace.. but not her bedroom..

No..

...

..the artifact room..

Why would Amne be there..?

Silas shakes his head, practically shoving his door open, going towards the sound..

As he approaches, the sound increases in intensity.

It's driving his senses crazy..

He reaches the door, hearing the screaming just behind it.

He tries to open the door, but its locked.

..great..

He pushes his body against the door, but it just won't open.

The screaming is definitely Amne.. and it's getting louder..

He's puzzled as to why no one else has heard it yet..

The screaming reaches an ear-piercing level, and then it just.. stops.

Silas goes to open the door again, and this time it mysteriously unlocks.

He opens the door, and his senses go haywire again.

Although this time.. he can see why.

Amne lays unconscious on the floor, alone.

Silas doesn't even remember running over to her, attempting to scan her over.

She isn't injured, but she..

...

..she's not breathing..

Silas had dealt with death before.. but it never got easier.

Silas holds Amne closely, almost rocking her in his grasp. He leans his head down, trying to process everything.

He was just a boy, anyways, and he can't undo death when its taking it's course..

He can pray.. but that's about it..

He doesn't even notice when Zaaron comes running..

All he knows is he failed again.

He failed Amne.

...

Silas had made many mistakes..

But this..

This was not a mistake.

...

This was meant to happen.

I keep thinking about the pigeon from yesterday and wondering if the vets at the wildlife rescue place were able to help it :(

#ramblings #i know my friend took a crow there and said they usually can't tell u how the animal is but i'm so tempted to call and ask #but i shouldnt bc they're busy and don't need me distracting them from their work #and it's ridiculous to care so much about a pigeon in a city full of pigeons but i saw the hawk trying to kill it and then saw the pigeon #just sit there and didnt realise how hurt it was until it was still sitting there 2 hrs later which is when i took it to the rescue place #i just hope it wasn't in too much pain:((#this is one of those moments where i realise i could never ever go back to eating meat #i asked the vet if there is anything i can do to protect the pigeons from the hawk and she said well it's nature the hawk has to eat sth #and i know she's right and thats how it works and it's all part of nature but it still made me rly sad #anywayssss will delete this later but i feel ridiculous telling ppl irl how upset i am about a random pigeon #so tag ramblings it is!!!

Apparently to get the work app to work I just need to bitch ab it on here sgdggdgd I had a message all typed up and it worked as i was doing tags

#i needed to put time off for the day after inventory so i dont have to work 8 hours if i dont wanna to cover the day after #but im not scheduled that week except the day of inventory sgdgdgd like thats the only day im scheduled at all bc they forget to put my #hours in the system so i just show up at my usual schedule sgdggdgd #but im gonna be working at night on inventory and she thankfully put me for 4 hours so if i dont feel like staying i dont have to but i #think im gonna try since ill be off two days after (RC the lucky bastard will be off FIVE days bc 2 are days off and then she took the day #after inventory and then had two days off pto scheduled anyway that week so she works like two days thst week sgdgdgd #technically i could take off too but id rather work i think instead of having a panic attack ab how inventory went/my job not getting done #ect ect plus after inventory is over i can start keeping boxes behind boxes under my table again AND stock up my levels (i try to not do #that when we have inventory coming up bc we have to count every item and its easier to not stock high)#anywayssss it's time for my yearly 8hr shift yaaay :( again optional but id like to try especially since id be working at night 😎#counting clothing... at night 😎 doing audits... at night 😎 getting free lunch from my job... at night 😎 agdgdgdggdgd #marquilla

why am i more nervous now that the place where i applied for a job said theyll send me an email response within the week than i was when i originally applied for the job

Any tips on how you got it so shaped?

Thank you so much!!! Haha ive been getting this comment alot and i THINK i have a grasp on what it means! Ill try my best to explain- using some one piece sketches since thats what Ive got on hand.

My first piece of advice is, dont be afraid to go ugly first! When sketching, youre sketching, and every sketch doesnt need to be finished eventually. This is kinda hard sometimes but i believe if you over work a sketch trying to get the first one perfect, things can come out really stiff!

these are the sketches I was playing with when learning to draw sanji. The 3 in bold I used, but the other ones got tossed - either too stiff or too exaggerated or just didnt match his vibe!

Thats the first step. But when it comes to the literal *shapes* picking the right shape has to do with not only their personality, but how they move as a character. And I think this should be applied *after* getting flow down first. I feel sometimes when an artist tries to stick hard to drawing nothing but x character in x shape things come out sort of stiff. (NOT pleased with the way i drew Zoro in the bottom right.)

