a/n: hiiiii!!! this is based on this request! sorry for taking a bit, i've been swamped with homework. i have one more in my inbox but im still taking requests! you can uses any of the prompt lists linked or just send me any request you have!

Hotch had a problem. He didn't necessarily want this problem, but he also didn't want to fight it. He had started to develop feelings for his coworker– who is also his subordinate– Y/N.
It started pretty recently. The team got back from a case and he told Jessica he would need her to watch Jack for a couple more hours. Unfortunately, that couldn't work for her, so he asked if she could talk to the babysitting agency and get someone in before she left. All was well when he last heard from her, and he was told that if they can't get someone out, they'll call him.
That’s why when his personal phone rang, he closed his eyes and pinched the bridge of his nose, muttering “this is the one time I’m wishing they’re calling about my car’s extended warranty.” Alas, he picked up the phone and saw it was the agency he used, and they couldn't get anyone out this late in his area. He was so frustrated, he wanted to cry, which was more common than not recently.
After hanging up, he was so lost in his head, preparing to head out and take his work home with him (he never liked doing this, too scared Jack may see something he shouldn't). He didn't realize his door was opened the entire time, and he certainly didn't realize that Y/N had popped her head in with a mildly concerned look on her face.
“Hey, I was just heading out… are you okay?”
He jumped the tiniest bit, and looked up at her. “Uh, yeah. I’m actually leaving too.” He stood up and grabbed the pile of files in his desk, preparing to shove them in his briefcase, when he looked up for a millisecond to see the confused look on her face. “Jessica can't watch Jack for the rest of the night and there are no babysitters available this late of notice. I have to bring work home.”
Hotch didn't know what to expect from his oversharing, but it definitely wasn't the next words out of Y/N’s mouth. “I can watch him!” He looked at her. She looked at him. Y/N suddenly laughed to herself and shook her head. “Sorry, I meant to say if you need me to, since I’m already heading out, I can watch him until you're finished up here. I know how you feel about bringing those files home.”
“I couldn’t ask you to do that–”
“You're not asking!” She promptly cut him off. “Trust me, Hotch, I want to do this for you. The sooner you say okay, the sooner I can go relieve Jessica.”
He numbly nodded, putting his briefcase on his desk. “Yes, thank you. I owe you for this. I’ll let Jessica know and I promise I won't be too long so that you can enjoy the rest of your night.”
And it was that simple of a solution. He did his work, you watched Jack, and when he got home, he was able to witness you putting his kid to bed. It was sweet (beyond sweet, really), and since then, whenever the team got back from a case and he needed extra help with Jack, Y/N would volunteer without being prompted. He loved seeing the little moments Y/N had with Jack, so much so that he would sometimes come home a little early (he could survive the extra work on a night Jessica was babysitting) and offer to have Y/N stay for dinner, which turned into bedtime for Jack, and then a little wine after he was asleep.
He didn't know when the feelings began to develop exactly, but once he noticed the excitement of going home to not only Jack but also Y/N, well he wanted to put a little bit of space between them. He wishes it was a gradual thing– really, he does– but he kind of just started declining her offers, making sure to book a babysitter hours (sometimes days) prior so that there were no issues with someone watching Jack. He hadn't taken into account what Y/N would be feeling about this shift, and he wasn't sure why he was so surprised when she marched into his office after a case; a time where they would normally arrange for her to watch Jack.
“Did I do something? Did I hurt Jack, or offend you, or literally anything wrong?”
“Excuse me?” His head whipped up from the papers under him.
“We had a routine. Something happened to disrupt the routine. I just need to know what I did wrong.” She looked sad. That was something Hotch didn't see on her often.
“You didn't do anything wrong.” He placed his pen down and stood up, closing his office door and standing in front of Y/N. “I have this problem.” He didn't know how else to state it, but he had to say something now or she’d think that his problems are her fault (and he would say a hundred times over that this was never her fault). “I don’t want to feel things for you but at the same I have this need to be near you 24/7.”
Eyes wide and deep breaths, the only thing Y/N could utter out was “what?”
Hesitating, Hotch stepped a little closer. “After seeing you with Jack and spending more time with you I…” he scoffed and shook his head “this is so juvenile.”
“Keep going, please.” Her response was quick. She needed him to finish.
“I want to be near you all of the time and I got scared of that– we work together, I’m your unit chief, I shouldn't be feeling things the way I do so I just… I pulled away.”
