NOOO but for Warlord!Sanji I have a truly devastating idea.

what if the warlords think Sanji is dead for some reason?

kind of inspired off the last ask, but maybe marines capture Blackleg and put out newspapers talking abt the execution. and the strawhats try to get there but a devil fruit is involved and nobody can find his location and a whole week passes after the execution date with no sign from Sanji. the crew is desperate. Jinbei seems unusually wrecked and keeps disappearing to have dendenmushi calls but the others dont notice until the day four warlords appear on sunny's deck demanding to know where their son is.

but none of them know, that's the problem, they dont where he was and if hes alive where he would even be. the warlords are very quiet abt this. then they leave. every marine hq in an even remote vicinity is obliterated to bedrock; not just searching for Sanji, but in retribution for hurting him, whether hes alive or not

then a month later Sanji reappears in a comatose state being carried by Reiju, who explains that shes very sorry she couldnt bring him earlier, but although shed gotten past whaetevr devil fruit-enhanced boundary there was, she couldnt leave for a while, and even afterwards couldnt risk moving him too much due to the torture he endured to ensure he couldnt escape during the execution.

whatever happens next is up to you :)

Ohh loorrd. It starts as a normal skirmish but after the dust settles Sanji is gone with the higher ranking Marines from the fight. The Strawhats search and search for days but every night Jinbei excuses himself to make a phone call that lasts for seemingly hours. Then a paper comes with an article about Sanji and his pending execution. The Strawhats immediately try to make it there, to save him. But they can't find out where it's being held, no one has information on it. It's a black hole of information and Jinbei is somehow worse than before when the paper comes and explains the execution has happened. They keep searching, keep hoping to find something, anything. Jinbei keeps making calls.

The first to show is Doflamingo who Luffy immediately tries to punch but the tall man catches his fist. He's not smiling and he's not acting like he did on Dressrosa at all as Jinbei approaches. Boa is next and she hugs Luffy but she seems sad and distant as she sits with the two other warlords. Crocodile arrives and turns to sand to avoid the crew. Jinbei keeps stopping Luffy from hurting the two warlords he has beef with and Zoro is getting pissed when Mihawk gets on the boat. He eyes Zoro and asks what all that training was for. Zoro yells and goes to attack him. Mihawk just catches the blade in a haki hand and tosses him aside.

"Enough, all of you. There are more important things to worry about." Jinbei scolds them with a harsh look.

"Why are 'Mingo and Croc here?" Luffy demands.

"Why do we have four former warlords on our boat?" Nami asks.

"Mutual interest, you could say." Crocodile says as he puffs on his cigar.

"Where the hell are they?" Doflamingo asks looking at Jinbei.

"We don't know." Jinbei says. "So none of you have found anything either?"

"At this point we have to assume it is similar to Roger. The Marines know of their tie to us." Mihawk says as he crosses his arms.

"Are you talking about Sanji?" Luffy asks.

"Yes." Jinbei says.

"I thought given your track record with family you would have killed them." Boa says to Doflamingo.

"Yeah, and then I would have to deal with you four and ghost girl. No thanks." Doflamingo growls.

"Perona? The hell does she have to do with this? What the hell is going on, how the hell does the cook have ties to you people?" Zoro demands.

"Sanji is our child, Mihawk saved them when they were small." Boa answers which makes the crew either gasp or widen their eyes. Zoro stares at his mentor who is more tense than normal, bubbling rage under the man's skin.

"Hawkeye-" Crocodile starts.

"Call if you find anything." The swordsman growls as he gets back to his boat and leaves. Boa sighs and pats Luffy's shoulder and leaves. Doflamingo strings his way to the clouds and Crocodile looks at Zoro.

"He's never lost someone before, he doesn't blame you." Crocodile shrugs as he leaves with a nod to Jinbei. Jinbei then explains his time with Sanji and how he met the cook and their history. The newcoo brings reports of Naval bases being obliterated. The crew finds a new normal without their cook they really don't like. The Thousand Sunny isn't as bright without Sanji's smiles and songs. Brook can't seem to play a happy song and Chopper crawls into Zoro's hammock and cries after nightmares. Luffy doesn't ask for food near as much and Nami and Robin's cooking can't measure up and Usopp has to make a list to go on the fridge for ingredients for when they restock.

Then the soft boop boop is on deck one night makes Zoro look at this pink haired girl who is not Perona, holding the cook who is fucked up with a sorrowful look on her face makes him yell and wake the crew up. The rush of footsteps approach and Chopper immediately directs Reiju to the infirmary where he and Robin lock everyone out to start treating Sanji.

"What happened, Reiju?" Nami demands as she looks at the woman.

