okay here are some actual across the spiderverse thoughts so you have been Spoiler Warned! a lot of ranting im just getting it out of my head i guess.

the theatre was a lot busier than when we went 2 see renfield, and there were way more people in the theatre room itself (i guess the room where u watch the movie is also called the theatre?) so it was a bit nice to have more company i guess lol. i wasnt the only one rustling snacks around etc. and it was kind of nice to hear the murmur of reactions ::-)

okay the movie itself UMMM WAT CAN I SAY!! it was so so so visually gorgeous. everything is just packed with SO much life and character. every character is so unique in its visual style like you just know these people are using animation to its full power for REAL!!!!!!!!!

story wise.. i think it has a lot of the same themes as the first movie but i honestly dont remember it well. it was good !!! i dont have much to say on it i think the visuals are more fun to talk about ehehe

i think it is so crazy that tey were like yeah the guy who shouted BAGEL in the 1st movie is the main villain of this one. hello. its so funny but also to think it is funny is exactly what the villain wouldnt want you to think. SAD!

the villain was so fun to watch his manerisms were just so fun and he had interesting body proportions (idk and IDC if that is a weird comment to make) like everything abt him was just so [chefs kiss] AND. i love his design changing over time and when he is all scribbly and creepyyyyyy........yeahhhh. he was on screen and i was like what the hale they put rorschach in this movie.

i feel so bad for already forgetting this persons name (MIGUEL..???) im so sorry but one of the spider people was also so fun to watch he was very much The Angst Lord. and ppl in the tag are already writing insane smut with him. but anyways his snappy aggressive actions were just sooo fun to watch although a bit scary lol* (*the person writing this has experienced people losing their temper in violent ways too recently for comfort)

i knew spider punk was in this movie and i wasnt expecting his name to be Hobie and for him to be Bri'ish. he is so cool though rock on brother ?????

Becoming a Family With Him, Part 3 // Shuichi, Hikaru, Rhion, Luke, Eisuke

so this came out, as further celebration for the anni. VERY GOOD, much more appreciated than the prior story set lol that one was kind of boring but i get it

they made the kids for all the... kid-less ones, and the eisuke one that used to be VIP-exclusive is now here for everyone to buy (rip those ppl who gacha for it)

my rambling behind the cut (spoilers!!)

shuichi // as ud expect, shuichi has a literal hime ass looking girl (kikyo) for a daughter. she’s only 6, but is pretty calm and ladylike. She even calls her parents with –sama so... ok luckily shuichi does not strip down all the way in the presence of her daughter and only takes off his suit coat. thanks dad

anyway since shuichi has a break coming up, he wants to have a family trip how nice. but then the dang girl wants to go over to see eisuke WHAT when soryu exists and lives a block away? unrelatable, im closing the app anyway eisuke is her first love, which wtf he’s like 20 yrs older than u. even worse, mc says she’s been in love since she was like 3.

shuichi is reconsidering the benefits of democracy in his mind but eventually relents. but then they’re still following the fucc-days rule they set years ago. well, as he says in the story, RULES ARE RULES

blah blah i don’t want to go over everything bc then it’ll be boring reading the story when it comes out in engl right? also im tired bc it’s 1 am and i just want to play toontown in bed but nothing really bad happens. they are a v cute family bc shuichi is a pleasant and mature dad. kikyo and mc even do a little surprise for him at the end and it is very sweet. i feel like out of all the families, this is the most ideal

mad hatter // so they have twin sons named Rui and Kai. Rui is the childlike one that resembles Rhion in personality, Kai is the more mature one that resembles Al. man i forget that boy’s name but u get me i know they only can use stock bgs but it’s killing me that these dang kids get to sleep in what looks like separate king sized beds.

