"Where are they?" Max asked Charles.

They were supposed to meet outside of the McLaren garage so that the three of them could leave together. Max was there first, always the first to want to leave and Charles was there just after him.

But she and Lando were nowhere to be seen.

"Do you think they're still inside?" Charles asked, nodding his head towards the garage.

"They have to be," Max answered, pulling his phone from his pocket. He dialled Lando's number and pressed his phone to his ear.

He didn't know that Lando was asleep. He didn't know that Lando was so deep in sleep that nothing was going to wake him up. He didn't know that she was with him, too, curled up against him as they slept in the two small chair.

When he didn't respond, Max put his phone down. "Nothing," he said, shaking his head.

Charles already had his phone out, already had it pressed to his ear. He looked at Max as he waited for the person on the other end to pick up. But they didn't and he put the phone down. "She didn't pick up, either."

They looked towards the McLaren garage. The den of papaya (instead of den of vipers, get it?). They had no choice but to go inside.

The two non McLaren drivers sucked in a breath and headed inside. They asked all of the McLaren staff if they had seen their loves. The first few they asked shook their heads. They had no idea where to find Lando and their girl.

But then someone had an answer. "I saw them sleeping on the couch," she said and quite literally pointed them in the right direction.

And that was where they found them, sleeping on the couch. Lando was upright and she was on his lap. Her head was against his chest and his head was against her own. Her hand was gripping his shirt, curled into fists.

"Look at them," Charles said, wearing a small smile as he sighed. "They're just..."

"Adorable, I know," Max answered. His arm was around Charles's waist as they looked at the pair. "But his back is gonna kill for the race tomorrow."

"Meaning an easier win for the both of us," Charles reasoned. "But we love them and we don't want him to get a bad back."

"We're definitely not just moving them because we want to cuddle them," Max said with a nod.

"Nope, this is for them."

"Not our selfish reasons."

Max picked her up. He kissed her head and scooped her into his arms. Her head was immediately against his chest and she let out a whine, but she didn't wake up.

Charles tried to pick up Lando. The most important word in that sentence was tried. Because he definitely failed. He almost immediately dropped Lando, waking the poor boy. "Fuck, cha!" He cried.

"Lando!" Charles hissed and held his finger to his lips.

Lando glared at him, but then he looked past him, at the girl sleeping in Lando's arms. She stirred and everybody stilled. But, when she didn't wake up, they let out a collective breath. "Should we get her home?" He whispered as Charles helped him off the floor.

"We were thinking the exact same thing, baby boy."

Chapter Two; Down In New Orleans Summary; New day, more work. Just a slice of life with Donatella. Wait, who's that?

The sunbeams shone through the curtains, hitting Donnie's eyes like a laser. She stirred awake, groaning as she stretched her limbs out—making a small crack at her joints.

“Yeesh.. Shitty sleep. Nothin' coffee can't fix.” She smiled to herself, before spotting her kitten's judgemental look. “Don't give me that look, Vivi.”

Vivi was the only cat Donnie knew could roll her eyes at her owner. “Okay, rude.”

Sliding on her slippers, she walked through her halls, opening up the white blinds with a lazy smile. The soft hums of a tune came from Donnie, echoing through the small house.

Pouring the hot coffee into her mug, she heard the music from the street down the block start to play, indicating it was nearly work time.

It was always like that, they played at the exact same time everyday, and it was always 30 minutes before work. Donnie sighed with a smile.

“Good morning, New Orleans.”

And with that, she swigged down her coffee and headed up stairs to get dressed.

Walking down the rocky paths, with a skip in her step, Donnie walked down the streets of Louisiana. The occasional young lady saying hello to Donatella as she walked past.

“Morning Dona!”

“Morning Betty!”

“Good mornin' Donnie, how's Vivi?”

“Healthy as always, Veronica.”

“'Tella, my dear, you okay?”

“Stop worrying about me, Maggie, never been better.”

The "flapper" women in town always took a liking to Donnie, whether it was because she sometimes slipped them an extra sugar for their coffees or just because they found her interesting.

They saw her as a friend, and vice versa with Donnie to them.

The Bell rung throughout the small café, people were already sitting down in the booths, the chef already whipping up a few breakfasts. Donnie hung up her coat and got to work.

Rush hour came quicker than intended. As soon as Donnie put on her apron—customers flew in. The echos of coffee and pastry orders filled her ear drums.

This was her speciality.

Flicking on the kettle and calling out the names of customers for their drinks, Donnie was quick paced today, never in the same spot, hopping from table to table—placing down meals from waffles to hot tea.

“Flapjacks for Mr O'Crowley?”

“Thank you, Don.” The man called back as his food was placed.

“Coffee for Molls.”

“Cheers, sweet.” Miss Molly smiled, taking the mug off Donnie's hands. Donnie placed down a small cup to Molly's daughter.

“And, last but not least—Hot chocolate for Lil' Tia here.” The small girl giggled a thank you. Placing down a napkin for the girl, since Donatella knew Molly's baby was a messy one with her food.

Going back to the counter, Donnie kept up her soft smile. She brushed off her skirt and looked up to talk to the new customer. “Mornin'! What can I getcha today—Huh. Mimz...?”

Looking over the counter, the short flapper glanced back up at Donnie—with a hint of alcohol on her tongue. “Donniiiiee! Baby cakes! Hiiiii!”

Cocking an eyebrow at Mimzy, Donnie poured her a cup of water. “Hey, Mimzy... Can I getcha somethin'? Or you just come 'ere for a chat?” She eyed the flapper suspiciously.

Mimzy was never just over for a chat. Especially after ghosting Donnie for 2 months. She wanted something out of Donnie. She could feel it in her waters.

“What? Can't a gal like moi talk with her best friend?” Mimzy smiled, with one of those salesmen smiles; y'know the ones that try and sell you everything.

“Mimzy, we haven't spoken in months. You gotta whole lotta nerve callin' me your 'best friend'.” The Creole scoffed at Mimzy's excuse.

The flapper chuckled awkwardly, rubbing the back of her neck with a nervous smile. “Yea.. I got no excuse.”

Donatella passed her customer their strawberry shortcake before turning back to Mimzy. “So... Mimzy. Why are you really here?”

“...” Mimzy was silent with a guilty expression on her face. “Look, I know you don't like usin' that voodoo shit on people, buuutt—”

Mimzy quickly shut up at the sight of Donnie's cold and icy glare. “You need to shut up about that. Last thing I need is to get fired, okay?”

The short woman nodded, before asking again. “Can I get a refill on my water?” Donnie nodded, pouring more cold liquid in the glass.

Donnie turned away from Mimzy, looking at the menu to get her mind away from her hobby Mimzy mentioned just a second before.

“...Are you gonna order something?”

“What can fix a hangover?” Mimzy asked sheepishly. Donnie picked out a slice of cake from the glass sill.

“Fudge always helps me.”

The flapper nodded with a weak smile, before taking a bite. Covering her mouth as she chewed, Mimzy continued speaking.

“'Tella, I really need your help.”

Donatella rolled her eyes, glancing back at Mimzy. “With what?”

“Do you think your... Hobby... Can get someone out of debt?” Curiousity dripped in her tone, Mimzy must've gotten in deep shit to come to Don.

“What did you do.” It came out as a command rather than a question.

“Look. I borrowed some money from a guy a few months ago—and now he wants it back. But he's... Annoying, let's put it like that.” Rambling in, Mimzy took a sip of her water. “He really wants his cash. And I don't have it. I don't wanna get Alastor involved either—”

“Who the fuck is Alastor?” Donatella looked back with a puzzled expression upon her brown complexion. Was this the same Alastor she saw not long ago? Abigail's son?

“Y'know, guy who works at radio. He's a sweet guy, but I don't want to break his trust—”

Yep, mostly likely the same bloke.

Donatella rolled her eyes. “So you can break mine? What's in it for me, Mimz?” Spotting her annoyed face, Mimzy sighed.