"The devil fruit hiding them was not something I had seen before, made it almost impossible to find him and even harder to get him out." Reiju explains.

Chopper and Robin come back after a while looking exhausted and tired. Jinbei looks exasperated as they listen to the list of injuries Sanji has sustained and Sanji being in a coma that he might not wake up from. The list is long and extensive, his knees and hips were dislocated, both his hands smashed repeatedly, multiple head traumas and cuts and stab wounds over his body.

When the other warlords come aboard they look at Reiju and the crew as Chopper approaches them and says they might want to sit down. He explains what Reiju did and how she got Sanji out and why it took so long and the state Sanji is in. He warns them that Sanji may never wake up but for now they are stable and there is a very close eye being kept on them.

"May I ask why you would risk your life to save Sanji? Given everything we know, Judge must be looking for you." Mihawk asks Reiju.

"I'm trying to fix past mistakes." Reiju answers.

"But you helped us escape Tottoland." Luffy says with confusion.

"Sanji's life before the warlords is not a happy one and up until their escape I may have never laid hands up on him but I certainly didn't stop our brothers." Reiju says.

"But wouldn't they have hurt you?" Nami asks.

"I certainly would have been able to handle it better, I have most of the mutations Sanji lacks." Reiju answers.

"So you saved them thinking this would absolve you of some of your sins? Interesting." Doflamingo says.

"She should be getting back to Germa unless we want to deal with another mess right now." Robin cuts in. "For now we need to figure out what to do with Sanji and how we will protect them."

"Kuraigana would be the simplest answer." Zoro points out.

"Amazon Lily as well but the Navy knows what we've been doing." Boa shrugs.

"Is that why Sanji's execution was so hidden? Their ties to you?" Nami asks.

"If Ace's execution was anything to go by having five former warlords and at least two emperors coming to interrupt an execution wouldn't end well." Crocodile says as he gestures at Luffy. "You also broke almost all of Impel Down out."

"That's true, Ace and the White Beard fleet may have struggled but if it wasn't for the warlords turning against the Navy as well as Shanks showing up we might have lost all of you." Robin points out.

"So what should we do?" Zoro asks.

"To be blunt we need to be prepared to set a time limit on how long we will wait for Sanji to wake up. Perhaps calling in Marco or Law to also check Sanji over." Robin answers.

The deck goes quiet and Chopper offers to let the parents see Sanji one at a time and Luffy agrees to let them stay aboard until they decide what to do. Reiju leaves after both of those are offered and no one really minds. If Germa also decides to come after them it'll be too much of a hassle.

They decide on two weeks. Crocodile helps Nami with the budget and Doflamingo is useful with the sails and watch. Mihawk and Boa settle in for kitchen duties, they're better than Robin and Nami but not as good as Sanji. Everyone aboard takes turns with spending time with Sanji and after about a week Sanji shows signs of waking up, and a few days later does. Chopper does a thorough check up as everyone waits for the news.

"You need to quit stressing about Sanji, you have grey streaks." Boa says poking Mihawk's hair.

"My life has been nothing but stress since he joined it." Mihawk says boredly.

"I can feel the love you have for your child radiating from you." Nami deadpans.

"I would say twenty some odd marine bases being destroyed for my son is a worthy sign of love." Mihawk gives her a look. Chopper comes to find them all though and looks at his clipboard and runs through everything.

According to his tests Sanji has no memory issues and is physically weak but given a few weeks he'll be fine. Chopper explains that the things Sanji went through will have a lasting effect on the cook's mental health, which everyone expected. Luffy, ever the optimistic, says they'll do anything Sanji needs. Everyone gets their turns to see Sanji and the parents get all the information out of Sanji they can regarding the torture/execution.

They stay a few extra days to make sure Sanji listens to his doctor and crew before departing. The crew finds it interesting how tender the warlords can be. Sure, they knew about Jinbei and Boa but the other three being kind and sweet was kind of weird.

Then the newscoo comes saying four warlords have launched an all out assault on the World Government for the failed execution of Sanji which makes the pirating world go insane.

you mindlessly cut away at the vegetables, looking at them but not paying attention. your mind was empty except for the doctor's words that rang in your ears endlessly, echoing into the abyss that once was filled with dreams and love for little ones that will never be anymore: "ma'am, you cannot bear children. you are... infertile." the only sensation that brought you back to reality was the stinging pain of a cut you inflicted upon yourself by accident, with small drops of blood pooling on the cutting board and staining the vegetables.

you breathed in through your teeth as you washed off the blood, though you kind of wish the pain remained, so you wouldn't be reminded of how inadequate of a wife you felt when you heard the doctor's news for you. peter came home and was greeted to the sight of you bandaging your fingers. "oh, welcome home..." you muttered as peter rushed over to you and whispered a "what happened, love?" to you.

you couldn't bring yourself to face him, how could you? you were betraying him and going back on your promise with him to have a beautiful family together, which can never happen anymore because you can't provide him with that luxury. "peter... i'm sorry." you uttered as peter put your hands in his and gazed up at your eyes, which were filling with tears. "i'm not enough... it's... it's my fault we can't be happy..." you murmured as the tears fell and peter shushed you, wrapping his arms around you, kissing and wiping your tears away.

