Leaving them - Luffy, Crocodile, Buggy
Dragon Luffy
When you first told Luffy about wanting to leave and try to fulfil your dream, he immediately refused.
You were his treasure and was there a dragon who would give up his treasure?
However, you weren't going to give up and explained to him how important it was to you.
You sat on the figurehead on your ship. You were trapped in Luffy's embrace with your tail wrapped around your body like a snake. Tears were streaming down his face and he didn't want you to leave.
When Luffy finally understood how important it was to you, he wanted to support you even though he didn't like that you had to leave. He knew how much you supported him and he wanted you to fulfill your dream too. Moreover, the sooner you go after your dream, the sooner you will return to it.
Although there were worries inside him, what if you didn't come back, but he fully trusted you. He knew you were strong and that you could handle it. Moreover, you promised him that you would come back and that was enough for him.
Even so, he was at odds with himself. He wanted to support you and at the same time, he didn't want you to leave.
On the day you left, you promised him that you would come back as soon as you fulfilled your dream. Luffy then squeezed you in his giant hug and you kissed him goodbye. Luffy wished you a safe journey and that you come back soon. He waved you off until he lost sight of you.
If you were engaged or married, Luffy looked at his ring when he missed you the most. He remembered the promise you made to yourself and the fact that you would definitely come back again soon.
Fallen god Crocodile
You've been planning this for a long time. Alabasta was nice, but while Crocodile was busy with his plans, you wanted to pursue your own dream.
You had everything ready and according to your calculations, it should be faster to do than his whole secret plan.
However, when you told him that you wanted to follow your dream, he first looked at you, and exhaled smoke from a cigar, before telling you a clear NO accompanied by an irritated crash of the crocodile tail. He then returned to his work.
That's why you tried again. You knew that if you were persistent, you would get some kind of result.
Crocodile finally had to stop his work and focus on your request. Finally, he suggested that you go nowhere and instead send one of his mummies or a believer who wishes to join him.
He didn't want you to go anywhere. You were his most faithful and greatest worshiper. He wanted you by his side, like his own goddess.
You didn't agree to this condition either. How could a stranger make your dream come true? You had to be smart about him, use promises and a bit of your charm.
After much persuasion, Crocodile finally agreed. Somehow you didn't give him a choice since you'd been pestering him for so long that you were afraid he'd turn you into a mummy or something as punishment. But he wouldn't do anything like that to you.
“I promise I'll be back before you take over Alabasta,” you said softly and determinedly. Crocodile was to accompany you to the ship, where he made sure everything was as it should be. This fallen god was not going to leave anything to chance.
In addition, he gave you a special Eternal Pose that responded to his abilities so you could return directly to him at any time, wherever he was.
Even before you left, Crocodile assigned Mr 1 to keep a secret eye on you and keep him informed of everything. Not that god didn't believe in you, but he just didn't want to lose you and wanted to be absolutely sure that nothing would happen to you.
Before you left, Crocodile took your hand and kissed it on the back. A crocodile with a hook mark appeared under his lips. His own blessing. A sign for him to know that you were okay and most importantly for others to know that you belonged only to him and no one else.
Every night, or every moment you had time and thought about Crocodile, you kissed the crocodile mark on your hand. You knew it would make him feel that you were okay and that you were thinking of him.
Kitsune Buggy
You've been with Buggy long enough to be careful about things like this. When you confided in him that you would leave him for a while to fulfil your dream, he thought it was just a bad joke.
However, once he found out that you were dead serious, it completely threw him off. He started shouting that you don't want him, that he's not good enough for you, that it must be because of his nose, etc. He ended it all by yelling at you to go away before he turned into a fox and ran away.
You knew you couldn't do this to him and you definitely didn't want it to end like this. You weren't going to pursue your dream behind his back, especially when he was mad at you.
Buggy has successfully avoided you all week. But when he saw that you hadn't left, he came to see you. "What are you still doing here? You sure can't leave the big Buggy!” he didn't understand why you didn't leave.
Before you answered him, you took his hand so he wouldn't run away from you again. Sure, he could split and disappear, but you didn't care. You wanted to explain to him that you would definitely not leave like this. You wanted to leave and be with him for good.
When he finally understood, you could explain the rest to him. How important it was to you and what it meant to you to know that he would wait for you. However, you told him all this in the privacy of your tent.
Buggy understood you and was on the verge of tears. He didn't want you to leave. You promised him you'd come back, but what if you ran away to someone else? He was just an ordinary fox playing clown. What if you met Shanks and stayed with him? He wouldn't survive that.
In the end, he kind of came to terms with it. On the day of your departure, his entire crew said goodbye to you, and Buggy himself escorted you to his own ship.
The kitsune kept back the whole time and didn't seem to mind, but once you were alone he became a mess. Tears were running down his cheeks and snots were dripping from his nose and he begged you again to change your mind.
You wiped the tears from his face and kissed his nose before promising for about the thousandth time that you would get back to him as soon as possible. This cheered him up and he was able to say goodbye to you properly.
Buggy left one of his tails for you to travel with, which could change into a hand that you could hold on your travels. The hand could change back into a bushy blue tail that you could wear as a scarf on cold nights.