even though rhion is now a father of two, he still acts like... 10. i mean he still horni but it makes me feel weird

later it’s revealed that Ota teaches them both as an art tutor bc they both showed an interest in art. this is cute bc ota is bad with kids in this universe LOL

the ending on this one was weird cuz the kids didn’t show up in the entirety of the last ep bc it was about WORK. so uh... interesting

hikaru // so their son is named akari. haha get it because it means light. like how hikaru also means light. can mc name her kids unrelated to their father or is that against the Geneva convention

this kid actually acts like an actual little boy. like what hikaru would’ve probably turned into if not for the whole sad backstory. the story starts with akari just bringing a dog randomly home one day. he actually saved the dog (it is very cute bc he did not want the dog to cry), and then after a talk they decide to keep the dog as long as akari knows the responsibility of taking care of an animal.

so next day, the bidders come over to their house and everyone’s like woaw a dog. lol they come into their house as guests and eisuke and mamo still demand for beverages, they all suck

akari names the dog... “Light” (Raito) and i want out of this nightmare. Naturally bc Light is an abandoned dog it’s still kind of bad with interacting with things. But then Light suddenly be giving the ( ╹ਊ╹) to soryu bc remember, animals love him. everyone clowns on soryu for being an unintentional dog whisperer and then akari is like “soryu san pls make me ur apprentice” and he gives some advice like approaching it slowly, and talking to it from the front instead of back.

blah blah there’s a situation where Light goes YEET after a Doberman gets all angry and then hides bc then another dog is scaring it. hikaru swoops in to the save the day as the Real Dog Whisperer. ok it’s cute when hikaru actually gets to look cool for once LOL

luke // luke is cute on the bc “pre-story” scene he’s actually pretty open to the idea of having kids; he actually goes “well imo we should think abt it pretty soon, but i wanted to hear ur opinion on it” but then he gets horni. and then he’s like “our kids are going to have your collarbones. awesomeee im looking forward to that” ....ok

ok cut to the actual story and they’re in Japan. Luke’s kid looks... strange versus the others. why are his eyes so big? omg voltage his eyes arent going to be saucers just cuz he half white also the kid’s name is Yuri (Or Urey). They couldn’t think of any other Brit-styled names? Like Harry? Henry? William? Wilfred? hey stan be my princess btw he’s pretty cute, though he gives serious “timid kid that gets bullied in the children’s movie” vibes. He calls Luke “daddy” and mc “mammy/mommy”.

so luke talks about his relationship w/ soryu and eisuke and then yuri is like “i want friends like that” wow cute but also find less ethically-complicated friends

so luke lets yuri meet a young patient of his (haru) so they can be friends. they get along so it’s good. haru gets in critical condition later so luke zooms outta there to do the operation.

LOL but at the end yuri is like, “i want to make more friends. (...) can i go to the bidder’s room from now on?” this boy works fast

And then he’s like “Eisuke-san... please be my friend.” HIS POWER. even eisuke was like :O so then eisuke orders a whole bunch of food and books up to the penthouse. But then yuri’s like “...i like eisuke’s eyes” and everyone’s like oh man that’s gonna be his fetish

Baba: why have u started to have an interest in eyes Yuri: I read it from one of daddy’s medical books Hikaru: wtf u can read that at 4??? (...) Soryu: wat Yuri: um... i want soryu to be my friend too Yuri: bc soryu’s eyes are also powerfully cool...

eisuke // ok this gets an extended ramble bc the more annoying the story the longer i must complain

so you might be thinking, “oh so this is gonna be a flashback in some in media res styled story with your 2 kids, u know in the style of the others” and well, no you just go straight to white screen into the flashback, back when eito was smaller and thus a little more cute. well it’s not really false advertising bc they did say “reminisce” in the description. but i wanted to see eito be a good big brother for a moment! or... less good? man i wanted to see kaito go waaaah like a baby idk i wanted to see him exist

