i’m sorry as a woman im imagining what it was like for miranda to be completely shunted to the side by flint the moment they arrived in nassau, to go from being her husband and friend’s equal partner in their pursuits to some “fancy bit of puritan tail”. and of course flint says he doesn’t see her that way and of course she knows she’s not a fighter and can’t join him on the walrus but god, to be stuck in that goddamn house away from literally all the action. playing nurse to her new psuedo-husband when he comes home to her on death’s door. and for all flint’s insistence that “these men are dangerous, these men will kill you, you’re safer here while i go out and do all the dirty work”, well… in walks eleanor.

Should I Stay, or Should I Go?
Happy Monday! I hope I did this request justice, tried to keep it light with a bit of angst. Not sure where I want these two to end up but let me know what you think!
Requested by the lovely @caseyandsloan
Pairing: Mark Sloan x Fem!Reader (gave her a name but no descriptions used)
Warnings: A bit of Angst, Mark being Mark.
Tumblr media
“Annalise, wait-“
I rolled my eyes at the sound of the familiar voice trailing behind me.
“Don’t you dare ‘Annalise’ me. It’s DOCTOR Grey to you, Doctor Sloan. I have no interest in speaking to you so please go whore yourself to any other attending,”
I continue walking until I reach the nursing bay, pulling out one of my patient’s charts and looking into their case. Mark stood in front of me, and gave me an apologetic smile.
“Fine, “Doctor” Grey, can you please just hear me out. I came to Seattle to find you, to apologize. I want to be part of your life again. What I did was a mistake, but you have to know that I never stopped loving you,” he pleaded, his eyes begging me to believe him.
My heart wavered, feeling a million and one emotions in a span of a few seconds. Our life together flashed before my eyes; our first date, our time during medical school together with our friends, being best man and maid of honor at Derek and Addison’s wedding, finding out we were pregnant. The last memory to cross my mind however, was the scene I walked into back in New York. The way he and my ex-best friend Addison Montgomery, were in bed together. My gaze immediately hardened once more.
“Here’s what you’re NOT going to do, Mark. You’re not going to show up to my place of work and bat your baby blue eyes at me in hopes of me taking you back. You ripped my heart into *shreads* Mark. I loved you. Part of me still does. But you don’t get to prey on that minuscule part of me. Not anymore. Now get the hell out of my sight before I call security,” I could feel my eyes water as I glared at him, the hurt fueling my heart.
Before Mark could say anything else, I heard a voice I’d never been more thankful speaking up from behind me.
“Is everything alright, Annalise?” I turned to find Miranda Bailey staring at me with her arms crossed, turning her head to shoot daggers at Mark. My sister, Meredith, was standing beside her along with the rest of the interns, looking on.
“Everything’s fine Miranda, thank you. Come on Meredith, I think you and Yang on my service today,” I walked forward, hearing my sister’s sneakers trail behind me. Rounding the corner I paused against the nearest wall and let out a deep breath. Meredith came to a short stop behind me.
“So…who was that?”
I scoffed humorlessly. “That, Mer, was Mark Sloan,”
“Wait. THE Mark Sloan? The guy who slept with your best friend? Derek’s best friend?Jolie’s father? THAT Mark Sloan?” Meredith’s eyes widened comically and both she and Christina looked back down the hall, as if trying to catch a glimpse of the man in question.
“Yup. The one and only jackass,” I huffed. I took a deep breath, put on my game face, and pushed off the wall. Mark Sloan had taken so much from me, and I wasn’t going to let him piss me off at my place of work anymore.
“Wait, wait. Derek’s best friend, who slept with Derek’s WIFE was married to you, Derek’s other best friend? What, was this some sort of doctor orgy?” Christina said as we made our way to our first patient.
“First off, we were never married. We were together for six years. But welcome to the Grey-Sloan-Shepherd family dynamic, Yang. Stick around, there’s so much more to come,” I rolled my eyes as we reached the patient’s room. The day continued and I managed to forget about Mark. That is, until I saw Derek punch him in the middle of the nursing bay. I gasped, along with the rest of the on-lookers before following Derek with my eyes as he walked away.
“That was one hell of a punch, Shepherd’s a badass!” I turned to see Alex Karev smirking to George O’Malley who looked like a fish out of water as his eyes trailed between Derek, Mark, Meredith, and finally to me. I raised an eyebrow at him, and he immediately looked away, a deep blush spreading along his cheeks.
I sighed. Fuck, this was going to be one hell of a fucking day.
-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-
The sound of a lunch tray slamming down onto the table tartled me from my deep thoughts. I looked up to see Callie Torres and Miranda Bailey looking at me sheepishly. I nodded and both women sat down, waiting for me to speak first. I rolled my eyes playfully, taking a bite of my carrot.
“Go on, I know you want to ask..”
“Holy SHIT, Anna. THAT’s Mark? He’s fucking hot!” Callie gushed, looking around to make sure the man in question wasn’t around. Bailey scoffed and nudged Callie.
“Torres!”
I laughed at Bailey’s exclamation.
“No, she’s right Miranda. He’s ridiculously hot. But he’s also the biggest asshole on the planet,” I shrugged, taking a sip of my coke.
“Mind if we ask what happened? All we know is that you came to Seattle after breaking up with your ex. There’s definitely more to that if he’s back here begging for you to take him back.” Callie said, smiling sympathetically. I let out a deep breath and allowed myself to think back to the good old days.
