The preorder store for our Korean myth-inspired 5e adventure book is still up!
Illust: Walzahn
While the dog guarding the underworld has three heads in Greek mythology, Korea's mythology features sentient, three-eyed dogs. They chase after souls trying to escape the afterlife, scaring and herding them back to their rightful places. Sammokgu are also noted to be able to take humanoid shape and possess great wisdom which they can impart to people as sages and teachers. I just found the cultural similarities interesting over the course of my research.
This monster will be featured in our adventure book! Playtest materials (including races, subclasses, items, monsters, the works) will be sent out to all backers in January.

Yeongno (영노) Illust: hanghul Our pre-order store is up! Softcover Player's Guides (contains playable options and lore) is up as a stretch goal A Korean monster that appears in the Gyeongsamnam-do Province's masked dance plays, the Yeongno is a fallen Celestial that appears in the material world with the characteristics of a dragon (or a lion depending). It is determined to prove its virtue to return back to the heavens by consuming 100 aristocrats/public officials that abuse their positions. There's no doubt the idea of a creature serving as just desserts for the politically powerful and the wealthy resonated, allowing the Yeongno to enjoy a cult international following! In our #DnD #Pathfinder2e adventure book, to combat the corrupt elites of a mageocracy, the Yeongno has abilities to nullify and dispel anything magical with its tail. It bite rusts metal and it breathes a blast of energy that disintegrates whatever it comes in contact with.

Our Kickstarter is in its final day!
We've just cleared the stretch goals for additional lore expanding our setting into China, Japan-inspired lands and beyond guest written by writers with a cultural background with their respective lands! In addition, we've already started work on converting the 5e rules of the book into Pathfinder 2e. Please help us reach the 80K stretch goal where we can begin work on translating the book into Korean!

Illust: Nidhi
Our Kickstarter just unlocked the archery-focused Fighter archetype!
The Naraka Prosecutor is a rogue charged by the Ten Kings of Hell. They exist outside the bounds of life and death to assassinate anyone that contributes to destabilizing the order of life and death. They sense the ripples of karma and punish enemies preemptively. Your bread and butter is setting up readied actions for opportunity attacks!

Illust: Kem The KS for our Korean mythology-inspired D&D adventure book is fully funded at 60k! Out of the divine, nobody loved mortals as much as Hwanung did. So great was his affection that he relinquished godhood to descend into the material plane to live alongside them. Now he exists as a lesser deity, an Archfey, allowing his beloved children room to grow. Hwanung is the son of Hwanin, the Jade Emperor in Korea, who looked down on the land of Korea and saw potential in it. He sired his son, the Founder King Dangun, who began the Gojoseon Dynasty.

CREATURE: SAMDUGUMI
Illust: Hanghul
The Kickstarter for our 5e Korean myth-based adventure book is almost at 80% funded!!
There are two different types of Gumiho: those who wish to ascend to the heights of divinity and those who've resigned themselves to their bestial nature. The Samdugumi is the latter having forsaken its lofty goals. Though they appear as feral creatures, they're masters of curses and effectively combine their dark magic with their hunting instincts to slaughter its prey.
The Samdugumi traded away its Fox Marble that all Gumiho possess in exchange for blighted immortality. They can survive being hacked and slashed, reproducing any lost body parts, even splitting its body into separate selves. The Samdugumi is a nine-tailed fox that evolved to spite all mortals.
