Here’s something different. It’s an historic 1959 El Dorado Kropf house made from a trailer. Kropfs were top of the line, very expensive, and a model of Luxury in trailers! This one is in Long Beach, California and for sale for only $209K.
Apparently, they were the ultimate in luxury for mobile homes.
Welcome. Notice the vintage shoe store benches. This place is so super funky. I love it, already.
Look at all the doors. Plus, it has a car port.
So, the living room is part of the house- look at the little trailer. I wonder if that conveys?
The kitchen is part of the trailer. Look at the retro radio in the counter.
Look at the little bench seat on the window and how convenient is a microwave right on the kitchen table?
Spacious home office.
1 of 2 baths.
It has 3 bds. This huge one must be the main and it has a big bath.
Right inside the room. There’s a big cat theme going thru the home.
Notice the back of the trailer protruding thru the wall. There are so many interesting angles in here. But, I would have to update and get rid of all the beige.
So, this a hall, I guess, going past the trailer, which still sports a license plate.
There are 3 bds. This must be one of them that isn’t being used.
This looks like a family room. Look at the leopard stairs. So, there’s a 2nd level.
And, here we are at the top of the stairs. Look, you can walk or crawl across the beams. What a fun house.
So you can sit up here, and stalk your housemates from above.
Another office that may be the 3rd bd.
These are all the amenities that the trailer park provides.

I built a trailer house in a gas station in the sims >:)
Currently on a quest to fill New Crest with houses inspired by ocs, this one would be Jack
I'm very proud of the gas station itself!
And the inside is very tiny, only 32 usable tiles really and a lil gross but it's completely functional

So this is the trailer home that I build. Still a working progress though. Technically a tiny home.

Very interesting design choices in this trailer park home. It can be yours for $112K in Brookings, Oregon.
Right at the get-go, we see a very interesting feature- the sliding fireplace. And, it opens to reveal the bathroom.
The kitchen is pretty big for a mobile home, and the previous occupants did some unique tile and mosaic work. I’m wondering if the paint is supposed to look streaky. I’m also wondering what that piece is supposed to be- it’s made with 2 chests and a night stand. Okay, but what is that frame on top w/the pillows?
I can’t say that the finish on this paneling actually improved it.
This room has a very interesting combination of wallpapers.
The bath has a mix of what appears to be 2 leftover lots of tile.
For some reason, in this photo, the bottom tile looks gray.
Tile-topped sink seems to match the kitchen floor.
