My dad was very against me getting a dog and then IMMEDIATELY fell in love with her. Like he absolutely adores her. He started off like 'uggh I don't want to end up having to take care of it' and now he REQUESTS to babysit her every couple weeks or so just for fun. He will just sit there petting her and chuckling and saying "She just makes me laugh :)" to himself. He calls himself her 'grandpa'. The bond between an aging father and the pet he didn't want is probably the deepest love on earth.

Thinking about a Yuu who loved Greek mythology in their world or maybe jus mythology in general and then when they get to twisted wonderland they’re looking at the ruler of the underworld like “…. That’s just Hades?” And then they learn that Greece just isn’t a thing they’re just like “WHAT DO YOU MEAN ???? HOW CAN U HAVE THE GREEK GODS BUT NOT A GREECE ??? AND WHAT IS UR ZEUS ???? HIS NAME WAS HERACLES NOT HERCULES, HERCULES WAS ROMAN.”

They get to the island of woe and Epel and Rook are just like “isn’t it great that our friends are safe !!” And Yuu is just standing there eye twitching “… this entire island is made out of classic Greek architecture.”

Gonna be real here: Wizzro essentially serves the same role Vaati would.

A spunky little sorceror who gets stuck doing all the work (sonce Volga especially is known for "slacking off" in the early game, who uses disguises to fool his enemies, and summons large monsters for a leg up on the fight.

I imagine his moveset woukd be similar too. A huge emphasis on rapid, ranged attacks, which makes it a headache to get in close. From what I remember, theres not a wind element in game, so Vaati would either be a darkness user, or a lightning one (yes i know he uses other elements but i feel these are the ones Nintendo would go with)

Naturally, his magic meter attack woukd be his Reborn form, and his special would be his Wrath form.

I can see one combo turning enemies to stone a and shattering them too.

" o-oi, lemme go! " he's reaching for mali's cheeks, squishing them, too, as if the action might force her to second-guess her choices. he can't tell if it's really working all that well ( he's never been great at reading people, truth be told. some might call him downright terrible at it ).

the fact that maisie cancelled the stockholm show instead of rescheduling it is understandable to me. like I get that it probably just didn't work, and since it took them like two months to announce it was cancelled I assume they were trying to figure it out. but it kinda annoys me that she announced that she's playing a festival in gothenburg as if that's making up for the cancellation