Her Boston accent coming out thicker than usual. “You know I didn't mean to... That was months ago. And I said sorry!”

“Well sorry ain't good enough. You nearly got me caught by the police, Mimzy. And I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't even know you were committing a crime until the cops told me!”

“We're getting off topic. But I just want someone to help... deal with him. I have two months to get the money, but y'know me—I can't do that. I'm useless when it comes to any work that isn't clubbing.”

Donnie knew Mimzy wouldn't try and steal her money, especially when she was in a financial situation that not many want to be in. “What could I even do? Like to help ya?”

“...Well, we could—” Mimzy mimicked a slice on the neck with her finger. Making Donnie step back and furrow her brows.

“Don't even think 'bout it, Mimzy. Not doing that shit again.” She let out a hiss, making the blonde frown.

“I've kept your secret to myself this entire time, can't you do this one thing for me?” Knitting her brows together in annoyance.

Donnie paused for a minute. Flashbacks of what happened last time echoed throughout her skull. She shook her head, glancing back at Mimzy.

“I'll think about it. But for now, you don't say anything about this.”

vivienne's birthday live !

"Annyeong stay!" Vivie waved at the camera, her smile brightly illuminating the screen. "Finally, it's my birthday!" she exclaimed, gesturing cheerfully towards the surrounding decorations. A cluster of Hello Kitty balloons and an ocean of pink dominated her surroundings. Massive letters spelling out 'Happy Birthday' in pale pink covered the wall.

"I'm so excited!" Vivie gushed, her excitement seeping through the screen. "I've been waiting for this day for a whole year!". As soon as the words escaped from her lips, the staff members behind the camera let out a chorus of laughter. "I just realized I sound really stupid" Her head drooping down in shame and embarrassment.

"SKZJIGI are laughing at me right now, on my birthday," she said, her voice barely audible over the sounds of laughing. "How could they?"

Eventually their laughter died down and vivie started to speak again. "Alright, let me explain," Vivie began, her voice exuding confidence. "So basically, since December is the last month of the year, it feels like your birthday is a long way away. That's because once December ends, a new year begins, and with it, another 12-month countdown begins."She paused momentarily, gauging her STAY's attention before continuing. "If anyone wants to argue with that, don't, because I've had this debate with Felix before and it lasted over 10 minutes. We didn't come to an agreement and he called me 'pabo', but I still believe I'm right." She nodded confidently, hoping her point got across.

"Alright, let's move on," she said, her voice much lighter than it was only moments before. She started scrolling through the comments.

" 'OOTD?' 하나까지 완전 우리답지 my favorite things (kitsch by ive), I'm sorry I had to sing it." Vivie stood up to give the camera a closer look at her outfit of the day. She was wearing a pair of dark blue denim jeans, which she paired with a pink long sleeved top and a white oversized hello kitty jacket layered on top. She styled her brown hair with a white hollow star-shaped claw clip, framing her face perfectly.

"Oh, and I also got my nails done," Vivie added, holding up her hands to the camera. She showed STAY her freshly done pink-charmed nails with a big smile on her face.

" ' when did you do them? ' literally this morning. "I was walking past this new nail salon, saw it looked really nice, and thought, 'what the heck, might as well go in!' The owners ended up being STAYs, which was super cool. And they did my nail design! So whoever you are, thank you so much, because they literally match my cake."

With that, she moved the beautifully iced Hello Kitty cake in front of the camera. "Speaking of cake..." she began, "This has to be the most cutest birthday cake I've ever had. I feel bad knowing it won't last!" Vivie set down the cake and leaned back in her chair, a satisfied look on her face as she admired the decorated cake. "I think it's about time we start singing," she said with a smile. "Three, two one go!" She took a deep breath, then began to sing.

"saeng-il chukha hamnida, saeng-il hamnida, sarang haneun choi vivie, saeng-il chukha hamnida (생일 축하합니다, 생일축하합니다, 사랑하는 최 비비, 생일축하합니다)!" With a big smile on her face, Vivie blew out the imaginary candles on her birthday cake and clapped joyfully for herself. She grabbed her foon / spork (iykyk) and raised it into the air before taking a bite out of the cake. She took a deep breath and sank her teeth into the frosting, savoring the sweet taste before taking another bite

"Wait, oh my gosh, it's so good," she said, her voice full of joy. With a big grin, she ducked under the table, pretending to change into formal attire. "Wait a minute, stay tuned," she said, pretending to change. "I can't talk about food looking like this!"

A moment later, she reappeared, complete with a pretend tie and a confident smile. "Hello STAY, it's food critic Choi," she said proudly, straightening her tie as if it were real. "I have to tell you, this cake is the perfect blend of sweet and moist, with a tiny hint of salt that really brings out the flavors. It's like tiny little dancers on your tongue," she said, gesturing for extra effect. "That is all for today, food critic Choi out." She threw a sloppy peace sign and ducked under the table again changing back to ordinary vivie.

After talking with STAY for some while, she decided to finally open the presents. "This one is from SKZJIGI." she announced as she pulled out a wrapped gift with a heart-shaped bow on the top out. She eagerly tore open the gift wrapping, revealing a small, soft, stuffed talking hamster. "Oh my Gosh, it's a talking hamster toy!" Vivie exclaimed, staring in awe at the tiny, cute toy resembling "I now have my very own han jisung toy!" She held the toy up to her mouth and said "Hello" to see if it would respond. "Hello," the toy repeated in a high-pitched, squeaky voice. "Woah, that's so cool!" She set the toy next to her cake as she eagerly reached for the next present.

"This one's a bit heavy, wow I need more muscles desperately." She lugged the gift onto the table and began to tear open the sparkly red wrapper. As the paper came off, Vivie let out a delighted screech as she revealed a pink and green unicorn-decorated claw machine filled with delicious sweets and chocolate. She couldn't contain her excitement and immediately began trying to win the snacks. She failed multiple times, but she still managed to grab a few snacks in her attempts.

Vivie carefully unwrapped the final present, eager to see what was inside. As she tore open the box, she was thrilled to see a pink bubble gun. With a big smile on her face, she quickly loaded the gun with some bubbles and aimed it at the air, pulling the trigger to release a stream of bubbles. The colorful bubbles flew through the air and popped, leaving Vivie giggling like the child she is.

She was smiling from ear to ear, completely overjoyed at her present. As she pulled the trigger and the bubbles rained down upon her, however, one of the bubbles accidentally landed in her eye. "OWW, MY EYE!" she yelled as she leaned back, rubbing her eye as tears began to stream down her cheeks. She turned to face the camera and her eye was bright red, causing her to look even more comical. Even with the pain, she couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of the situation.

Vivie was trying to recover from the pain of the bubble hitting her eye, the door of the room suddenly swung open. To her surprise and embarrassment, Han walked in, giggling at her misfortune of getting a bubble in her eye. "Do you wanna know how it feels Jisung?" Vivie asked with a hint of mischievousness in her voice, and pulled the trigger as bubbles shot out of the gun and hit Han directly in the face. He let out a surprised hiss and ran away, still covered in bubbles, causing Vivie to break down into laughter

"STAY, I think I should go now. I've still got a busy day ahead of me." She smiled widely. "It's been a pleasure hanging out with you, but I need to get going. Let's see each other soon, annyeong!" She waved one more time before ending the live.

These two don't go together but he ignores that as best he can. This is a such a perfect look inside the head of a cheater who knows what he's doing is wrong, yet manages to hide the fact even from himself.

When Nico woke up, he had the dull headache of a slight hangover; the previous night crystal clear – the transgressions of his marriage. Nico breathed, imagining the tearstained apology to his Vivi – a lapse in judgment, and turned to tell Lewis they could never do this again, the excuses of being drunk, lonely, convenient. The space beside his bed is empty, Lewis gone already with no traces of himself left behind. Well, that's one awkward conversation made redundant. It's too cliche to commit infidelity in your marriage and try to overcompensate with lavish gifts, so instead Nico came home with presents for his daughters as always, and made love to his wife, twice. He went down on her for an hour – affirming to himself that Monza was a one off mistake, and making her feel desired, and how grateful Nico was for her, for everything they have built together.