“What’s there to tell? He was the love of my life and we were happy. And then he decided to fuck my best friend, in turn hurting both me and HIS own best friend.”
Both women stayed silent, knowing that there was more to come.
“Two years ago Mark and I were the couple that everyone was jealous of. The country’s most well renowned plastic surgeon and cardio thoracic surgeon, tackling New York together. Mark, Derek, Addison and I were truly the best of friends. Addy and I grew up together and when we met Mark and Derek in college the four of us were inseparable. Derek and Addison got married after we all got our PhD’s and Mark and I were over the moon for them.
“A few months after the wedding, I found out I was pregnant. And after seeing how happy Mark was at Derek’s wedding I assumed he’d be just as happy about the baby. I mean, we spoke about our future all the time but I guess it was just all talk to Mark. The second I mentioned I was pregnant, he changed. He started staying late at Cornell, taking on case after case. It was like he was never home. And I didn’t question it, I just assumed he was busy, maybe even working hard to save up for the baby. But one rainy night, Derek and I worked a late together and he offered to drive me back home when we finished up. Since’s Derek and Addison’s place was close by, we walked there so Derek could grab his car from the garage. The second we walked in to the house, we both knew something was up. The sight of a familiar leather jacket on the ground next to a pair of haphazardly tossed heels made my stomach drop. Derek and I shared a glance, both of our hearts breaking simultaneously.
“Derek walked up the steps to his bedroom while I did my best to keep myself from hyperventilating. The second I heard Addison’s gasp and Mark’s voice calling out for Derek, my heart shattered into a million pieces. Derek flew back down the stairs, eyes watery. Our gaze locked and he grabbed his keys and raincoat, pulling me by my hand, doing his best to drag me out of the house but not before a familiar silloutte stood at the top of the stairs.
“Annalise…”
Mark’s voice cracked with shame and my tears finally spilled over. That was the last time Mark and I saw each other. Derek and I immediately went back to the hospital where we spent the night consoling each other in silence. We were shocked. Sick to our stomaches. Devastated. Jolie was born 7 months after that and it’s just been the three of us ever since. I officially made Derek Jolie’s God-Father and we’ve been happy. Mark tried to reach out multiple times but I packed up and left Seattle shortly there after. Changed my number and just lived my life for my little girl.
So watching Derek sucker punch Mark truly made my day. I even got myself a cookie to celebrate,” I took a bite of the cookie in hand and smiled at the women infront of me.
They both looked disheartened and yet happy to have gotten the full story.
“Thank you for telling us Anna. If you need anything at all, we’ve got your back,” Callie said, smiling and placing a hand over mine. Miranda nodded.
“Absolutely. I’ll kick that little shit in the balls if he ever attempts to come near you if I have to,” I laughed and smiled back at them, happy to have friends like them.
Hours passed and I was staring at the OR grease-board while chewing on a twizzler before hearing two familiar voices off to my left.
“Welcome aboard Doctor Sloan, Seattle Grace is proud to have you,”
I turned to see Chief Webber shaking hands with Mark. My mouth dropped open, Derek standing a few feet behind me with the same look on his face. I felt like a fish out of water, my heart racing. Suprise, sadness, fear and rage bubbled inside me and before I knew it, I felt myself explode.
“What the fuck Chief!”

Please let me know if you’re interested in a part two. Do you think Annalise should forgive Mark down the line, or should a new love interest join in on all the fun?

Mark Sloan x female reader
Request from @spncupcake
Tumblr media
Mark Sloan was the new hot doctor at Seattle Grace Hospital a few years ago, everyone thought that he was attractive and of course Mark himself knew it as well.
Y/n was the hot resident and she was the resident that everyone loved, y/n was and still are good friend with Callie Torres and Miranda Bailey the three of them was in the same year as residents at Seattle Grace.
Mark Sloan had been hitting on Y/n since the first time he meet her, he was trying to get y/n to sleep with him but she wasn’t interested at first.
All that was 5 years ago.
Today Mark Sloan and y/n are happily married but there was one thing that they wanted but it hasn’t happened yet. Y/n and her husband was trying to get pregnant like they have been trying for almost three years.
After Mark’s daughter Sloan had left and given up her baby, all Mark could think about was to have a baby with Y/n and how he really wanted to be a father since he didn’t get the chance to be a real father for his daughter.
Callie Torres who lives next door to Mark and y/n got pregnant after a night at Joe’s with a stranger, both Mark and Y/n was jealous but they never said what they were feeling to Callie. When Callie had her baby girl she had Mark and Y/n as the godparents for her daughter.
Y/n and Mark loves Sofia, the couple has been babysitting her a lot of time.
It really has been ups and down, trying to get pregnant, the shooting at the hospital and even the plane crash that happened a few months ago.
Y/n’s pov
It was a normal morning, my alarm started and so did my husband’s alarm and we both turned it off. I felt Mark giving my kisses down my neck and how he was trailing down my back. It did feel good with the kisses on my body, so I turned around to face my husband.
Y/n - What are you doing?
Mark - I’m just kissing you.
I noticed the smirk on Marks face so I gave him a kiss on his lips and he kissed me back, the kissing turned out to be a make out session. We were both rolling around in the bed until I was on top of Mark, we pulled away from each other and Mark had his hands on my waist.