But the actual shapes… thats up to what you think works on a character! I went with triangles with rounded corners on Sanji. I felt it would flatter his hair nicely, as well as his slim build and pointy ass shoes. Usopp felt more round and oblong to better suit his nose and the curves in his outfit- and zoro is all squares baby! Sturdy and built like a brick shithouse. But these are just my interpretations!

Karyme walked through the apartment, taking pictures down. She stops at one of her family. She only frowns at it before taking it down.

There's nothing that Karyme leaves untouched. All the pictures of her family are taken down and shredded to bits.

Kaiden only watches her, knowing she needs to let out the steam somehow.

It couldn't have been easy to have been disowned so easily like that..

Karyme didn't deserve that.

He waits patiently until the sound of the shredder stops, and Karyme walks into the room, looking like she's about to break.

Kaiden silently pats the seat next to him on the bed, and Karyme slumps down, saying nothing.

"..do you wanna talk about it.?" Kaiden asks after some silence.

Karyme shakes her head.

Kaiden nods. "..that's fine.."

Another awkward silence goes by, and Kaiden sighs.

"Let me rephrase that, we need to talk." Kaiden says, turning to Karyme.

Karyme frowns. "..there's nothing to talk about.."

"..maybe not about the situation.." Kaiden starts. "But we do need to talk about how it made you feel."

Karyme says nothing, arms crossed.

Kaiden frowns. "Work with me here, hun.."

Karyme sighs. "..im upset.."

Kaiden nods slowly. "That's a start.."

"And angry.." She mumbles. "..really angry.."

Kaiden nods again.

"..this isn't helping.." Karyme mumbles angrily.

"Then what will.?" Kaiden asks. "You know I'll help you in any way that I can.."

Karyme sighs. "I don't know.."

She taps her foot, then suddenly stops. She looks over to Kaiden as if she just got an idea.

"I think.. I'm ready to tell you about.. what happened.." She says slowly.

Kaiden widens his eyes a bit. "Hun.. you don't have to.."

Karyme sighs. "I want to, really.."

Kaiden nods slowly in response. "If you say so.." He sighs. "Alright, go ahead."

"Remember when you.. asked about the scar on the back on my head.?" Karyme mumbles.

Kaiden nods.

"I.." Karyme sighs. "..i had gotten into a fight at school again.. ended up making.. my mom mad.."

"..she kept.. calling me stuff.." Karyme continues. "I don't remember what I said, but it made her angrier than before.. and she grabbed me and-.."

Karyme stops, immediately feeling the surge of memories in her mind. It felt like she was reliving it.. something that she had buried into the back of her mind.

Kaiden lays a hand on her shoulder. "We don't have to.. talk about this now.."

Karyme takes a deep breath. "..maybe.."

They both go back to silence.

Karyme clears her throat. "..i always think about.. if that night went differently.."

Kaiden raises an eyebrow. "Different how.?"

"..what if I was the one who died..?" Karyme mumbles.

Kaiden gives her a look. "What is that supposed to mean.?"

Karyme frowns. "Nothing just- forget it.."

Kaiden turns to face her. "No, tell me, what did you mean by that?"

"I'm not saying I wanted to die.." She mumbles. "..but wouldn't things be better if I had.?"

Kaiden frowns. "No.. of course not.."

"I tried for years to make it right.. but no matter how many times I tried to make up for his death.. it fixed nothing.." Karyme mumbles on.

Kaiden can only cross his arms. "Karyme.."

"..i think it was her fault.. not mine.." Karyme finally says.

Kaiden sighs. "Seems so.."

Karyme turns away from him. It felt weird to speak of something she had silently carried with her for so long.. but it also felt relieving at the same time..

"..healing is weird.." Karyme finally mumbles after much silence.

Kaiden can't help but break into a soft smile. "I'm sure it is."

"..will it always be like that.?" She asks him.

"It'll get better, Karyme." He replies

"Promise.?"

"Promise."

I am so annoyed by the kaceytron shit. I have her blocked on twitter for a reason yet I had to see her dumb ass tweet 5 times IN A ROW cause people posted screenshots. Like, if you really need to bring it to tl and comment on it then make a qrt so people who have her blocked cause she hurt them by being a homophobic ableist piece of shit don't have to see it. It's SO annoying. Or mention her name so people who also have the name muted (like I do) don't have to see it

People have to learn to ignore her and community note her shit, which the fandom can do, we have seen it multiple times. She's LIVING from us reacting to her and people KEEP GIVING IN. I think even Velvet once said to just ignore her cause all she's good in is making our community angry and getting reactions out of us

Yeah I will admit some people go a little crazy after her. I think at this point I'm just more confused at her obsession but I don't harp on it for too long- I've seen people on twitter STILL talking about it which is kinda crazy imo

When ccs try to do this shit I just kinda have to go "oh wow thats crazy let's laugh at them for a second...anywayssss we move on" but I understand your frustration with seeing it at all

I honestly go with how Brokenstar didn’t get all nine. He got some but not all. Some cats felt he was the right leader but some didn’t.

