Atsumu picked both you and Benji up from your parents' home. "Benjiiiii! Says Atsumu as both himself and Benji were running towards each other. Your heart was melting on this adorable moment.

He puts Benji in his car seat that he instantly bought last night. Once he closed the door, he had one more good glance at you. "You look beautiful y/n." He opened the door with a smile and you entered blushing.

You wore a jean jumpsuit with thick brown heels. Paired with crescent moon earrings, your necklace, and golden rings. You had your simple makeup with a bright red lipstick. Benji was dressed in jean overalls with a white turtle neck and his white Nike's. Atsumu for some reason got the memo. He wore a dark washed jean jacket with a white long sleeve turtle neck. His jeans matched the jacket and he wore white high top Nike air forces.

"You look nice yourself." He grabs your hand and kisses it. "Why thank you sweetheart." He loved to see you become a flustered mess. "Where are we going?" You ask him. "We're going to Tenoshima in Minato city. It's about a 30 min drive." You smile and say okay.

You hear his phone ring that was actually connected to his car play in his BMW suv. You saw the name said, "Akira🔥❤️" . He looks at you and sees you were already pressing the green button to answer the call. "Y/N what are you doing?!!" He yells a bit. "Sumu-love?! Where are you baby?" Atsumu wished he can eject his car seat.

"I'm going out with some friends." When you heard that, you felt like exiting the moving car. He felt your anger instantly. "Oh okay. Will you come see me tonight? You know I need you." You quickly side eye him and he understood you didn't want to hear this conversation any longer. "Yes baby, I will see you later. I'll call you kay?" He says in a nervous tone. "Love you." Says the woman. "Love ya too. Bye." He instantly hangs up.

"I'll make sure Benji and I don't take up much of your time." You say with a voice full of attitude. "You aren't taking up my time. It was my idea to spend time with you two." He says in the most sincere voice. "How come you haven't told her?" You say scolding him. "How can I tell her if I just found out yesterday?!" He bickered back at you.

The rest of the car ride was silent while you guys listened to music. You guys arrive and he opens the door for you to exit the vehicle. He takes Benji and your bag out.

"Miya-sama. Please follow me." Says an older looking waiter. He sat you guys down and asked you guys what kind of drink you'll like. You asked for water while Sumu asked for Sake. "You're driving you know that right?" You looked at him. "Yes but we're eating too, so it's okay." You guys order your food and wait for it to come.

Benji was playing with his little toy animals you brought for him. "When are you planning to tell Akira about Benji?" Atsumu looks at you and pauses. "Im not sure."

"Well you better think of a good time Atsumu!" You say. "When did you meet her? Is it the same girl from the airport?" Atsumu was amused by your jealousy. "No. Akira is a international model. I met her in Europe. She's not always here in the city. We've been together for 2 years now. But.." you glare at him. "But what?" You knock your head to the side. "She's my fiancé."

You almost choked on your water. "She's your fiancé?! And you're here fucking flirting with me?! You're here in public with Benji and I?!" He grabbed a towel and tried to help you wipe some of the water off your face. You push his hand away and pull the towel from his hand. "Y/n please. I want to have a good time with you and my son." You rolled your eyes and before you continued, your food arrived. You guys got fancy sushi, while Benji got a bowl of rice with a bit of salmon flakes.

You guys ate and decided to continue your conversation in the car. As soon as you guys exited the place, you saw a whole bunch of lights flashing on all three of your faces. Atsumu, who was holding Benji, pulled his head down towards his shoulder so the flash would not bother him. He grabbed your hand with his free one and hurried up to the car. "Mr. Miya is walking out of the restaurant with his maybe son and wife? Is this a secret life?" You hear a news reporter say.

You three rushed to his car and you sat in the backseat to be with Benji. Not even five minuets of being in the car, both of your phones began to blow up. "Fuck!" You yelled out as you began to watch your phone blow up. "Y/n , watch your language." Atsumu says. "WATCH MY LANGUAGE?! We're all over the internet now!!!"

Maya called you right away, "DID YOU SEE THE NEWS! THEY POSTED PICTURES OF YOU THREE EXITING THE RESTAURANT."