The silence was suffocating for the minute Y/N took to digest all that was said, but after what felt like years to Hotch, he felt her hand tentatively touch his, gently raking her nails down his palm before interlocking their fingers. “You don't have to… pull away.” The shy look was turning into one of awe. “We can… be around each other more often. See what happens. If you want.”
Maybe Hotch didn't have a problem. He felt a warmth spread through his body at the mere thought of being closer to Y/N, to seeing what happens with them, to a future. He definitely didn't have a problem.

like idk. i miss seeing content from s.igne (though i respect gab wholeheartedly). i miss fanart from my favorite artists. i miss older eras of j.se at times (and yes, there were older eras, the way people pretended he Never Changed is just weird). i miss old anti designs. i miss the old fic trends. i miss having a very active fandom (though i am so happy to see the new arrivals) and i miss seeing him interact with fans the way he did on tumblr back in the day. i miss the way i used to interact with some of the blogs here before i decided to fuckin,,, wage holy war and make enemies out of them (joking, but i have seen sides to some of these people that i wish i could tear out of my memory). i miss feeling confident that i could trust the good intentions of people here and even the big man himself (not god. that makes sean sound like god. you know what i mean). i miss when some of you weren't so fucking bitter which is funny because i'm the bitterest bitch alive. idk. i don't think it's bad to miss any of these things because i'm not going to be an ass and act like it's anybody's fault. i'm not going to be bothered by gab for being happy because i'm glad she is happy, and i'm not going to get bothered by sean taking a reasonable step back from this hellsite when people were cruel to him, and i'm not going to get mad at trends for changing because that is how time works. but i do miss things and i know its cringe and parasocial and perhaps even problematic but i hate having to pretend like i never have Any feelings about the past lest i break a hypothetical rule of what is the Normal level of attachment to an online community. okay. i think i'm done now.

Sometimes I'm like yeah, things are getting better. I'm exercising, eating good, taking my meds, I have a good job, my dogs are healthy and sweet. And then stuff like this happens and it's like no actually what am I doing? Like seriously feeling so stupid. I moved into this apartment with her to help her go to school but I wanted to move to this state too. But I really regret it today.
#like yeah the people are weird but its better than where I used to live#and I want to enjoy it but she makes it so hard#like I told her look im stressed and youre stressed so lets not come home and take it out on each other this should be a peaceful place#and she just wants no part of it#after she spit on me she grabbed my arm and then pulled the front of my hair and I was just in shock#sometimes we spend time together and its good but the second she gets stressed#and I gave her the only bedroom so im stuck#literally what was I thinking giving her the bedroom it didnt make her more excited to be here#she was so upset we couldnt afford a two bedroom so I was trying to make her comfortable and happy#literally what was I thinking moving in with her#I was supposed to go to my parents house and pack up the rest of my remaining things into storage but I dont think I can make myself go

working with mike
(this doesn't follow the plot directly and mike works like more than just 3 shifts, also this is legit 2k words long i got so so so carried away im just so in love with mike, apologies!! its also not been proofread sorry <3)
before mike is hired alongside you, steve raglan had given you the job a week or so ago after you had lost your last job over a silly customer dispute (the customer is never right) and steve was your last hope at job, and bingo he had one. here you are 2 weeks later, waiting by your car outside the rundown pizzeria, waiting to train the new guy whose supposed to help you
a car pulls up and out comes a very pretty, but very tired/drained, looking guy, you introduce yourself with a small smile and he doesn’t return it, and is like “im mike”, you give him the benefit of the doubt that he hasn't smiled at you, new jobs are stressful.
the first shift goes fine, you tell him the basics and show him the training video tape, which alongside your commentary of making fun of some of it and nit-picking little things finally gets an amused smile from him. you can see him ease up a little. he doesn’t talk as much as you do but he seems to enjoy your ramblings.
you show him the showtime performance after he looks confused about ‘animatronics’ . watching his reaction of the animatronics rendition of talking in your sleep by the romantics is a little amusing to you but you were the same way when vanessa had shown you originally.
“its something isn’t it?” he doesn't reply, he just stood looking in disbelief.
when morning rolls around, you show him how to lock up and then give him his own key that steve had given you.
“wasn’t so bad was it?”
“it was..different”
the second shift alongside mike is different but a good different. he’s running a little late and walks in on your blasting an 80s hot pop hits tape over the old speakers, vacuuming the main dining area. a smile, that melts his heart a little, lights up your face as you see him walk in.