I don’t know what happened but for a second a really felt nausea so I jumped off Mark and I rushed in to the bathroom. I started to puke in the bathroom and I heard that Mark had left the bedroom and that he came rushing in to the bathroom to see me throwing up over the toilet.
Mark - are you okay, babe?
I move so that I’m sitting down on the floor with my back against the wall, Mark comes closer to me.
Y/n - I just got really nauseous, I think I just needed to get this out of my system.
Mark - are you sure?
Y/n - I’m sure, babe.
I feel how Mark is stroking his hand over my hair, I just looks down on the floor and take a few deep breath.
After a few minutes I finally got up from the floor and I walked over to the sink so that I can wash my hands and splash some water on to my face.
Mark had walked out of the bathroom when I got up from the floor, after I had washed my hands and splashed some water on to my face Mark walked back inside to the bathroom with a glass of water.
Mark - Take this, drink some water.
Y/n - thanks!
I took the glass from him and I took a couple of sips of the water.
Mark - maybe you should stay home today, I can call Hunt.
Y/n - I’m fine, Mark.
He let it go and walked out of the bathroom, I decided to take a shower since both me and Mark needed to get ready for work.
Mark’s pov
Me and my wife had arrived at the hospital about 20 minutes ago, for now I didn’t have any patients and I was walking around the hospital to look after Torres. I needed to talk to Callie Torres about my wife, if I could get my own wife to tell me the truth about how she is feeling after the morning we had.
After a couple of minutes of walking around the hospital I finally found Callie standing with Arizona by the nurses station, I walked over to one of my closest friends and her wife who also is a good friend of mine.
Mark - hey!
Callie - hey, Mark!
Arizona - hey!
Mark - have either one of you seen Y/n?
Callie - yeah, we saw her in the ER about 10 minutes ago.
Mark - she didn’t say anything to you two?
I watched as Callie and Arizona looked at each other before they brought there attention back to me, and Callie gave me a look.
Arizona - is there something with y/n?
Mark - I don’t know, she was nauseous early this morning and she did throw up once as well.
Callie - she really looked fine to me.
Arizona - I agree with Callie.
I was really hoping that they would know something, or maybe I’m just overthinking about what had happened at home early this morning.
Y/n
I had been working for an hour now and I was down in the ER and filling out some paperwork since I am head of trauma and I have been that since Owen Hunt took over as the chief in surgery. But as I was filling out some paperwork that needed to be done, I saw Callie Torres walking over to me and she had a smile on her face.
Y/n - hey!
Callie - hey! How are you feeling?
Y/n - What? You saw me about 39 minutes ago.
Callie - I know, but Mark told me what happened this morning. Are you sure that you should be working?
Y/n - I’m sure, Callie.
I knew she wouldn’t let this go, and everything was because of my husband who just couldn’t keep his mouth shut.
Y/n - I was just nauseous and I puked once, but after that I was feeling completely fine like I’m doing right now.
I looked down at the paper work that I had in front of me before I feel Callie dragging me away from the ER by the nurses station. Callie dragged me towards a on call room that wasn’t far away from the ER, Callie opens the door and she dragged me inside of the on call room and she closes the door once we both got inside.
Y/n - what’s wrong with you?
Callie - have you been nauseous days other then today?
Y/n - yeah, last week I was feeling a little bit nauseous and the week before that.
Callie - is there any smells that you can’t handle? Like you want to throw up?
Y/n - yeah, i had to throw away my body lotion because of the smell and my favorite juice because of the smell and taste.
I didn’t know why Callie wanted to know all of this, or at least I wasn’t thinking about any reasons to why she wanted to know this.
Callie - is there any possible way that you maybe are pregnant? I know that you and Mark have been trying for a few years and nothing has happened.
Y/n - I don’t know, we haven’t been talking about getting pregnant for the past three or four month.
Callie - when did you have your period?
I started to count in my head when I had my period last time, and that’s when I realized when I had my period the last time.
Y/n - about two or three month ago.
Callie - you should take a pregnancy test.
Every time when I have taken a pregnancy test it always was negative and every time I take it I always gets scared and nervous. Right now I’m just scared to even think about the possibility for me to being pregnant, the on,y thing that I really want is to have a baby and to have a baby with Mark Sloan.
Mark’s pov
It was late in the evening and I was walking up the stairs in the apartment building where I and y/n are living in, she had left work earlier then me and hopefully she would be home now. I haven’t seen y/n so much today at work, I have been in surgery the whole afternoon and she has been in the ER but she was in surgery before lunch.
I had walked up the stairs and I was now walking towards the door to my apartment, the door was locked med so it was just for me to take out my keys from my pocket. I unlocked the door and opened it and walked inside of the apartment. I didn’t see y/n in the living room or in the kitchen, I took of my jacket and I walked over to the kitchen island.
Mark - y/n are you home?
Y/n - I’m in the bedroom, I will be out in just a minute.
I took a sit on the barstool at the kitchen island, when it is just me and y/n home we usually ate sitting by the kitchen island to eat dinner and breakfast.
There was something laying on the kitchen island that caught my eyes and I didn’t see it at first when I took a sit on the barstool but when I saw it it was the only thing that my eyes was seeing. It was a pregnancy test laying on the counter with a post it note, and on the pregnancy test it said “Pregnant” and on the post it note it said “ Hello daddy”.
Mark - Y/n come here!
