Having friends who hate lord of the flies as a fan of the book is so funny sometimes because they’ll talk about the book as if it’s the worst thing in the world and go on about how it’s the worst book they’ve ever read while I’m just there like

i genuinely love my mom so much but its also like you are the most confusing person ever

#i dnt wanna overshare cuz i always do that lol but mothers day is coming upp... uh. soon #so i guess im just thinking about her. i genuinely love her so much. as alwayz its hard tho #she is also the funniest woman in the world to me. most people would say shes a horrible person #shes just rough around the edges. idk #one time she pointed at a couple outside and wz like “those two are so ugly; its like they were made for each other!!”#is it bad that i find humor in her meanness? shes just like. so funny to me #her negativity makes me laugh i guess xD #and if shes nice to you she genuinely means it. I think i love my mom a lot bc i see a lot of myself in her #shes very “split up” like me her opinions change all the time and im like. me too!!!#yes she can be fake but i think she genuinely does “flip/switch” a lot the way i do #and i never met anyone else other than my mom who so openly did that yknow #she can love and hate you at the same time. she simutaneously will love animals and hate them. gay ppl. ect #she seems to idk. be really inconsistent and fragmented like me and only now do I see it #i love my mom. i cant help it even with everything thats happened its like how can i not love someone who held me in her jacket #as it snowed outside before school? i cling so hard to that memory #i will be seeing family 2 times this month but i feel quite at peace with it right now #in april i was not thrilled at all but today im feeling some peace

#just an observation bc im avoiding working on stuff but i draw a lot and post basically everything i draw thst gets finished #and its v funny to me how u can tell how out of focus i was based on the quality of the drawing #or like when i post something and its like ok some of that was good but u def gave up halfway thru one of those lol #inconsistency i funny like that. its also funny to me that now a days i get comments like COLORS!!!#which is funny bc i notoriously haaaaaate coloring. like i will sit around whining and complaining when im home with my parents bc i dont #wanna color. its just so easy to fuck things up when u draw traditionally and it takes a million years so its a big ask lol #but i guess i dont hate is so much right now bc i kinda just slap whatever colors i want together like fuck it we ball #and thats kinda fun. reckless i suppose #its agony when u wanna try to do shadows and lights tho. like finding references ugh #or wanting to draw big ideas but then its like oh god its gonna take so long and if i dont do it all in one sitting i might die #im a lil better abt thst now bc it would b impossible but in my head i still hate it #ugh. all i wanna do is draw. theres another universe where i went to art school. or just like took art classes. and i wanna say id b happier #but thats def a lie XD i like learning too much and i dont have the attention span to hardcore learn genetics outside an academic #environment. and i got way too excited abt exploring the genetic traits of my cyano species #like i can make genetics trees for traits and look for. fuck. i forgot the word. how tf did i forget the word. oh god. horizontal gene #transfer. jesus christ its like theres a hole in my brain. well. i guess i did get only like 4hrs sleep. ugh im rambling.#i need to finish getting ready for Monday so i dont have to tomorrow and ill have time to draw. prob wont stop me feeling nauseous abt #teaching tho. received a lot of questions from @chokehoe /thank you very much :D/ to make it more interesting, I've made it into a topic, and I've made some sketches! hope you enjoy!

So for your au where gojo locks geto in his basement, dose geto hate gojo now? Like I can imagine and understand why because he locked him away in basement, but I need to know.

He takes offence to it, of course, I don't think anyone would like someone locking you up. He still has love, Satoru is not a stranger to him after all, but there will be resentment. I think by the time Yuji shows up, their relationship will be very strained

Also does suguru use Yuji to get himself out? I feel bad for Yuji if so because then he’s gonna be stuck in the middle of that whole fiasco

I think he might take advantage of Yuji's kindness /oh yeah, manipulative Geto/ I think he'll want to get Yuji to take something from Satoru's room / and Yuji will have doubts about Gojo's mental stability/ If Satoru spots him, it's gonna be really creepy….

Was gojo just going to keep suguru locked in his basement forever, or did he have some other plan like suguru becoming a teacher?