Always The Same Smile by @effervescentdragon | M | 2k Written for the prompt "wag!nico (2016 WDC and retired) and world champion husband vegan dog dad lewis hamilton.... give me established relationship... give me functioning power couple." This author's Nico characterisation is always so on point, and I love how she captures the complexity of the Brocedes dynamic. They get a deserved and fitting happy ending in this one, and I loved it so much!

They didn't want to see the way Lewis' face lit up whenever he saw Nico, or the way Roscoe ran towards Nico immediately (because he knew who was responsible for feeding him more often than not), or the way Nico always praised Lewis when he was invited to commentate and still never held back in his commentary, or the newest tattoo across Lewis' heart, or the way neither of them was ever linked to any random love interests, or the way their vacation pictures came from the same place, or the way Nico still somehow knew the grid gossip he had no way of knowing (and used it whenever he saw fit), or the way the causes they supported were very much aligned.

As a part of the Nico Rosberg support squad I love a fic that lets him have it all and doesnt portray him as a miserable man that let the love of his life slip through his fingers. The Nico in this fic is in a loving relationship with Vivian who also happens to realize that he has always been a bit in love with Lewis and sets about making sure they get their heads out of their asses.

“Shouldn’t there be, uh, rules?” He says into her hair, as she kisses his neck. She pulls back and regards him, amused and wary. “What do you mean?” He can tell from her face that she knows exactly what he means. “Viv.” “We can have rules, if you like.” She lowers her head and nips his earlobe with her teeth. “Use a condom, for one.” Nico tries not to think about his wife thinking about any activity between him and Lewis that requires a condom and fails, feeling himself getting hard just at the thought. He nods, letting her tongue trace over the curve of his ear. “Anything else?” “Well, just do – whatever you did before.” Whatever they did before . Without meaning to, he snorts a gentle laugh at the thought. “What’s so funny?” she mutters into his ear, slipping a hand down his side. Nico has abandoned any pretence now, is quite sure that his wife is actually kind of enjoying this. He tests the theory. “Well, I’m not sure a blowjob in the Mercedes garage is possible this week.” He holds his breath. It’s the first time he’s actually admitted it out loud, rather than just meekly nodding at his wife’s assumptions. She might, he thinks, storm out right now, horrified at the truth of it. Instead, she lets out a moan and shifts in his lap.

beep, beep, beep by @witchee_writer | T | 10k After a major crash, Lewis finds ways to recover - and finds solace in his old teammate, Nico. I loved this fic because even though it started off heavy, it got so much lighter and had so many cute, fluffy moments! I love angst with a happy ending!

Lewis hadn't seen his life flash before his eyes when he crashed. If he had though, if his life had flashed before his eyes in all of it's technicolor brilliance, he knew what he would have seen. Not championship wins, not living the high life, but hot days on the beach in Greece. Nico's bare back to his chest, Lewis running a hand through his hair as they dreamed big, dreamed of what they could (and would) do together. He would see all of their good times, and maybe some of the bad too.

nsfw: Roseberg's Vs Haminkton by @jean----ralphio | E | 16.3k Nico the florist is madly in love with Lewis the tattooist. Everyone knows this except for Nico. I enjoyed this fic because the love/hate vibes are immaculate. Lewis lives rent-free in Nico's head, to Lewis's slightly fond bemusement and the entertainment of a stellar supporting cast of other drivers.

“I want to get something for Lando. HC: Builder meets Logan without his mask

He remembered too, the day he took off his mask. After Avery awarded their medals, he went to his Pa’s grave. “We won” he said. He knelt down and removed his mask. Just above a whisper he said to Howlett “I did it. We did it. Sandrock is safe.” Tearfully he placed the mask down by the grave marker, and set a rock on it to keep it in place. After some time he walked down to the Blue Moon as he had received an invite to celebrate his and Haru’s return. He walked in and everyone was there. She was the first person he saw though she was in the back talking to Justice by the stage. Very briefly their eyes met, but he nervously darted his away and surveyed the crowd.

He was greeted individually by every Sandrocker. Grandma Vivi, she placed her hand on his cheek and gave a pinch. “Welcome home.” she said. Elsie ran up hugged him tight and muffled into his torso “Don’t ever leave us again, you big dumb ugly jerk.”

“Never again, kiddo.” He assured her, hugging her back and gave her a gentle brotherly kiss on top off her head. He had a moment with every individual person. It took so long and went so fast, everyone eager to let him know he was one of them. Finally there she was in his sight again. This woman who stepped up in every way to help the town he knew and loved. The woman who looked out for Andy. The woman always on his mind. The woman he wanted desperately to know.

She waited as he tried his damnedest to walk over without tripping over his own two feet. He made it though, smooth as he could muster while taking off his hat. He help onto it with both his hands by his stomach which was in knots. As she looked on he blushed realizing he now felt really exposed. She had never seen this much of his face. The party carried on, Coogo playing on the stage. But they stood there locked in a shared gaze. She had the softest smile for him. She hadn’t known him long but after all they had just been through she knew it was a lot for him to show his face. She felt as though she were meeting Logan the Monster Hunter and Friend of Sandrock and not Logan the Outlaw.

He felt as though this smile of hers simply meant hello. He looked down, then looked at her again but this time with a heavy release of the breath he didn’t know he was holding. He tilted his head to the side so she could get a glimpse of his jaw. She took notice, for sure….was he showing off? Well, he sure was trying…she lifted her eyebrows just a bit. Her eyes wandered to his nose…then his lips…his…beard she guessed? He let her take a good long look. He gave a small half smile and then a tired chuckle. The warmth in his chest moved into his throat, and he gulped. She looked away for a half a second and sighed back at him. She could see he looked a little sad. He could tell she understood how much he was taking in. In this moment they shared, they got to know more about each other than could be revealed in any conversation. And she knew the time was not yet right for him, and wait patiently she would. They both knew their time would come.

Say Hello To Vivian Vex!

Before anything else I wanna thank @imcoffeecats (VGen) for the wonderful comm experience from start to finish. It was an absolute pleasure working with them and I highly recommend checking them out if you're looking to comm someone!

Anyway I've been wanting to talk about this here for a while, but was waiting for the sheet to be completed before doing it. We had talked about making a "mascot" character for my server in the past and we finally went along with the idea in December. Vivi here was born from the input of many members and my own. Expect to see a lot more of her in the future! also backstory for her under cut

originally she was just supposed to be the server's mascot but my brain engaged DM mode so I made a whole backstory for her (and more), which my bestie helped touch up in some parts so some wording is not exactly the same as I'd use on my own

Vivian was born to a servant couple in service of the Vex family. She was assigned to be the personal attendant for Miriam, and so they grew up very close, becoming best friends and leading Vivian to be extremely protective of her.

When she had free time she would practice magic, and during one of these sessions a professor from MAM’s adventuring academy, who was visiting Miriam’s parents, saw her and recognized her natural talent, offering her a scholarship. Vivian hesitated since she didn’t want to leave her lady alone, but after much encouragement from her family and Miriam herself she decided to go.

Despite her reservations about enrolling, Vivi quickly became the talk of the school. The servant girl to mage prodigy. At first many looked down on her because of her origins. However, with time, it became clear that Vivi's methods were completely unorthodox. She was often found working out in her free time. Despite being a mage she could probably hold her own in melee combat. One of Vivi's classmates secretly looked in the journal she always carried in an attempt to learn her secrets. Only to find cute sketches and doodles with seemingly no rhyme or reason. Vivi noticed the girl and attempted to explain how these sketches were spells but the girl was simply more confused. Vivi's strange methods and general kind nature made her even more popular. Often having students come to her for aid.

Vivi successfully graduated several years before most and began to travel the world with a couple members of her graduating class. While on one of these adventures, a member of her party got seriously injured. Vivi had no way to help and cursed herself for being powerless in such a grave situation. She vowed to never allow that to happen again and switched her focus onto defensive and healing magic instead.

