Selina has been trying to learn how to purr like an actual cat for years. She’s pretty close to doing it

She also meows as a stim and Bruce picks this up from being around her

Both would hiss at ppl as kids (Bruce still does this let’s be honest)

Selina LOVES retro anime. Esp Sailor Moon! It’s one of her special interests

She always wanted to be a magical girl as a kid. Watching those animes sort of helped her to figure out she was a girl

Both knew they were trans from a young age but didn’t come out until later

Selina uses the money that she’s stolen to fund her transition >:3 so far she’s gotten top and bottom surgery + her HRT

Bruce doesn’t have nor wants any surgeries but he’s been on T for some years now

He’s openly trans u could say.. more like he doesn’t “hide” it but he also doesn’t rlly say anything abt it

He absolutely bites ppl who misgender him 😈 he doesn’t like to be called “they” either. His pronouns r strictly he/him

Selina uses she/her but doesn’t mind she/they depending on who it is

Bruce has given up on masking at this point and doesn’t rlly care that ppl think he’s strange

He was diagnosed w autism very young

she was very sweet as a toddler but somewhere along the line she just became more carefree and chaotic

jas is a mama's girl but is more alike with her father than she cares to admit

octavinelle trio and heartslabyul duo + grim are like the honorary uncles (jas's favorites are floyd, ace, and grim bc they sometimes enable her with shenanigans)

even though jas has favorite uncles, najma is the favorite favorite. i imagine she's just the cool aunt

if mama yuu is "shrimpy" then jas is a "tiger prawn" (bc rajah)

jas LOVES doing people's hair including her own; would rather do them by hand rather than by magic

jamil showed jas how to breakdance once and it became ingrained in her personality ever since

(there's probably still more about her that i'm forgetting but this is it for now)

jamil took yuusha's last name surprise surprise (if they get married)

i imagine after nrc they'd be travelling together actually, not necessarily settling down

they're just both in denial of the implication of this child existing and neither of them is saying it out loud.

and the angst/wholesomeness(???) of jamil asking jas's full name and hearing that she has her mother's last name instead of his

eventually they grew attached (unfortunately) until somehow they send jas home to her original timeline

and then they finally have a real conversation about what all that was about

I drew a scene from Chapter 8: Lost and Found with little Dream and Rory (Horror!Sans):

He looked back at Rory and ran into the skeleton, wrapping his arms as best he could around him. His feet left the ground again as he was picked up, and he eagerly snuggled into the soft fur that tickled his face.

“Please don’t run away . . . okay little chef?” said Rory.

Dream headbutted his jaw affectionately. “I won’t. I promise.”

“Thank you . . .” the older skeleton said, hugging him closer.

Dream sighed, closing his sockets and relaxing in Rory’s hold.

In fact, they're one of the best in her field, which has made her a target in a few of Mojo Jojo's schemes. does anyone else have a fic that is their most popular, but you don’t want it to be, because you don’t think it deserves it, and you have better stuff, and while ofc you are grateful that people like something you wrote, it’s almost annoying that for some reason That one is the most popular. lmao

“See you Friday,” Will says flatly, even though his face is very warm, and he is trying very hard not to think about how blissful the last five minutes of his life have been.

Mike blinks a couple of times, lips still kiss-swollen and eyes still looking like they’re trying to adjust to the light. “Um. What about U.S. Histo–”

“Bye, Mike,” Will says, promptly shutting the door.

It’s only ten minutes later, under the icy stream of his shower, that Will Byers makes another fateful decision:

He cannot, under any circumstances, let Mike get in the way of his judgment.

but thank you so much yes im okay im normal about them i’ll do my best (for context i mentioned in the tags of one of my posts a while back wanting to infodump about them, but i forget which one it was jfkdlsjhl anyways-)

this won't be a full info dump because i think that would somewhat restrict my dynamic of them if i put it all into words (if that makes sense) ;;;

and i realized i lowkey dont have a coherent timeline for them (yet); i just put them in random scenarios of what i think would be fun at the moment

to make up for it i'll also put a silly self-indulgent sketch dump all below ;;;