I don't think he has any plan since he did it all on emotion. And I don't think Satoru will let him go anywhere now. Maybe he'll try to re-educate him /or maybe he's just calming himself down with these thoughts of re-educating/

Dose suguru have a plan for what he’s going to do if he does get out. Are nanako and mimiko ok in this one?

I think Suguru is just thinking about escaping right now. But even if he does, Satoru can easily find him by scent, will he have enough time to go somewhere before Satoru realises he's escaped? And if he is caught, will Satoru become even more insane? Suguru could also end his life if he realises that he has no other choice /I don't miss that thought/.

Nanako and Mimiko gone and are doing the same things they do in canon

Does anyone else know he’s down there, either by gojo telling them or by finding out by accident?

So far, only Shoko and Yuji know. I'll mention that the action takes place after the alley when Satoru "ki-lled" Suguru. Shoko knows because she healed Suguru /yeah, glued his arm on, that's just how I want it to be/. I think Shoko accepted since Satoru probably scared her, and she doesn't want to lose Suguru. But she probably wasn't surprised by Satoru's decision. To put it shortly

Maybe Megumi and Nobara will start to suspect something if Yuji !accidentally! says something XD like

omg it's interesting! I pictured this place as where Gojo dragged Yuji to. Because, in theory, it could have held Suguru. But maybe then he moved it to another location, as you suggested, or converted this basement into a more habitable space. That's how I imagine this

I think he just realised that Suguru wouldn't be around him normally. And yeah, and he was determined to kill him.

Again, he did everything on emotion and from a selfish point of view. Also, I think he was just tired and just wanted to be around him all the time

As someone who has always loved siblings dynamics in fiction, I find it funny that almost every single member of the HoM team has siblings. Kim has two little brothers, Danny has an older sister, Jake has a little sister, Jenny has eight robot sisters, June has an older and a younger brother, Rex has an older brother, and Zak has three cryptid siblings. Ben and Randy are the only ones who are technically only children but Ben still at least has a cousin who he has a sibling dynamic with. I don't think Randy had anyone like that. (Although it's one of the few shows here that I didn't watch so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.) Any way, now Only Child Cunningham is being treated like the little brother by all of these experienced siblings and has no clue what to do and I find that funny.

(P.s. sorry about the long comment. This thought wouldn't leave me alone so I thought i should share it)

I also adore sibling dynamics in fiction! It's one of the main reasons I don't want to put much focus on ships in this AU, like I mentioned before, there would be like one canon couple with one of HoMies, but otherwise everyone are sort of floating in nebulous single area, so I could focus better on their complicated friendships with a dash of found family/siblings dynamics!

(And your ask reminded me of a fanart I did a long time ago about Randy being the only child in Secret Trio. xD same brain anon!)

Also one can argue that Howard, Randy's best friend, could be considered sort of like a brother to him (they became friends at a very young age), but I personally view them more as Bros. (does it make sense, lol?)

But even if we count Howard, their dynamic would be more equal in older-younger sibling scale, while Randy indeed would be mostly treated as a younger sibling amongst HoMies and it would probably drive him insane!

Being the youngest and newest in their friend circle, he is like a new baby brother or a co-worker/young kohai (ye, cringe wording but terminology vibe aint wrong! xD) that others are prepared to protect and help, impart their wisdom on, but also tease! (and perhaps learn something from him in return! )

But Randy Only Child Cunningham, as an already seasoned, if a bit overconfident, hero would hate (just a little bit) being considered as less experienced (even if he technically is) than others, no matter how much he absolutely adores being in presence of all those cool people! At times it would feel condescending, but in reality others just want to support him the more they learn about how he came to be the Ninja.

After all they know what it felt like being that young, having that responsibility trust upon your shoulders and going through so much. Especially considering that among them, Randy perhaps had the least stable support during his hero-ing career. Sure, all of them had to go through some things alone, but there were family and friends that were there to help when it came to it. And, no offense to Howard, who does sometimes manages to get through for Randy, he is not the best at being the type of support Randy needs at times. And, Ninjanomicon? While incredibly useful for teaching moral lessons and art of being Ninja - is not exactly the most er, physically able in supporting Randy at time of crisis, being an inanimate object and all that, lol.