You explain the situation to Maya and you told her you'll call her back. You then scrolled on Twitter to see a post. "Is Miya cheating on his Fiancé Akira?! Who's this mystery woman and child?" Soon after Atsumu got dozens of calls from his friends and fiancé. He answered her call but she was not on Bluetooth. "What's going on? Who's that girl? Why were you holding a boy who looks just like you?!" He didn't know what to say. "Meet me back in my complex in 15."

You arrive to a very boujiee apartment complex. You saw Akira already inside waiting for Atsumu's arrival. Akira was gorgeous. She was as tall as he was and had a gorgeous body. She was skinny with long legs. Light complected with chestnut colored hair. She had small bits of freckles around her nose and her hair was in a long bob. She looked expensive.

She saw Atsumu carrying Benji and instantly looked at you up and down. "What is the meaning of all this?!" She raised her voice. "Akira, this is Benjiro, my son, and y/n, the mother of my son." He placed an arm around your shoulder as he introduced you.

"And when did you plan on telling me this?!" She began to yell out of anger. Atsumu looked at you and calmly told you to go to his room. You went there and sat Benji on his bed. You can hear all of his fiancé's yells. You turned on the flat screen tv and put a movie for Benji. Atsumu messaged you to go back to the living room.

"Mama will be right back okay baby. Wait here."

"So because this tramp wanted to keep a secret for so long, she messes with our engagement?!" You heard the woman trash talk you. You didn't blame her however because you can only understand her pain. "Whatever her motives are, why do you believe her?! What if that child is not your's?" That's when you lost it. "And who are you to say that the baby I had doesn't belong to him?!" Atsumu grabbed your shoulder and asked you to calm down. "Why are you now siding with her?!" The woman became even more upset and grabbed her expensive ring from her finger. She threw it at Atsumu and he let it fall. "You're really choosing her over me?!" Says the angered woman.

"This is my family. They mean the world to me."

You couldn't help but widened your eyes as they slowly teared up. He looked back down to you and gave you a closed eye smile. Akira stormed off and slammed the door. Atsumu went to his room to grab your son. You saw them enter the living room and you went to hug both of the boys.

"This is what I want. Not some artificial love. You're what I want y/n." And he reached down to peck your cheek.

Why am I supposed to put up with baby mama telling these kids lies? What law is it that says I can't just handle my business?

My boyfriend took his son home to his mom last night because her family had planned a birthday party for their son and her daughter. My boyfriend was assured that it would just be for a couple hours and he'd have him back last night. Then when time came she never showed up 2 hours later when my bf was able to get ahold of her. All she said was the party was also a sleepover so he wasn't going to be getting his son back. So bf filed a report with the police last night and she told the cops that in the court order it said she could use her own discretion about giving up their son for his parenting time. So when he got home so he could get his court orders and looked through it again while waiting for the cops to call back. And there is nothing in there about her having any say on whether he can have his son for his time or not. So on monday bf is driving down a half hour to where the court house they have to go to is and filing for contempt. Any and all advice would be helpful. She just threw a fit for mothers day because ot was on our weekend but she won't let him have his son for Father's day.

From Closures to New Beginnings.”

 This is part 8 to the “My First” series. 

Sorry for taking so long to upload. I have entered a brain fart with this series. I originally had this written but I decided to make a few changes. As I tried, I entered a brain fart so I decided to take a break from it. Now I am back.

You wake up the next morning and first take a shower. You then grab Benji to shower him. You had to get situated with your job transfer and new home. You decided it was best to find an apartment that was big enough for you and Benji.

Your phone rang and you saw it was Atsumu. You pick it up to hear his voice. "Y/n, meet me outside your home in 5." You quickly put on a matching track suit that was colored lilac and had your hair pinned with a clip. You then put on some slippers and walk out.

Atsumu arrived and he had a bouquet of sunflowers in one hand, while he had a dinosaur shaped cotton candy for Benji. "Can you bring Benji please?" The pretty setter asked as he handed you the bouquet. You ask your mom to put the flowers in a vase while you pick up Benji.

Benji saw his dad and ran to him. He yelled when he handed him the cotton candy. You three had a seat on the front porch's steps. It was a nice day outside, it was fresh but sunny. Benji sat on the grass eating his cotton candy while you and Atsumu began to conversate.

