Mofun Collab ENNEAD cafe event from 24 November 2023-24 December 2023, with new merch + food in Seoul, Korea

So a cafe in Seoul is doing an ENNEAD event from late November to December, where people can reserve spots to go eat there and reserve merch to buy. This includes some new art and old art on new merch, for posters, coasters, art cards, acrylic standees, light-up displays, enamel pins, stickers, and at the cafe, a line of drinks and snacks. The store on Mofun is open and ships internationally! One proxy linked at the bottom beneath the Keep reading. Mofun is going to stop taking pre-orders after 24 December 2023 KST, so it's unclear if the merch will be available to order after that point.

Some proxies are popping up in different places. Koonbooks (the main international proxy for ENNEAD merch) is listing most of the merch, but it's at a high mark-up, even for them, and that's before the cost of shipping.

Tbh, I wasn't sure on how people would like Ennead Fanfic content since it's originally a BL, and people (specially in genshib fandom) that finds anything canon or close to being canon, will get offended by people making Fanfic that isn't GL or BL like the canon and will attack them for it.

While understandable, it is a FANFIC for a reason. A Fanfic is a person own interpretation which could be also seen as a timeline. By changing events to something else, it branches from the original to create something entirely different from what it was intended, which doesn't harm the canon version as it's all FICTIONAL.

If a person feels like their ship isn't getting represented, make the content yourself rather than bashing the people for it.

BTW, this is regarding about Yae Miko x Ayato and Yae Miko x Ei. I'm not a shipper myself because genshin is a fairly messy fandom regardless. Majority of the fights going on are literally going straight into "He said she said" fights. Lesbian Coded, that's fine, but unless explicitly said by the company themselves, it is merely there. And Proshipping (if you don't know is where an adult watches over a child until they are a legalized adult and enters a romantic relationship) is a common trope that is used in some fictions. I'm gonna be fairly honest tho, I didn't know what fiction to write for ENNEAD, so I just wanted to establish who Apep/Apophis!Reader is.

Before I get straight into about Reader's character, I'm going to say that I combined Apophis/Apep with Nehebkau.

Nehebkau is a snake god who is considered a funeral god connected with the afterlife before they ended up considered an evil spirit. This god fitted nicely with the theme I had going on, which was Apep/Apophis originally being Nehebkau before ending up corrupted.

I'm just going to spit it out here, and I apologise, but you're name is going to be considered your sacred name, Nehebkau is your human name, Apep is your god name and Apophis is your fallen god name

Originally, you were named Nehebkau when you were human, but God had decided to bless you, and upon you reaching god hood thanks to Seth's curse and Ra, he renamed you Apep/Apophis.

Originally you had shoulder length hair that was the color of the sea. Although it was unfornately dirty since you were in poverty due to Seth. Now as a god, you're hair grew to the floor, and thankfully, you had managed to braid it to where it reached to the back of your knees. It maintains it's blue color, however, there is golden highlights amongst the blue.

Ra had blessed you with golden eyes to withstand the sun and see everything within the past in an individual along with being able to predict the future. This became difficult for you when you became god, and ended up wearing a veil to cover your face to obscure seeing the person directly despite the see through cloth. (The veil was actually made from the Ra's hair who found this amusing) You also have small faded blue scales around your body (underneath the eyes, your shoulders, sides)

Your headdress is much like the others except a cobra snake's head covering over your head with a veil hanging from it's fangs and sides.

As the story progresses, nearing about towards the end, you had accumulated a lot of chaotic energy to the point of no return. Thus, putting you in agony for days on end as you began to change, your hair had turned into a golden color, and the small blue scales are now fairly large and golden. You're eyes which used to be pure gold are now twinged with an amber red, resembling the sun. You had forgo the headdress and braid, your hair is moving and coiling even without the wind.

Even though you're a fallen god filled to the brim with Chaotic energy, you maintain rationality which is shocking as most who ended up becoming a fallen god, go insane and attack others. You? No. You are as calm and calculating as always.

Except, your aim is to attack Ra and fulfill your true duty as the true oppressor in order for Seth to become the hero. (And thus leading to where Seth protects the sun boat by fending off the snake)

And now onto you as a character.

In the beginning, you're shown to be a bit of an outcast, as there aren't a lot of snake gods, and snakes are often the sign of a bad omen. You're childhood friends with Horus, which is how you ended up meeting Seth when you were young.