so back to the story they cut to small eito. even as a smaller punk he does fight with his dad a little, just w/ a more narrow vocabulary to work with. tho at this point he’s still pretty sweet so clearly eisuke clowning him day and night was a negative effect on his development. (doesn’t treat his child like a child) (child grows up to a punk that doesn’t respect him) (surprised pikachu) being the son of a billionaire means that this child has to go study at a very young age and listen to MOZART. no child of eisuke ichinomiya will be listening to degenerate bops like lee taemin’s criminal next day they all go to the very fancy school that eito will be attending. eisuke does a speech, but then eito is all like “why is papa over there all the time” in reference to how all the other parents in attendance are having fun with their children, but eisuke is busy talking to other people for business and connections etc. etc. mc kind of has a hard time trying to explain it to eito bc... it’s honestly poor parenting... eiji shows up after arriving late, and he’s like “gramps is gonna be with ya today! instead of papa” which is cute but then she’s like psst thanks for coming and im like oh... so grandpa just didn’t randomly come to the open house for fun he’s just gonna be surrogate dad while real dad is busy... aw... and then at the end eito’s like FUC THIS KINDERGARTEN. eisuke is like “(smh) don’t yell in public. (despite everything) you are still the eldest son of the Ichinomiya family”

and so afterwards it’s clear that eito does not want anything to do with this school. he just sits in the classroom until mc is there to pick him up instead of playing in the courtyard or w/e, wanting nothing to do with the other kids.

so later there’s a hiking trip for the students and both of their parents, and mc asks eisuke if he’ll be available for it. eisuke is like, “i have a business trip that day, so I’ll have to adjust my schedule” and he’s been very busy in the opening of a new business or w/e. mc tells him to not do so much for something like that and that it’s ok if she goes alone with eito on the trip.

it’s the day of the trip, and mc goes alone with eito. she notes that a lot of dads did indeed come along for the trip. she apologizes to eito and says that she did talk to eisuke about the trip before, but he’s simply busy for this day. and im like... but girl, you were the one who told him not to change his schedule for the trip. yes a trip may seem less important than business ventures, but don’t make it sound like you weren’t the one who stopped him. lol. idk why im pressed abt this single line of dialogue bc later she does realize she fucced up there well eito is just like w/e about it and has pretty much accepted that sort of thing

anyway eito goes missing later and one of the kids said that he told eito that his dad (eisuke) didn’t come bc his dad thinks that his work is more important than his son. so eito got mad and ran off somewhere

and then mc finally gets the lightbulb moment that eito... wants to see his dad!! he ran off to go try to see him somehow??? !! wow so sweet

it’s raining like a mf but then in her search for eito eisuke randomly pops out of nowhere. He’s like “ho i did not remember saying that i wasn’t coming” and she’s like “im sorrryyy” and both me and him are like “just find the dang kid”

ok yea they find eito, he starts being a good student, and u start to see where he starts being antagonistic towards his dad LOL etc. etc. lol this story annoyed me so i don’t feel like doing the rest of the play by play orz

anyway thanks for reading my garbage LOL

notes, gender-neutral!reader, merp beomgyu has been bias wrecking me all week,, sooo yes i just based his off wat my family would do LOLOLOLOL hope u like this,, i feel like i kinda strayed away from the prompt so um

yeonjun would definitely be nervous yeah 😭 he wants to leave a good impression on your parents + he knows they have seen videos of him from time to time, which he doesn’t believe you when you say they think he’s nice. jun is worrying over his outfit, his expressions, and the way he talks. you have to reassure him, even when you’re at the doorstep of your childhood home, he’s nervous to talk or even look at them. it’s alright though because your parents are super nice!! they have early gifts for him 😭 they also did their research so they could cook for him, yeonjun is so surprised that they did all this and were trying to impress HIM 🥺 ur just like, ‘i told u so..’ and he gives u a little swat on the arm before talking some more to your parents. jun is so excited to open presents with your distant family and talk to them now, ur family is so nice 😭😭 they love him and go on and on about how handsome he is!!!! he feels LOVED and wow u have so many little cousins, he just is not used to SO MANY people in the house 🧍 yeonjun loves them all, literally he’s received a good fifteen hugs that night