After many years and having achieved the goals they set out with, the party decided to split up and retire. During their travels Vivian developed a greater interest for various art forms, so she decided to create a mobile archive/gallery so she could travel the world not only to experience more art but also bring the joys of it to as many people as she can. The name of it being the “Argentum Galeria”.

Vivi was in the living room, watching One Piece peacefully with Yves when she saw an advertisement for a deer plushie, Vivi instantly paused the ad she then rushed over to the TV and hugged the TV. “Mama, wook! Cute deer.” Vivi was now pointing at the toy on the screen to emphasize her point. Yves chuckles softly at Vivi’s enthusiasm.

“Yeah I see it, the deer looks really cute.” Yves agrees with Vivi. “Pweeease can I get it, mama?” Vivi looked between the TV and Yves, it was obvious that she clearly wanted the deer plushie. “I don't even know where to get it, Bi-Way.” Yves says in the kindest way possible so she didn't hurt Vivi's feelings.

However, Vivi wasn't affected by it at all, in fact she just moved out of the way and pointed to the bottom of the screen which showed the stores that the plushie stayed at. “Tada! We can go hewe, mama.” Vivi smiles widely because she knew where the store was and it was thankfully near them.

“Now I can't argue with that.” Yves admits because she couldn't think of an excuse since they didn't have anything to do on their schedules and the store wasn't far away from the dorm. Vivi gasps loudly in happiness as she knew what was going to happen. “Awe we goin’ to the shop, mama?” Vivi asks as she shuffles back over to Yves.

“Yeah we can go to the store, Bi-Way.” Yves ruffles Vivi's hair, which makes the regressed girl laugh lightly before she sorts out her hair so it looks normal again. Vivi then ran over to where her shoes were kept. “C'mon be fast, mama!” Vivi yelled from across the room, Yves stood up and she jogged over to where Vivi was standing.

Yves helps Vivi put on her shoes before she puts on her own. “Are you ready to go out, buddy?” Yves questions Vivi, who immediately nodded her head. “Let's goooooo!” Vivi pulls Yves out of the door, therefore starting their adventure to the store for the deer plushie.

When they were at the store, Vivi was in the shopping cart giving directions to Yves on where the toy aisle was. Yves moves at a quick yet sensible pace. After 10 minutes of non stop searching, Vivi spotted the deer plushie. “Mama, it's hewe!” Vivi tries to move the cart herself so she could reach the toy quicker. “I can see it, buddy.” Yves grins and she pushes the shopping cart faster.

Vivi cheers when she grabs the deer toy. “It wooks so cute, mama!” Vivi hugs the plushie close to her chest to protect it from anyone who wanted to steal it. Yves pays for Vivi's new plushie and they leave the store. “Do you want to go to the park, Bi-Way?” Yves holds Vivi's hand as they walk away from the store. Vivi thinks about the options that she has, but tiredness beats the idea of going to the park.

“I'm tiwed, mama.” Vivi confesses and she yawns, Vivi then continues her sentence. “Pwease pick me up, mama.” Vivi reaches her arms out to Yves. Yves nods her head and she carries Vivi all the way back to the dorm. Vivi keeps the plushie in her hands and at some point Vivi ends up falling asleep in Yves’ arms.

It didn't take long for Yves to reach the dorm, since Vivi was already asleep it wasn't difficult to get Vivi ready for her nap. So with that, Yves slowly placed Vivi down on her bed and she tucks her in she even made sure that Vivi's deer was 100% next to her, Yves then placed a kiss on the little's forehead. “Sweet dreams, buddy.” Yves whispers before she leaves the room quietly, in order to not wake Vivi up from her afternoon nap.

An image comes to his mind, but he can't recognize it. It quickly disappears.

"We were best friends. We shared makeup and talked all night and raised kids together, bestie stuff.

I always thought of me and my brother as equals, i mean, we are both dumb rich kids who love pretty girls and sweet popcorn

But I never understood his ambition. He had everything! A beautiful wife, lovely kids, money, time, fame. Some of us dont have even one of those things!

So why did he not care about them?

He just left Mari abandoned in their house everyday, he barely went to do his job as CEO, He just ran around doing whatever! Why couldn't he just see how good he has it? The people he was hurting? The responsibilities of a husband and father??

One day Mari came to me, barely speaking, saying he divorced her.

I uh, didn't take it very well.

In my defense, if you saw someone having everything you've ever wanted and just threw it away, wouldn't you be a little mad?

And I know it's selfish and envy is bad or whatever. But he was hurting people. People I love very much. Even himself, i think.

We fought a lot, i told him he was a stupid spoiled child, and he told me i'd never achieve anything even with our parents' money. Then I, uh, said that I was glad he had little youth left because it meant he was gonna die soon.

Yeah... uh... maybe bringing childhood trauma into the divorce thing wasn't a good plan.

And I only realized it later, when he made some crazy internet thing and he was getting detained by the police.

Mari was not coping well, me neither, honestly. We both realized the person we knew was actually just in our heads and that the real person is some cruel stranger. It was almost like grieving.

We fought over the smallest things. Nadia and Simon decided to move to their friend's house. I went back to mine as well, I couldn't take it.

Just like him, I left her all alone. It must run in the family."

"So, yeah, she's probably super mad at me. And doesn't want to be with me ever again"

"Well, let's go look for her then! I'll speak on your behalf, so you two dont have to face each other, but the message goes across. Where do you think she is?"

"Um, she said something about her kids, right? They usually are in the observation tower, so she might be looking for them there?"

Alistar quietly walked to the ballroom. Earlier that week his father, William Vangeance, had told him that there was going to be a ball for all of the Magic Knight squad children, the Captain’s Children, and for the other royal and noble kids from the Suit kingdoms. Along with Hino. Alistar had scoffed for a moment, knowing there had to be an ulterior motive for this ball, and he was proven right.

The reason for the ball was for the relations between all the kingdoms to be repaired or to begin. If their children got along and made connections with each other, maybe in the future they could become close allies. That was King Augustus’s theory anyway.

Alistar rubbed the back of his neck. He liked being able to catch up with his friends from other squads at events like this, but at the same time he hated having to go to events like this, mostly because of the stares people gave him when he walked into the room. It made him self-conscious

He was pulled out of his thoughts when he stood in front of the oak doors. He cleared his throat, straightened his suit jacket, made sure his normally messy white hair was still parted to the side like it was supposed to be before he opened the doors.

As soon as he opened the door soft, sweet music floated in the air past him. People were laughing, talking, and dancing happily. He had to admit, it had been a while since he had seen everyone look so relaxed and cheerful. Everyone had been stressed out about taking the Magic Knight exams and going on missions that they really hadn’t been able to let loose. Alistar nearly chuckled, maybe he was wrong, maybe the real reason the adults had come up with this ball was just for their kids to have fun.

He quickly looked over and saw the Black Bulls standing around being their usual selves. They were loud, joyous, and of course chaotic. The Faust siblings and Corduroy tried to get the others to calm down, but that wasn’t an easy task.

Alistar walked over to the drinks, grabbed a glass, and moved to lean against the wall beside the table. He noticed all of his friends and peers were there, except for one: Hikari Yami.

She was supposed to be there with her squad and siblings since she was their Vice-Captain and the oldest but she wasn’t. Maybe she was running late? Or maybe she was sick? No, her siblings would have told him she was sick. As he got lost in his thoughts he felt someone come to stand beside him, he turned and smiled.

“ Hello Leon,” Alistar greeted the oldest Vermillion warmly.

“ Hello Alistar,” Leon greeted warmly before he took a sip of his drink. “ Quite the party our parents decided to throw for us isn’t it?”

“ It is. But our parents weren’t the only ones who set this up, there are kids from Heart, Spade, Diamond, and Hino as well.” Alistar pointed out as he saw the Grinberryall and Deomine children standing and talking amongst each other, Leon nodded in agreement.