I hear her coming out our bedroom and I got up from the chair and I’m holding the pregnancy test in my hands, when I see her coming out to the kitchen I see a smile on her face.
Mark - is this true? Are you pregnant?
I was scared to ask her, since we have been trying for a few years and no luck.
Y/n - I’m pregnant, Mark! I took the test today and Arizona took my blood to check, and it was positive.
I just looked at her for a few seconds and I’m to speechless to say anything, a smile comes over my face and I took a couple of steps towards her I had left the test on the counter. I placed my hands on my wife’s cheeks and I gave her a kiss, it was more than just a kiss it had passion in the kiss.
We pulled away from each other and I placed one of my hands on her belly, I knew it was too early to even feel anything or even for my wife to be showing. I kneeled down so that my head was against y/n belly, I looked up at her for a second to see a smile on her face and a small tear on her cheek.
Mark - hey, baby. It’s your daddy, I love you and I can’t wait to meet you.
This really was the best news in my life and it was just the beginning of our new life, I couldn’t wait to be a dad and share this new life with y/n.
Hey!
I hope you all liked this.

Anonymous: Hi :)! Can I request the R8 ladies having an S/O who is visiting family outside the village somewhere in a city far away. They get worried when a week goes by without contact. Then they get the news (somehow); the city has been overrun by infected. Weeks into their mourning, their s/o stumbles back into their home, exhausted and dirty, bruised and bandaged but uninfected, and sinks into their embrace mumbling apologies for worrying them and getting their clothes dirty before going unconscious.
An awesome prompt. Let’s get into it!
Alcina:
Alcina had been patiently waiting for you to return from your trip to visit your family outside of the village. She understood that you needed time with your loved ones, and while she missed you dearly, she did not want to impose on your personal life.
However, when a week had passed without any contact from you, Alcina grew increasingly worried. She tried calling you, but your phone went straight to voicemail. She reached out to your family but was unable to get in touch with them either.
Days turned into weeks, and Alcina began to fear the worst. Then, the news reached her that the city you were visiting had been overrun by infected. Her heart sank, and she mourned the loss of her beloved.
But just as she had given up all hope, you stumbled back into your home, exhausted and dirty, bruised and bandaged, but uninfected. You collapsed into Alcina’s embrace, mumbling apologies for worrying her and getting her clothes dirty before going unconscious.
Alcina was astonished. You were home finally. She wept gratefully. She held you close, relieved that you were safe and sound. She tended to your wounds and stayed by your side as you recovered. She was grateful to have you back in her arms and promised to never let you go again.
Donna:
As days turned into a week, Donna’s worry only grew. She had not heard from you since you had left for your family’s home in the city. She tried calling and messaging you, but there was no answer. Donna tried to convince herself that you were just busy with your family and that there was nothing to worry about. But as the days went by, she couldn’t shake the feeling that something was wrong.
Then came the news. The city where you were visiting had been overrun by infected. Donna’s heart dropped, and she couldn’t believe what she was hearing. She couldn’t imagine you being caught up in such chaos. She spent weeks mourning, not knowing if you were alive or dead.
But then, one day, you stumbled back into the Beneviento Manor. You were exhausted, dirty, bruised, and bandaged, but uninfected. Donna couldn’t believe it; she wept hard and was so overjoyed to see you.
You mumbled apologies for worrying her and for getting your clothes, that she had made for you, dirty before you collapsed into Donna’s arms, unconscious. Donna held you close, relieved that you were alive and overwhelmed with emotion.
Donna spent the next few days caring for you, nursing you back to health. You told her about the ordeal, how you had to fight to survive and make your way back to her. Donna listened, grateful that you were with her.
As you slept, Donna whispered to you, promising to never let you go again. She couldn’t bear the thought of losing you, and she was grateful for your safe return. Donna knew that you had been through a lot, but she was determined to help you heal and recover, knowing that you had a future together to look forward to.
Miranda:
Miranda’s heart had been heavy ever since you had left the village to visit your family. A week had passed without any word from you, and her anxiety had only grown with each passing day.
It wasn’t until she received the news that the city had been overrun by infected that her worst fears were realized. Miranda mourned for weeks, praying that you had managed to escape the chaos and could find your way back to her.
Then, one day, a knock came at her door. She opened it to find you standing there, looking utterly exhausted and covered in dirt and bruises. You stumbled into her arms, apologizing for worrying her and getting her clothes dirty before collapsing into unconsciousness.
Miranda held you close, relieved beyond words that you were alive and uninfected. She tended to your injuries, cleaning and bandaging your wounds as she whispered words of love and comfort to you.
As you slept, Miranda couldn’t help but think of how lucky you were to have made it back to her. She knew that the world outside the village was dangerous and unpredictable, and she vowed to never take a single second with you for granted.
In that moment, all that mattered was that you were together, safe and sound, and nothing else in the world could come between you both.
Bela:
Bela had been restless for days, her mind consumed by worry for you, who were visiting family outside the village. When a week had gone by without any contact, she feared the worst. But nothing could have prepared her for the news that came next.
“The city has been overrun by infected,” The messenger had told the castle inhabitants, and Bela felt her world crumble around her. She mourned for weeks, unable to think of anything else but the loss of you.
But one day, as she was lost in thought in her chambers, she heard a sound at her door. She opened it.
It was you, battered and bruised but alive, and Bela felt her heart soar with relief.
