hi im dealing with the big S.A.D.
I'm struggling really hard this year with any motivation and any semblance of normalcy for my seasonal depression. I am trying to work on writings but uh, my brain has officially shut down for the season. Hopefully some medicine adjustments and some physical activity will help. I'll try to work on some small drabbles later

17 - A Portrait - Dva / Hana Song
Things had been stressful for the MEKA Squad since Hana had gotten herself hurt and then the announcement of Overwatch forming up again. You had finally convinced your older brother Kyung-soo Han to let you come help as a mechanic for the Mobile Exo-Force. After endless pestering and getting the rest of his squad against him, you found yourself a second home at the Busan Meka Base. Regardless of the fierce competitiveness your brother still has with the other members of the squad, you had integrated yourself amongst the squad as one of the most trusted mechanics.
You always seemed to quickly find an issue with one of their mech’s if they couldn’t figure it out on their own. You never wanted to pester the squad and wanted them to approach you with an issue. There were times where Yuna had almost refused your help until she came to you defeated the next day after she tirelessly tried to fix her navigation system. You had it fixed by lunch. It was from that point on that the team went to you less reluctantly. They leaned on you and you felt like if you needed to you could lean on them.
Everyone had been on edge as they awaited to hear news about when D.Va was to deploy to go help Overwatch in their missions in fighting off the Omnic in their current Null Sector. After Hana’s brave show fighting off the Gwishin and saving South Korea it was only a matter of time before she was thrown back into danger’s way.
It hadn’t always been this tense. Just a few months prior the only major repairs you were doing was when the boys were off doing amazingly stupid tricks that would blow an engine. The training since the Gwishin incident had gotten more strick in the passing months. The bags under your brother’s eyes were getting darker and you felt the enthusiasm was drained from your once energetic MEKA Squad.
It was 3 a.m. and you knew that half of the squad was probably still awake. You knew Hana and Yuna were probably up playing the new game they had been talking about a few days prior. Regardless of how tired the two were, their dedication to their hobbies outside of the force was very impressive. You had decided to take up residence at the base. The base had offered it to you at your six month mark working for them.
You figured it would be cheaper and made sense so that way when you couldn’t shut your brain off you had your outlet within a short walk down the complex. Each of the squad members also had units that they stayed in when they had their intensive training when they were just too tired to head back to their apartments in the heart of the city. You had visited Yuna and Jae-eun’s apartment for a few small get togethers and parties to celebrate small accomplishments.
So when you had your fits of insomnia you found yourself down in the shop to either work on something you hadn’t finished before the work day ended or to clean up. You looked at the pile of projects lined up on your work desk and opted to clean up around the station. It had been a while since you cleaned up your space and you were hoping that maybe that would help the cloudiness in your head as well.
Someone had cleared their throat to let you know of their presence and you turned around to see Hana. Her hair was down and had strands sticking out in different places. It looked like she had just tumbled out of bed. It was possible that she had fallen asleep on her gaming chair again and had just suddenly woken herself up. “What are you doing awake?” She asked you with a sleepy tone.
You swooned at the girl in front of you. When Hana had come back from dealing with the Gwishin you had felt every part of your body hurt for her. When you had gotten a call from Kyung-soo you had rushed to the hospital. You had gotten pretty close with Hana in these last few months. With her being on “bed rest” she was forced to sit back and watch a lot of what was going on around her.
She especially payed a lot of attention to your work. She would occasionally wander off to go talk to Yuna or Jae-eun. There were a few times that she went over to Kyung-soo and the two of them bickered for a good ten minutes before Captain Myung came in and told the two to separate. Hana had come over to my work station the next day and planted herself on the work desk with a huff and an adorable pout on her face. “I don’t know how the two of you are even RELATED.” She huffed and proceeded to throw glaring daggers at my brother.
It wasn’t that the two of you hadn’t talked much before all of that happened. She was just always on the move. She liked to keep herself busy and moving. Whether it is playing her games for stream, doing MEKA Training, or even just keeping up with her exercise regime. This was the first time in a few months that she was forced to sit down and relax.
“I couldn’t sleep, figured I would make myself useful and get a head start on today’s tasks.” You explained as you had continued to sweep the broom across the floor. She walked over to your table and stared at some of the projects that cluttered your space. Sometimes she would help you optimize some features on a part for their MEKA or she just liked to look at the machinery. Her hands were constantly messing and fidgeting with something.