"beloved... what do you mean? that's just not true..." he said as he brushed your hair out of your face. you wiped away at your tears and sobbed out the news to peter. "i can't get pregnant... we can't have... children... i'm sorry, peter..." you choked out through your sobs as peter's face fell as he took in the news. he breathed in deeply, unsure of what to say to assure you, because this hurt him badly, too. though... peter wasn't going to leave you all because he couldn't have a family with you.

he held you closer and kissed your cheek. "my love, it's not your fault. i know we've both dreamed of having our own little ones, but even if we can't have that dream come true... i'd want nothing more than to at least have you in my life. you are the sweetest dream i've ever dreamt of, my perfect woman, and you... you made all my dreams come true already by letting me be yours." he said as he kissed the crown of your head and caressed your arms. you cried even more at his confession, asking him in broken cries if he means it, to which he nodded and kissed your lips that were being stained with your tears. "i promise." he said as he leaned his forehead against yours.

even if you couldn't fulfil his dream of fatherhood, you've already fulfilled all his other dreams, dreams he believed were impossible to attain before you married him and settled in with him, making all his dreams come true already.

Nooo :) I’ll tell ya how they all find out tho!

I’m gonna have to get my notes app out for this, prepare for a lot of info!

So, after Kiki looses the champion battle, in his eyes, he’s lost everything, so he decides to take his half burned pelt and go back to the sea. He leaves his door unlocked to make sure his Pokemon can leave when they want,and yeah. He literally just drops of the face of the earth for a month

The terapagos thing happens without him,

(drayton goes down to area zero instead of him)

And for the first few days of him being gone, nobody really questions it because ya know, maybe he just needs some time to cool off. Until carmine starts to get worried, and goes to his dorm to find the the door unlocked only to find he’s not there and hasn’t been for a while now. And she also finds a note left behind by Kieran, the note says:

“don’t come looking for me,take care of my Pokemon, I’m not coming back”

One once Carmine tells everyone about the note,

They are basically like:

“well. What the hell do we do now?”

Even drayton is kinda shocked, because everyone knows how much Kiki loves his mons, he would never just leave them behind. Plus, You need a sea plane to get out of the Academy so they have no idea when he could have went. He couldn’t have just dived into the sea..? Right?

And uhh.. Carmine is absolutely distraught, she feels horrible,like she could have prevented it if she was “better.”

Juliana committed herself to looking for him as well.

Anyway eventually, Kierans decides to visit blueberry because he’s feeling better (and because he’s misses his friends) kieran decides to go to the club room because it’s night (and definitely not just dark outside) and no one is going to be there probably.

unannounced to him tho the bb league (+Carmine) had started meeting there for ‘study meetings’ (they are not studying, they are literally just screwing around) yea, Kieran walks in on them and when he realizes that his friends are there Kieran freezes up, he’s really happy to see his friends but ya know he wasn’t exactly mentally stable last time he saw em’ and he’s also wearing his pelt,

(excuse me here I’m not very good at writing reunions, this may drag on a bit)

Carmine lunges at him and hugs him,yelling at him about where the hell he’s been, and then everyone collectively realizes that he’s sopping wet and wearing an animal skin,(Pokémon skin??) Juliana pointing out that “isn’t that the seal skin we tried to burn?” Kieran gets nervous at this and try’s to hide in his pelt,drayton trying to lighten the mood is basically like “what are you some sort of Seal?” Kieran just says “yeah…” “mom was one so..”

The whole league club does a double take at that, Amarys probably saying something like “Kieran are you okay?” Kierans then rushes through another explanation of selkies and other stuff and then says “I uh, get it if you don’ want me here anymore..” and then he gets a hug from Juliana, and some and some match tea from Carmine:)

(I would go into more detail, but uhh I get nervous about my writing, plus I wanna leave this atleast a little open for interpretation-)

Tid bit time!

. I like the idea that selkies can regrow their pelt if they go back to the sea (only if the pelt is still wearable to an extent tho!)