“im sorry i’m late the babysi-”
“hey, dont stress it. you still made it!”
he is not used to someone being so nice and friendly to him?? its foreign but he finally cracks you a small smile, watching you as you turn on the vacuum and continue listening to the music. (i need to hug him i stg)
he hasn't met anyone as nice as you in a long long time, it’s refreshing for him
and not in a creepy way !!!!!!!!!!! but he watches the cameras and watches as you just listen to the music as if the world isn’t there and continue to clean the area.
“need a hand?”
mike speaks up as you take a break leaning against a table, facing the main stage, the curtains open (as your next task is going to clean around the animatronics, it’s getting too dusty), music turned down quietly. he comes and leans against the table with you. you start small talk, saying something about the animatronics and you guys talk a little.
“so, you said something about a babysitter, do you have, like, a kid or something? sorry if im being too nosy, please tell me to shut up or something” mike cannot get over how nice you are
and then mike explains his living situation, and then the two of you get into a discussion about how families can suck and be shitty ect
and mike really likes how you don't pry or ask him lots of questions like others have done in the past, this man is really liking you and he’s only know you for two days
“this guy…must’ve been on something to make this place” and mike laughs a little !!! for the first time you got him to laugh !!
“yeah it’s something isn’t it..” both of you are sat against a table just staring at the animatronics in front of you
the two of you make small talk as you wipe down the dust covered tables but you can see how tired he is, he’s yawning a little bit.
“hey, you know, you can like sleep on the job by the way?” he looks up at you from the table, “sometimes i take a good couple hours nap in the office, no ones breaking into this place anytime soon”
he tries to protest and mentions towards the cleaning products and you brush him off, “go, you need it”
mike feels a strange warmth in his heart the hasn't felt, maybe ever? and he naps for a few hours whilst you continue to clean around. cleaning isn't in your job description but honestly you’re worried about the level of dust entering your lungs y'know
a loud thud and chair scraping noise comes from the office and you run to it and see mike on the floor, he looks confused and you help him to sit up. you ask if he’s okay but he seems out of it, “mike, whats wrong?”
sitting on the floor together, mike explains everything to you and opens up to you about a little brother he had, and tells you about his dream issues and sleep issues and you can see he’s upset and shaken by this dream. He shows you the sleeping pills and he explains the dream theory he’s been reading about.
“this is the part where somebody usually calls me crazy”
“you aren’t crazy, mike” mike notices how kind you eyes are and how warm your voice is, “i’ve seen crazy. you are far from it” you joke a little and he has the faintest smile tug at his lips.
finally home time woo !! as you lock up the gate, you watch as mike goes to his car, “mike wait!”
he turns around almost instantly at your voice as you run up to him, you pull something out from your hoodie a fazbear security badge and hand it to him, “you’re officially security now” he takes it from you and thanks you with that small smile.
3rd shift passes (you could’ve sworn foxy was standing in a different spot and bonnie’s hand placement looked completely different) and vanessa comes for her weekly visit and meets mike. when you aren’t with them, vanessa brings up the fact that you’re one of the kindest and nicest people she’s ever met and mike agrees.
next shift goes by and another and you guys have a long conversation about everything and you tell him more about yourself. hes never really been romantically involved with anyone but somebodysss got a crush (its him and well, you do too). and then you let him sleep and decide to tackle the old kitchen. (you could’ve sworn you heard someone walk down the hallway but you double check and no ones there)
mike dreams again and you swear you hear a groan and you walk to the office to see him, out of breath, breathing, clutching his arm and theres blood coming from it and he looks up at you trembling. “oh my god mike, what happened?”
you sit opposite him, patch him up and make him a hot drink, and he's explaining everything to you and you can tell he’s really getting bothered by these dreams. (you also think hes hurt himself from falling off the chair somehow..unbeknownst to you)
he’s tearing up a little and you just hold his hand in yours, and he's looking at your kind eyes and he doesn’t know how to react to being touched, he stops talking (mike is incredibly touch starved oh my god) and, carefully, you lean forward and hug him very gently.
he’s stiff at first but you can feel him relax into the hug and he wraps his non-injured arm around you and grips onto your back, “its okay mike. you’re okay” you can tell he really needs this hug and you can tell no one has really hugged him in a long time.