“You’re alive,” She whispered, pulling you into a tight embrace. “I thought I had lost you forever.” She said as she sobbed and brought you over to the soft bed.
“I’m sorry,” You mumbled, your voice rasping harshly. “I didn’t mean to worry you. And I got your clothes dirty…”
Bela couldn’t help but laugh, her relief and joy overwhelming any annoyance at the state of her clothes. “You worry about such trivial things,” She said, stroking your hair as you drifted off to sleep in her arms. “Just rest now. You’re safe with me.” She said.
Cassandra:
Cass sat at the window seat in her chambers, staring off into the distance as the sun began to set. She couldn’t help but worry about you, who had gone to visit family in a city far away. It had been over a week since you had last spoken, and she couldn’t shake the feeling that something was wrong.
Just as she was about to go to try to call again, she heard a knock at the door. She opened it to find a disheveled and exhausted figure standing before her. It was you, bruised and bandaged, but thankfully uninfected.
“Oh my gosh, what happened?! I was so worried about you,” Cass said, weeping, as she pulled you into a tight embrace.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to worry you. The city got overrun by infected, and it was chaos,” You replied, still gasping for breath.
Cass led you to the couch. “Don’t apologize, darling. I’m just so glad you’re safe, Y/N,” She said, kissing your forehead.
You managed a weak smile. “I missed you so much. I couldn’t wait to get back home.”
Cass brushed some of the dirt and grime from your clothes. “Don’t worry about that. Just rest now, and we’ll talk more later.”
As you drifted off to sleep, Cass couldn’t help but feel grateful that you were okay. She held your hand tightly, knowing that you were finally safe and back in her arms where you belonged.
Daniela:
It had been a week since Dani last heard from you and her worry was slowly eating away at her. She had tried calling and texting, but there was no response. She knew you were visiting family outside the village, but she had no idea what was happening there.
As she sat in the foyer, lost in her thoughts, she heard a loud knock on the castle door. She jumped up and ran to answer it, her heart pounding with fear. Standing on the doorstep was a stranger, a weary-looking woman with dirt-streaked clothes and a bandaged arm.
“Excuse me, are you Daniela Dimitrescu?” The woman asked.
“Yes, that’s me,” Dani replied, her voice shaking. “Who are you? What’s happened?”
“I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news,” The woman said, her voice heavy with sorrow. “The city has been overrun by infected. I barely made it out myself, but I promised Y/N I would find you and let you know. They love you.” She said, shaking her head sadly.
Dani felt her world spin out of control. You, the love of her life, were in danger. She felt like she couldn’t breathe.
A few days passed, but as she sat on the castle steps, frozen in fear, she saw a familiar figure stumbling up the path towards her house. “Y/N!” She cried, rushing to your side. “Thank goodness you’re alive!”
“I’m sorry,” You mumbled, your voice weak and hoarse. “I didn’t mean to worry you. I’m so sorry.”
“Don’t be sorry,” Dani said, tears streaming down her face as she held you close. “You’re safe now. That’s all that matters.”
Dani immediately pampered you and nursed you back to health, so grateful for you.

No, but seriously, imagine it:
Angie finally becomes human and starts a successful DJ-ing business and lets go of alcohol. Dani becomes a world-renowned athlete and falls in love with a cheerleader. Cassandra makes it huge on Broadway and beocmes an EGOT Winner, as well as falling in love with a nice paramedic from New York. Bela gets her heart back and becomes a school teacher, while also mending her relationships with her sisters. As for Alcina? She finds love in an artist and continues to build the finest art collection in the world. Donna takes up doll-making again and gets over her anxiety, creating a travelling store that sells her own custom creations and flowers. And Miranda? She lets go of her love for MC and adopts a young girl, letting go of her evil ways and closing down the school, realizing she was a bit insane. MC dies of a cocaine overdose. Elena finally becomes free of the coffee shop and starts her own coffee chain, which becomes even more popular than Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. Mia's Pokemon collection ends up becoming the biggest in the world and she even gets her own character in the Pokemon games as a testament to how big of a fan she is. Heisenberg retires from his car repair shop and becomes a freelance welder. All the other students graduate and be successful in their lives. The Cass stans become stan twitter icons and end up becoming nurses. As all their futures unfold in the credits, Whistle by Flo Rida plays in the background as Cass arrives and starts to say "Can you blow my whistle baby, whistle baby, let me know. Girl I'm gonna show you how to do it and we start real slow. You just put your lips together and you come real close. Can you blow my whistle baby, whistle baby? Here we go!" And the screen fades to black, with a polaroid of all the characters waving and thanking the player for all they've done. Cue final credits. Then if things couldn’t get any better, Dan and Phil walk onto stage and kiss, holding the gay flag.

Hi, can you do a meredith grey x reader where meredith can’t decide who to pick between reader and Derek. Then she makes her decision once she sees her come into the hospital after she get injured? Please?
Tumblr media
...
Decisions are made every day.
Important and unimportant, big or small. Everyone makes countless decisions every day. Choices affect our daily lives, but most do not have the strength or power to fundamentally change our lives.
Most of the decisions are too mundane to draw much attention to themselves, but some feel like a rockfall, tearing up at every hill and forming a spider´s web across the entire windshield. So also the important decision about love, in which Meredith Grey stood between two of her co-workers and did not know what to do.
She knew that love is an extremely sensitive construct and playing with it can lead to catastrophic consequences, the balance between colleagues at a workplace could be disturbed and any conscious intervention or change should therefore be carefully considered.