When you met Seth again, you were merely watching from the sidelines, occasionally appearing alongside Horus or Isis depending on what fortunes you've have seen. So unfornately, Seth didn't have a very strong opinion in the beginning until during the trial as you were also an unknown god who isn't born a god.

both you and Horus undertook the trials together as one, occasionally splitting apart to do the trial in fairness. The trial you did was the water breathing trial. Which is fairly easy for you since you're pretty much a snake.

Unfornately, this lead to a draw as you both injured each other pretty well since your own ability is able to control snakes and able to shift into a snake. However, instead of a normal sized snake, you turn into a giant golden snake that reached across the entire Nile river, putting Seth under pressure as you were too large for him to take on, but because you haven't angered him nor cheated, he was particularly peachy, but okay with the draw if it was you.

The boat race turned to be the same since it's Horus.

During THAT night, you were in serious pain due to the chaotic energy you kept to yourself, and Horus offered you to sleep with him like you two did often when you were younger, which you agreed to since it would provide some comfort even though you're still in pain. (If you're a woman, think of having a cramp, but 10× worse. For men, think of a pounding headache but 20× worse.)

Horus became overly alert before you did as you were too focused in on the pain to notice anything. But when the covers were pulled off you, you had squinted to see who had lifted the blanket to see Seth there, staring at you.

But you turned away and ignored him with gritted teeth while you continued suffering until you were pulled on top of Horus and then yeah. NSFW content from there until Seth became fearful due to Horus being like his father and had unfortunately swept you along with him since he was still in you. And then so on forth with NSFW content.

FINALLY DONE!! This took way longer than i wanted, i am so sorry, i am not good at writing smut so it takes way longer to write it compared to fluff. So the timeline is after everything that happened with Osiris, the start of the fanfic is plot because I dont write porn without plot.

If you're looking for fanworks and discussion for ENNEAD by Mojito, the boy's love manhwa about ancient Egyptian gods, here's a collection of things to try on different platforms:

The main ENNEAD tags (just the series name) are all the most populous for stuff, regardless of platform, particularly the English and Japanese. Horuseth is the next most populous.

As a caveat, exploring these tags and communities assumes you are either up to date with the latest episode in Korean or don't care about spoilers. Fans will sometimes spoiler block panels, meta, or fanworks for the latest episode, but usually nothing older than that, and communities are increasingly flooded with panels from the new episode on the day of the update as the community grows bigger. Your best bet if you don't want to be spoiled because you're reading a version that's behind the Korean (e.g., the English, which is three episodes behind) is to mute the number for the latest Korean episode while browsing. If you'd like to read the Korean, I made a carrd and a Tumblr post to help. If you'd like to share panel screengrabs/screencaps/captures from the comic on socials, please either stick to the previews shared by Witchcomics on their twitter, or 1-2 panels max, at Mojito's request.

In terms of socials, there are active fan communities basically everywhere!

At the moment, twitter is by far the most populous for anything ENNEAD, cross-language, including fanart, sharing fics in a number of languages (or at least links to them, if not also twitter fics), discussion, meta, and cosplay. If you'd like good twitters to follow:

RT ENNEAD is a good general trawler of all things ENNEAD. They do all ships and characters and usually update 2-3 times a day, minimum

Papyrus Studio/Studio Papyrus is a group of artists who create fanworks for ENNEAD, including phone calendars, and regularly run fandom events

HoruSeth365/365_with_HS, another fangoods collaboration

Mojito is also on twitter and posts things sporadically

Witchcomics, one of the official Korean chapter posters, regularly promotes ENNEAD and raffles for merch. They also post previews for new episodes some hours before the episodes go up.

ENNEAD Japan is an official twitter run by b-boy, who manage the Japanese license for ENNEAD. They use the twitter to announce distribution (webcomic updates), publication (physical book updates), and merchandise.

Following that, pixiv is a very populous site for fanworks, including fanfics. Pixiv is free to use, very accessible if you read English (or obviously Japanese since it's a Japanese art site) but easier to use if you have an account (though you don't have to pay for it, and you don't have to post anything). A lot of twitter artists have been mass dumping all their art on pixiv lately, or near-simultaneously publishing there, so if you hate twitter, pixiv is the place to go.

Archive Of Our Own has a pretty active fanfic archive for the community across many languages, with English and Mandarin Chinese dominating (followed by Spanish).

Instagram is the next most populous site for fanworks, mostly just fanart and cosplay, though it's pretty heavily censored, so people just mention their work is on twitter or somewhere else. Also be wary, Insta is full of art reposters and folks sharing scanlations.