when the shift ends and you say goodbye for the day, your car just refuses to start. you cannot start it at all. you get out the car and look at it in a huff, but lucky for you mike hasnt driven a way yet
he gets out his car and you explain to him about your car, and he offers if you want a lift home or at least back to his house (his house is much closer than yours) and you can call someone about the car and you agree.
the drive is nice, you notice he has a great taste in music
meeting abby!! mike excuses himself for a shower whilst you're ringing the mechanics for your car, and he accidentally falls asleep on his bed after. when he wakes up (a good hour or so later, which you really don't mind) he walks into the living room to see you and abby sat on the floor colouring together with a cartoon on the tv, and you guys are really getting along and she’s wearing your security guard vest and badge. (her friends told her to trust you)
“uh abby, why dont you get ready for school?” mike speaks up, causing you both to look in his direction.
you can't fight the fact that he looks hot with joggers and shirt on, looking sleepy as hell aHHH
“okay” abby smiles and gives you back your stuff and runs off to her room to get ready for school.
he walks over to you and sits down on the couch, “im sorry for falling asleep-”
you sit next to him and place your hand on his arm and smile, “its fine, mike, really. your sister is lovely”
mike looks up from your hand and looks at your face. he looks sleepy and gorgeous and you look gorgeous to him and your eyes are so kind and theres a moment. some sort of magnetic force kinda pulls your faces closer together.
“im gonna be late!” says abby running into the room.
mike drops abby to school and you stay in his house, waiting for the mechanic to eventually call you back like he says he will. you feel a little awkward sitting on his couch watching tv but you have nothing better to do.
he comes back he offers you a shower and some of his clothes as he feels bad for you having to sit in work clothes.
the way his heart feels when he see’s you walk out to the bathroom and back to the couch next to him wearing one of his sweatshirts and a pair of his joggers as well hMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmm (too early for love?)
he smells good
you must both drop off to sleep, as a few hours later mike opens his eyes for a minute to the TV showing some drama show, and then he notices a heavy feeling on his chest. there you are, passed out, in his clothes, head on his chest peacefully asleep.
this is something he’s never felt before !1!!1
he blushes (thank god you’re asleep) and brushes a hair out of your face, staring down at your sleeping face (uh oh someones in love) before grabbing the worn blanket from behind him and throwing it over your exposed legs.
you stirr a little, your arm wrapping around his lower half and he's so flustered and sleepy and aHHHH
he wraps his arm around your shoulders gently and passes out again (PART 2??)

I like your writing about the Blue Lock player female reader! Can you do a Sae one? Sae saw the reader for the first time in the Blue Lock vs Japan u20 match. Before the match, he hears something about a girl being a football player in Blue Lock. This surprised him and made him curious about why would they let a girl in a male team. He didn't think much about it, as he is on his arrogant and egoistic self as usual. When he sees the reader, he falls in love with her. He had never seen such a cute and beautiful girl like her before. During the match, the reader crushes him badly. She takes the ball from him so many times, she outsmarts him very easily and sometimes he doesn't even notice that he doesn't have the ball anymore. From the moment he notices it, the reader will already make a goal. Her football skills impress him so much. He never thought that a girl like her would be good at football, even better than him. He wanted to talk to her. After the match, while Ego lets the players go outside to spend a day, Sae finds the reader. He told her to be his striker and come to Spain with him. Sae thinks that she is the only person who deserves his passes. He wanted her to be his striker and wanted to be her midfielder. But it's not just about football. Sae was using football as an excuse to spend time with her.

“Sae! have you heard about the girl at blue lock?” Oliver would ask the man in front of him. “apparently she’s a real looker! you think she’d go for a man like me?” he chuckles, grinning at the thought of you - you must be really talented.
“a girl?” Sendo would raise an eyebrow at Oliver’s bold words. “there’s no a way a girl would be on an all boy’s team! that’s impossible.” he adds.
“nah, i saw her!” Shidou would beam from behind the three males. “she was hot! like, a total babe! you get where im coming from?” he swooned, thinking back on the first time he met you - you were standing next to that strange kid… Isagi, or something? he wasn’t paying attention to him - his eyes were focused on you.
“yeah, sure.” Sae scoffed, rolling his eyes at his teammates behaviour. you’re just a girl, not much to talk about. although, it did intrigue him. how was a girl allowed in the team?
he shouldn’t dwell on it - he’ll learn more during the match. with a girl on the team or not, he’ll crush blue lock easily.
when the u20 team finally got onto the field, Sae’s sharp teal eyes immediately landed on you.
his eyes widened at the sight of you.
there you stood, in all your glory, simply stretching out a little with a gentle smile on your face - listening to your teammate Bachira ramble.
were you… glowing?