. kiki would probably wear his pelt a lot after they found out probably over his uniform and with his hood down :)

"Oh god, shut up!" I yell at my phone that doesn't seem to stop ringing. It's my one day off who the hell is calling me. I grab my phone seeing the caller id

"ahh shit," I answer the phone "GODDAMN IT Y/N!" I pull the phone away from my ear knowing I'm probably gonna be def tomorrow "I'VE BEEN CALLING YOU FOR THE PAST FUCKING HOUR!" He said heaving breathing on the other side of the phone. ((Oh right for got to mention your his assistant, Gooooddd luckkk babes!!)) "Sorry sir, I was sleeping. I ju-" before I could get anything else out he cut me off "You what?" he said in a unsettling calm voice "I just woke up?" I said confused "My office now!" He said with a stern voice. "Oh uh sir, It's my day off." I said laughing not noticing he had hung up

As I was walking into Bakugo's building, I bumped into a tall, buff ass man goddaayuumm. I looked up and I had never seen him before and yet he looked so familiar. God he was Hot as shit, *NO! y/n get your shit together, no time for gocking if I don't get to Bakugo in 5 Minutes I'm as good as dead*

"Sorry." I said grabbing my papers and I was about to get off the floor when I was floating, what the actual fuck? "A cute girl doesn't belong on the floor." he said smiling with the most adorable smile ever! omg my heart I think it might explode. what a lovely death that would me I say taking a step back but regaining my footing *No! Y/n snap out of it! You need to get to Bakugo's office!*

"Ah Thank you for your help uhhm?" I questioned hoping he would answer. but why dose he look so- OH GOD! ITS DEKU. I freeze in shock "Midoriya, you?" I was just standing there like an idiot *Come on Y/n! All you gotta do is say your name.* "De- DEKU!" I scream making everyone look at me *YOU DUMB WHORE!* shit... "I-I mean um, I'm L/n! sorry I just um." I don't know what to say... He laughed "It's okay L/n don't worry abt it, I-" He was about to say something but i saw my coffee all over his I'm guessing very expensive shirt. "OH MY GODS! I'm so sorry, I spilt my Coffee on your shirt! I don't really have money to give you. ummm Here," I said reaching into my pocket. "Thats my card, If you need anything call okay? I'll be there I promise! I gotta go or i might get my head blown off. It was really nice to meet you Deku!" I said running to the stairs.

Wow she was cute, I wondered If she had a Boyfriend. She gave me her card for what? In all honesty I didn't know what for, its just coffee, yea it might stain but i can just get a different shirt. It's not the end of the world. She made me smile on how clumsy she was, I might just call her.

(Y/n Pov)

I knock on Bakugo's doors hearing him groan knowing that was his was of telling me to come in *SHIT I'm dead* I walk in seeing his back turned to me, "You asked to see me?" I asked walking to his desk. "Where were you?" he said in a calm voice which surprised me. "Oh, today was my off day sir. I thought that meant it was yours too." I said sitting in the chair Infront of his desk. He turned around "You have no off days Y/n" he said eyeing me up and down, I didn't really dress to work today. In all honesty I thought we would just ask me to get him lunch. And yes he calls me by my first name, idk why It doesn't bother me. He's never called me L/n since I started working here.

"You look horrible." he said standing up walking over to me. "Excuse me? You know I could've just not came in. And good luck with firing me, cuz you know damn well no one besides me could handle your explosive attitude Katsuki!" I said standing up and about to walk out but he was already Infront of me. He looked angry "Sit." He said with firy eyes. *Shit y/n what were you thinking, you need this job. You can't just quit like that.

He's defiantly gonna fire you now you DUMB BITCH* I was waiting for him to say not to come back but he didn't say anything. Not gonna lie I was scared, he's never been this quite. "Bakugo, I'm sorry I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed." I said sitting back down in my seat. "Deku, huh?" he said eyeing down on me. "Um what?" I said confused. "Oh you mean earlier? I bumped into him on my way up here and spilt my coffee all over him, So I offered to help him with something in return." I said smiling and grabbing the status report out of all the papers I had on my lap. "Also here," I said handing it to him "I finished it early, Although you're not gonna like it." I said standing up again.