So yes, Randy-Only Child-Lone Ninja Hero-Cunningham sometimes doesn't know what to do with all those people who appeared in his life and treat him like a little bro! But sometimes, he enjoys it. ;)

(a little bit of random rambling beneath, feel free to ignore! haha)

Also random, and its not very obvious at all, but there is slightest differences amongst HoMies on how they view/regard him and behave with/around him, depending on their own experiences:

Kim and Jake, as older siblings through and through, tend to see him as a younger bro, like their own siblings who can be a handful and overzealous little hellions at times.

Danny, Rex, Jenny and Zak are a bit complicated. They all have siblings that are older than them, but they are also kind of younger in some sense (or in Danny's case an adopted younger sibling).

Danny and Rex would tend to be overprotective a little bit, as people who didnt have a younger sibling before (I mean, Danny does but she is so independant! Danny doesnt get to exercise his overprotectiveness on Danielle xD) so its a bit new to them. But they are also kind of dicks, and thats just the younger siblings in them talking, lol.

Jenny and Zak on the other hand, both have siblings that are very confusing from the age bracket view.

All ofJenny's siblings are older than her BUT their prototype AI and bodies make them behave younger than her, so she tends to view them as younger siblings. There is a constant argument amongst them about who is older-younger, but its all in good fun! (She also sometimes misses being the only child. xD)

Zak's siblings are all cryptids, and two of them are older than him in age (Fisk and Zon are definitily full grown and possibly more long-lived than humans, I still have questions about Komodo, but he is probably older than Zak in age just by a little bit), but their behaviour, as.... well, i don't want to say animals, because they are not mindless animals, but let's just say - their disregard to human behaviours and norms, as cryptids, make them behave in a way that could be considered irresponsible, thus making Zak often behave like a responsible older sibling, despite being younger than them.

So, Jenny and Zak tend to be as snooty and in 'charge' as an older sibling would, but also be mischevous little shits that is younger (sorta only) child behaviour.

Ben and Jun are sort of like the previous four, but they tend to view Randy on a more equal footing rather than just vacilate between older-younger types of behaviour.

Ben, is a single child, but he grew up pretty close to Gwen, since they were born on the same day. Sort of growing up twins but not kinda situation. They also have an older cousin/brother Ken, and they both adore him, but it is obvious that primarly those two grew up together and are equally annoyed with that, lol.

Jun is a middle child. (I kind of dont want to say anything else, because i feel like it explains everything. xD but-) She is independant, and is equally exasparated with her snooty older brother and her hellion of a younger brother. So, really, she just tends to be the most normal towards Randy in the end???

so, ye, of course in the end they treat him as just a new friend, this was just more of me trying to look into inner mind of sibling dynamics in a weird way haha

Hi everybody, how are you today?

I've been putting this pack off for a few months, but finally here it is.

The funny thing is that, although it was ready, the reason I couldn't publish it was because I had to take the cover pic... and I was too lazy to have to dress (create) and pose 8 sims... I hate 8 sims poses hahaha it's too much work for the cover xD... Anyway, I think they turned out pretty good.

This pack was initially going to have only 2 poses for 8 sims... but since it took so long to publish it, in the end I decided to make a third round of poses for all 8 sims...

They are not "THE" poses, but I like them and I think they can be quite useful for certain "events"... I leave that to your imagination, but I can think of a few scenarios to use them xP.

And no, I have not based on Joy Boy and Luffy's Awakening to make these poses xD hahaha (for those who know about ONE PIECE and are up to date with the manga) It was a mere coincidence that it looks similar... Initially I was going to publish them in October, along with the simblreen gifts, as part of the "tribal" poses that I was doing back then, but I didn't finish them in time and then I simply postponed them because of what I have already mentioned haha and this here was the reference that I took as a general idea, along with a couple more:

BTW my original idea was to make the pic in Sulani but Chestnut Ridge is SOOO BEAUTIFUL and was the ideal place to recreate what I saw in my head when making them hehe.

In the other hand, I have made an additional "ALL IN ONE" pose which is all the poses from the 1st set, but to use with just one sim, running around the campfire. (Yes, it would be ideal to have several of this type with different variations, but it was crazy so I discarded the idea haha sorry).

But still, I hope you like these poses and find them useful.

XD When people comment how C3 is so much worse than C2, the need to comment "Haha funny how it works? I mean, I find C2 a slog and the characters more irritating!" just to prove they're not above it.

