35 Weeks 💙

We had our first of many NST today. We passed but baby boy was stubborn and we had to use the little buzzer which weve had to use with all my stubborn babies 😂. We have another one thursday and will have them twice a week till delivery. Next week at my OB appointment well be doing my group B strep test and planning for how early we have to induce. Im also gunna request a membrane sweep, while its never sent me into labor, I do hope it aids dilation.

With us possibly inducing even earlier Im hoping my cervix is favorable so this induction isnt just working against itself. Im drinking raspberry leaf tea already and Im going to clear evening primrose oil with my Midwife, so we can get that cervix nice and soft.

Even with all these complications Im trying to stay positive that weve made it to such a safe point in pregnancy and if he was born even today, he'd statistically be well off even if he needed a little oxygen and probably some billi lights. (Dont take this as a go ahead baby boy, you stay cooking for another few weeks please)

Also, if youve been around awhile, I pretty much did everything to avoid a c-section with Rhyan and was fortunate enough to have a vbac. I hope for another BUT after everything Ive also emotionally prepared for baby to get here however is safest for him and I feel really good about it. Im still going to make a formal birth plan but truly my ultimate goal is getting him here safely without major medical issues for either of us. I just feel so blessed to be bringing this baby home in the next few weeks.

Also, this baby still doesnt have a name 😅 so if anyone has any suggestions