“ I hear you’re on the short list to become Vice-Captain of the Crimson Lions,” Alistar said after a moment, he noticed a small smile appear on his friend's face and he shrugged a bit.

“ I’ve heard that as well, although I’m not sure how true that is.” Leon admitted softly, and Alistar patted his shoulder.

“ I’m pretty confident that it’s true, and before you say something like ‘I don’t know if I’ve earned it’ or ‘I don’t deserve it, someone else does’ I’m going to tell you right now that you’ve worked hard and that you have earned it.” Alistar said quickly and with his signature smile, Leon scoffed and shook his head.

“ We’ll see, but I think I’ll keep my expectations in check though, just to be safe.” Leon admitted as he took another sip of his drink. “ Where’s Hikari? Shouldn’t she be here with the rest of her squad?”

“ I don’t know, everyone else is here except for her, I’m hoping she’s alright.” He muttered softly, his voice full of worry, Leon patted his friend's shoulder.

“ I’m sure she’s just running late, there’s no need to worry.” Leon said warmly and before Alistar could respond two of their other friends walked up to them.

“ Good evening Alistar, Leon!” Avalinia Silva, daughter of Nozel Silva, said cheerfully as she walked up to the two. They smiled warmly and greeted her happily.

“ Good evening Leon, Alistar.” Nymphadora Silva, daughter of Nozel Silva and sister to Avalinia, said more calmly.

One could easily tell that Nymphadora was here at the ball out of a sense of duty, whereas Ava was here to have fun and because she truly enjoyed these kinds of events.

“ Wow you really look like a Prince Charming tonight Alistar!” Avalinia said with a bright smile, Alistar’s face suddenly went red as Leon chuckled from beside him.

“ O-Oh, thank you Avalinia.” They all turned as Nymphadora scoffed.

“ If father were to hear you say that, he would think you were flirting with Alistar.” She said with a small grin at the mental image of their father glaring at the young men. The two visibly shuddered as they also got a mental image of Nozel glaring at them.

“ I didn’t mean it like that Nymph! I meant it in a general and friendly way, and if you would have let me finish I was going to say the same thing to Leon.” Ava said with a pout, causing her sister to laugh.

Alistar suddenly felt someone pull on the hem of his jacket, he turned and looked down slightly to see the young Vivian Faust standing there. He smiled and bent over a little to be more eye level with the young girl.

“ Good evening Vivi, you look very lovely tonight.” He said warmly and the young girl nodded.

“ Thank you, my Aunt Discordia provided the fabric for the dress and my mother sewed it.” Vivian explained matter of factly as she smoothed out the front of her dress. “ May I ask my flower knight for a favor?” She suddenly asked and he frowned a bit but nodded.

“ Of course you can, Vivi.”

“ Can you make me some Pelargonium peltatum please?” She asked, and Alistar nodded before he looked around, in order to make her those flowers he would need a pot of dirt. When he turned back to face Vivi he saw her holding out a pot for him, he laughed, she was always very well prepared.

Alistar grabbed the pot and used his World Plant Magic to make her the flowers before handing it back to her. Vivian suddenly grabbed a handful of the Ivy Geranium and began to make a small bracelet with it.

“ Here, the flowers mean ‘your hand for the next dance’, so after you dance with Hikari you can dance with me.” Vivian said as she placed the flowers around Alistar’s wrist and the young man blushed a bit and rubbed the back of his neck.

“ Of course Vivi,” He agreed and the young girl tilted her head a bit.

“ Are you burdened by my asking you to dance? Or is it my brothers glaring at you that has you feeling awkward?” She asked and Alistar looked over Vivian’s shoulder and saw Dusk and Sirius glaring at him, he smiled and shook his head before patting her hair.

“ I don’t feel burdened Vivi, and your brothers glaring at me isn’t making me awkward at all.” Alistar said with a small laugh, and Vivian looked at him seriously.

“ You’re a bad liar,” She told him bluntly before a ghost of a smile appeared on her face. “ but that’s what makes you a great knight.” The smile disappeared from her face before she turned around and walked back towards her family and squad. Alistar stood back up and noticed Avalinia and Nymphadora had walked away to go see their other friends, Leon smirked at his friend.

“ And you wonder why you’re so popular amongst people.” Leon said with a chuckle, and Alistar snorted.

“ Last I checked you were the one with the biggest fanclub.” Alistar said with a chuckle, which caused Leon to shake his head.

Suddenly the ballroom doors opened and in walked Hikari Yami, Alistar turned to look and his eyes widened and a bright red blush appeared on his cheeks.

She was wearing a beautiful floor length black dress with a slit on the side, the fabric had beautiful designs of flowers native to Hino printed on it, and the top of the bodice as well as the sleeves were also made to look like leaves and flowers from Hino. She had her dark hair swept to one side of her face and she wore simple yet beautiful jewelry designed with blue gems to look like roses.

She looked absolutely beautiful.

“ Looks like your bodyguard’s arrived, which means I can leave you alone to go mingle and dance with Avalinia and Cyra as I promised.” Leon said before he walked away, Alistar nodded numbly at him but his eyes never left Hikari.

“ Sorry I’m late, my dad was being a pain about the dress. He said it was ‘too revealing’ and that maybe it would be better if I stayed home, luckily my mom set him straight.” Hikari explained as she walked up to Alistar, she frowned when he didn’t respond. “ Hey are you okay? You can’t already be that tired.”

“ O-Oh sorry I was just thinking,” Alistar said quickly as he shook his head to get his thoughts in order. “ Honestly I’m surprised Captain Yami let you out of the Hideout in that dress.”

“ Yeah well he didn’t have much of a choice when my mom told him how it was unfair to let Einar and Hana come to the ball and not me, she also pointed out that I’m not a little kid anymore so I can go out wearing whatever I want, while also pointing out that someone needed to keep the brats in line at this party.” Hikari said with a shake of her head as she watched her squad. “ Speaking of, have they been behaving themselves?”

“ I think so, they’re acting as they normally do.” Alistar explained with a shrug and Hikari nodded before turning back to look at Alistar.

“ You look nice, you know how to dress to impress,” Hikari said with a grin as she looked him up and down. “ Although I’m not a big fan of the hairstyle.”

“ Why? What’s wrong with it?” Alistar asked as his hand reached up towards his hair, he thought he looked nicer with his hair out of his face, it made him look more mature and more like a noble.

“ There isn’t anything wrong with it, it’s just that…I like your messy hair more in your face is all.” She muttered with a grin before grabbing a glass of water and taking a sip. Alistar rubbed the back of his neck a bit awkwardly.

“ You don’t clean up too bad yourself, I half expected you to show up wearing your everyday clothes.” Alistar joked with a chuckle, he didn’t dare tell her his true thoughts, that she was the most beautiful woman in the room and that she looked breathtaking. So instead he decided to joke as he usually did. Hikari rolled her eyes and playfully shoved his shoulder.

“ Believe me I thought about it, but my mom and Hana said I had to look nice in order to give off a good impression to these nobles and royals. But I don’t really care what they think about me, they can like me as I am or just not like me at all.” She said with a shrug before putting her glass down and grabbing Alistar’s hand. “ C’mon let’s go dance!”

“ W-Wait Hikari!” Alistar tried to say but she ignored him and dragged him to the dance floor.

“ What? Scared I’m gonna step all over your toes?” She asked jokingly as the two stood in the center of the dance floor, Alistar snorted and shook his head.

“ Of course I am, the last time you and I danced I think you broke at least two or three of my toes.” Alistar joked, causing the woman to glare at him.

Hikari was as graceful as her mother on the battlefield, but on the dance floor? She was as graceful as her father was when he danced.

She placed her hand in his and her other hand on his shoulder, Alistar held her hand in his before placing his other on the small of her back. He cleared his throat and tried to hide the blush on his cheeks, if the two were any closer he worried that Hikari might be able to hear his heart beating in his chest.