Because I think the C2 campaign and characters are quality and I love that C2 fans love them! It's just not my cup of tea. C3's tighter plot and tighter party compel me more, personally.

I'd love if C3 haters would understand that their hate isn't objectively correct. CR probably wouldn't be as fun, for us or the cast, if they did the same thing every single time.

- starting off with him because he is the WORSTT out of all them.

- the main 4 and you were over at his house and you saw a spider on the roof and you were so scared it wasn’t funny.

- stan, kyle were trying to kill it and cartman was just laughing at you.

- after the spider was dead, he would pick the dead spider up and put it in front of your face as you were shaking.

- kyle protected you though.

- after that he sent you multiple spider jumpscare tiktok / reels

- he is so fucked up when he finds out about this.

- one time filled your locker with alive spiders causing you to have a panic attack.

- you’re panicking was so bad that you passed out, having to go to the ER.

- it was from there he kinda realised how you could’ve died and how scared you were.

- he toned it down a little.

- he never apologised but will send you funny spider reels to help you get over your fear.

kenny ;

- okay its no surprise that kenny has poor hygiene.

- i mean he’s poor

- one time you were over at his house, ignoring all the rats when you saw multiple spiders climbing on different walls.

- you, obviously scared, you panicked coming into kenny’s embrace.

- he looked down at you and realised from the night before at cartmans house.

- you had a fear of spiders.

- it was obvious that you had saw the spiders in his room.

- he sighed, rubbing your hair as you shook in fear.

- he grabbed a nearby book, hitting all the spiders he could see and threw the book outside the window.

- holding you with one hand as the other killed the spiders.

- after that day, he definitely came ‘round yours forever.

- it was clear that if you were to come over to his, he would need some bug spray for you.

- okay, i know damn well that he already knew this prior.

- like when you first came over on the farm, randy showed you the farm of marijuana and you didn’t touch any in case for spiders.

- from there stan silently kills every spider in his house in case you ever come over.

- he knows from the locker incident that spiders are dangerous. very dangerous. especially you.

- just for you, when you come over to his. he bought you your own bug spray in case you see any spiders in yours / his home.

- he doesn’t really care about your fears

- i mean everyone has fears..

- also will ‘protect’ you from spiders.

- he sprays bug spray on the spider until your satisfied.

- one time he used a whole bottle of bug spray to calm you down and show you it was ‘really dead’

- if you get scared from a spider. he wipes your tears and hold you close.

kyle ;

- i can see kyle already being a clean freak

- especially from that microbiome episode

- he already has bug spray in his room and everywhere in his house.

- although after the locker incident he doubled up on bug spray.

- definitely gives you a bunch of bug spray for you to take home so you don’t panic and pass out again.

- he is your protector.

- he hates spiders as well in my opinion but not as much as you.

- he’ll still kill them or put it outside.

- if you ever start crying again from a spider

- he will hold you close and tight while tilting your head towards the spider as he’s killing it with bug spray.

- if you’re still panicking he’ll sit down , place you on his lap and rock back and forth as he wipes your eyes.

- kisses your forehead platonically, whispering praise

- reassuring you that its dead and making sure your okay before he goes and throws it out.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but you are allowed to have a favourite ship, canon or not, out of a particular show.

Shipping is just a way for artist and what not to explore different dynamics, or even their own. That’s why I believe we should let people enjoy what they like, without forcing our own image of a certain spectrum into them. Especially cause shaming those people, for trying to explore their identity through art, might cause actual harm to them or cause them to not enjoy doing what they like anymore, bc of hateful comments from someone who hides behind a fake identity to hate on a fictional ship, which in itself it’s a very sad and pathetic way to live, but just cause your life is miserable doesn’t mean you need to make others people’s life miserable you know. Go touch Grass when you feel like being a dick!!!