But how should she think about the consequences of this important step if she could not even decide between Derek and you in the first place?
"Grey!" the chief of surgery seemed in high spirits as she snuck up on the blonde. Meredith tried to mimic the sympathetic smile of her as best she could, but it did not look very convincing. "Why are you making that face? Do you not have work to do?"
"Bailey," she grunted out between clenched teeth, giving her a slanted but fixed look, which met up with a skeptical one. Sighing, the black-haired rolled her eyes in frustration and sat down on the couch next to the younger surgeon. "What is bothering you?"
The addressee shrugged and concentrated herself on a single floor tile. The corners of her mouth painfully clenched, automatically drooped as she leaned back on the sofa and took a deep breath.
There had to be a way of finding out who she loved more.
What Meredith could decide, though, was whether to let Miranda Bailey in on it. She could be some help to her. Or a tripwire that ultimately put her on the wrong track. The blonde pondered about it for a moment before beginning her cryptic narrative. "Two people. You have to choose one and hurt the other, risking that nothing will be the same ever again. Who do you choose?"
"When you get up in the morning, who do you think of first? Who do you want to write or see first?" the young blonde heard her boss ask, hearing seriousness and conviction in her soft voice. "Who makes you happy? Who makes your heart beat faster?"
Instantly, she felt every fiber of her body automatically screaming for you, forming your name in every synapse of her brain. Tiny memories of your time together surfaced like pictures in front of her inner eye and melted with feelings of pure love.
"Y/n," she spoke deliberately calmly and Bailey gave her a questionable look before her lips curled into a smile. Meredith´s eyes reflected happiness and she had to admit that only the briefest of advice from Miranda Bailey got her on.
She was really good. Better than good, indescribable.
The young surgeon quickly jumped up from her seat, looked confused for her cell phone that had fallen between the cracks of the sofa and halfway ran out of the door. "Grab her before it is too late," she heard Bailey emphasize again. Her voice was so familiar and yet she was absolutely right. Meredith loved you. Worse, she longed for you.
Only after you.
Meredith Grey could not help but grin all the way down to the emergency room at the thought of you while she tried to reach you on your cell phone. But she was thrown strictly to the mailbox.
It surprised her, after all you were always available. Especially when you were at work. Then why was your phone turned off? The blonde would have understood if you wanted to have your rest after a night shift, but you only had a lunch break.
She looked through the opening elevator doors and immediately chaos broke out in front of her. Nurses ran around like they were bitten by a tarantula, including three of her friends who almost knocked her over while stepping out of the elevator. "What the.."
It is L/n!" Merediths hands kept shaking and she could not really understand the next words. Something about you and that she should be there. She dropped her cell phone as she ran and rushed to the trauma room. In the time she hastily walked through the corridor, the world stood still.
She could not breathe while hoping that the scenarios that suddenly appeared in her mind would never come true.
"What the hell happened?" Meredith yelled between chaotic conversations and the tension, that Keppner, Pierce and Hunt were building around your bloodied body as she walked through the doorway.
Everything was going wild in the shock room. Nurses ran back and forth, delivering the supplied and an ultrasound to the attending physicians that they so desperately needed to determine the nature and severity of your injuries.
"Y/n was hit by a motorist who missed a red light. Suspected traumatic brain injury. Strong, rapidly forming hematomas all over their body, fractured right arm and suspected pelvic fracture," explained April through staging breaths before continuing. "They collapsed shortly before arrival, Pierce is doing resuscitation"
In unison, the four doctors looked at the monitor to which you were connected by cables and waited for a sinus rhythm that should exchange the flat line. Hunt, meanwhile, had your head tilted back and was trying to insert the tube through your larynx into your trachea to take over the ventilation. "Tubus is inside. We move them on three. One, two.. three,"
They set you down on the hospital bed provided for you, Pierce immediately began to resume chest compressions. Meredith had only now fully realized whose life was at stake and who her friends were fighting for.
But she could not contribute. Her body was paralyzed and her life-saving skills completely thrown overboard. She looked at your face like a heap of misery and was startled. Big tears rolled down her cheeks. Completely silent but totally desperate.
A rush of adrenaline hit her all of a sudden and she blinked back the tears that were appearing. She quickly jumped to the end of the bed and held your ankles tightly in her hands. The blonde had to touch you, but your otherwise warm skin was chilled under her fingertips.
"Stabilization and then straight to the CT with her, Shepherd is already waiting" Owen gave running instructions and pumped another dose of medication through your veins to hopefully get your circulation going. This quickly had its effect; electrical impulses showed up as current fluctuations in the curves of the line and relief flowed through the room.
"Weak sinus frequency but we can work with that," April stated and breathed a sigh of relief while wiping the beads of sweat from her forehead.
Meredith walked up to your naked torso, her hands gently falling on your messy and blood smeared hair, stroking it softly. She leaned forward, close to your face before whispering something into your ear. "I beg you, Y/n. Do not leave me alone," she begs your unconscious body while frantically stroking your wet hair.
She froze and lifted her eyes to meet the gazes of the people standing next to her. They urged her to go faster with prompting looks, but at the same time gave her the time she needed. A shudder ran over her body before continuing.
"I choose you, Y/n. Fight for us," she said calmly, watching as Owen carried you away on the stretcher.

