So. Where was I? I know I posted some screenshots of the Broke family in this neighborhood a long time ago, but I don't know where I was or what was in my head vs. what I shared, and the thought of trying to find it again using Tumblr's search gives me a headache. So let me explain... no, there is too much, let me sum up:
Don showed up and has been showing a great deal of concern about Brandi. This includes choosing to clean her trailer on his own.
And this conversation happened:
So Don pulled a few strings -- knowing him, probably involving woohooing some woman who was in charge of such things -- and Dustin is now in the medical career.

Broke Family; Late 90s
Brandi and Skip Broke were extremely incompatible, at least pertaining their aspirations, but their financial status, physical attraction, and Dustin's birth making them parents before 20 brought them together.
Brandi was trying her best to get Skip to leave the criminal career path, and to stop hanging out with them, especially if they're going to continue having kids. Dustin was a very observant man, and picks up on everything, so he knew when and why his parents would silence, or change conversations whenever he was around.

the broke house
i rebuilt the broke house in the sims 4! my goal was to stay as close to the original as possible without using cc, and while it’s not identical, i think the feeling is the same :)
i haven’t updated my game yet so i can’t upload it to the gallery but i put the tray file up on simfileshare so you can add it to your game if you’d like. it’s on a 30x20 lot but i stayed faithful to the original proportions so it should fit on a 20x20 as well
