for years i've wanted to build this lot but i knew it would be a tedious process using TOOL and figuring out the math for it. i'll be honest, this took 3 attempts going more than halfway up the tower and bulldozing to start over. both the most difficult and the most rewarding lot i've ever built. while it isn't perfect and sims can't reach the very top, it does have 4 observation decks with telescopes and seating. sims can buy flowers, go for a spin on the carousel, and eat crepes under the shadow of the tower.

I went a bit crazy with Heather but she's a romantic sim wearing full pink, she has two crushes and her bio says she wants to seduce a nerd because "it's a conquest thing". It was too tempting ;)

I gave DJ Verse a less serious look and Jessie is now a cheerleader because I've always wanted to try this @joliebean's outfit ♥

University of Britechester

Hello everyone. I'm coming back to you with the University of Britechester. The references were Oxford and Hogwarts. Lot contains a lecture room, corridors with various activities, an auditorium for philologists, a library on two floors and a debate room. The toilet and dining room are located on the 1-floor, there is an outer courtyard and a small courtyard. The items are functioning normally. This lot was created for realistic gameplay . Classrooms can be used for different purposes, I didnt make the lecture hall narrowly focused.

Drake Hall and Wyvern Hall

Renovation of both Drake Hall and Wyvern Hall in Britechester - to give your university going Sims a little more personality away from home. Complete with traffic cones from drunken adventures.

Both Wyvern Hall and Drake Hall are the same shell with recolours of swatches, one or both can be placed on either lot.

a reconstruction of the drake hall, university housing in britechester — the neighborhood that comes with the sims 4 discover university! the build includes bedrooms, private bathrooms, kitchen, common spaces, study/library and other. there are also two variants! one with nondecorated bedrooms and the second, where i put clutter and tryed to make them more personal.

University Events - Notifications and Calendar Mod

Hello everyone! I created a mod that adds the events that happen at University onto the calendar and gives a notification when these events start. Currently in the game, there is no way of knowing when these events start, unless you are on the lot during the time of the event. I thought this mod would help enjoy University more since now you will be able to see when something is happening on campus!

University Events - Notifications and Calendar Mod

This mod adds the events at the university the Sim is attending onto the calendar and gives notifications when the event starts. Notifications - A notification will appear when an event is starting at the University the sim is attending.

Calendar - The calendar will show the events happening on the Sim’s campus. Events for Britechester will only show for sims attending Britechester and events for Foxbury will only show for sims attending Foxbury.

If you start a new save, the game does not load the events on the calendar or notifications for the events until the next day.

If you enroll in University in the middle of the week, the calendar will not update until the next week, but notifications will still appear each time an event starts.

The game handles the scheduling for the University events differently than the other events in the game, some events will appear on the calendar before the start of the week and on Monday instead of Sunday.

Honeydew Houses (unfurnished)

Time has left its marks, but Honeydew Houses are still are charming place to live. These old Britechester townhouses come with six apartments on five floors for you to furnish to your liking, as well as an (already decorated) laundry room on the groundfloor.

There are two apartments with two bedrooms, the others only have one. The one on the top floor also comes with a balcony. The kitchen and bathroom of every apartment already have some very basic furniture, but it's mostly meant as a placeholder, you don't have to stick to the suggested floorplan, do whatever you want with this.

I know the staircase situation isn't super realistic, but I wanted to place the stairs as space-saving as possible because some of the apartments were already rather small, and I really wanted the one on the first floor to have two bedrooms, so...yeah...

Also for some reason I couldn't place any banisters on the stairs (except for the one on the groundfloor), so I had to close them of with walls, which really bugged me out, but I couldn't find another solution. I hope you don't mind too much...

I'm also planning to upload a furnished version of this build at some point, but who know when this is going to happen... lol

these townhouses are my first build upload after an almost-3-years break! it's inspired by dutch townhouses my university friends lived in during my student exchange. i hope you like them <3

My campus is so empty, it needed some work.

From Académie Le Tour to Britechester.

I obviously changed a few things, especially with Delilah who clearly deserves better.

Roxie Sharpe, Jonah Powers, Edwin Sharpe, Delilah O'Feefe, Emily Lee, Tom Freshe, Max Flexor and Mitch Indie. They now live in Drake Halls and I tried to keep the same degrees they had in TS2. Delilah, Emily and Mitch had to get accepted for a distinguished degree though as they're studying fine art, history and drama. I can clearly see Emily and Tom being in the debate team. And yes, I will play "Discover University" with a 8 sims household, I'm not even scared.