The Kickstarter for our 5e Korean myth-based adventure book is almost at 80% funded!!
There are two different types of Gumiho: those who wish to ascend to the heights of divinity and those who've resigned themselves to their bestial nature. The Samdugumi is the latter having forsaken its lofty goals. Though they appear as feral creatures, they're masters of curses and effectively combine their dark magic with their hunting instincts to slaughter its prey.
The Samdugumi traded away its Fox Marble that all Gumiho possess in exchange for blighted immortality. They can survive being hacked and slashed, reproducing any lost body parts, even splitting its body into separate selves. The Samdugumi is a nine-tailed fox that evolved to spite all mortals.

this ABSOLUTELY interests me!! tbh i have seen that art before, and it still remains one of my favourite lilia and silver arts. it's just so cute!! lilia dragging along his fully-grown son by the scruff... it encapsulates everything i love about them.
now i'm imagining a hypothetical situation... maybe a joint potions class between the second and third years, and silver and lilia somehow end up turned into cats. and with that comes an intelligence and awareness more akin to that of an animal. i'm just picturing silver sleeping as lilia tries to drag him away out of the potions room :') all while their classmates panic. lilia's gonna scratch anyone who tries separating them. he's a little feral at first because well, they JUST got turned into cats, but i like to think he calms down later on.
the potion will wear off within a day or two, so for now, all they have to do is stay put in one place until they turn back. except... lilia being lilia, he'd want to wander around the school like the mischievous little bastard he is. and silver would follow because, well, father. good luck to sebek and malleus if they have to wrangle them cause next thing you know, they're gone.
it's very cute to imagine them cuddling together though. or grooming each other ;;;; oh my heart :')
(also, cat lilia has a valid reason to finally eat rats and frogs and other creatures now. the double standard...)

The Nine-Tailed Trickster Conclave takes on the mystical abilities of the kitsune, and boy are there quite a few. Piercing illusions, will-o'-wisp fires, stealth and subterfuge, martial prowess, arcane power, looking cool as hell, and being a furry.

FOX TALES: LUFFY x OC (Or, when LUFFY asks you to join his crew)

You’re crouching in the dark next to a chicken coop, listening to see if the hens are asleep. Luffy is crouching behind you, having insisted on following you on your hunt.
“Shh!” You hiss, whirling around as Luffy steps forward, snapping a twig. Too much noise could wake the hens up. You point to your feet, for Luffy to follow. “Sneaky,” you whisper, “Like this.” You take a deep breath, center yourself, and melt through the air. Luffy inhales sharply.
“Kit,” he hisses, “Where’d ya go??”
“Right here, dumbass,” you rustle your fingers quickly so he can hear where you are. You weren’t used to having a partner.
“I can’t turn invisible, fox-tail. And I can’t see you at all!” he squints his eyes in the dark, waving around to try and find you.
“Here,” you whisper, grabbing one of his wrists. “And you can see me if you blur your eyes. Keep me at the edges of your vision,” you turn his cheek with one hand, so it was just the outer corner of his left eye that was facing you. “That’s how you see spirits with mortal eyes,” you say.
“Thanks,” he says, scrutinizing you with one eye, “It’s like opals.”
You blush, and drop his chin. “Just try to keep up, okay?” He nods, and you turn back to the chicken coop. There’s not a lot of noise from inside, besides some rustling of feathers. You duck inside the squat doorway. It smells like wet straw.
The first chicken clucks a bit as you dart your hand beneath the warm feathers, and close around an oval object. Quickly, you start filling your basket with eggs. Just enough to not be noticed, only one or two from each nest.
The floor creaks behind you.
“Hey, chicky!” Luffy stage-whispers to the first hen in the row. “Got any eggs?” He starts poking at the hen’s face, and she wakes up with a squawk. No!
“Hsst!” You spit through your teeth, grabbing Luffy’s wrist. The other hens have started rustling more, and you’re reminded of the farmer’s dog. Your forearm stings at the thought of the old bite wound he left you. “Cmon,” you growl, pulling Luffy out of the henhouse. “Time to go.”
You dash outside, Luffy protesting behind you. A quick glance up at the moon, and a portal opens in front of you. You step through. Luffy tumbles in after you.
“Fuck,” you groan as you shut it behind you again, now safe in your backyard. You stomp over to your fire pit, and set the eggs down none too gently. Two clack against each other and crack. “Ugh!” You shout, kicking over a log. You whirl around to Luffy, who’s standing brushing himself off. Laughing.
“How dare you be that loud!” You accuse, face hot. He looks up at you in surprise. “We could have gotten caught!”
He holds up his fists, casually. “I could’ve fought them!”
“I didn’t want you to fight them!” Your ears are flattened against your scalp, your tails whipping back and forth in anger. “You can’t just keep fighting things for me! You have to listen to what I say! I’m saying it for a reason!” Hot tears are flooding your vision. Luffy steps forward, but you keep going.
“I’ve been bitten by their dog before, Luffy! I’ve been chased by their pitchforks! I’m smart, and I’m clever,” you wrap your arms around yourself, squeezing hard. “But I need food.” The months of scraping by on scraps has left burn marks in your gut. Your breath comes in ragged sobs. “If we had gotten caught, they could have set the dog loose on us again, and then he’d have both our scents. Or worse, they’d start chaining him to the coop at night. And then what’ll I do? What’ll I do once you’re gone?” You spit the last word out like stone, shivering with cold. You want your coat.
“I’m sorry, Just Kit,” Luffy stands in front of you, serious. “I didn’t think about your future. Or the danger I could’ve put you in. But,” he lifts his chin up, “Why don’t you just keep some chickens here? Seems like a lotta trouble for just a few eggs.” He raises an eyebrow, a challenge.
You shake your head back and forth, vicious. “There’s no animals here, Straw Hat. Just half-spirits, like me. If I try to keep a chicken here it’ll just die,” your voice is flat, “I’ve already tried.” You sniff, and wipe at your eyes. You glance over at the black hen’s grave, a bickering old thing who’d caught sick within a week. “I’m surprised you’ve survived this long.”
“There’s no half-chickens?” Luffy cocks his head. You huff out a breath, an almost laugh. You rub a palm against your cheek.
“Not that I’ve seen,” you say, sniffling a bit. “But if you find one, lemme know. Maybe there’s a spirit chicken with eggs you could actually eat.”
Luffy knew how you’d gotten here. Half-feral and bloody, banished by the spirit world to a realm in between worlds. Alone. Half-mortal, suddenly, with a body you knew nothing about. Nothing to eat, needing to sleep, unable to pass through the veil to go home. Nowhere was home for you, but here. Stealing eggs and tracking moon cycles, learning how to live.
“Come with me,” Luffy says, “And you’ll never be alone again.”