Outside of Tumblr, Deviantart has a small community of folks updating art, and is also a good archive for easily browsing old art. Tumblr also has a lovely archive of art if you want to browse, and a number of folks came over here recently.

If you'd like a Discord, many are locked or dead, but I have an adult Discord open if folks would like to join, where I try to do regular news and event updates on different platforms, as well as share links to fanworks and resources on different platforms, and people talk about characters, ships, theories, and fanworks!

There is also a very small pillowfort community.

I would not recommend using sites like Pinterest, as it's almost entirely stolen and reposted art, without credit. A few artists actually post their art directly there, but by and large, it's the worst place for art theft. Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube are also full of art theft. There is a subreddit, enneadmanhwa, which is very quiet.

However, there are a couple of YouTube accounts I'd recommend:

Mojito has a YouTube account, where Mojito rarely posts videos.

Papyrus Studio/Studio Papyrus has made collaborative AMVs for the series.

There are fics on Wattpad, but most of them use stolen fanart, or include scanlations. There's a lot there if you want to check them out, just be wary, and please support actual artists, not reposters. There is also a collection of Thai fanfics on readawrite (but again be wary as a lot of them also use stolen fanart).

For information on characters, side comics, physical releases, locations, etc., the ENNEAD fanwiki on FANDOM exists, though it's still under heavy construction. I also have a tumblr post about side comics and extra art by Mojito.

The French Man is in reference to this man named Charles who writes a book that allows Beelzebub to take over Egypt. Beelzebub in Egypt, seems to be Seth. The name Seth means The Appointed One. Beelzebub, however, is always a Supplanter. Names that mean the supplanter include Jamie, James, Jackie, Jacob.

They say Iris is Beelzebub's wife. There's a dating App called Iris as well, look it up! It's really cool, they have a match algorithm to find more suitable matches. This App... no, no THIS ASTEROID! Was Discovered August 13. That is Hecate's feast day apparently.

It seems to me like Beelzebub is relevant to Joseph, the slave, and this French man fills the book with Wisdom of God. By the way, Beelzebub doesn't respond if you do not greet him with a name of God. There's a book on Amazon by Rose Publishing called Names of God, that is the most complete and accurate version of the names he responds to. He will even respond if you greet him by saying the name Jesus, because Jesus is God! Whereas Seth is god, Anubis seems to be Jesus.

Dynastie (2 700 - 2695 v Chr) Einheimische Ägyptologen gab es ja nicht allzuviele und dem wenigen Nachwuchs mangelte es an Geld um spektakuläre Entdeckungen zu machen. Sie hatten nicht die Sponsoren wie die Amerikaner, Engländer oder andere Länder. Alle träumten davon, einmal ein unversehrtes Pharaonengrab zu entdecken wie das des Tutanchamun. So war man dann auch hoch erfreut, als man hörte, der Ägypter Zakaria Goneim hatte ein, wie es schien, noch versiegeltes Pharaonengrab gefunden. Pharao Sechemchet war der Horusname des Pharao Djoserteti. Nach Meinung unserer gestandenen Ägyptologen war Pharao Sechemchet ein Bruder des Pharao Djoser. Seine Pyramide sollte eine Stufenpyramide von etwa 70 Meter Höhe werden, der Stumpf erreichte aber nur 8 Meter, dann wurden die Bauarbeiten eingestellt. Die Pyramide liegt einige 100 Meter südwestlich der Stufenpyramide des Djoser auf der Nekropole von Sakkara mit einer Schenkellänge von 115 x 115 Meter. Auf der Umfassungsmauer des Pyramidenkomplexes konnte einige Zeit nach der Entdeckung das Grafitti des Universalgenie Imhotep gefunden werden. Vermutlich war er am Aufbau der Pyramide beteiligt. Nachdem die Steinblöcke der Pyramide von Pharao Djoser mit Feuerstein bearbeitet waren, fand man bei der Pyramide des Sechemchet eine Bearbeitung durch Kupfermeißel. Dann stellte der Ägyptologe Goneim bei seinen Ausgrabungen an der Pyramide fest, dass sie noch original verschlossen und versiegelt war. Das bedeutete soviel wie, noch nie waren Grabräuber in ihrem Innern und es gab einen großen Medien-Rummel. Allem Anschein nach war man 30 Jahre nach Öffnung des unbeschädigten Tutanchamun-Grabes erneut auf ein unversehrtes Zeugnis der damaligen Zeit gestoßen.