For Hawkfrost could be a similar thing. He got some but not and just said he had nine.

I have two Ideas!

The max amount of lives a leader can get is 9, but it is up to the Stars how many they get. However many spirits which to grant a leader a live is the amount of lives a leader gets, for example if 5 spirits wish to grant a leader lives thats how many they get. So like Fireheart gets 9 lives bec the Stars are jumping at the chance to give lives to the special prophecy boy, but Brokentail only gets 2 lives bec nobody wants to give him lives after he killed his dad to be leader (only Hope and Wish give him lives).

All leaders get 9 lives but they can be revoked by the spirits who gave them. If a spirit feels that a leader is not living up to/deserving of the life they gave, they can revoke it. When a leader looses a life and is going to get revived, the next life's spirit can say that they revoke it, and the cat will get the next life instead (if that spirit doesn't also revoke). So like Tigerclaw dying 9 times was him going down the list of lives 9 times and each cat revoking the life they gave.

something i've noticed in Rhett and Links relationship and their physical intimacy - in videos, they often play up how uncomfortable they are to be put in close proximity to each other (although it is their show and I presume they greenlight video ideas), and they will often be like "hey don't get so close to me, man."

HOWEVER, this often happens in a very particular way - for example, in one of the recent episodes when they are testing the "invisible" chair, Rhett holds Links thigh for a while before Link acknowledges saying he should warn him before touching him. But Rhett grabbed him as if it was completely natural, and Link didn't even flinch, just let it happened until he remembered he had to react in a certain way. This is the case a lot of the time, they are always moving into each others space with so much familiarity and comfortability. But then, one of them will address it, but it is so delayed when they do it seems that its a forced and fake discomfort. This suggests to me that they will, when alone just the two of them, act in a way where they get physically close, meaning they are used to it. That's why they do not immediately react when the other gets close, but then remember they are on camera and give a delayed reaction in hopes of making it seem like they would never usually touch each other like that. But there are so many instances where they get so close and intimate, and either forget to address it or say it so late that it almost seems forced, like "oh yeah I need to say something so it doesn't seem like we do this all the time."

there are so many examples of this but I'm convinced they actually are very used to being physically intimate and then pretend not to be on camera - Link even mentioned on an eb that there is a part of their relationship that isn't for anyone else, or something like that.

Absolutely agree. It’s hard to believe that they just turn up the physical touch for the show. It comes way too easily to them, especially Rhett. And yeah they’re SO oblivious to how frickin obvious they are and how bad they are at covering it up 😅

But hey I’m not complaining 😆

technically these are my TBD OCs!! (i made them like around last year i think, obviously during my first TBD phase after Operation Timefixers :33 )

this first one is Coffee Smoothie Cookie, a talented one in kitchenware–maybe even the best in every timeline! he was brought into the Department by Timekeeper herself when she establishes a Cafeteria for the employees to rest during lunch time (she went too silly so they didnt thought about it earlier 🤭)

alsooo Marble Bread is his boyfriend 👉🏻👈🏻💞💞💞💞💞 honestly i didn't created Smoothie to be another oc x canon but since I created him and Prune Yogurt (see the next oc sheet) during my Marble Bread phase too.... woala, the tables turned!!! (i believe they're my 2nd oc x canon after StainedIce (Stained Komodo x Captain Ice— i'll talk abt them when i make Modo's sprite))

next one is the head of the TBD Clinic (i made that up), Prune Yogurt Cookie!!!! believe it or not, i created her before Prune Juice was even teased– like god her name was ALMOST stolen by a canon character 😭😭😭😭

but yeah i eventually made the two prunes siblings to push the negative thought away /vvvpos

tbh i cant showcase much of Pruyo due to her existence in the TBD is heavily influenced by Energy Drink's story (who i sadly havent made a sprite of their TBD uniform to match my headcanon).

tldr, the timeline En was in gor corrupted and they fell into a time pocket, they got saved by the TBD and even cured their carrying virus of the Jellywalkers thanks to the time manipulator. (yes, Pruyo was the one who did it with a couple of trusted supervisors)