"Didn't I tell you to sit," he said placing the paper on his desk, and making me sit back down by placing both of his hands on either side of the chair. his face was so close I could feel his breath on my nose. his eyes... why is he looking at me like that. My cheeks turn red and my shoulder tense up. "Bakugo w-what are you d-doing?" He moved his head off my shoulder, "It wasn't important, he said backing off me and back over to his chair. I can't help but to think that he was lying. "You can go home." he said going back to work on his computer. I wanted to say something but, I think it's best if I didn't. I walk out with out but before I close the door I look back to say something but his eyes are already on mine. His eyes widen, "There's no need to be jealous Bakugo, you know yours." I say smiling His cheeks turn the slightest color of pink *cute* I walk out of his office and turn to go to my desk *Welp I'm already here might as well get some work done.*

<<Later that day, everyone has gone home except you and Bakugo, that's usually how it is anyways>>

"I thought I told you to go home." A deep voice said, I knew who it was "And I am," I said grabbing my jacket. "I had a lot of emails to look at and since I was already here I just decided to stay." "Please don't call me that anymore, just call me Katsuki like you did earlier." he said as he leaned down I turned my head back forward and all of a sudden I felt a warmth on my lips, his lips were on mine?!?!?! His eyes widened and so did mine. He backed up and cover his mouth "I- I didn't mean to-" he was talking but I cut him off "No, N-no, it was my F-fault I shouldn't have-" I cut myself off and covered my mouth. "I- Um, Goodnight Bak- Uh I mean Ka-Katsuki!" I said as I turned around and ran inside my apartment.

*Oh god* I slid down my door and onto the floor. *I JUST KISSED KATSUKI BAKUGO!! I THINK IM GONNA PASS THE FUCK OUT.* my heart was racing and I couldn't catch my breath. What have I done?

in several instances of yuukei yesterday haruka and takane casually touch each other and while thats obviously cuz they're close friends, a lot of close friends dont act that way or arent comfortable with touch yknow!! in fact takanes the one to start most physical interactions with him. i could be crazy enough to go and check but im gonna trust my memory. and bc i love art where ene is jumping on shintaro and stuff i like to think takane is Actually touchy with ppl she trusts. also she doesnt register personal space sometimes, and ends up standing too close without noticing until someone points it out. i guess this is a bit contrary to a typical takane interpretation (UR STANDING TOO CLOSE DUMBASS🙄🙄🙄🙄 tsundere moment) but i think it's a fun spin to it. i think kenjirou is the one to most point it out like Girl step BACK ur all in my zone and she's like UGH WHATEVER and haruka also notices but never rly says anything. he probably loves it lol haruka's so overdue physical connection he loves that takane doesn't mind touching him or being close to him. also since they have a big height difference its not like she's all up on his face. i think takane starts letting go more once her ene secret's out and stops caring so much but it sorta comes back when ayano and shintaro join the group. i think shintaro especially would point out UGH WHY ARE YOU STANDING SO CLOSE TO ME or even question why she's so close to haruka or ayano. haruka and ayano are all like NOOO DONT WORRY I DONT MIND but takanes already mortified and is more self aware

another one. takane with her big old headphones. yeah yeah uses them disconnected to get haruka's attention Whatever she also uses them bc she prefers hearing stuff muffled instead of hearing it directly 👍 when she gets overwhelmed she puts those things on with the music to the max and just logs out for a min

OH also this is a canon one😼😼😼 her leg bouncy thing. shintaro points it out in the seventh novel that takane is bouncing her leg and says it's a nervous habit he never noticed on her but TO ME. SHE DOES THAT❤️ takane has huge leg bouncer energy i bet she makes the whole table shake and everyone asks her to quit it and she says Damn ok sorry and stops it for a total of 50 seconds before starting again

anyways in summary hs takane is like. tends not to notice personal space, hates touching stuff with her hands, likes having control over what or how she hears, and has a tough time staying still. POST STR... its all to the max. takane is overly aware of everything. all 5 senses are as much of a nightmare as they are a relief and it's all mixed together!!!!

ok her sensory needs that she already had pre ene are still there but completely amped up, except the personal space one. now everyone is always too close and literally just opening her eyes (HEH!! OPENING EYES!!!!) is super overwhelming bc WHOA EVERYTHING IS SO CLOSE AND HUGE AND HD. i could imagine comparing it to like, wearing contacts for the first time for any fellow glasses wearing people. like u know this, youve seen all this. but suddenly youre watching it differently without a frame around ur eyes and it just feels weird. for takane the frame was a screen instead of the glasses yknow. and to her its A LOT

i think post str takane keeps using her powers and having meltdowns because on top of all the existentialism she has to deal with being alive and everything, suddenly She Cannot Control Anything And It Is A Nightmare. she can't handle the lack of control she has over her needs and body temperature. just feeling hungry or sweating after walking for a little in summer makes her upset. bc she gets her body back during summer so GOOD LUCK WITH THAT GIRL. the clothes she wears feel all insane and irritated and nauseous!!! awful!!! even showers feel strange bc AUGGHHH so much is touching her at once!!! she also hates eating soooo yeah also a thing. i think she's always been a picky eater but post str its like she will only eat like 2 things or something