Talking with Oliver about friendships is so fucking... Intresting lmao
#miranda talking shit#Hes making them sound like actual business things... And meanwhile im here like... Lol only thing in common with people all around me that#Invest time is that they care. They care differently all of them#But they do care in their own way about things/others. Uncaring and unfeeling people are generally not who i invest time in#Oliver: i want people around me with similar ambition and opinions. Meanwhile im there like... Gos there's so few in my life that share#My ambition. I know and have known people with bigger ambitions. Those who want to be well known artists.. Roo working to become a doctor#Giulio is an dentist surgeon... Linnéa is an nurse. Only thing about them all is that they are caring/loving people in their own way#To me... Money and work/ambition in that way doesn't... Matter. Not something i care about at all... So i think it works#For me having people with so different ambitions and higher knowledge than me bc they are also caring people and thus dont give an f about#Others choices or ambitions/money/background? I have friends who are driven and ambitious and hard working...#Which i am not but we are both... Okay with it? I mean i show my support for them and gladly listen to them discuss it with me#Maybe they don't like that i am so... Unambitious and so on but it doesnt seem to be on the level they wont be my friend lol#I just find talking with him so fascinating bc its almost always an different opinion than me#Unfortunately the more i hear him talk the more confident i feel like he would never talk to me outside of work ajdkfkslaldmgk#Which yeah a bummer but i get it. I am not an easy person to like or want around in general

Bela Dimitrescu never felt this way towards anyone.
As the oldest out of her sisters and the heiress to her family's winery business, she would take over a lot more of the dirty work than them, leaving barely any time behind to focus on herself.
She was always overworked, always pressured to be the best.
Her mother always tells her,
"Bela, you are your sisters' role model," Alcina blew smoke from her lips, unamused at the way she lost her composure over a little squabble with her younger sister, Cassandra.
"Yes, mother." Bela kept her head low, rubbing her upper arm slightly.
"Don't disappoint me."
Bela aimed to be the perfect daughter, the perfect heiress but still, she was never enough. She knew she wasn't. But when she saw you and how accepting you were, her walls melted like an ice sculpture by the dawn of spring.
She'd like to believe you were foolish for saving her, but deep down she knew it wasn't true. She was thankful. Thankful that despite the villagers' harsh words for saving a potential murderer of their wives and daughters, you stayed and nursed her back to health.
You were like an angel, much more than Mother Miranda would ever be, that's for sure.
As you watered your garden, she wondered to herself, could you look at her with that expression? A soft smile gracing your angelic features and eyes gleaming with nothing but love. No wonder your garden was filled to the brim with colorful flowers, even Bela can tell they were happy with you.
Could she also feel that?
Dubbed as a monster, mad, and even heartless; could someone like that feel love?
Or was it just wistful thinking?
A vampire and a human never end well anyway.
It's depressing, it's... mortifying how none of them got their happy ending; or at least as far as she's aware of.
She sighed, and when she did, you finally noticed her watching you by the wooden fences.
Molten honeyed eyes burned the sight of the way your face lit up into the depth of her mind. If you could look at her like that everyday, she's sure to become the happiest woman alive.
You approached her, still holding your watering can. She could feel her dead heart hammering against her chest for a few seconds before returning to its silence as she smirked at you. Her heart ached for you, a pain that she was so used to that she grew numb to it.
"How have you been, Bela?"
Your voice, god, your voice.
Bela can just melt into your arms right then and there, but she must stop herself. She wasn't like Cassandra who will keep anyone she's interested in near. She was the opposite, she didn't want you near, she didn't like how you made her feel this way, and yet she always found herself watching you.
Hopeless that she can never tell you how she felt without making herself feel vulnerable.
"I've been faring well." She replied, "How… How have you been?"
"I'm doing good now that you're here." You smiled.
The two of you soon fell into silence as you started to water your plants, now with her company.
It was agonizing, being by your side. Knowing full well that there are countless men and women in the village that can easily snatch you away from her. You were kind and gentle, anyone can find that charming. Heck, her sisters could even steal you away from her easily.
Cassandra was silver-tongued and shameless, she can lure anyone into her grasp as easily as she can murder them.
Daniela was unpredictable and wild, but she was loving, and she was everything Bela was not.
You noticed how she spaced out, reaching a hand out to wipe the dried blood from her lips. Your touch was gentle and it dragged her down to reality.
The reality where you told her that you'll wait for her to be sure of her feelings. You'll wait for however long it takes for her to say those three words. The reality where you belonged to her and she belonged to you despite no other promises being spoken.
She leaned into your touch, her yellow eyes refusing to look at you directly.
But she knew you understood. You understood her better than anyone, better than herself.
You guided her back to your porch where she laid her head on your lap as you sat down, her hood coming off to reveal her long, albeit a little tangled blonde locks.
You thread your fingers through it, detangling it and removing the dried blood clinging to the beautiful strands.
"Bad day?" You asked, closing your eyes.
"..." She shifted on your lap, confirming that she indeed had a bad day. You didn't ask anymore, you knew she didn't like sharing about things that bothered her and that was okay. She needed time and time you will give.
One of her flies landed on your hand, and you noticed it. You chuckled lightly as another desperately pulled your free hand towards Bela, likely her consciousness acting without her control.
You stopped threading your fingers through her locks and she had to stop herself physically from letting out a disappointed whine, you placed your hand on her waist instead and she froze.
