A lovely piece of art from Frevilisk, my favourite warframe fan artist. She drew this when we did a special fundraiser for the bushfires we had in Australia a few years back, and our koalas needed a little help. Everyone needs a little help now and then, today it might be you, tomorrow it might be someone you know. We are all fighting battles that most people will never see, when it's you in that firing line, remember you are not alone, we are all in this together.

Day 328 Art Meditation
I really do love believing in something that has not been fully formed yet - my Heart-Art Bundles with other people. The union between two people in a Kindred-Spirit kind of way is always beautiful. This shouldn’t be left to just marriages, or friendships - and I love this idea I have to create a Kindred-Spirit space with my Heart-Art Bundles.
Today my heart is so FULL, which isn’t because my life is perfect. I think it’s connected to the amazing volunteer experience I had this week. I spoke to an old gentleman and during the conversation he had difficulty speaking, and …. I have to say, as I experienced his struggle, my heart got bigger and more open. Read full post here on website!

“i’ve been letting go
of heavy things
and I’ve been healing
a spirit, and tending to a soul, and
listening to a heart. and i’ve started to
exhale. and to breathe in… and to
breathe. in. a life
…and i’ve been letting go of
so, so many heavy things” 🤍
— butterflies rising 🦋
This journey - of healing and growing and blooming and finding myself and finding my own inner peace - is not easy. Some days I find myself absolutely crushing it and staying on top of everything I can.. but sometimes, like recently, I’m the complete opposite.
I haven’t felt like myself lately. I’ve been more sensitive and irritable and down. I haven’t created in months. I haven’t written anything for months. I haven’t been exercising, stretching or meditating. I haven’t been there for my people like I should. I’ve just been off.
Whenever I’m going through a rough patch like this I try to figure out what the route cause is because let’s be real - it didn’t just happen. Even though I feel so much happiness throughout the holidays, this time of year is still tough for me and I’m letting it affect me more than I thought. Plus life has just been outrageously busy. Unfortunately, not having the people you love around is tough, especially during the holidays. However, I am forever grateful for the family, biological or chosen, that I have around me.
So with that said, I’m slowly pulling myself out of this rut. Today I felt more productive than I have in a while; I had a productive day at work, I exercised, meditated, stretched and wrote. I’ve also been throwing together the hiking videos I’ve put to the side.
I guess the point of this novel is that even when things are tough and it feels like it won’t get better, keep going. This too shall pass. ✨

I Am Strong: Unleashing the Power Within Shaina Tranquilino March 20, 2024
Tumblr media
Strength is not just a physical attribute; it's a state of mind, a quality that resides within each one of us, waiting to be harnessed and embraced. In the journey of life, challenges and obstacles are inevitable, but it is our inner strength that determines how we navigate through them. "I am strong" is not just a statement; it's a mantra that empowers, motivates, and transforms. Let's delve into the depths of what it truly means to embrace strength in every aspect of our lives.
The Power of Resilience:
Life is a rollercoaster, full of ups and downs. Resilience is the key to weathering the storms that come our way. Instead of seeing setbacks as roadblocks, consider them as opportunities for growth. Embracing resilience means understanding that failures are not the end but rather stepping stones towards success. By adopting a resilient mindset, you tap into your inner strength and learn to bounce back stronger than ever.
Mind over Matter:
Strength emanates from the mind. The way we perceive challenges and setbacks greatly influences our ability to overcome them. Affirmations, positive self-talk, and mindfulness play crucial roles in cultivating mental strength. By consciously choosing empowering thoughts, we train our minds to focus on solutions rather than dwelling on problems. The phrase "I am strong" becomes a mental anchor, reminding us of our inherent capabilities.
Physical Empowerment:
While mental strength is paramount, physical well-being is equally important. Regular exercise not only contributes to physical health but also boosts mental resilience. Whether it's through weightlifting, yoga, or cardiovascular activities, the act of pushing our physical limits fosters a sense of accomplishment and reinforces the belief that we are indeed strong. Taking care of our bodies enhances overall strength and vitality.
Embracing Vulnerability:
Strength is not synonymous with invincibility. True strength lies in vulnerability and authenticity. Acknowledging our weaknesses and seeking support when needed are signs of immense strength. It takes courage to be open about our struggles and challenges. By embracing vulnerability, we connect with others on a deeper level and build a support system that further fortifies our inner strength.
Turning Adversity into Advantage:
Life's challenges are inevitable, but our response to them is within our control. Instead of viewing adversity as a hindrance, see it as an opportunity for personal and spiritual growth. Every challenge is a chance to discover hidden strengths and resilience. By reframing adversity as a teacher rather than an enemy, we harness the power within us to turn challenges into stepping stones towards a brighter future.
"I am strong" is not just a statement; it's a mindset, a way of life. In embracing our inner strength, we transform challenges into opportunities and setbacks into comebacks. Whether it's overcoming mental barriers, prioritizing physical well-being, or embracing vulnerability, strength is a multifaceted gem that sparkles in the face of adversity. So, let the mantra "I am strong" resonate within you, guiding you through life's journey with resilience, courage, and an unwavering belief in your own power.