As an AroAce fellow with no desire for a sexual relationship, I applaud and adore all those people making content of my fav husbands, let it be a fics smut or just normal fluff, I love it all SO MUCH Hazbin Hotel ep 5 changed my whole chemistry, and Say what you will about radioapple / appleradio, but I will always be entertained by the idea of Lucifer angrily doing acts of kindness for Alastor because it's what ‘Charlie would want’, and Alastor being a stupid ‘Bambi’ and try to wiggle himself out of it at the beginning, but then realise that he actually doesn’t mind the king of hell company at all. Both slowly growing to actually tolerate and maybe even like being around the other. Exchanging snarky remarks in a more playful way, playing music together, telling dad jokes, hating on the same delusions glorified iPad …like there is so much potential there that it’s crazy how much it pisses people off. It might be cause I am a sucker for Enemies to Friends to Lovers, but by God if that isn’t the best trope.

I know there will be some smart people out there, that are gonna be like “Alastor is ace”, but so are half the people who ship him!!! I hate when people make assumption on us, on who and how we want to love. I might not be interested in participating in sexual stuff myself, but that doesn’t stop me to explore my own ace-spectrum with these two characters, who if they wanted to could and would kiss each other, Cause for one I says so, I have the power to make that happen *insert hysterical laugh* And second It was confirmed that Alastor is a repulsed Ace, but would also be down to date someone if they were strong asf, (Confirmed in a stream, take that with a grain of salt) still makes this ship more possible than others.

Al being Aroace, doesn't mean he can't date or have sex, he's just not all that interested in it, but that could also derive from the fact that he hasn’t found the right person yet, so it doesn’t feel important to him yet. (fun fact aromantic wasn't the part of my struggle accepting that I was aroace it was actually accepting I was ace bc of my hyper sexual tendencies)

Also Alastor being aro just makes radioapple infinitely more funny to me, or any relationship with him for that matter. He is just this 7 feet tall demon with zero interest in romance, but always managing to find himself having beef with someone, possibly a guy, and act like he is either about to kiss or kill him XD

I really needed to get this off my chest and I absolutely mean every thing I said in here. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes, but you'll be surprised to see how much happier you will be when you stop focusing on what other people are doing and instead focus on what you like.

Random Alastor Snz Head Cannons That Won't Leave Me Alone

Alastor hates sneezing. Hates it to the point that he will fight it off for as long as possible, (while keeping up appearances, of course) trying his damndest to hold it in and seem like there is nothing stirring underneath the surface. Alastor would definitely try to fight a sneeze with all of his sheer willpower before his body eventually gives him no choice

While in the company of others, he will hold back as long as possible, but usually find an excuse to leave just in time to sneeze far away from prying eyes

If done successfully, this will appear as if he is simply disinterested in a conversation or lost in thought when the deer will abruptly interject that he has some other business to attend to before being swiftly spirited away by his shadows. All conveniently fast enough to avoid any questions or delays. However, there have been times that the man has misjudged how long he could keep the mask up.

I think underneath the slightly heavier radio static overlay, Alastor would have an airy sneeze that will usually lead to a fitty string of unsatisfying sneezes. I kinda thought he would have a dad sneeze for a while, but I just think it would be kinda funny that this obnoxiously expressive and noisy character has the tiniest wisp of a sneeze; and the possibility that this juxtaposition is a minor insecurity of his in and of itself.

If someone were to witness this rare occurrence, they would realize what causes the seemingly random radio wave disturbances across a few miles radius. They would also notice his antlers grew and warped a bit from the loss of control

The few times his body betrayed him in front of the other denizens of hell during his early years of the afterlife, it ended with first some light chuckles at his expense and then with a few new voices on his radio show

So when the Radio Demon himself unexpectedly gives the closest approximation to a kitten sneeze possible in front of all the hotel's residents, he damn near implodes. However, he didn't have much time to dwell on that as there were a couple more fast approaching

It was moments like these. Where he looked up and just knew some things would never change.

Donatello saw cement. He smelled sewage. Though he had major improvements in that department where it mattered, it was still here. It was still everywhere but his home. He was sure he could solve this problem easily. Just send his creations out further than their targeted perimeters. But that wouldn’t happen.

The smell warded off most unwanted guests and attention. It would stay as it always has been. It would smell of filth and garbage and worse things.

Donnie blinked as his wrist vibrated. Ah yes. You were on your way. It was raining. He knew that and yet he couldn’t move a muscle to meet you out further than where he was. Maybe it was because he thought you might change your mind.

