Hi everyone! I was just about to share one of my old custom rabbit hole builds but when I took another look, I realized it contains around 200 CC's which may not be suitable for gameplay for some players. So, I went ahead and rebuilt it on a smaller lot with fewer CC's.

This was only for the police department and I'm dreading the day I have to check my custom hospital lot because I totally remembered I had a morgue with dead bodies in it.🤭

For this lot, I've reduced the number of CC to 30! Now that I'm slowly introducing CC to my lots, I've decided to create a new WCIF Navigation page to make each post neater and to help others check CC more easily for every lot, as well as crediting the amazing TS3 creators.

To respect the terms of use (TOU) of all creators, I won't include the custom contents (CCs) in my download file. Instead, I will always provide their direct links so that you all have the option to download them separately. I have followed this practice since the beginning as a creator and will continue to do so in the future.

📣 Please note that I've offered alternative links for the rabbit hole doors/rugs because I have an older version of the game so I'm currently using an older version of the rabbit hole as well. I've placed the rabbit hole room on the first floor and used a door for a "Chief/Boss showroom" but you can remove the objects if you plan to use a rug instead.

I updated my details above, particularly the 'Minimum Required Game Version' because it seems that some may not understand that this lot can still be played with new versions/patches. :)

This lot has been play-tested, including the RH door, which works fine. The décor inside the room won't affect it so you can keep it as is. As for the rug, it fits inside the room but you may need to remove the objects inside to ensure there are no obstacles when Sims enter it. Let me know if you experience any problems on your end!

Got to work on this more while I washed clothes, so I completed the petals on one flower and did some work on the other.

Felt more positive and in control today. Accomplished way more than expected and got a chance to just relax.

At the moment I feel not so hot about nearly completing this while this, whatever this is, is still going on. I also miss playing TS3.

Hello everyone! This project was meant to be for my own personal use but I decided to share with the community. I'm not sure if anyone would find it useful but I mainly created this as a stepping stone to quickly advance in either the Inventor, Painter or Sculptor careers as well as complete the Descendant of da Vinci lifetime wish.

This is for Sims who wants to pursue their passion for the arts (sculpting, inventing and painting) but does not have enough funds to kickstart all three at the same time.

With this part-time, they get shorter working hours and a weekly stipend of at least §360‬/week, which can help with the bills at the start and improve the quality of their work as they increase their skills to sell their creations at a higher price.

Career Features:

The YCA Program was initially planned as a workshop hosted by the school and scheduled for weekends but it was changed to resemble more of an afterschool club. The active Sim will teach students and this change allows you to earn more during weekdays compared to the previous setup.

You don't need the Generations expansion pack; I have only set the time to coincide with the Afterschool Club, which usually starts at 2-4 PM but the Ambitions expansion pack is required for this to work.

I have created only three levels: Lecturer, Instructor and Coordinator, and also nine custom tones that focus on increasing all three skills in each level. All descriptions for the levels, tones and metrics as well as skills required, salary, uniforms and other details are provided on the pictures above.

Please note that the Gives Lecture tone in this career is different from the Education career and I already tried using the same tone EA used but I never received any bonus of §200/lecture when I tested it so it may not work for part-times.

📣This career was made with patch 1.42 and it should work for higher patches as long as you have the latest version of NRAAS Careers Mod. Please be advised that you will need NRAAS Careers Mod for this career to show up in the game, click here.

I’m not fluent in any other languages to translate so if anyone is interested in translating this career, please don’t hesitate to send me a message here or comment on this post and will let you know the details.

I have tested this career in my game, so far it is working and all scripts are showing up. All feedback is very welcome to help me learn and improve my skills so please let me know if you experience any problems on your end and I’ll do my best to sort it as soon as possible.

I completed this piece today and two days ago I signed the lease to my first apartment. I have lived alone before, but in someone else’s place (well technically, I have been living alone in a hotel since early February also paid for by someone else). No, I don’t know why they had a place they paid rent for but never lived in, as they did not have other property.

A couple of weeks ago, I was upset that I might complete this while technically being homeless (a comfortable homelessness, but still). I was also very frustrated by how slow the entire process of extracting myself from a (multiple actually) life threatening situation(s) has been. Then, this week, everything went really fast. From getting my items from the place above the stalkers’, to viewing apartments, to applying to places, to getting renters insurance and changing over utilities…

It was fast and busy, and my social battery is like someone dragging their nails across an already open wound.

I have had multiple people ask me how I feel knowing I pick the keys up to my new home in a matter of days. They are all so excited for me. I keep waiting for happiness or relief to drop any minute, and all I feel is “what’s the next task”. I don’t know the single word for this. Anticipation seems too happy, or too filled with emotion, and I don’t feel anything beyond “next”.

First of, a huge thanks to all of you! I'm so thankful for all the support, likes, and sweet messages I’ve received. I really appreciate it 🩷

So as i've said in previous posts, this is the last version I upload of this town.

Of course I will be building and creating more sims in the future, you will just have to download and add them yourself when I do I am working on adding more homes and townies, I will update with a seccond version with the added stuff later on 🐳I do feel like I need to do something else for a while, but I am planning on building a university when inspiration hits again, but enough about that!

So how do you install it?

🌷 Your game needs to be on the latest version 1.69, or else you won't be able to load the save!

🌷 First of, you need to grab the world and install it through the launcher

🌷 Now you can go ahead and download the save, all you have to is place it inside your saves folder!

What else do you need?

🌷You need to download some custom content, most of it is store content but there's a little bit of everything. I also recommend that you get the CCmerged file, it's needed for some of the store items to work.

🌷 I used custom content when giving my sims hairstyles, You can find which ones you need on this page!

Please know that even if you've had this in your game before it's important that you download the custom content again! Before the folder contained all my store items, now it's only the needed files. 🐙