“she’s cute, isn’t she?” Shidou snickered from behind Sae. “not as cute as you〜” he’d add with a wink.
Sae payed no mind to Shidou’s comment, he simply kept his eyes on you.
had he ever seen such a beautiful girl? everything you did was just - wow!
as the match started, Sae was basically hypnotised as he watched you play.
then, he’d finally shake his head and say things like “no more. get that - stupidly cute girl off of your mind and play!”
but you’d be right there. he had gotten the ball after ages - and was just about to pass it - before you ran straight past him, that cute smile on your face as you snatched the ball from him.
he didn’t even notice.
“she looked at me.” he’d think, eyes shimmering at the thought that you looked at him!
he’d snap out of it quickly as he realised there was no ball at his feet, quickly turning his body before his eyes once again, landed on your retreating figure.
goal! l/n y/n scored!
he couldn’t help but smile to himself.
“Sae! what are you doing?!” Oliver would shout from the other side of the field. oh, right - he was in a match. an actual match - against blue lock!
you giggled softly at the man’s silliness, he had completely zoned out!
he looked handsome even while staring into space, you thought.
you watched as Sae got back into position, admiring his features. you’d watched a few of his matches before, trying to educate yourself and find ways to win and improve - but you never expected for Sae to be so … hot.
of course, his games were very good to watch - you learnt his technique and how he plays, along with how to beat him - but now that you’re seeing him in person, you finally remember how handsome he is!
you squealed softly to yourself, hands placed on your warm cheeks as you giggled. he’s so cute!
“y/nnn! get back to the game!” Bachira would chuckle at your behaviour. he knew how you felt, he listened you whenever you’d talk about your mini crush on Sae.
it started off as a celebrity crush, but now that he’s really here - you think you actually like him!
“don’t tell me you’re crushing on my lukewarm brother?” Rin asked, raising an eyebrow at your behaviour. “we’re supposed to be learning how to beat them - not how to fall in love with them.” he’d sigh, closing your laptop.
right! you’re not here to giggle about.
you rushed straight towards Sae - who had the ball at the moment - and aimed to take the ball away from him, only for him to pass it towards Shidou.
you huffed, running towards Shidou instead. how annoying, you thought!
Sae thought he could die right there. the face you made was so cute! he watched the way you took a pass from one of your teammates, and scored, yet another, goal.
by the time the match was done, you had scored the most goals for your team - and had forgotten about Sae, along with your little crush. that didn’t even matter - you won!
you giggled with your team, hugging Rin tightly.
“we won!” you cheered, ignoring the way his cheeks grew red at the sudden embrace.
Sae watched with a frown.
he remembered each score you managed to get, each time you stole the ball from him, and each time you ran by him - he thought he was in love.
he had never seen a girl so good at soccer!
was she better than him? she had to be! how could she outsmart him like that? and so easily, too!
Sae watched as your team left, and he couldn’t shake the feeling off that he needed to talk to you.
so that’s what he did.
as soon as you got out of the locker room, he walked towards you - teal eyes narrowing.
“y/n!” he’d call out, speeding up slightly to catch up to you.
you turned around at the call of your name, your pretty e/c eyes widening at the appearance of Sae.
he was even prettier up close.
“y/n, right?” he says, looking down at you. he watched the way you hesitantly nod, tilting your head to the side curiously after.
“look, i have something to propose -“ he starts, followed by a sigh. “be my striker. come to Spain with me, you’re the only player that could ever deserve my passes. please?” he said, rather bluntly.
you just stared up at him, eyes wide - what?
“i mean - okay - but, what about blue lock?” you ask, nervous. what was he even saying? and why did you agree without knowing? what are you doing!
“i’ll take care of it.” he said simply.
“you’ll take care of it?” you ask, raising an eyebrow
“yes.” he responds quickly. “you’ll be my striker, and i’ll be your midfielder. you won’t have to worry about blue lock again.” he adds.
you just nod at his words, suddenly feeling butterflies. was it always this hot?
Sae looked down at you. his striker! he was so excited.
he tried his hardest to hold back the smile on his face, but couldn’t resist once he saw you giggle excitedly.
“yay!” you cheered, before giving the man a hug. “i’ll be your striker!”