What if you decided you didn’t want to visit the monster in the sewers? What if you decided it wasn’t worth your time. Because truthfully Donnie didn’t think he deserved your time nor attention.

And yet you still gave it to him. More than just those things though. You gave him hope. Which was a dangerous thing.

See you, you lived up there. Past the cement. You lived with the sky. And every time you dropped to his level. Every time you lowered yourself to be with him, in his terrain, trapped under cement and with currents of muck. Donnie felt a multitude of things. He questioned more.

Were you lonely up there? Was that why you descended? Was his company even enough to ease that loneliness? He couldn’t tell.

Why did you stay? Longer each time in fact and he was worried one day you would fall asleep down here. You didn’t belong hidden beneath cold stone. You were the sun. You belonged up there. In the clouds, in the sky.

He felt like he had become the gravity. Like he dragged you down into the depths of darkness with him. It was conflicting. He hated himself sometimes. And to make it worse he couldn’t stop but spilling everything on his mind with you. He made you promise practically every meeting that you wanted to be there. That you wanted to be with him. That he wasn’t being too much.

It took lots of reassuring and he still couldn’t believe it. That someone like you could find him something other than miserable. You called him smart. You called him charming. You called him funny. Donatello warmed at those words but in the back of his mind he didn’t think he deserved them.

His wrist vibrated once more and he shook his head clearing all thoughts. The manhole cover lifted and directly above him, there you were. Peering down, rain falling down around you and from the strands of your wet hair. You squinted for a moment before your eyes adjusted and found him.

It was like timed slowed as he watched that smile of yours spread. Beaming of happiness, directly towards him. The sun. Shining down on him as you called out his name. Donnie swallowed, wishing for the millionth time that he could live in the sky too. Things would be different. He wouldn’t feel this way. Like he wasn’t easy to be around. Like he caused you discomfort and pain. Like he was holding his breath waiting to wake up from this dream.

And yet you descended, joining him.

Donnie thought that he needed to be careful. Lest he get addicted. Lest he get entitled. Heaven forbid he start to believe that someone as holy as you were meant to be with him. Like it was some sort of fucked up destiny.

Your feet landed on the pavement. Your arms went around his middle. And he bent forward, head nuzzling into your hair and trying to memorize the way you smelled. Like rain and perfume and something sweet.

Oh how he wished for more. Wished to be more. Wished to be similar. Wished like hell to be yours and for you to be his and things to be different and it made him hold you tighter. One of these days he wouldn’t be able to let go.

Hello!! I just wanna drop by and say i enjoyed your Utahime thoughts! And i wanna share s couple of my cents if that's alright? Here we gooo

So I'll start by saying that i have nothing against anyone that ships gjhm, that's the beauty of fandom and aus and stories. however, i have tried to see the appeal in a realistically speaking sense within the context of the actual story and i just cannot. for the life of me. Like it's pretty evident that Utahime does not like Gojo, and that he's very disrespectful towards her, however, there is the trust they share because of their roles as teachers and their ideology. it's not that Utahime is an unreasonable person that would turn down an offer that would put her students in harms way right? but the thing is, I don't think the story ever set up any sublots for them to like each other you know? And I don't wanna be a killjoy when i say this altho i probably am, but rather that it's just not something author has envisioned for them?

i do think Gojo likes Utahime, but just not in a romantic sense, and this sort of dynamic is really reminiscent of that i would find in siblings, where one is endlessly annoying and the other wants to strangle the younger. i think if the story went the other way instead of the one it went now, Utahime and Gojo should cooperate and be understanding of one another as in good colleagues/friends? but given how Utahime was written and her limited appears in the story, luckluster and underwhelming sometimes, it's nearly impossible, and it's mostly on gege because all these characters have so much potential yet he only utilizes them as plot devices, in short it's not about the characters unfortunately.

and frankly i can't blame people for creating aus, in fact go ahead, it's what makes shipping so great! like i love to ship gojo too, mostly with geto or sometimes shoko heck i even like to pair him with ocs or readers too! but idk why i just can't picture him and Utahime ever being in a relationship at least within the story like context. again i don't wanna undermine anyone who loves this ship, i am all supporting but i just wanted to get out how i see it. Hope this wasn't confusing!