"Have you spoken to Akira?" You say as you place your hand under your chin. "No, not yet." You turn to him and tried to convince him too. "Look Atsumu. I know all this is new, but I didn't come back for you to cancel your whole plans. I came back so you can have a relationship with your son. You and I don't have to be together just because of Benji." He turned to you and answers your sentence. "I meant when I said I searched for you. I really wanted something with you. That night, it wasn't just another "sex" time. I made love to you. You mesmerized me. You were completely different from any girl I've ever dated or slept with."

You giggled a bit while he leaned his head on your shoulder. "Why does it feel like we're back in high school, but with a whole ass child." You ask as you both began to laugh. "Talk to her. If you want something with me, we both need to prove it to each other. But she also deserves closure." He agreed with you and took his leave.

                              Atsumu meets with Akira in her home.

" I came to talk to you Akira." Akira allowed Atsumu in her home. She looked like she cried all morning. "I want to apologize. I know this is all sudden. I came to properly call it quits with you. That's what you deserve, a proper closure." Akira stands up and puts her arms around the pretty setters’ strong shoulders. "After all we've been through, you decide to leave me?" She says as she pecks his lips. "I can't do this." Atsumu tries to respectfully push her away.

  "What am I?! What are we?!" The supermodel began to once again raise her voice at him. "Look, there was a point in life where I did fall for you. But I just never can get her out of my head." Akira slapped him straight to the face. He took the slap because he felt like he deserved it. "So you used me? You used me to forget about her?" She began to cry and Atsumu wiped her tears with his thumbs. She hugged him and began to cry. "I don't deserve this." He hugged her tighter and agreed with her.

  Akira pulled Atsumu's face towards her and pulled him into a passionate kiss. He tried to resist but she always had him wrapped around her finger. He wrapped his arms around her waist and they walked to her couch. She sat on him and slowly started to move her hips on his growing buldge. He felt his phone vibrate and he stopped kissing her, though she proceeded to his neck.

  She was leaving small bruises on his neck to remind him that he belonged to her. He looks at his screen while making small groans. He saw you were calling him. He quickly pushed her off of him and answered. "Y/n?!... Sorry I'll be there quickly."

Akira looks at him as he began to fix his shirt. "I need to go. My son fell and is going to the hospital." Akira tried to stop him by clinging herself on to him and continued kissing his neck. "Akira stop! I didn't come to have sex, I came to end things. I can't get married with someone I don't truly love. You and I were addicted to sex. That was the only thing that kept us together. You knew I was never happy with you. She's back. She's back with my baby. I need to be with her."

  Akira began to yell and tug his shirt. "You can't leave me!!" He grabbed her arms off his shirt and said "I'm sorry." He placed the ring on her table and exited her home.

Atsumu gets to the hospital where he sees Benji have a small cast around his arm. He quickly ran to you and hugged you. "What happened?" You told him that Benji was hyper and began jumping on the bed. "I- I told him to stop and he didn't. He fell as soon as I turned around and broke his arm."

Atsumu grabbed your head and pulled you to his shoulder. You got small faint of expensive perfume. You then looked up to see the small hickeys on his neck. You pulled away from his grasp. "Did you guys make up?" He looked at you confused. "What are you talking about y/n?" You then walk him to the nearest mirror in the hospital room and showed him his hickies. "I didn't know she did that. I really went for closure." You began to push him away. "Why did you come here? Why won't you go back to her?" He scoffed as he rolled his eyes. "I called off my wedding. I was never in love with her. I tried too but she was in denial. She came up to me and began to kiss me. That was all. Because of you, nothing else happened and I thank you."

"What are we Atsumu?!" He once again hears those words, but now coming from you. "We're Benjiro Miya's hot parents." He says trying to lighten up the mood. He grabbed your hand and gave it a gentle kiss. "I promise you that I ended things with her. I left the ring on her table. I told her I was sorry, but I was meant to be with you y/n." You then gave him a tight hug. "You really drive me nuts Sumu." He gave you a peck on the cheek. "Let me drive you crazy in bed sweet heart." You playfully hit his arm and then heard a knock on the door. The doctor came in and told you guys how to treat Benji's broken arm.

Before you guys exited the hospital, the doctor asked Atsumu for a picture. He accepted and you three walked out to go to the car. Once in the car Atsumu asked you if you can stay at his place. "I really need you and Benjiro." You agree and hold on to his hand.

Afterthought:

• I'm so happy that y/n did believe him. She knew deep inside that this must've been hard on Akira to begin with.