🌸 Embracing Vulnerability on My Journey 🌸
Hi, I wanted to give you an update on my journey towards embracing my true self. It's been quite a ride, and I appreciate all the love and support you've shown me. But you know what? It's okay to admit that I'm still battling those nerves when it comes to going out in public wearing the women's clothes that make me feel alive.
There are days when I feel so empowered and ready to conquer the world in my favorite outfits. And then there are days when that fear of judgment and those questioning stares still get the best of me. It's a process, and I'm learning that it's okay to take things at my own pace.
I want to remind myself and anyone else who might be feeling this way that progress isn't always linear. It's okay to have moments of doubt and uncertainty. What matters most is that I'm staying true to myself and giving myself the space to grow and heal.
So here's to being gentle with ourselves, celebrating the small victories, and embracing the beauty of vulnerability. 💕✨
I’ll get there, one step at a time. 🌈🌟 #JourneyToSelfLove #VulnerabilityIsStrength

✨ NEW BLOG POST! ✨
It’s been a minute since I’ve posted anything on my blog, but after an inspirational and beautiful talk this morning with @stopthinking_startdoing (the podcast episode will be released in December!), I decided to finish something I’ve been working on for months. This piece has been in my drafts for a few months and I was undecided in which direction I wanted to go, but decided to just write what I felt and when I was done I’d throw it together. This one means a lot to me because I was once again able to be vulnerable, and real. I was able to dig down and express some of the struggles I’ve had and how I overcame them. I was in a rough head space when I started writing this and I am happy to be able to share it with you all. Everybody struggles, even if you don’t see it, and that’s okay. We are human and we are allowed to feel all of the things. You should be able to express your thoughts and feelings. And you should be able to have whatever creative outlet you want to deal with them. Being my most true and authentic self is so empowering and I hope that you all know how important it is to be open and honest. Always stay true to you - be real and raw and vulnerable and authentic. Be your person and pick yourself up when you need it. “Pick up your anchor, grab life by the sail and change the direction you want to go because life is a continuous cycle of obstacles and journeys; sometimes it’s those that are unexpected that lead you to the most beautiful destinations.” - Tough Times Call for Beautiful Measures by Mindy, @peaceofmind.y If you’re interested in reading “Tough Times Call for Beautiful Measures” you can find it on my blog peaceofmindy.com or by clicking the featured link.

Day 340 art meditation, August 9, 2023
I’ve been busy. By which I mean I’ve been writing. It brings me to my knees, to tell that much truth. I think somebody lied a little when they said being a writer is “so wonderful”, but knowing this doesn’t break the calling.
I gave up swimming for 2 weeks, and decided yesterday that I can’t function properly without swimming 🏊🏼‍♀️ … I am so deeply grateful that in spite of serious knee issues, I can swim, I love to swim and it’s available to me. Back to it. A piece of BLISS.
I've been looking at everything I’ve made for All-lines-are-beautiful the last 10 years. Owning my journey is extremely painful. My different attempts to succeed outwardly, my art, blog posts, journals, photography, print store, now art store, NFT’s, the different people I’ve connected with which didn’t create any kind of blossoming. Everything comes with a memory. It’s a miracle I have any kind of sense of humor left.
There is only one thing that stands, other than my once-a-month piece of humor (G counts), which is the sureness I feel of my Heart-Space. The thing that we all have inside us that connects, loves, creates, expands, cries, laughs, heals ….
It’s nothing to put on LinkedIn, if I were to play by the rules, which I do not, since there are no rules, and so I will … Living from our Heart-spaces is tricky within this Patriarchy.
In the midst of it all, a miracle happened. My boyfriend had an inner experience, he wrote an essay about this, poetically ...  It was completely from his heart. It was breath-taking. It was surprising, I’m sorry to admit with my generally low opinion of men. My logical, facts-loving, former tech and sales guy, made a Heart move. Not the first of course, and I’m not counting. He took serious pain and transformed it into something bigger, something for the world. I would even venture to say it was a slice of Awakening. We are 54 and 55 - just in case anyone thinks inner growth happens when we are younger and getting everything we want out of life.
But I’m not surprised by his inner event. It proves what I know, not what I think, beyond a doubt, that we all have MORE layers to our Hearts, if ONLY we had the courage to tap into them.
Which is why I offer my Heart-Art Bundles - my art and you write and feel into it. This is pure courage and believing in the depths of our beings. It's the Newness of Life.
It’s not about changing people. It’s not about getting logical people to be intuitive. Is that wherever we are on the human journey, there is MORE to our Hearts. I’m saying specifically that even Oprah and Eckhard aren't done expanding their hearts. Everyone has more heart-layers. Okay some of us more than others.
Today is a little Ode to and my All-lines-are-beautiful life. I wouldn’t trade it for ANYTHING. I am finally at the point in my life where I can Feel what my beloved coach told me when we first met - and this is why today is so important, “I am so excited for you!”
Outside the realm of Answers, I will just continue to co-create with the Universe, one blissful step at a time.
Heart-Strong and with Much Love,
Anne

Being open to show and receive vulnerability is the ultimate sign of strength and trust. Vulnerability allows us to be our authentic selves, instead of trying to please others. With vulnerability, we build empathy. We can let down our walls, understanding and sharing feelings easier, and encouraging others to do the same. In turn, we become more understanding, willing to forgive others and willing to give love to others. Being vulnerable can help us to work through our emotions easier (rather than pushing them away). Vulnerability fosters good emotional and mental health. Vulnerability also is a sign of courage. We become more resilient and brave when we embrace who we truly are and what we are feeling. Lastly, being vulnerable can help us foster better connections and relationships with others. It helps us to find people who will accept us for who we truly are. ~ Rick dC @savemefromtoxic #vulnerable #vulnerability #vulnerabilityisstrength #trust #strength #mentalhealth #emotionalhealth #emotionalwellbeing #emotionalgrowth #mentalgrowth #malevulnerability https://www.instagram.com/p/CosfSFoPgVy/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
