Alas! I kind of think the only way we'd get Grand Admiral Levi is if the Devildom went to war with somebody and he had to step up to run the navy. I mean, sure, he probably should be doing some kind of training sometimes, but the game is never consistent about this kind of stuff.
But it would be sooooo cool to see him get into that mode!
The thing about Levi is that I think yeah he's super anxious and he doesn't like people, but he also takes action when he needs to. He can be decisive and determined. And I think it'd be really cool to see him in that capacity while defending the Devildom or whatever it is admirals do lol.