tbf all of them are nervous, but soobin is the MOST. he’ll have his leg bouncing next to you, his hand all clammy and he’s worried about when you two will be there in the next few hours. bin is so scared when he sets down the presents, americans are competitive with gifts and its kinda scary when your family describes their time spent on getting the perfect present 🧍 soobin needs a push to start talking, but he will quickly warm up to them 🥺 all ur parents want is some mf love from him because they LOVE him???? not your parents being txt stans 😭 bye they both stan soobin after finding out that he was a kpop idol, they will send you pictures with their albums and photocards 🧍 yeah they love him & he rly doesn’t need to worry about it!!! they talk to him and set down their rules ofc, but then all they wanna talk about is him 😭 soobin is their ultimate favorite,, they might even just love him more than u

beomgyu idk why but i keep picturing him with a hispanic 🧍 like he’s nervous but so excited to meet them cause ur always talking ab how nice and fun they r to be around!! gyu can hardly contain it when he comes into the house n sees all ur family already there 🥺 he’s like wow .. they r all here and im just getting to the party 😭 beomgyu is so HAPPY!!! he forgets all about that nervousness as soon as your mom wraps her arms around him, bring on the hugs and the cheek pinches,, gyu is the tiniest cutest little thing and all of ur family just wanna cherish him 😡😡 ofc, they gotta lay down their rules too but they knew he passed the test as soon as he walked in. does anyone else family call like mijo and mija to random people, mine does 😭 beomgyu feels special af because he’s being called mijo so he’s happy. beomgyu sad af when he has to go off to bed with u, but wow he never wants to leave here and he doesnt want ur family to leave!! yeah but ur family feeds him & makes sure their newest addition to the family is well taken care of 🥺

taehyun walks in and ur house is very dainty, modern styled and simple. he has this very exciting family and ur house is so .. quiet compared to ur personality. but then ur mom and dad come down, four mini you’s coming down and two older you’s coming as well, now filling the air with screams and laughs. like WOW ur family is big 😳 taehyun is so happy because they r all so cute and so small, they r crawling all over him and he is ELATED he’s never had so many small children in one room there!!! they r all showing him their toys n stuff they got before christmas day tomorrow, taehyun succumbing to the cuteness and taking a seat on the floor to play with them. cue ur younger siblings crying because taehyun has to go,, hes so SAD 🥺 but he definitely wants to visit again bc he now adores ur family and ur siblings love him too!!!

huening kai probably is trembling at the thought of ur family not liking him 🧍 he deadass thinks dear god help me, i am not prepared for this and when u ring the doorbell and he sees the small family u have, he’s like whew, less to impress. hyuka is still scared to sit down or take off his jacket like they tell him to, he rly does not get it 😭 he’s never been here and the way they talk and their ways in the house are not the same .. he’s so confused poor thing. he finds his way when your mom invites him in the kitchen, getting along well. she is probably blabbing on about her child and how these little things happened when u were younger, huening kai gaining bits of knowledge on how it works over there in the states 🧍 he is super excited to open presents tho, mostly cuz u told him ur parents and family were trying to impress him so this year was a battle for his heart 😭😭 KAI LOVES THEM

"Harry."

Harry jolted awake from beside you. "Hi, y/n. What's up?"

"You tell me what's up."

"Um... well, I was just asleep. And now, I'm awake. What about you...?"

"Just wondering why I'm here."

Harry sat up and turned on a lamp. "What? Do you want to go home? I can call you a cab. Pass me my phone. You should've just said."

"No, not 'Why I'm here' as in your apartment here, but as in -" You motioned to the two of you quickly "-here, you know?"

"Oh," Harry put his face in his hands. "I must've misinterpreted something along the way. Oh."

"No, just..." You sighed. How were you supposed to explain this? You racked your brain for an answer to this seemingly impossible question. "Am I some sort of publicity stunt? Or beard? Like, a fake girlfriend?"

Harry raised his eyebrows. "What? What makes you think that?"

"Well, I don't know. It just feels that way. It doesn't feel that way with you, per say, but people online and in the news think that I'm just with you for a bit of good TV."

Harry shook his head, his curls falling into his eyes unintentionally. "That's one hundred percent not the reason why you're 'here', y/n. Not at all."

You turned your head to the side, allowing him to continue on.

Harry just shook his head again. "I- I'm sort of out-of-the-loop on this whole situation. I don't use social media much... can you fill me in?"