ON THE OTHER HAND.... it suddenly goes on the opposite end. like for a few days she's nightmare overstim city and then she's SUPER understim and COMPLETELYYYYY over eager about having a body and horribly indulges in like. overeating and running around <- overeating (especially when u usually avoid eating), awful for ur tummy. running a lot when u have chronic pains, also awful for ur pains later. sooo nothing she wont pay the price for later. it needs to get pointed out to her she needs to find a balance and cant have all or nothing (by haruka probably)

the personal space thing comes back here like she gets So touchy and needs hug or death. i think she can be all happy hugging haruka and all of a sudden pushes him away and is like WHOA I NEED TO GET OUT OF MY BODY RIGHT NOW MAYBE RIP MY SKIN OFF TOO MAYBE so it's rly like a light switch all of a sudden she can get overwhelmed with it and revert. like jumping back and forth between seeking and avoiding sensation.

i drew this once but haruka with his arms inside of takane's sleeves LOLLL i think skin to skin rly helps her when she's feeling like she needs sensation. a big part of the sudden overindulgence is OUGH IM REAL!!!! bc like i said takane isnt just dealing with having a body again she's dealing with having her Life again. being alive again. and she LOVES being alive. and the avoidance of all these sensations sometimes piles up and ends on the opposite like I NEED TO EAT💥💥💥I NEED TO SCREAM💥💥💥💥I NEED TO RUN AND HUG AND KISS AND DANCE AND SWIM💥💥💥 yknow. so yeah haruka helps her a lot with it when she needs touching and hugging 🙏🙏🙏 cuz he also wont get offended if she's suddenly like Ok get away from me before i explode🙏

also post str takane To Me also has mobility issues like haruka does bc all her muscles are atrophied from yknow Not moving for 2 years so it's like, even more that she has to deal with. physical therapy is incredibly invasive to her too so it's extra difficult. i think haruka and her do it together and that's why haruka is so on top of what's going on with her, he's the closest and sees her whenever she's the most vulnerable. also their situations are So similar they cant help just gravitating to each other for support. i also think haruka's the one to always point out to her when she's overindulging like Hey i love that ur rly enjoying that bigmac but i can already see you wanting to rip out ur organs later tonight so maybe dont eat a third one.

anyways ermmm takane's biggest challenge is Stop resorting to opening eyes whenever it gets too bad. like i also got sensory issues and assuming whoever is reading also does imagine having the option to just Jump out of ur body when its feeling Awful. ofc ur gonna take it when ur feeling like that. but it doesn't help takane to do it. while it helps her to calm down, it's not good in the long run. she actively wants a PHYSICAL life and work on all this. takane never wanted to die and is super motivated to get better but it's not quick or easy!!! eventually she finds a good balance i think. she's still a rly touchy person who hates grabbing her phone directly without the sleeves in the middle and will only eat like 3 things❤️ but also a hug lover❤️

ok misc stream thoughts!!!

ANYWAY livestream over nice 30 pulls of aventurine funds for anni!!!! they didnt do anything insane but honestly it was kinda cope to expect them to, ratio for free was clearly a more of a spontaneous move and hes available throughout anniversary anyway so the "another 5*" were.... a little over the top im sorry wjkjwdjkwdjk altho i wouldnt have complained obviously. a free himeko or sth couldve been on theme for the cosmodussy event but eh cant be helped

im actually glad for the skippability of the reruns 😭😭 like i have luocha n jingliu (+ LC for latter) so by skipping acheron for now im gonna have a nice time getting aventurine and most likely his LC (2/3 of his 4* LC selection is so sad tho), love that fucker hope he gets to do proper mayhem in story too. cool death talk please dont actually die yourself for real for real tho i will be sad. like i do think its based of aventurine to pull off a stunt that appears to be what we in the business might call a certified chapter 5 komaeda moment but. ahahaha nooo dont actually die youre such a funny hat man .

(also sick boss form is sick but . bootleg FL im sorry aventurine. they hit perfection already and theyre never fucking topping the galaxy cape cyclops eye beak mask drip i swear JSWJWJDKWJKDWJK but also yes me biased? in favor of that ginger? i could never)

leakers public shaming session was definitely a jumpscare but i do genuinely empathize w shaoji on that one. like. ive always been one for kit + banner leaks first and foremost and story leaks just. i dont care for them much. ive had my share of looking at them occasionally but i definitely agree with the way story leaks either by themselves or when misconstrued and misinterpreted really fucking mess with the intended experience for any given story and how that must feel like shit for the writers. like if story leaks stopped happening altogether id be perfectly content. and thats just ppl who look at story leaks on purpose cuz. im not going to even begin w how like. yes the leaks subreddits and most big leakers do spoiler warnings and keep the story stuff spoilered. but then theres literally the entire rest of the internet where shit gets spread untagged and without warnings the second they are posted anywhere at all and how that fucking ruins peoples experiences. like its 1 thing to click at a spoiler tagged post knowingly and get ur experience messed up with. but when u dont even want to see it its rly fucking bad and i v well understand condemning all story leaks (even those properly flagged) just on that basis alone. but yeah actually felt bad for him there and see where he was coming from for sure, even as a consumer of leaks

