I am so far outside of my comfort zone!#But *who* is pd-mdzs if not that art blog that keeps you all on your toes for what to expect?#For someone who has never done pixel art I think I did okay! I have learned a lot B*)#The more exciting news is that THESE ACUALLY WORK. They can run around and be put into situations!#(Well...the *original* files work; these are screenshots. The real files are microscopically small)#Get ready for a new era of content while I continue to learn more about sprite art and animation.#I have a lot of other assets to practice making so seriously; get ready for some wild MDZS (and Dungeon Meshi) fake game clips.#I want to recreate some scenes in the game engine to practice and experiment! I think that's really fun!#Next up is dialogue window icons and then battle art!

Out of every single relationship in the Whoniverse, whatever the Doctor and the Master have going on just hits different. Like a rock. I’m sure everyone feels this way about their fave Doctor ship, but my experience is that once you go Thoschei, you cannot go back. Given the narrative symmetry, character foiling, interwoven parallels, tragically dramatic irony, frustratingly unspeakable ambiguous romance that defies traditional ship canonization in the true chaotic spirit of Doctor Who, and a unique backstory setup that allows the characters to have history that other individuals cannot match, while fate (and the format of the show) pushes them together over and over again indefinitely, without hope of lasting reconnection lest the setup break, the Doctor and Master’s codependent anti-soulmate life or death partnership arguably (narratively) cheapens every other pairing beyond comparison. Their tragedy never leaves you. (And keeps you up at night)

#everyone else is in a space opera or spy thriller and Thoschei are in a Greek tragedy #no thoughts only Thoschei #frey’s timey wimey whovian era #I’m really new here but FUCK they gobbled me brains like a flesh eating infection #Thoschei #doctor/master #doctor who #is Thoschei technically canon? yes. does it still feel like a fever dream? yes #if they ever kiss (romantically) again it will send the world into shock and frenzy #Twissy #spydoc #tensimm #etc.#and by cheapen every other pairing I mean ‘best pairing to study in a literature circle”#not “the Doctor’s relationship with the master is their most important” although -#aka I think they’ve got the best combination of concept and execution

Prompt 11 - Fever

@jegulus-microfic January 11 Word count 304

The Black brothers were not happy. Both of them had contracted the flu. They were bundled up in their boyfriend’s beds, being waited on hand and foot.

“James!” Regulus whined at him.

“Yes, love,” James replied, putting down his quill and going to the bedside.

“Could I have some more water, please?” Regulus coughed pathetically. James looked at the goblet of water on the bedside table well within Regulus’s reach.

“Love,” He said very gently. “It’s right next to you.”

“I know, but it’s easier if you get it for me.”Regulus looked up at James so sadly and with such a pout that James gave in and passed him the goblet.

“Reeeemussss!” Sirius cried out. Remus looked up from his textbook.

“Get it yourself.” He growled before looking back down.

“But James—” Sirius started to say before Remus cut him off.

“Then be James’s boyfriend.”

“Regulus, we’re swapping.” Sirius declared as he leaned over, trying to grab his goblet without toppling out of the bed.

“Not a chance,” Regulus grunted as he blew his nose. “Not my fault you picked the wrong man. Why should I have to suffer?”

They kept bickering back and forth. James put his hand on Regulus’s forehead and gasped.

“You’ve got a fever.” He said before doing the same to Sirius. “So do you.”

He looked at Remus worriedly. Remus went into the bathroom and returned with two vials.

“Ok, medicine time.” He handed one each to Regulus and Sirius. They downed them and almost immediately started yawning. Within minutes, the dorm room was silent.

“That should bring their fevers down,” Remus said, picking up his book again. “Bonus that the side effect is drowsiness.” James chuckled lightly.

“They’re quite sweet when they’re both quiet, aren’t they?” James and Remus laughed quietly while Regulus and Sirius slept peacefully.

"Oh my mom? She left after she gave birth to me because they we're to young to have a baby. My dad gave me up for adoption after a month." You sipped your tea.

"Oh im sorry to hear that" Tighnari spoke.

"Welp there's no use crying because of it, i already have a good life going on and i don't want to ruin it." You comforted yourself.

"Mhm yea"

"Do you get.. Baby fever?"

"Baby fever? What do you mean by that?"

"When you find a baby so cute, you feel like you'd explode, thats what i feel every time i see a baby"

"Oh i never felt that before actually, i wonder how will that feel"

"Do you love me?" You suddenly exclaimed.

"Of course! What kind of question is that?" He laughed.

"Then... "

"If we have a baby, will you take responsibility?" You said suddenly which surprised tighnari.

"Huh? Of course! I didn't marry you just to leave you if you got pregnant! Im your husband, ill take care of you!"

"Promise?" You brought up your pinky finger towards him.

"Promise!" He replied by linking his pinky to yours.

You two smiled before letting go of eachothers hand. You looked out the window, thinking if you should say it or not.

'Should i tell him?'

'No that be to weird'

'But his your husband! Its normal to ask things like that!'

'No you will just embarrass yourself!'

"Hey, you seem lost, whats on your mind?" Tighnari snapped you out of your thoughts.

"Ha?oh ye.. "

"I want to ask you something but please dont find it weird!"

"Haha sure sure, so whats on yur mind?"

"So like you were a baby rigth?"

"Mhm yea duh"

"So like.. Since babies dont just pop up with a head full of hair.. What did you look like when you were born?"

"Wait what do yu mean?" Tighnari said curiously.

"Did yu get born with four ears?"

"Ha?!"

"Do you like not have hair on your head? Did you look like a stray hairless cat?"

"W-what n-no!"

"But you were bald?"

"O-of course..?"

"But you have ears so hairless cat?"