"You can stay for however long you'd like, Bela."
You watched as she closed her eyes, another tender smile blooming across your lips, one with more affection than before. Her cold hand grabbed a hold of your warm one, squeezing it before her breathing slowed. Your fingers rubbed her knuckles silently, the contrast between your temperatures was like day and night, dead and alive; and yet you loved it.
You drifted into sleep along with her, perfectly comfortable and content now that she at least stayed and not ran off the second she showed you anything remotely close to physical touch.
Hours later you finally woke up, slowly opening your eyes and stretching your numb arms.
Your lap was absent from her cold body, but what you instead found was a stunning inflorescence of forget-me-not. Did she steal it from your garden? You chuckled.
The blues were easy on your eyes, and the meaning behind it in the flower language made you smile fondly.
"Oh, Bela."

Mass Effect Femslash Recs
Happy February 4th! For Femslash February, a nice collection of femslash fanfic recs! Asteriks by personal favs (★‿★)
* after the flood, all the colors came out by madamebadger - f!Shepard/Tali - Tali has nursed a crush on Shepard for years, but there was never any indication--any at all--that anything could come of it. And she has plenty on her plate with the rebuilding of Rannoch. But the truth is that the heart is not so easy to quiet. Especially when Shepard comes back to visit.
Almost Like Being in Love by Urdnot_wrekt - f!Shepard/Liara - As with any new relationship, Shepard and Liara can't seem to keep their hands to themselves.
Between Us by @anneapocalypse - f!Shepard/Tali - While the war rages all around them, what was between Tali and Shepard remains.
* building mountains in your memory by @chocochipbiscuit - f!Shepard/Liara - Liara spends two years mourning Shepard's death before Cerberus brings her back.
Cardamom and Cloves by wolframbeta - f!Shepard/Liara - Liara takes the night off from her duties as an information broker on Illium to share a meal and quiet conversation. It doesn't go according to plan.
Expiation by supernovasooth - Jack/Miranda - Miranda tries to apologize in her own way.
Faithfully Faithless by Settiai - Ashley/Liara - War and faith didn't exactly go hand-in-hand
For the Living by DrJekyl - f!Shepard/Samara - Samara's relationship with death has always been complex; her relationship with life and love even more so.
Grasping at Straws by Settiai - f!Shepard/Ashley - Ashley kept getting the feeling that she was missing something.
The Great Cabin Conspiracy of '73 by DrJekyl - Aethyta/Benezia - Two matriarchs somehow get stuck in a chilly cabin with no security escort and no extranet access.
Kiss and Get It Over With by ziskandra - Jack/Miranda - Faced with the end of the universe, old differences are set aside.
Motion by SomethingProfound - f!Shepard/Traynor - Sam Traynor's life would be a lot easier if Marines could keep their shirts on. Or: a new friendship aboard the Normandy between the ship's comms specialist and her Executive Officer blooms into something else as the war rages.
nights, by the light of whatever would burn by madamebadger - f!Shepard/Tali/Garrus - In every life, you have to make trade-offs. Shepard has always been at peace with what she's given up to be who and what she is, mostly because she's focused her attention on everything but her own personal life. Even her dearest friends know that she will always, to some degree, hold them at arm's length. But the war has a way of burning everyone down to their most essential selves, and in the end even Shepard can't help seeing, finally, what she wants, what she needs--and what she may have lost.
Purple Shadows by Settiai -Ashley/Liara - Ashley hadn't even considered that the Shadow Broker would be the best person to help clear her name. She'd reacted on pure instinct. It probably said more than she'd like it to say, that her first thought when in trouble was that she needed to find Liara.
* Rakhana by DrJekyl - Aethyta/Benezia - The revelation that the hanar are conspiring to uplift a newly discovered species, the drell, sends shockwaves through the galaxy and right into the T’Soni household.
A Recommendation by YourLocalPriestess - f!Shepard/Ashley - Ashley and Shepard haven't spoken more than a few words to each other since Ilos, and more importantly, since their kiss beforehand. But it had been over a week, and a recommendation leaves Ash with room to doubt what they have.
* Silent days, violent shades by acrosspontneuf - f!Shepard/Aria - ‘There’s profit in survival,’ Aria says, later, an offer masked as a parting shot as Shepard starts to walk away. They both know that Shepard can’t run, but Shepard allows herself the illusion for another stolen moment. The thought of disappearing is tempting - she could discover other galaxies, let this one save itself for once. She could live without being so intrinsically aware of how close she is to the end of it all.
something more comfortable by xenosaurus - f!Shepard/Tali - The first thing Tali does after Rannoch is move all of her things into Shepard’s quarters.
* Stolen Goods by DrJekyl - Aethyta/Benezia/Shiala - Benezia returns home early from a work trip and finds that Aethyta and Liara are up to minor mischief, with Shiala as their willing accomplice.
An Unexpected Pleasure by BlackJackKent - f!Shepard/Traynor - Shore leave is a time for cutting loose from the day-to-day protocols of military life, and after a few drinks at Purgatory, Sam Traynor finds the courage and motivation to try flirting again with Commander Shepard. She's fairly sure Shepard is interested in women too, and her intuition doesn't lie -- the only trouble is Shepard hasn't quite realized it herself yet.
Worth It by Pigeon_theoneandonly - f!Shepard/Traynor - In the midst of the reaper war, Shepard finds a pocket of normalcy for Sam.