I JUST REALIZED I DRAW THEM MAKING EYE CONTACT A LOT (bc something something there's a level of trust that jamil wont use his snake whisper on yuu anymore)

okay now for some random jamiyuu dynamics/hcs/lore

yuu fell first -> yuu lost feelings (bc why would you trust someone who took advantage you) -> ✨ then something happened ✨ -> jamil fell next but harder.

highkey disliked each other -and showed it- in the beginning bc of the whole scarabia drama; then an -accidental- act of service got them to think differently about one another. like "holy shit maybe they're not so bad after all???"

extremely slow burn.

very competitive with one another which then bled into their "flirting" / affectionate acts when they eventually became closer.

basically: “sweetheart” but rivalry -> “babe” but platonically -> “bro” but romantically pipeline.

(“are you flirting or starting a fight”)

yuu kinda throws around “love you” a lot, especially to her close friends; so -during their “platonic” stage- for some reason, jamil was the only “friend” she has not said this to. but it’s okay it’s not like jamil had referred to her as the “f-word” (friend) anyway.

had a mutual agreement that their romantic relationship is temporary because of yuu wanting to go home; they’re just going to “try it out” “no hard feelings”.

yuu made jamil promise to never use snake whisper on her ever again.

jamil: personal beef w/ bugs + afraid of them; yuu: personal beef w/ bugs (w/ a few exceptions) + not afraid of them, just generally pissed at their existence.

dancing and music lowkey became one of their love languages.

kalim genuinely became one yuu’s best friends because of how much they hit it off. jamil always third wheels them no matter the circumstance.

yuu loves grim more than jamil; jamil knows this very well. and so does grim.

HEARD AND RECEIVED

It happens on a rainy day.

They’re watching football. It’s what they usually do when they’re bored and Booker is too lazy to engage in some sort of home improvement project in the safe house of the week. Nicky has politely joined him and Joe and is polishing his sword on the other end of the couch (he’s also bored out of his mind, Booker knows it) and Joe’s been sprawled on top of both of them, his head in Nicky’s lap and his feet in Booker’s. Booker half-assedly complained about it for about fifteen minutes, until the game got interesting, and then he could really complain, because Joe kicked him in the face out of excitement when Juventus scored.

Now Joe’s in the kitchen, banging around looking for food, and Nicky’s staring at him. Still polishing his sword.

You are so weird, Booker thinks. What actually comes out of his mouth is, “What are you staring at?” It sounds more accusatory than he means it to.

Nicky carefully sets the sword aside. Booker raises an eyebrow.

It happens so fast that Booker smashes his head into the arm of the couch. One second Nicky is still staring at him, so intently that Booker feels like a bug, and the next second he’s on top of him, giving Booker the worst kiss he’s ever had in his life. Their noses are pressed together, their teeth clacking. Booker reaches up with the intent to try and push him off, but ends up slinging an arm around his neck and tilting his head and things change after that, things go on a course from worst kiss in his life to one of the best.

Booker moves again to pull him closer, and then immediately realizes what he’s doing and shoves him off. Nicky just blinks at him.

“What the fuck was that?”

Nicky shrugs. “You kissed me first.”

Booker bursts out laughing. “I definitely didn’t.” He points at Nicky’s discarded sword. “You were all the way over there, and then you launched yourself at me - ”

“I did not launch myself at you - ”

“- and started kissing me for no reason at all - ”

“ - I had a very good reason, if you must know - ”

“And I - you what?” Booker stares at him. Nicky stares back, completely nonplussed. There’s no way anyone could tell what had happened, except for the way Nicky’s hair’s sticking up slightly in the back.

“I had a very good reason,” Nicky says, and then says nothing else.

Booker waits politely for what feels like five years, before he says “And?”

“And what?”

“Your reason?”

“Oh, that is for me to know.”

“You are so fucking weird,” Booker says, because he really can’t hold it back this time, and loops a hand around the back of Nicky’s neck to pull him down and kiss him again.

What the hell. He’ll roll with it.

I watched every episode of the Powerpuff Girls 2016 reboot with Mojo Jojo in it, and all I got out of it was these 3 minutes of content. Enjoy.
