To be honest?
I wasn’t a fan of Iqra Aziz’s wedding dress. I was looking forward to her wearing/doing something different and original (I’m not talking colour wise) something that made me think “Wow.” (and stare at the screen in open-mouthed amazement) but nope, she had to go with an almost-replica of someone else’s dress. Colour me disappointed.

Sudahkah bersyukur hari ini?
Salah satu cara bersyukur kepada Allah adalah dengan cara mengenal-Nya. Dan cara mengenal Allah adalah dengan mempelajari syariat-Nya.
Ayat pertama yg diturunkan adalah IQRA' (bacalah). Artinya belajar adalah perintah-Nya.
Maka sudah sampai mana kita belajar syariat ini? Atau bahkan sebatas niat saja belum terlintas?
Maka malulah kepada pakaian yg tengah membungkus badan ini sehingga kita bisa berkumpul di tengah manusia. Dan malulah kepada makanan minuman yang setiap hari masuk ke perut ini sehingga kita tak perlu merasa lapar dan dahaga.
Malulah kepada pepohonan dedaunan yg setiap waktu bertasbih kepada-Nya, sedangkan kita yg diciptakan sebagai Khalifah di muka bumi ini bahkan tak pernah kenal dengan-Nya.
Selalu update soal fashion dan gadget, tapi sudah sampai mana update ilmu agama?
Padahal di kubur itu alangkah gelap dan sempitnya. Kalau bukan amal sholih maka apalagi yg diharapkan sebagai cahaya? Di dunia kita sibuk membangun karir dan tempat tinggal, tapi lupa membangun rumah di alam kubur dan akhirat yg abadi.
Mari segera bertaubat dan berbenah, sebab Allah tak pernah habis ampunan-Nya.

2021 Recap.
Where to start with this year? its been a year of ups and downs that’s for sure. But I suppose we’ll start with the QUEEN returning.
What I liked.
Janine’s return. I have been waiting for Janine to return for YEARS. And while her comeback hasn’t been explosive, it’s good to have her back, I mean she’s only back a few months and she’s already destroying a marriage. legendary behaviour only.
Bobby and Dana. I have no idea how Dana was raised by Harvey and has a brother like Aaron because she’s so pure. I love her and Bobby together and I want a wedding.
Honey and Suki. Controversial maybe. The Honey and Suki storyline really had me hooked, and then in true EE fashion, it was ruined. I feel if EE are going down the internalised homophobia route for Suki, if done properly could be phenomenal. Imagine Ash helping her mum come to terms with it!! The possibilities. Let’s see where 2022 brings us because atm Suki’s ruining Christmas and being her rude self.
Kim. Kim’s storyline these last few months with Vincent have been amazing. Tameka has really shown her range. And I'm so glad they gave Kim a serious storyline. I’m interested to see how this storyline unfolds.
Chelsea. I wasn’t a fan of Chelsea upon her return with Lucas. I felt the storyline was weak. But throughout the year Chelsea grew on me as a character. I really like how she’s there for Denise and cares about her mum, and girly wants to take down her husband. If Mr Atkins touches a hair on her head it’s on sight.
Nancy’s return. I was so happy learning Nancy was coming back, and her SL with the CBD oil was really good, I really hope they reintroduce it.
Zack. I didn’t really care about Zack when he was first introduced but he has grown on me like Chelsea. I really like his character and I hope we get many more serious storylines with him in 2022. And I'm kinda rooting for him and Nancy (not sorry)
Laura. Laura needs to be a staple in the square. She can be the resident lawyer when Grey finally gets sent down.
Iqra. Queen, we love Iqra if anything happens to her, I will be furious.
Mila. Another queen. I love Iqra and Mila’s relationship and like Bobby and Dana I want a wedding.
Stuart’s breast cancer. Stuart needs to tell Callum and Rainie about it, he can’t hide it forever. But Ricky is going to own this storyline and I hope it has a good ending.
Ballum wedding. It was so in character I love it, the will they won’t they aspect was fun and Lexi is the best. Also Ben getting married in his overalls when his house is across the road, get over there and grab your suit!!
Jean. A queen, Jean deserves the world.
Scarlett and new faced Tommy. I need more scenes of these half-siblings.
Eve and Stacey. Chaos. I love them. I wonder what 2022 is going to bring for Eve, I hope she’s a long serving character.
Sean’s small return!! You kept that quiet EE.
Isaac. How that storyline didn’t get more recognition is beyond me! Stevie was amazing, and I'm excited to see more Isaac in 2022, and again I hope with Lola and Isaac that I'm getting a wedding.
Rocky/Tom. I like the addition of Brian Conley. And I do wish he was Sonia’s real dad, but I feel like Rocky can be redeemed and I hope he’s around for the long haul for Dotty.
Jada. I really like the insertion of Jada and Alyssa into Sharon’s life. And it’s a piece of Denny that she can have forever, I really am interested to see how that progresses next year.
Whitney. Again Whitney Dean is on my best list because this time she’s being a detective and taking down Grey. To being infatuated with him, to getting suspicious and doing research, the smartest character on the square. And again if Mr Atkins touches a hair on her head it’s on sight.
What I didn’t like.
Serial Killer Grey. It’s been over a year since he accidentally killed his wife, and he’s killed two other people and no one is any the wiser.
Kush’s death. What was the reason? I’m sorry what was the reason?? There was no reason I'm still upset.
Gullible Shirley. I really need these characters to start using the cogs in their head, every time Shirley sees Grey he’s telling her he saw someone that looked like Tina getting on a bus. I mean once is enough but he keeps saying it and she keeps believing him. Like 2012 Shirley would never.
Janine “ruining” Mick and Linda. I do like that we’re getting manipulative Janine again, but Mick and Linda two people who have been married for YEARS cannot communicate. Janine is going back and forth between them and telling white lies and Mick is believing them. Just give Linda a call Mick, go visit her it’s not that hard she’s only down the road. (Also shout out to the both of them getting amnesia and forgetting they met Janine in 2014)
Nancy and Frankie’s sibling feud. I don’t even know what this is. How can Nancy be okay with Mick and forgive Zack for the part they played in her hit and run, but treat Frankie like that. Also locking a deaf girl in car boot overnight? NO!
New face Liam and the heist. What even was that storyline.
Grey saving Kheerat from the fire. Shake it out playing as this happened made me lose my mind.
Honey and Jay. NO.
Ruby. Sigh, I like Ruby as a character, she’s manipulative and cunning and sly. But her telling everyone Stacey pushed her and made her lose the baby she never had was something else. I am excited to see her rock up to the square with the baby Martin thought she was making up.
Ben and Isaac. How Ben talks about and treats Isaac just really irks me. How he’s always on Lola about how he doesn’t think Lexi will be safe around him. A stigma about Schizophrenia that I hope is addressed and resolved in the coming year.
Tiffany’s exit. As a long serving character I was glad she got Julia’s theme. But my god, what a strange ending. And what annoys me is that most of these miscommunications can be avoided if the characters talk face to face. How did new face Liam get the letter? Why didn’t Tiffany go say goodbye to Keegan? I’m still so confused.
Things I wish never happened.
Mo’s weed farm. Apart from being another bane in Jean’s existence what was the point of this storyline?
Peter doing his naked dash around the square for Ash. I want to erase this scene from my mind and I'm sorry for bringing it back up.
Ash and Peter as a whole, Just no.
Dotty’s mum. Yeah idk I feel like we haven't seen enough of her for me to make a full status on her, so atm she’s going in here.