You nodded. "Well, we met, obviously. That's where it started."

Harry laughed a little, then waited for you to keep on talking.

"And then after - well, during our first date, or first outing, or whatever, people saw us and took photos and posted them. And that's where it all kicked off."

Harry nodded understandingly.

"Then yesterday, people took loads of photos, and the press and the general public must be starting to get impatient or whatever, because they're really mad. They want to know if I'm a PR stunt or not."

"Yes, but you know you're not one, so what's the worry for?"

You looked down and took a deep breath. "Well, we've only been out twice, and both times the paps found us. Both times we were in a really public place, and a fancy one, too."

"But if you were, wouldn't I have told you? And if not me, someone important from management?"

"My management doesn't tell me much. I thought it could be a bit of a possibility."

"Trust me, y/n. I'm here right now because I am genuinely interested in you. Not because some intern told me to be. I would never, ever keep a secret that big from you. Or any secret, actually. None. I'm sorry you feel that way. I wish you would've told me sooner. I could've arranged a different date, er, whatever."

"Yeah, date," you confirmed. Might as well call it that now. "But I just... well, I guess that's all, really," you laughed.

"So... are we gonna keep doing...-" Harry motioned between the two of you like you had done earlier, "-this?"

"Well, I mean, I can't see why not. I still like you. And you..."

"I obviously still like you. Don't be silly!"

"Okay, and you still like me," you blushed. You felt embarrassed because seriously, blushing? are you 14 again?, but at the same time you were over the moon.

"We can definitely make this whole everyone-thinks-we're-fake thing work. We can just go on, um, dates in private. Like, I can probably get a special reservation..."

"No, no, don't go through all that work. I don't really care what anyone else thinks. And if it gets too bad, do you know what we do?"

"What?"

You quickly grabbed his phone and opened up the camera. "Say cheese!"

The both of you smiled obnoxiously as you hit the capture button.

"That's so cute," Harry laughed as he admired it from his camera roll. "Can I post it?"

"I thought you said you didn't use social media?"

"I'll make an exception for you," he said, kissing your shoulder fondly.

You laughed, then rolled over. "Sorry for bringing this up at the ripe ol' time of three AM."

Harry layed down and held you close. "Don't worry about it. I'm glad you said it when you did."

"Cheers to communication."

"We aren't drinking anything, though."

"Cheers."

You leaned over Harry's shoulder to try and get a better look at his phone screen. It was early morning - around eight, you assumed, and you were looking through instagram comments together. Harry had secretly posted the photo while he was taking a pee break in the middle of the night, and the entire internet was in shambles.

"Show me! I wanna read some."

"I'm reading them all!"

"You're skipping the mean ones on purpose. I know you are."

"No I'm not! I swear!"

"Yeah, sure."

"What about that one about how I should cut my hair? That one was pretty mean," he said as he pouted and ran a hand through his chocolate brown bed head.

"Mean ones about me, Harry. There's barely any for you, but me, on the other hand..."

"Wow, self centered much?"

"Harry."

"Give me your phone." You reached over and grabbed it from his hands, noticing the many rings on his fingers. You wondered if he slept with them on or just slipped them on as soon as he woke up. You decided to ask him later.

Harry watched as you scrolled through thousands, if not millions, of comments in awe. You were surprised to see that he was right - there we little to no negative comments compared to last time.

"Believe me now?"

You nodded silently.

"Told ya I would never lie."

You rolled into him lazily and grinned.

"Want me to make breakfast?"

"...Sure."

Harry jumped up, and you followed him to the kitchen. It was only when you sat down at the table when you realized you were wearing Harry's clothes.

"Oh my god," you muttered, inspecting your shirt.

"What?" He asked half-heartedly, rooting through his SmartFridge for some eggs. Of course this man had a SmartFridge.

"Just looking at my pink Gucci shirt that I'm just magically wearing right now. And... are these sweatpants Gucci, too?"

"They're just spare clothes I hadn't opened yet. Don't worry, there's no cooties or anything."

"How do you just have spare Gucci clothes lying around?"