Anyway. biggest priority is holding strong w skipping acheron as sick as her animations are but def looking forward to her teaser and the animated short. like . even with the black swan dykery. (that was a fucking jumpscare too). i dont need her rn. despite how cool she is 😭😭

& also have to say im v happy they clarified their stance on hi3rd references like. the way theyre going abt it is absolutely how it should be going. hsr by nature is more directly linked to hi3rd like honkai is in the name but its such a dumbass idea (like some fan takes out there....) to want the stories of hsr depend on another games lore. rewarding old fans with easter eggs and tidbits is perfectly fine and im even interested in seeing where they go with acherons obvious raiden situation - especially knowing theyre not about to ruin their own story with "it was hi3rd all along!" (not that i ever rly thought theyd seriously blunder that bad lmao 💀) . so yea thats neat

i think story wise im not gonna say much of my thoughts bc unfortunately i have clicked on like. a leak or four. not the major stuff i dont think but enough that commenting on stuff w some of the things im aware of in the periphery is going to tint stuff . but im still excited to see where things go!!!

AAND OH. ACTUALLY i do have one more thing . so the multiple POV thing being actually implemented is SOOOO good im so fucking happy theyre committing to it being a thing 😭😭😭 like SO many story pitfalls can be avoided by just letting it be that TB doesnt need to be fucking everywhere a major thing happens as the centerpiece of events so we as players can see it. like it gives a way of showing different events and sides of characters in a much more natural manner its sooo good that theyre implementing it already. like this alone has me in such high hopes for the story going forward. like yea theyve branched from our POV before already and in penacony as well but expanding on it even more is 100% the correct way forward

last thing: god they did jingliu so dirty in her concert illustration. WHAT is she wearing 💀💀💀anyway yeah lesgo 2.1 its cool

OK SOMEEEE gripes

im ACTUALLY extremely conflicted on some of the present day stuff and i think its mostly down to the characters

like im very happy with jeff, and i think he's fine as is - brilliant, even, bc hes a genuinely refreshing take imo as opposed to what they could have easily done (i.e unlikable, distant from it all husband). not that he would be CRAZY or unreasonable to resent shauna, but like... its just fucking so much funnier + more interesting to me to see a character kind of just go with it, rather than to have them stew in angst. like i think its more interesting and allows for them to explore different beats than what you'd assume they would if you'd just known the basics of what shauna was up to. imo

similarly i was happy with adam as a character, too, and i think they developed him well enough for who he was and how he functions in this story. im glad he didnt turn out to be javi (if he was, i guess, bc he still could be technically that kinda suck wway more now tbh booo) and whilst there was nooo way he was gonna survive if he was just some guy which he was

theres also guys like kevyn. my jokes aside abt how scary he is im kinda fine with him, and i do actually makes some kinda sense that hes a cop + that he's now so straight-laced. some loser divorced dad. and it'd be a good comparison to natalie, and the lifestyle she lives now and how their paths diverged. however i kind of wish they'd... just let him go? like i wish he'd been at the reunion, and they'dhad that exchanged and then he'd just walked away to his wife and kids and her back to the yellowjackets no return no return no return huh what was that YEHA. my point is. i feel like there's no true resolution between them two thats organic and it just kinda feels weird to keep him around past that. i know they need a cop character for whats happening with shauna now but it just feels kinda ... bizarre to have him playing that role with that creep dude. bc whilst i do prefer limited characters in a show like this and to keep it tight and clean it just feels weird for it to be him and for it to be THAT insular AND, again, for him to keep sticking around when i dont feel like theres anywhere for him to go.... like its kinda DIFFERENT with the other cop dude, bc he isnt pre-established and he does kinda just function moreso as just. a fucking yuckhead fuckhead but instead its just this weird uhhhh. and kevyn is back! um. he will continue serving this purpose and we will never touch on him and natalie again. bc we shouldnt ofc but it also feels weird to have him there without ever mentioning it LOL