“What?”
You stare. His mouth is set in a firm line, his brows drawn down hard over his eyes. Blood is rushing in your ears.
“Join my crew,” he says again, arms crossed. “I have the best cook in the world. He could make eggs for you. And our navigator would like you. She steals things too.” He tilts his chin up, “And I could use someone like you.”
You shift. “What do you mean?”
Crickets chirp in the night. The moon is bright overhead, casting brilliant white beams all over the yard.
Luffy gestures excitedly. “Your skill! I’ve never seen anything like that, vanishing in midair! You’re good at hiding, and thinking things through. You can paint, too.” He puffs his chest out proudly, “I think the king of pirates deserves an artist, don’t you? Who else will paint my portrait?” He grins, and then turns serious again as he faces you. “But you have to want to. You still haven’t said if you want to.”
The pond ripples in the moonlight.
“I’m a mess,” you hedge, scared. He nods.
“I know.”
“I’m half-fox.”
“So what? I’m half-rubber.”
“I cheat,” you say, desperate, “I lie and I steal.”
“Pirate life sounds perfect for you,” he walks closer to you, glaring down at you in challenge. You think he’s going to ask you for a duel. “Unless you’d rather rot here all alone?”
You bristle at his taunt, tails whipping back and forth. He’s in your face now, nose barely touching yours. “Well, fox-tails? What’ll it be?”
Your heart pounds. You’ve never left this place before. Not really. But your eyes sting at the thought of having someone to share stories with over a campfire. Not just anyone, though. A whole group of people. A whole crew.
“Yes,” you breathe, “I want to come with you. Please,” you hitch another sob, “Please take me with you! I don’t want to be alone anymore!”
Luffy tackles you in a bear hug. “I’m your captain now!” He laughs, triumphantly, “And I order you to come home with me!”

Summer festival 🦊❤️🐼
I worked on this the entire week and I was excited about it every second of the process (even though, as with all my washi tape art, I also hated myself a little bit at times for having to cut out so many tiny details. Worth it, though).
I just love them so much 😭 The chokehold this AU has on me is unreal.

Pen doddles of Sanji, Ichiji and his other brothers and random au ideas that pop into my mind.
First page a Pokemon au. The more I learn about Sanji and his disaster family. The more it make me think the Eeveelution line is perfect for all the siblings. Think about it Eevee has unstable genes, can evolve into multiple types like how the Vinsmokes have cotton candy hair and kinda unstable given you know there asshat of a father used them like lab rats hmm 🤔. I picture Ichiji with Espeon and Sanji with Flareon because sun and flame, I love a good parallel. :3 also Reiju Sylveon, Niji Jolteon and Yonji Leafeon.
Second page I got this idea inspired by a post by https crepes-suzette-373 who had theory on the idea of Sanji possibly having Kitsune heritage in his family and it got my brain cooking up an idea. Did little bit of research on kitsune lore and found out some stronger types are white, gold or black which got me thinking Ichiji has a white theme going on in his design and Sanji has a black theme. So I thought what if Sora secretly a white kitsune and two of children turn out to have inherited her kitsune side.
That’s all I got so far but I like idea of perhaps Sanji thinking he only one with kitsune powers because Ichiji is hiding his kitsune side and In whole cake Sanji see a white fox and thinks of mother when it just Ichiji wondering about at night unbeknownst to Sanji. Why is Ichiji a white fox like his mum because I thought it be cute for him to take after his mum colours. Also I love parallels cannot forget that.
