I HOPE THIS WORKS!!
Never in my 29-yo life have i tried to upload anything close to a download link. I'm still not sure how this works but hopefully soon it'll look a bit better.
Anyway; Sims 3 shells, something i think is missing! I love building houses, creating floorplans and make a build look like a home. But sometimes, i just wanna decorate and go. So i've decided to start building shells. Empty homes for you (and moi) to decorate.
House No. 1 is a quick build that i just did. A 4bdr and 2,5 bath family home on a 20x30 lot. Nothing special, just see it as a "pilot". I decided to number the homes instead of giving them fancy names, just so when you see a No. 15 you know there's more :)
I usually build with an illegal ammount of CC but i understood that these don't show up in an Sims3pack? Once i figure out how to make them .package i'll spice it up again. Also; after i upload a shell, would you like to see my version of the decorated home? Maybe for inspo or also for download..?
I have many ideas, builds lined up ready to go and can't wait to share them with you guys.

I am building Shigure's house from Fruits Basket once again, two years after my laptop got stolen along with all my sims 3 files. :')
I made it smaller compared to my 2019 version! I think this time the layout is much closer to the anime. Hopefully i finish this and not get my laptop stolen lol

Castle Keep
The monstrosity I'm currently working on (holding my eyelids open with toothpicks at the moment, but progress is calling and hubby is playing warzone so its not like sleep is likely at the moment, lol). Can't possibly imagine anyone furnishing this thing but it looks good from the outside! Still some work to do on it, I think I may add some tudor finishes once I'm done tweaking walls and roofing. I tried to emulate the university buildings seeing as I'll be using the rabbit holes.

Rapunzel’s Studio Apartment: 1 Bed, 1 Bath
The first build in my Fairytale Princess Tiny House series. I suppose this *technically* isn’t a “tiny house,” but it’s a small living space, so it counts, lol. I took inspiration from the Disney film Tangled, but it’s not supposed to be a re-creation of her tower. I used a lot of pieces from the Complete Castle Kit and the Once Upon A time store sets. Expansions needed are World Adventures, Ambitions, Generations, Pets, Supernatural, and Seasons. No CC used.
I built this over the course of two livestreams on my Twitch channel; the replays are not currently availabe, but there will be a speedbuild video coming soon to my YouTube channel.

Introducing Junset Jalley’s oldest family, The Joth’s!
The Joths have lived in town since time immemorial. The aura of gloom from the nearby cemetery suits them, but can a young boy named Jortimer grow up to be well-adjusted in such a place?
This Jouse should be placed at 13 Skyborough Boulevard in place of the original Joth Janor. As it is just a recolor of an old lot it should be fully base game compatible, no EPs required!

The evolution of the Roland Family Legacy house! I’m going for a military base kind of feel! Seeing as the founder started in the military career I thought it would be a fitting backstory for her to be living in a Military base where she has the option to upgrade it as she progress’ in the Military career and makes more money! I’m having a lot of fun with this house. The colour scheme is mostly green/white/brown, trying to stick with that military theme! I’m actually really happy with the way the house is progressing. Even the first house I made for under $1,800 simoleons and I was very proud with how it came out. FULL credit goes to lilsimsie for the small “tent” house idea.

Into the build mode we go! I don’t have my mods folder in right now because I’m testing, so it’s a bit bare but I’ve got some awesome wall projects going right now. These are a couple of my favorites, and don’t worry, both of the posh walls will be two story as well :D I can’t wait to build my library with the bookshelf walls! These were just a test to see if it would look okay, so they will be different when I’m done but there’s the idea. So excited!