The two moved and glided across the dance floor. This was one of the few times Hikari let him lead, since he was a slightly better dancer and knew more of the steps, but there were times when she would switch things up and take the lead.

Alistar stared at her as she looked down at her feet, concentrating on the steps and movements. The way she was dressed, the way the warm light shone on her face, and the way she smiled in joy as she made the right step. It made his heart melt and oddly made him want to kiss her right there and then but he shook his head, no, now wasn’t the time to get swept away by his feelings for her.

He liked her, and she was oblivious to it. Much like her dad was to her mother’s feelings. And Alistar wanted it to stay that way, at least for a little longer.

Suddenly a loud boom rang out through the room, causing everyone to stop what they were doing and turn their heads in that direction. It was the Black Bulls, as everyone had expected, apparently a few of the kids grew bored and decided to have a sparring match in the middle of the ball.

“ Seriously? Sorry Alistar, you’ll have to excuse me for a moment.” Hikari muttered, and just like that her serious Vice-Captain look appeared on her face as she made her way over to the group.

“ What do you brats think you’re doing? We’re supposed to be on our best behavior right now and you guys are acting up. This is why I can’t take you kids anywhere. Do you really want everyone to think we’re a crazy and chaotic squad?!” Hikari shouted loudly as all the Black Bulls knelt in front of her, just like they would when their dad was scolding them.

Alistar began to suppress his laughter, if no one knew better they would think it was Captain Yami Sukehiro himself standing in front of these kids. When she was serious and wanted the Black Bulls to fall in line she turned into the spitting image of Captain Yami but with the face of her mother Charlotte.

“ Vice-Captain Hikari is a little scary isn’t she?” Corduroy Swing, son of Magna Swing, said with a sheepish laugh as he came to stand beside Alistar, and on his other side stood a pale faced Ezio Roulacase, son of Finral Roulacase.

“ ‘A little scary’? Try a lot scary! When she gets like this I swear it's like she becomes her father!” Ezio said, and suddenly Hikari turned to look at them.

“ Hey Boy Scout, Taxi Jr. Get your asses over here!” Hikari shouted sternly, and both boys instantly nodded and ran over. Hikari began to scold Cory about how he shouldn’t have taken his eyes off of them, and that Ezio needed to control himself and stop flirting with every pretty girl he saw!

As Alistar watched this he suddenly couldn’t help himself, he suddenly burst out laughing, causing everyone to stare at him in confusion.

Sarah: What happened to us?! Wait, they are right, which we’re capturing us! Not Guests, it’s Prisoners and Captors!

They are realizing that they are not good and better now, they are turned bad, and they are captured. They are trying to escape from Myron Van Buren and Jacob Carmen.

Cera: Not good, needs to better get escaped with us. We need to escape before they can notice us.

Muffet notices the polar bear rug's claw. She took off one of the bear's claws.

(Purple) They are shocked and remember that last Chapter/Episode 3, they saw two mysterious full names: Max McGullicutty and Milo Sherwood, short names are MM and MS.

Sarah (You): Here are the security codes! Wait, who's M.M.? And M.S.?

Sapphire: Right, we're going to meet them. We are trying to escape from here.

Muffet use claw as lock picks to unlock the door and have security cameras.

Mike went to sneak hidden leaves and the top statue, and he got hidden leaves. He used to turn off Security Cameras have off.

Ecole uses the kitchen sink again to use a pitcher of water. She got the main house.

Ecole: I got a full pitcher of water.

Vivi uses Moose Head off to reveal the key. They are noticing there's a horn on display between the fireplace and the trophy room. Vivi got the Trophy key to Lewis, which he unlocked, and got a spear.

Lewis: I got a spear. Need going to hidden way without noticing.

Muffet uses the candle on the right of the fireplace to reveal a secret passageway.

Muffet: It’s a hidden secret passageway.

Ecole: Need put water on fire.

Ecole with a full pitcher of water to put out a fire.

Maxy: Needs the blowhorn to distract Wiston and Terrence. Lewis give me the spear.

Lewis: Good idea, beware of Myron and Jacob not waking up with loud nosing enough to them wake up. Needs quite soft.

Maxy used to blowhorn to will distract Wiston and Terrence.

They have going to enter the room for the security lock and they got: 0451 and 3842. Maxy uses voice recording: Tally-Ho! To unlock. They got outside of cabin Mansions. They use night-vision goggles. Maxy used Tainted meat put down to the Hunter Dog and ate the meat unconscious. They got outside of cabin Mansions.

Sarah (You): We’re free!

They are shocked to alarming they turned out to see Myron and Winston with Jacob and Terrence coming out and announcing that the hunt is starting

Myron: Eager to start, eh? Have it their way. When my man here blows the horn, the hunt is on.

Jacob: Now ready to Hunt for us!

Josh: What are we hunting?

Jinx Violet, heir to her devil yuki, new heir to black flame panther bloodline and leader to the cursed Vixens was sitting around in the main courts of her kingdom with her friends. The other fractions were doing their own things in their sections of the kingdom dealing with this. She was silent to look at her close friend/sister Ink who was shocked along with the others.

"It's true Ink. Seems my own dad wants me to get engaged but even so, it's a pain." she sighed rubbing the back of her head. "I really don't think i would get told to find a mate so soon and I'm still learning about how to take over the human world later on. I mean, what do they even want?" she asked.

"So you are suffering this too!? Ughhh why us!!! I mean come on!" Ink cries but Jinx pets her head as their friends blinks with sweatdrops showing on the side of their heads.

"Oh, please calm down. Even if it's the case. The others are unsure about it. Besides, we don't know if we will in time." Vivi said while drinking some tea sitting by Shdwkyz who was quiet all the same.

"Though, our devils told us it was important but we don't know they were this serious to want us to do that. Were still learning and this comes up." Melinda mutters looking to her lap with Jaron sighing.

"Trust us, we were just as shocked. Even more, we got these engagement rings from our devils so when we do find our 'mates' we are either engaged or being with someone." Breezy said. "Hell, even the grumpy devil of mine is already asking me who I would mate with in the future." she sighed.

"Huh, you too? Damn.." Rust said.

"Again, we don't know who we will be with but it's a start isn't it? Think of it this way, at least who we pick will be good ones at least." Fosh mutters but even he was nervous seeing Mouse checking the main frame from her work.

"But why!? Why not!?" Ink cries out in tears. "I still hate the idea to get married. What if we get stuck with someone we hate!? We can't let this go on!" she said.

"Ink, just give it up. You know you can't do anything and besides, we don't know who we will even marry in the future." Navarro said as he saw Echo eating something being annoyed herself.

"I think it's stupid. They can't expect us to find someone so soon. It is weird to even try. We are so busy with learning more of the human world to take over it one day, now they want this." she grumbled.

"...So I guess this means we either have to find someone or else we get put with someone even if we don't want that person." Ophelia said worried. This made both the Cursed Vixens and the DBT sigh together.

"Though, what about the other leaders and their teams?" Maggie asked.

"Their going through the same thing." Jinx said standing up but she looks ahead seeing the black flame garden on the right of her kingdom burning along with the view of her area in the demon world. "I heard Kali is pissed off because she always gets others but the ones that's put with her calls it off so you know she hates this one. Joshua is worried but he isn't sure on who he will pick. Ashley is worried but she's been too nervous to say anything about it right now." she had her arms crossed thinking.

"Fin is furious and having a argument with his devil thinking no one is good to be his mate. He finds it a chore because it wouldn't work knowing his ideal work and title. I don't know much more on that. Ethan said he is unsure himself giving the face he's already alliance with another kingdom but he knows her named Willow I heard they are doing alright but having the same problem with this. Guam is unsure himself but it makes him worry of who he's with. Rex is so busy but I heard he was going to be getting someone picked for him but we don't know who. He didn't like the idea so he is not speaking to his devil right now. I don't know....I think he's more worried about Kali right now." Vivi adds in.

"As for Yuuka, she's really worried because she's really afraid who she might have to marry. It might not be who she wishes but Oblivion knows about it since you and her talk from time to time?" Mouse asked seeing Oblivion nod.

