This Apartment Building has 4 floors , 3 Single sized Aparmtents and one Family sized Apartment per floor. All Apartments contain at least 1Ba 1BR , you can either use the Late Night Apartment method by placing the "hidden room" and "public room" markers or by using the "University apartment" way including a "public room" marker .The rent cost in both ways will be around 2.000 Simoleons.There is also a store place to put everything u like ( I personally used it as a Laundry store and it was fun and realistic as all sims come and go to do their laundry and chat with others).

P.S: I didn't put any "Lot marker" so you can change the room sizes, doors ,windows or the whole apartment layout to your liking .

Merry Christmas everyone !!

I'm hoping this gift will please you, friends, as a lot of you asked for it. (It took me an eternity to track down all the CC used, but I finally did it on time ! Yeeeeah !!!)

Features : A fully furnished big vintagy family house on a 40x40 residential lot. Its first floor is mostly open except for the painting room. In the back of the house, you can find a big swimming pool for all the family and their friends to enjoy. There is three bedrooms upstairs and each one has its own bathroom, and every floor has its separated toilets.

EP needed : Supernatural, Ambitions, World Adventures, Generations, Showtime (for one candelabra, so it won't be a huge deal if you don't have it).

Please note that I've added invisible fences on the red lines showed above to block townies. They tend to enjoy the garden and swimming pool a little too much. :P

If you prefer the second or third apartments, please enable “testingcheatsenabled true”, “RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings Off” and “buydebug on” after to remove the Hidden Room Markers and place it to the other room you will not be using. Don't forget to remove the NPC Door tag by holding CTRL + SHIFT and click on the door to select the "Unmake NPC Door" option.

This lot has been play-tested however I noticed that Sims tend to prioritize using nearby objects. For example, if you're on the first floor and select the elevator to go up, the Sim will opt for the nearest option, which is the stairs versus if you select the third floor, Sims will then choose the elevator.

Honeydew Houses (unfurnished)

Time has left its marks, but Honeydew Houses are still are charming place to live. These old Britechester townhouses come with six apartments on five floors for you to furnish to your liking, as well as an (already decorated) laundry room on the groundfloor.

There are two apartments with two bedrooms, the others only have one. The one on the top floor also comes with a balcony. The kitchen and bathroom of every apartment already have some very basic furniture, but it's mostly meant as a placeholder, you don't have to stick to the suggested floorplan, do whatever you want with this.

I know the staircase situation isn't super realistic, but I wanted to place the stairs as space-saving as possible because some of the apartments were already rather small, and I really wanted the one on the first floor to have two bedrooms, so...yeah...

Also for some reason I couldn't place any banisters on the stairs (except for the one on the groundfloor), so I had to close them of with walls, which really bugged me out, but I couldn't find another solution. I hope you don't mind too much...

I'm also planning to upload a furnished version of this build at some point, but who know when this is going to happen... lol

NEKO NO HITAI (猫の額)

Built around a small central tsuboniwa or courtyard garden, this efficient but comfortable 1LDK home is perfect for a single occupant or couple. The garden might be ‘as narrow as a cat’s forehead’ but provides a touch of serene light and greenery to the surrounding rooms. The tatami room and open concept living, dining, and kitchen space offer plenty of space for cooking and entertaining, while spacious bathroom and laundry facilities provide ample utility to the personal rituals of self care and housekeeping. There is plenty of storage space to keep everything tidy and in its place, although it seems the current owner has given their attention to other priorities... 🐈

I was inspired by the phrase neko no hitai (literally “cat’s forehead”—and figuratively a very small area) to create a cute and compact cat lover’s home, and by all the wonderful new clutter items to juxtapose the precision of the floor plan with a slightly messy lived-in feel.

"This is an Australian-styled brick house based on a Sydneysider house I saw on a NFSA film titled "Life in Australia: Sydney" on YouTube.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a crib in the living/dining room. To put it nicely, it should be a modest home for a family. This home is built on a 30x25 lot, with 30x30 lot or 35x25 lot possible. This home is §49,352 unfurnished and §76,930 furnished.

And now - for something completely different: a modern lot. From me. I KNOW! Not my style but I like this one so I figured I'd share it. I play tested a copy with a family of 3 and there weren't any problems.

The lot is 3 bedrooms, 1 bath on a 2x3 lot for 17,137 Simoleons. There is a little laundry nook in the kitchen. Very little custom content is included. NO landscaping, no plumbing or appliances - feel free to change the wallpapers and floors, I was just matching my inspiration pic as best as I could. :)

If you already have any of the meshes included, uncheck them in Clean Installer and don't install the meshes included in the folder.
