It is likely that he is the camp’s coordinator, so you would def get the best tent and food first bc he is that biased (only applies if you are the saniwa)
Downsides:
He lit can’t shut up.

Benefits:
spirits and/or bad luck won’t haunt you! he’ll sprinkle water at the entrance of the tent both in the morning and evening to make sure things stay nice and calm
Downsides:
Chances are that if you are sharing jokes with him, you might have to explain them to him- he is an old sword ! he might not be able to relate to some topics including but not limited to: crushes-

Benefits:
He is a good storyteller! so once night falls, he’ll have countless stories to tell, scary stories, stories about the past, you name it
Downsides:
Also can’t shut up. Chances are that he will complain about many things along the way- eventually he’ll realize that not all things are that bad though!

Benefits:
If games that include physical activities are involved; your chances of winning have now increased at least a 70% ! he’s a strong lad !
Downsides:
Can be a little bit of a pessimist sometimes and only knows how to cook one meal to perfection, but he’ll try his best to not let that hinder you
Shokudaikiri
Benefits:
If you ever get lost in the middle of nowhere with him, he’ll still be able to cook something nice with few ingredients for you!
Downsides:
Because of his criteria of what looks ‘cool’ and what doesn’t, you might end up getting involved in overly complicated things that could have been easily solved if it weren’t for his desire to appear ‘cool’ at all times-

It's very possible that the only way to ensure you don't become a conservative old person is to keep checking whether you're wrong. Every time. Genuinely mull over the opposing viewpoint even and especially when it's uncomfortable. You absolutely cannot a) consider yourself safely incapable of terrible principles because you're a good person, or b) treat a your disgust reaction to something as a moral truth.
