B. March 29th 1990 in Andersonville, Chicago, Illinois
Elise was a board member at the Chicago Therapy Collective and key player of the collective's #HireTransNow initiative. She was a devoted trans liberation leader and beloved community organizer within Chicago's trans community.
Elise was reported missing on March 11th 2022, her body was found 6 days later along the shores of Lake Michigan, near Garden Park.

Hey all -some of you may have heard already, but community partner Elise Malary was originally reported missing earlier this month and later found dead by Evanston police last Thursday.
Many of you knew Elise in life, myself included, which is why Rainbow Cafe is organizing a community vigil this Saturday evening at the Gaia House. You can find all of the details over on the Facebook event: https://fb.me/e/4kz8pyJtu
Candles will be provided, but please bring your own flowers and cards - we'll be making a memorial to her. Masking is optional since the vigil will be outdoors, but greatly appreciated.
Take care of yourselves and remember that trans lives matter.

well ok, since you asked!
This is Geoluhread. She’s the “main character” of Star Story, which is a story that doesn’t exist yet because I’ve never drawn or written it anywhere (…yet). She’s a kid who likes having new experiences, and is excited about exploring space. She’s a fan of books (both reading and writing), but that’s mostly because she grew up in a boring place with little else to stimulate her imagination. She’s exhibited some signs of magic powers, but no one knows how they work, least of all her.She tends to get herself into dangerous situations, but somehow she always gets away unharmed.(don’t ask her about the stuff she’s written, she’s embarrassed about them)
This is Malary (apparently I never posted this image on my art blog? weird). She’s a half-octopus type of alien. She’s tough and no-nonsense. She’s protective of Geoluhread because she was partially responsible for taking her away from home. She won’t admit that she actually likes hanging out with/going on adventures with Elise and Geoluhread.
This is Elise. She’s a freelance overqualified scientist & a lesbian. She prefers cold weather, which is why her outfit is a combo lab coat & parka. She also likes dumb jokes and havng fun, which is what motivates most of her decisions. This can cause some problems (especially from Malary’s point of view) because she’s the one who owns the spaceship, and the only one who knows how to drive it.(She also has a weird feud with the ship’s AI)
This is Hecate. She’s a witch, and Star Story’s recurring villain. No one knows what species she is (not that anyone really cares that much about that in space society) because she’s always wearing so many clothes you can’t see her actual body at all. She wants Geoluhread on her side because she can sense great power withing her, and isn’t above resorting to kidnapping to get what she wants.

Medli is a cyborg pirate captain with a team of robot space pirates under her command.
this character dosn’t have a name yet, but she’s a robo doctor who will literally stop at nothing to make sure you follow her health advice.
