Hi. What you thought about the episode?

I thought it was a good episode. Tracy obviously killed it. I’m glad they’re trying at least show the friendships between members of Intelligence again, instead of just weird out of place lines alluding to it every so often. All season so far really, not just in this episode. That scene with her and Kim was heartbreaking painful. From both of them, you could feel Hailey’s pain, but you could feel Kim’s worry and sympathy as well. So kudos ladies that was amazing (but let’s face it also never any doubt). Also the scene with Hailey and Adam. It was great. The tense one and the reconciliation.

The stare down at the end between Hailey and Sean. Love it. Loved. It. There was this smarminess with him when she was planting the wire, this ‘I have you and I can’t wait to use you’ air. And then at the end, that anger just ebbing off of that he was the one who got played. Even if he wriggled out of it a bit, they know, and no he didn’t play her, it’s not a game he won like he thought he did.

The scene between Chief O’Neal and Voight, I also thought was great. I’m glad they’ve kept this to, a dad not being able to look past his kids past. He might have touted Sean as recovered and doing well and loving, but Sean is also always going to be a junkie in his eyes. One that he needs to protect, which is what he thought he was doing. It’s his biggest blind spot, and now he knows just how much his sick bastard of a son took advantage of that. It’s definitely going to be interesting going forward.

Five Favorite Fics

the lovely, wonderful, talented @bravetemptation tagged me in a challenge to list out my favorite five fics that i have written :’)

as a disclaimer, i haven’t yet published 5+ works on my active ao3 account and any fic published before the ao3 days is GARBAGE, so i have to get a bit creative and include some WIP’s that you will all get to read at some point this year!!

i can’t wait to publish more in the future, so lists like this one become a little more difficult to sort through, but i am so very proud of my works (both published and unpublished) and i’m so lucky to have a platform to share what i love <333 i love love sharing these works and if i never write anything that i love more than down the line or write this down then that’s okay, because my entire heart and soul is in those stories and i’m so :’))))

ok I live in a shithole with four assholes and we all share one bathroom and we have this old crooked mirror hanging on the wall and it's just... very low. Christmas as a cultural icon is starting to get really dystopian in a climate sense, december has historically been a time of year in which there would be snow in a significant portion of europe and north america, and the fact that its not even icy this time of year and all the christmas songs and decorations reference a time of year that will likely never exist in the same way again in my life time is so strange.