Harry shrugged as he shut the door and walked over to the oven. "You can keep them. They suit you better."

"Oh. Well, thanks."

"No problem!"

"Want any help with breakfast?"

"Nope!"

"I can make toast."

"No, I've got it."

"I want to."

"The bread is in the breadbox."

You walked over, took out a (homemade) loaf, and began to cut it. "When did I put these clothes on?"

"After I drug you home from the restaurant."

"Huh."

"You don't remember, do you?"

"...No. Can't say that I do."

"Oh, wow. I knew you were drunk, but not that drunk."

"I didn't embarrass myself, did I?"

"No, of course not."

"Oh, thank goodness. I would've cried."

"Well, there was that one time..."

"What?!"

"I'm just kidding."

"Never pursue a career in stand-up comedy."

"Wasn't planning on it!"

You popped the bread into the toaster and sighed.

"Are you tired?" Harry asked.

"No, but I do want to run to the washroom."

"Okay, I'll be out here if ya need me."

"Okay."

"..."

"Where... is it?"

"You don't remember?"

"Clearly no."

"Down that hall, third door on the right. It's the one with the toilet in it."

Harry doubled over at his own joke while you suppressed a smile that eventually cracked. You walked down his fancy apartment hall and went into the bathroom, shutting the door behind you.

It wasn't until you saw his makeup wipes when you remembered a tiny bit of last night - he had makeup. He had makeup because he had makeup wipes, which he offered to you. After that you went to the kitchen and drank something, and then you woke up with Disney+ paused asking him why you were there and confronting him. Suddenly, memories of being confused came rushing back to you. You grabbed a towel and shook your head, smiling - you were glad that drama fest was over.

You walked back into the kitchen and saw Harry laying out eggs and toast carefully, then standing back and admiring his own work. You smiled; he hadn't noticed you walk in, and he was being cute. You gave him a quick peck on the cheek, and he jumped a little.

"Didn't see you there."

"Hi."

"Bon appetite."

"Why, thank you!"

"Do you know what I was thinking? O should do your makeup after breakfast."

You smiled.

"Do you remember that?"

"I actually did back in the washroom."

"Awesome!"

You smiled as you watched him dig into his eggs. "You're good at keeping promises."

"Thank you!"

You grinned and took a bite.

You could get used to this.

Get used to him.

yeah, i have 4 cats marshmallow, kaydo, leia(yes like star wats lol), and liho and they all kinda just don't want me to breathe lol one after the other come up and try to sit on me it so funny

I'm 100% sure you'll do amazing just take your time and practice when you can :) also for you knees try tiger balm it really helps with that stuff(although i don't know what knee problems you have so this might not work)

OH MY GOD YOU HAVE FOUR???? you're really living my dream rn kedhsjsjsj and my best friend has i think two dogs named after star wars characters too and one is leia too lol (i swear there's one more but she has so many dogs even tho i've known her for years i can't remember for the life of me) BUT AHHH SO MANY CATS AKSHSJSH

and awhhhh thank you! and oh my god tiger balm is a life saver for when i'm sore akdhsjsh but it doesn't work too well for my knees. my patellas are out of alignment and there's not really anything you can do to fix it but they aren't as painful now, summer break has helped a lot. but bc they are out of alignment my ligaments or whatever they're called get caught and slip a lot so my knees will lock or literally just give out on me lmao. at one point from dance i had bone bruises on my knees and god it was so painful skdhsjsj

and im stuck between amandine insensible by sevdaliza and the other side of paradise by glass animals. last season my solo was by sevdaliza too but this song is still a bit different of a style so i like that i can keep it the same but still switch it up a bit because i really like this kinda style of contemporary. and the glass animals one has been one of my favorite songs for god knows how long but i'm scared that it'll ruin the song for me if i do lmao cause having to listen to a song over and over and over and over and over definitely can ruin it lmao

and we haven't started duo yet, but hopefully this week we can start too! and yeah it's called a duo! in ballet they're called a pas de deux, but even for ballet we don't really cal it that we just call it a duo lmao
