Honeydew Houses (unfurnished)

Time has left its marks, but Honeydew Houses are still are charming place to live. These old Britechester townhouses come with six apartments on five floors for you to furnish to your liking, as well as an (already decorated) laundry room on the groundfloor.

There are two apartments with two bedrooms, the others only have one. The one on the top floor also comes with a balcony. The kitchen and bathroom of every apartment already have some very basic furniture, but it's mostly meant as a placeholder, you don't have to stick to the suggested floorplan, do whatever you want with this.

The others I used mostly for the placeholder furnishing I did and decorations (and the laundry room). I know the staircase situation isn't super realistic, but I wanted to place the stairs as space-saving as possible because some of the apartments were already rather small, and I really wanted the one on the first floor to have two bedrooms, so...yeah...

Also for some reason I couldn't place any banisters on the stairs (except for the one on the groundfloor), so I had to close them of with walls, which really bugged me out, but I couldn't find another solution. I hope you don't mind too much...

I'm also planning to upload a furnished version of this build at some point, but who know when this is going to happen... lol

✿ Old Windenburg townhouses ✿ cc free

i'm arranging an early 1900s version of Windenburg for my save, and I thought I would start with this townhouse lot inspired by this miniature i found on pinterest.

lot type: residential rental (3 rentals)

size: 30×20

lot traits: convival, great soil, homey and mold (same for all rentals)

CC free, but i do own all the packs.

There's a total of 3 fully furnished rentals on the lot: one for 1 or 2 sims, one for 3 sims, and one for up to 3 sims and an infant.

There's also a gardening spot, bonsai tree and woodworking table included for shared use. For (my) convenience's sake, i've included indoor plumbing and (minimal) electrical lighting, but feel free to change that according to your play style/rules!

Remember to place with the bb.moveobjects cheat on! I originally built it on the lot where The Narwhal arm bar is.

If you use it on your game and share it please tag me so i can see! Any changes to the structure and decor of the lot for your gameplay is totally fine, as long as you don't claim it as your own build.

Small Medieval Farm

A small, (late) Medieval inspired farm for a couple, their two daughters and a dog.

Living off-the-grid, your sims can provide for themselves by growing crops and herbs or crafting at the woodworking table. (If you place it on the lot I built it on, there's also a lake for fishing and water supply right next to it). And to take a break from the hard work, they can dedicate themselves to cross stiching, warm themselves at the fireplace or play cards up in the barn. Beware the evil squirrels lurking in the bushes though!!

I finished their chemises. I'm having so much fun playing with dolls because I can engage in all my hobbies (sewing, designing items, decorating) 6x faster than having to make them IRL. (The house is not painted yet but it was better than a blank background)

100% YES this is so wholesome i love it. let them be silly little kids this season. let them have fun and be goofy and play around.

im just imagining them spending like 2 hours stealing pillows from all over drottningholm (with the discreet help of the staff, who would also be bringing extra pillows into the room while they had snuck off to find more) and using their new huge collection to make a fort. and despite the sheer number of pillows, it's a really shit fort, and it hardly matters because they start messing with each other and end up rolling and knocking the whole thing down on top of themselves anyway.

this got away from me. i love this though. i can't even put the wrong answers things i just really love it.