I see what you're coming from, Anon! People have varying preferences/opinions, and that's the beauty of it! I know Gege wouldn't draw out a romance plot line because he stated he ONLY sees it for mutamiwa. I can be delusional with gjhm BUT realistically, I’d never trust Gege EVER to handle a romance plot line cuz it will probably end tragically lol.

Imma try to speak from gojohime pov and give some insight why I personally love the ship.

I think the gjhm fans that I've seen doesn't ship them just because its ability to be canon but instead the dynamic that gjhm offers. Like you said Utahime does hate him while Gojo seems to like her, and the most funny part for me is that Gojo genuinely believes her "annoyance" is a joke between them. The way I see it, it offers this a slowburn romantic comedy potential with Gojo learning to get over himself, step up, and have this massive realization of falling for Utahime. I had this convo with my moot ola and moot said how basically Gojo just went “shit, she CAN fix me!” with Utahime (Because ya know how Utahime is everything Gojo isn’t) thus he continues to bug her xD

There's just so much to "play" with their dynamics honestly if you take them out of the canon story. You'd think that a slow burn romance would be two people earning each other's trust then doing all the slowly loving/liking part, but since the story already has set up that gjhm have each other trust because they share the goal of teachers fostering the new generation of sorcerers plus their decade of familiarity with each other, it makes you think what's more to this slowburn romcom?

Well, the way I see it, their opposing teaching beliefs can help them learn from each other and be better teachers. Gojo will be forced out of his emotionally constipated ways. Utahime's strength in her patience and ability to connect with other will be highlighted. They can be such a fun colleagues to lovers slowburn romcom type of story ya know which I honestly find hilarious xD So yehhh thats basically why I ship these two fuckers :^)

She is a mirror to the Doctor only in way hotter.

I just wanna say firstly that i adore your artwork and takes6on Zelda in general! Secondly, much as I wish you never had to deal with the frustrations of creating (especially when you tack on the stress of being on any kind of social platform), I'm glad you talk about your struggle. I've heard people talk about art block every day since I learned what Art was, but nobody ever mentioned "painting oneself into a corner". It's such an apt description that is so infuriatingly relatable that I had to stop eating to thank you for putting it into words. I really appreciate that you're willing to talk about your setbacks in a place like Tumblr, and still share your arts and thoughts. All the best from US of hellscape A, i hope you're doing well.

i used to call it artblock as well, its the most normalized term i guess; i randomly started calling it painting myself into a corner when i got stuck or frustrated on a painting bc welll, it sure feels like it, you painted the walls all around you and dont know how to get out now

it usually happens when i stop having fun and just draw what i want and instead keep subconsciously forcing myself into arbitrary rules; in my case its usually trying to be too perfect, i try to adhere to the sketch, i try to make every block of color have a perfectly clean edge, separate the drawing into way too many layers and am afraid to delete or erase anything, i tense up my whole body as frustration builds bc of impatience as this method of painting does not work for me at all and in the end lose motivation on it all and my nerves are stretched thin (i work best when i think as little as possible, just kinda loosely letting my hand do what it wants on few layers and no specific plan, after losing that its hard to get it back)

having those low moments with your art is normal as your skill grows, but even knowing so, and having gone through it countless times, it never stops making you feel like shit, and its especially frustrating when it happens when you just got enough time to work on stuff or have alot of ideas but you cant get it to work

(and funnily enough it also tends to happen after another work of mine got more attention than i thought .. even worse when it was just a sketch bc now i got the pressure on me to actually finish it and the fear of it doing worse once done looms over the whole thing- which doesnt mean i dont want people to interact with my wips, bc that also has an extremely demotivating factor to it bc it makes me think no one cares or it sucks and doesnt deserve the time i would need to spend on finishing it; also .. alot of my wips stay wips forever, which is fine, but like .. you cant always expect a finished tm version to happen)

i do find it a little funny you praise me for talking openly about it bc i am notoriously unable to shut up ever and only recently got better at NOT talking as much about it when i feel as shitty as this bc it doesnt really help anyone and gets annoying really fast xD (im also notoriously unable to not post absolutely everything bc i got no one to show it to and otherwise it will just collect dust on my harddrive so i might as well throw it out there no matter how much i might hate it, someone else might still enjoy it anyway)
