You want to hear about MY head canons?!?

One of my biggest head canons for Carlos is he sleeps like a ROCK. Once man is asleep, he is gone; lights out. Maybe he sleeps so deeply because he grew up on a ranch? I can imagine the early mornings were loud with his sisters bickering, Andrea in the kitchen and Gabriel getting all the ranch machinery (whatever it’s called) ready. This one kind of came from the proposal scene when it took TK a good 3 shakes to wake him up. 😅😂

I agree with you, though. That man can sleep through anything. I feel like he's trained himself to sleep through anything that's not important - proposal aside baby had a long day and needed his sleep - but like, he can wake up to his alarm no problem. Or if there's something that goes off or makes a noise that he isn't familiar with. I also think, if TK sounds panicked or something that's not a sweet, little voice waking him up to ask him to marry him, then Carlos would be up immediately.

ive been reading like 5 hours a day lately!

bc i am an extremely slow reader this does not mean i’ve been reading millions of books though lol. i’ve gotten about halfway through 1 fantasy book in this time. but like, when i read, esp fantasy, i have to intensely visualise everything i’m reading, including the smells and sounds of everything... i get reeeeally into it

anyway, i am aware that i’ve completely replaced the rampant drug use with this lol. i know this bc every minute i’m not reading i’m all tense and scared and like ‘ok can i.. go back to reading now????’ it is a NEED, and after i’ve been reading for 5 hours usually my brain will get tired and i’ll get soooooo nervous cause i’m too tired to keep the focus but if i’m not reading i’m all djsfhgkjdshfkjhsgkdjfg SOMETHING DISTRACT ME QUICK

my brain is funny cause it lets me just switch between obsessions like this. the weeks of intense drug use replaced self h/arm replaced other things. whenever i develop a Problem it gets serious but then it’s ok cause i just abandon it completely when i find a new Problem to replace it with. BUT, i do not think the book obsession is a problem. it’s quite nice! it doesn’t involve hangovers and lost weekends and behaviours i don’t remember!!! so i will take it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again

When I was younger and researching the autism diagnosis criteria and symptoms, I thought “oh I couldn’t POSSIBLY be autistic.” Because when I read “takes everything literally” I thought it literally meant EVERYTHING and I was like “I don’t take EVERYTHING literally, just most things!” And I just realized the other day that it didn’t actually mean EVERYTHING and that was an overstatement.