"She's terrified but she hates it. Luna is doing everything to keep her calm even if it's her over worrying about it. Right now, I still keep up to date with her to insure she's alright." she said simply but the others look quiet.

"Even so, how do we know we are able to do this? What if they just told us this just to scare us?" Breezy said looking at her rings. The other devils were visiting and speaking with The DBT's devils right now. Jinx was told she had to keep her rings on a metal chain necklace. Her team had to do the same.

"Maybe but you know how they are..." Shdwkyz said but they looked quiet as Melinda was worried.

"But what if the rings are true? I mean, I was told as the other girls these rings are very powerful in magic. It was said they would lead or show who we are to be mates with." she even was worried.

"Yeah, that is what Yuki said but who knows? We might be scared into this. I don't believe it." she said with arms crossed.

"I say we should run back to the human world! I mean, this sucks! I rather do that then being told to marry!" she hissed and yet, she was still showing tears.

"So......how do we know these are real?" Echo asked.

"I say we test them!" Maggie said but everyone was a bit nervous to do that. Even if it could be a scare from their devils, what if it was real?

"Okay hold on, how are we going to test them?" Ink asked.

"We need two to see so...." Jinx thinks but she was seeing the other girls look at her before they look to Melinda who blinks.

"Ummmmm why are you looking at me?" she asked.

"Melinda, you test it!" she said.

"H..Huh?!? Me!? Why!?" she squeaked but Jinx looks to her.

"Oh please???? It's just a test. We don't know if these rings have that much of powerful magic. Besides, we need to be sure. If you do, I'll be sure to owe you back. Pretty please!?" she asked hugging her but Melinda sweatdrops to look at her then sigh.

"O..Oh f..fine.." she mutters.

"Okay but who is she testing this with?" Echo said.

"How about Jaron? He can test it!" Navarro said but Jaron blinks to look at him.

"Navarro.."

"Just test it. Besides, I don't believe the devils mean this. It has to be a scare of some sort so I say we test it. Besides, we just need to see how." he said.

"Come on Jaron please?" he asked and yet the other DBT looks to him that he closed his eyes and sighed.

"Alright...alright fine. I'll test it...." he said as the two fractions watches seeing Jaron and Melinda sit down but she saw him reaching to get the box he got from his devil. Melinda shows the ring necklace to take it off.

"So how do we even do this?" Echo asked looking at the others.

"Maybe the rings need to touch? Or maybe be put on the other?" Rust said scratching his head.

"It can't be that simple..can it?" Breezy asked.

"Or maybe it's something of another way..." Shdwkyz said.

"Guys..." Jaron and Melinda speaks but looks to them then sighed to look at one another. How are they going to test this? Thinking, Jaron had a idea.

"Maybe we need to put the rings near by one another?" he said.

"M..Maybe.." she said back so the two tried that. Melinda puts her other engagement ring on the table with Jaron doing the same as well. So the two wait with the fractions watching. The two rings didn't do much at the moment but Navarro and Echo was watching too. For a few minutes the rings did nothing.

"Hmmm..nothing is happening.." Shdwkyz said.

"Maybe it was all just a fluke.." Vivi said.

"Aha! I knew it! It was fake!" Ink said.

"..Maybe...I guess we are fine then.." Hellmare said as both Jaron and Melinda reaches to take their rings their fingers touched just slightly. That's when something did happen.

"???"

"????"

Jaron's engagement ring begins glowing!?

"!!!"

He blinks but Melinda saw her own doing the same. The two were shocked seeing this only for the rings to float up slowly but his ring went to her ring finger while Melinda's ring went to Jaron's finger. That's when the two shield their eyes from a glow when it showed making the others blink.

Huh?!

"What's happening?!" Ophelia said worried.

"Don't know!" Echo said as everyone kept their eyes closed from the light. In a moment, it did die down only for them to slowly lower their arms. The two fractions blinks to look again when seeing Melinda and Jaron's eyes still closed but the rings were gone?

"Uhhhhh.."

Vivi looks but her eyes blinks along with Shdwkyz looking. Both the rings were on their fingers but Melinda had Jaron's ring while Jaron had Melinda's ring.

"..Uhhh Melinda?"

"Jaron?"

"I think you two need to look.." the snakes said as Melinda opens her eyes to look she blinks to look seeing the ring.

"H..Huh?" she lifts her hand up to see Jaron's ring on her finger. ".....What the heck?"

Jaron did the same but he saw the ring on his finger to look speechless. "......."

"What just happened!?" Jaron and Melinda said at the same time but the fractions sweatdrop worried.

"....I think the devils were telling the truth.....oh boy." Rust said seeing this.

"Do you think we will get in trouble for this?" Breezy asked. However, within Jinx's Kingdom.........

"MELINDA!!!!" she heard her devil/father, Yen-Lo-Wang the silver lung dragon of the dead shout for his heir/daughter.

"JARON!!!" he heard his devil/father, Lyilus a jackal demon of persuasion and convincing to anyone.

"DID YOU FIND YOUR SUITOR ALREADY!?" both shouted for them happy but they didn't know what happened.

The Jackal and Lung dragon tense hearing their devils voices from inside. Something told them the rings were that powerful to look at the rings then at one another.

"........."

"...Uh oh.." the other fractions were nervous. They were going to be in trouble.

"What did you all do?" Vanity said with arms crossed.

"We didn't do anything! We were just testing the rings to see if you were lying to us or not! We didn't know you were serious!" Ink said waving her arms as she saw the devils of her fraction blink but sigh. Jinx's devil with her others looks to her.

"What makes you think we were lying? We don't do that when it involves things like this Jinx." Yuki said with arms crossed. "Besides, the rings were made and infused with your own demonic aura. We told you that you were to find your mates but you were doing this as a test."

"I mean......we were unsure if you were right but..I guess you were serious?" Navarro said but seeing Melinda and Jaron's devils talking about this while the other two were silent all this time.

"Yeah, we need to owe Jaron and Melinda for doing this..." Navarro said. "But hey, at least we know now!" Navarro said only for Maggie to bonk him. "OW!!"

The devils sigh hearing this but looks to them. "Well, at least you believe us now right? Just...try to find your mates but don't do no more testing unless it's true. Understand?" Vanity said seeing the two fractions nod.

"Yes sir." the DBT and Cursed vixens said at the same time. However, Melinda's face was covered red from this with her hands with Jaron not sure if he should be shocked or happy. Well, for one thing this was true and they got proof.

"..Melinda, I'm so so sorry.." Jaron said.

"I..It's fine....." she said back hearing their fathers happy and talking about this. Oh boy indeed.

cross posting to tumblr because... i can... i had so much fun and the girls were so sweet and i wanted to talk about it again T__T all the details are below!!!