who else. fuck. like i am also very conflicted abt tai's wife and son like.... they do just feel a bit like- theyre just there? and i think that DEFINITELY makes some sort of narrative sense with tai, and with her whole deal- she has it all, she has everything but she has nothinnggg but... IDK KINDA SAD MAN. bc its weird i'll go back to this with jeff and callie, but it does make SENSE that the non-yellowjackets characters are always gonna be secondary with the story theyre telling in more ways than them just being secondary characters but with how fucking impossible it is to reconnect with fucking ANYONE after everything they did/went through BUT ITS LIKE... like i said i kinda like jeff and ironically his absolute lack of personality became a personality, whereas with simone&sammy i feel like theyre just kinda... SUPER functioning and that does kinda make me worry because whilst i know a lot of ppl are yelling for tai/van endgame... i dont know it feels weird to write them off fuckin completely which is what i feel like the show might kinda lean into at some point...😭like i want more for them, and from them. and i also sorry i also hate fucking "scary child who sees the supernatural" trope SORRYYYY its so tired to me and so lazy . give this kid some proper fucking development

and i think its also another issue im having with the present day stuff. theres too many characters rn and its being misspent. like do not get me wrong im not against quirky elijah wood BUT i feel like misty's ENTIRE. FUCKING. ARC. RIGHT. NOW. would be so much more fucking effective if she was alone and tracking down natalie by herself and kinda struggling with that. OR if they kept up her rapport with jessica- like have her tag along, whether it'd be under the guise of a fixer or not, and maybe have her cause some tension bc again if eel like.. ITS SO MUCH WEIRDER just having jessica's entire stint just come to an end in the way it did and it would have been a much more solid throughline into s2 than to bring in elijah wood whos just genderbent misty and its like . ok its just nott.... INTERESTING TO ME... SO WHAT. SHES FOUND A GUY LIKE HER? WHO CARES MAN. IM SAYING THIS AS A LITTLE FREAK WHO CANT CONNECT WITH OTHERS & YEARNS FOR KINSHIP, LIKE... I JUST FEEL LIKE ITS KINDA BACKWARDS AND REGRESSIVE AND NOTHINGGGG. jessica was a much weirder fucking dynamic and i think could have been interesting and i do think theres ways they could have had them both pursue natalie but now its just... ehhhhhh like

and i also feel like elijah wood is kinda bringing up the comedic parts of misty's story and dont get me wrong i LOVED a lot of the dark humour bits from her in s1 but i feel likw now its kinda getting too close to just. that. kinda like just oh funny joke funny dark humour. and losing a lot of the substance it should have, which is kinda necessary to the humour itself....AND he's sort of stealing her limelight like WHO CARES. GO AWAY DUUDE. have confidence in misty to be able to CARRY this shit, cmon, bc no offence elijah but SHE WAS WAY BETTER AT IT! bc thats whats so GOOD ABOUT THE SHOW OTHERWISE- you have the confidence to let all these girlies to carry their plotlines by themselves, so dont slip!!! GET BACK UP. and again im saying with the too many characters thing- its just... ehrhh. who cares to spend so much time on him??? whos just out of nowhere when its like.. again i'd prefer it if you spent that time with taissa or with .....

SHHES PROBABLY THE PERSON IM THE MOST CONFLICTED ON IN THE WORLD. bc in so many ways again i feel like we cant focus on her too much in shauna's little life that shes made for herself but I JUST... I CANT HELP BUT FEEL LIKE WE'RE IN THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE SPOT IMAGINABLE WITH CALLIE, wherein we dont get enough of her and her side to really empathise with her but we get too much of her to find her on the wrong side of irritating-AND THAT. SUCKS. THATS THE WORST. EVER. BECAUSE SHES LITERALLY A TEENAGE GIRL. I FEEL LIKE THERES SO MUCH MORE THEY COULD DO WITH THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SHAUNA/CALLIE IF THEY PUSHED FOR IT MORE, BUT ITS JUST... again its in this such an awkwwaarddd position where they only bring her in to be difficult it feels like. and the thing is? shes being reasonable. MORE than. shes totally justified in all the shit shes doing. but bc of the unfortunate way its framed she comes off as...... sadly.... unlikable which . again AGAIN IT SUCKS. 1. scara !! surprised or not, he's canonically good at cooking and i find that funny in a cute way he gets so offended when others look so shocked like since when does people with an attitude can't cook?? (/lh). more civil in the kitchen too because "there're places to pick a fight and it's not here, you idiot."

2. heizou !! his cooking skills may not be as impressive as scara's, but i'd say sufficient enough <3 he makes good sandwiches for a quick picnic break! but likes whining that his arms are 'sore' so his 'knight in shining armor (me)' to help him out, hmph. (/aff)

3. ayato !! he can't cook and should not be allowed in the kitchen. i swear, 'yato views the kitchen as a laboratory because instead of making edible food, he puts stuff into the pot like a witch brewing potions 😭 banned from the kitchen forever. (/j)