yeojin 🐻🧡 ⭐️ i asked her how she was, and that she looked really cute today! she said thank you :3 ⭐️ i then asked her that i saw on her ig she was walking around SF yesterday, and wanted to know what her favorite thing she saw was ⭐️ she said the sea lions (at pier 39!) she said that she wanted to lay with them ⭐️ i laughed and said the weather has been really good in SF, and that loossemble brought the good weather here ⭐️ she said yes but it was still a bit chilly for her

hyunjin 🐱💛 ⭐️ idk why but i freaked out in front of her + completely forgot what i was going to say for a second i was like ahhhh hiii how are youuuu ⭐️ she said she is good! ⭐️ i then asked if there was a different kind of concept she wants to try for loossemble in a future cb ⭐️ she said angel / devil! ⭐️ i then asked if she wanted to play rock paper scissors ⭐️ she won! i played paper she played scissors so she got excited! ⭐️ i told her that she’s the best at this!!! (i was hoping she would win so i could say this hehe)

hyeju 🐺🖤 ⭐️ i told her that i think she’s the most beautiful girl ever and that i love her a lot, and i’m glad to see her on stage again ⭐️ she smiled and said thank you ⭐️ i then asked her if there was any song that she wanted to cover in the future, vocal or dance ⭐️ …. i couldn’t quite hear so i kind of missed it :( it was a korean artist from what i remember. i’m trying my best to figure it out rn ⭐️ she also noticed that i had a chaetty keychain on my bag (gowon 10cm plush) so she asked if i liked gowon (see pic) ⭐️ i laughed a little, said yes! but i love all of loossemble too haha ⭐️ and she smirked and looked to gowon who was to the left of her

gowon 🦋💙 ⭐️if u kno me. you know i’ll act like a fool in front of gowon she is so cutie pie irl… ⭐️ but i told her that she is my bias and that i have been here for a long time and that i love her!!! she said thank you so much ~ ⭐️ i then asked her if she could draw me a tattoo! she looked kind of surprised LOL i said anything is fine any! ⭐️ she then asked me what i liked, and i told her stars moons cats bunnies ⭐️ she drew something for a second and then told me… star cat!!!! it smudged a little 😭

and that was it!!!! it moved really quickly but i had so much fun, and i was so happy to see all the girls and meet them one on one. they are so kind and i am sooooo grateful for all the opportunities i’ve had to speak with them this comeback. and thank you to saranghello in san francisco for hosting! im so happy to have seen loona in my area. my home is ur home!!! ahhhh theyre my girls forever!!!! i will always be supporting loossemble, and in turn all of loona 🥹❤️

Prompt : MC decides it’s time to introduce their favorite to the ones they’re closest to in the human world. What happens? Do they know the favorite’s not mortal? How do MC’s loved ones react?

"I'm kind of nervous..." The words left Levi's mouth as he and Amber walked on the road of the Human Realm where she decided to make him meet her closest one.

"You don't have anything to be nervous about. I'll be honest when I say Miss Vivien is a kind lady." She reassured him, lightly squeezing his hand as he sighed.

"I-I know it's just... It's just feels like I am meeting your family..." He breathed out, nervously as the female giggled.

"Well I guess it's kind of like that since she took care of me till I had to leave the orphanage. But trust me, it's going to be okay." Levi listened to her but he couldn't help but feel nervous but for her, he had to pull through.

"Alright. I guess I'll take your word for it." He said, smiling a little.

"Great! Now let's get going! We're not far from our destination." She said, pulling him along as he followed behind.

After some time they came across a house-like building where there was a small playground in front of it and some of the children where playing around.

Levi took a good look at the place. Everything seemed to be well kept and the building in front looked like it has been repainted a month back or something.

Amber then walked over the front steps and knocked on the door as they both waited around for somebody to open it, especially Miss Vivien. After awhile the door opened to reveal a small girl who seemed not older than 10.

"Hello?" She spoke up.

"Hello kiddo. Is Miss Vivien here?" Amber asked slightly crouching down to the little girl's level.

"Yes! She's slightly busy but you can come in." The little girl said, moving out of the way to let the two in.

"Do you want me to get her for you?" The girl asked.

"Oh no it's fine! We can wait arou-" She started but was interrupted by a new voice, belonging to a middle aged lady.

"Ena? Who was that at the do-" The middle aged lady stopped midway as she saw the familiar young adult standing in front of her.

"Hello Miss Vivi! I hope I am not interrupting your work or anything..." Amber said, smiling a little.

"Oh heavens no you aren't! It's so great to see you!" Miss Vivien came over and hugged the tall girl before looking over at the demon beside her.

"Now who's this handsome young man?" She asked Amber as Levi instantly felt embarrassed at the compliment.

"Oh this is Levi! The one I've told you about a couple of times." Amber said as Miss Vivi's eyes lit up.

"Oh! You are her boyfriend. It's very lovely to meet you." Miss Vivi said as Levi nervously smiled.

"I-It's nice meeting you too, ma'am..." He said.

"Please no need for formalities! Just call me Vivi." She told him like a mother a would to their child's friend or partner.

"How have you been Miss Vivi? I hope things haven't really been difficult." Amber spoke up.

"Oh no worries. Some problems are easy to handle. Besides I have some help from time to time so it's no problem." She said and just then a another voice was heard from behind.

"Miss Vivi! I am done stacking the bo- huh? Amber?" The person looked to be a boy who was about five inches taller than Amber but the same height as Levi. He had sandy blonde hair and dark brown eyes.

"Do i look any different than Akito? You're just getting older and older." Amber said in joking manner but she too was surprised to see him after three years.

"Haha! Good to see you too Munchkin! You've grown taller!" The male said, ruffling her hair as she protested.

Levi stared at the two. He had heard about Akito a couple of times when Amber would mention him about how he took care of her when she was in the orphanage. Seeing them like this made him think they were both siblings even though they aren't but act like it.

"So who's this?" Levi snapped out of his thought as he saw Akito looking at his direction.

For some reason this made him a little nervous but he stayed relaxed since he was probably overthinking it.

"Oh! This is Levi! I told you about him a couple of times!" Amber said as Levi was stunned that she told Akito about him.

"Ah! You're her boyfriend. Nice to meet you Levi." He greeted the demon, extending his hand.

"L-Likewise." Levi said, shaking his hand, still slightly tensed.

"While you two talk with each other, I'll just steal Amber for a bit to help me with somethings around here." Miss Vivien said as Amber nodded.

"Sure I'll help out! See you two in a bit." Amber said, following Miss Vivi at the back, leaving the two boys alone in one spot.

"So... You're Akito? I heard many good things about you from Amber." Levi spoke up after a bit which caught Akito's attention.

"Hm? Oh yeah it's the same with you. She said really good things about you too." He said before continuing.

"I am honestly glad to see her happy with someone who cares about her. Though I never expected that someone to be of a different specie." He said, which instantly made Levi's eyes widen as he looked at him questioningly.

"How do I know? She told me. She pretty much has my trust so she told me. She didn't know how Miss Vivi would react upon finding out so she told me instead. Don't worry, your secret is safe with me." He told the avatar of envy who had relaxed.

"Demon or not, I'm glad that you're taking care of her well along with your brothers and friends. I think you know about her ex-crush and so-called friends back in highschool?" He asked him as he slowly nodded.

"Yeah she told me about them." He confessed.

"Yeah. It was pretty hard for her to make friends afterwards. But I see how happy she has become after befriending you and your brothers and how she's happy with you. I hope it stays like that. I'd hate to see her heartbroken all over again." Akito said as Levi nodded.

"I'll keep my word." Levi told him as Akito smiled, fully knowing that he will stay true to his promise.

"Good to hear." Right at that moment, footsteps were heard.

"Aki! You never told me you recently got engaged to your girlfriend!" Amber said, looking betrayed in a joking way.

"You never asked." He said, laughing a little.

"Well you better let me know about when the wedding will take place and then you're forgiven." She said.

"Sure sure I will." He said, patting her head as Amber's D.D.D. went off as she saw a text from Lucifer.

"Do you have to go now?" Miss Vivi asked.

"Ah yeah sadly. Wish we could stay a little longer but we have to go." Amber sighed, putting her D.D.D. away.

"Well you're welcome to come back anytime. I always love it when you visit." She said as Amber smiled.

"Of course! You're on the top of my list for visiting! There's no way I'll forget!" She said, making both Miss Vivi and Akito smile.

"Come on Levi, let's go." She told him as he nodded.

They both bid Vivien and Akito farewell as they exited the orphanage and were now on their way home where everyone was waiting.

"It was a really nice visit. Did you enjoy it?" Amber asked Levi who nodded.

"Yeah. I guess you were right. I was worried for nothing." He admitted as she smiled.

"Told you! So... what did you and Aki talk about while I was gone?" She asked.

"Eh well somethings I guess. It's kind of between him and me." He told her as she rolled her eyes playfully.

"You're no fun." She said, letting out a small smile before grabbing his free hand on the side.

"We should get going or Lucifer will have our heads for being late." She told him as he sighed.

"Yeah let's go." He said, holding her hand the entire walk back to her home.