“I really like this picture.” She commented out of the blue. This made you looked up from your task and saw that she was staring fondly at a picture on your corkboard. As you approached closer to her you felt your cheeks flush as you noticed that it was a portrait of the two of you on your birthday last year. The two of you are facing one another and Hana has her hands on your cheeks and the two of you are making goofy faces at one another.
You can almost hear the music that was playing in the background at the party that night. The way she gently cupped your face into her hands. She had pulled you into a hug after that and ran off over to dance to the song that was on (it was of course a popular dance that was thriving on tiktok at that moment). It felt like your heart was going to beat out of your chest as the music throbbing through the apartment.
You snapped yourself out of your trance of memories and smiled back at her. “It’s one of my favorites, I only hang my favorites.” You smirked, swallowing your nerves away. Hana quickly looked back over at the board and that was when she noticed that it was the only polaroid on your wall.
Hana’s face flushed lightly at the comment and she turned back to the photo. There was a moment’s silence and for a moment you wondered if you pressed too hard. You weren’t sure if the feelings you felt towards Hana were reciprocated or not.
You weren’t sure why you had taken that leap. It felt like you had made the first bad move in a game of chess. You gripped the broom a little bit tighter. The last thing you wanted to do was make her uncomfortable around you. It was nice having someone to talk through my weird thought process when messing with the machines. You didn’t want to ruin that. That’s why you’ve hid your feelings for her for so long.
Your mind was going a mile a minute trying to think of a way to stop the awkward and tense silence that was suffocating both of you. All of your cards were on the table at this point and it was probably one of the cringiest things you had said in a long time.
“I really thought about kissing you that night.” Hana said in what was almost a whisper.
You blinked at her for a moment before turning around to see if anyone else was around that she might have been talking to. It was only the two of you in the shop at the moment. You felt like your voice was caught in your throat. You looked over at Hana and noticed that her cheeks were now a deeper shade of red as if she had just realized what SHE had said.
You had taken a few moments to register what had just happened. “You should have.” You answered in an almost whisper that matched hers. Her head whipped over to you in surprise. Her blush deepened immensely. A smirk crawled across your lips as you winked over at her and walked back over to where you were sweeping.
Hana had stayed over at your work desk for a minute or so more before she walked over to you. “I’m going to head back to my room to sleep. See you in the morning.” She said before pecking her lips onto your cheek. It was your turn for your cheeks to turn beat red. You had grabbed her hand pulling her to a gentle stop.
You raised her hand to your lips, causing her face to burn a nice cherry red, and placing a chaste kiss to her knuckles. “Goodnight, Hana.” You cooed at her. She quickly took off after that with a blush and a few mumbles under her breath.
You smiled as you continued to sweep up your station, replaying the events of tonight over and over again in your head. Your heart in constant flutters and a smile that you can’t wipe off your face. You had a good feeling about the events of the day to come.

She’s Better Than That - Trickster
Once again, you found yourself trapped in another nightmarish trial within the ceaseless game orchestrated by the Entity. It pitted a disparate group of survivors against the sadistic killers it had carefully chosen to exploit their darkest terrors. Two of the five generators had been completed with minimal effort as it seemed the killer was having trouble with keeping up with Feng. A chuckle left your lips as you remember her passing through your area singing a song about how bad the killer’s aim was. This was the only key you had to the killer’s identity.
You were no trackstar like Meg or the ever elusive Feng, so you kept to doing what you knew how to do best - fixing the generators in a desperate attempt to survive. Your generator was so close to being done when you felt the terror radius getting stronger. A slew of curses left your mouth. You hadn’t been hooked all match, nor had you tried to run the killer. You had let Feng terrorize the killer all she pleased. The killer must have gotten fed up with her antics and left her to find someone else to target.
Unfortunately, you had no one else on the generator with you so you would have to be the one to take chase away from the almost finished generator. You slipped some of the blast mines Jill had handed you at the beginning of the match onto the generator. She said that it was like an extra layer of protection for the generator. As well as temporarily blinding the killer and giving you enough time to escape.
You ensured that the mines were on the generator before slowly creeping around the nearby trees and crouching behind a boulder. You listened intently as the footsteps of the killer grew louder and you heard the ragged breathing from someone who was just running around the entire map. You held your breath as the killer slowed down in front of your generator.
BOOM.
A grin slipped across your lips as you heard the blast mines sound; sending a slew of crows in the area to fly away from all the commotion. You stayed absolutely still as you continued your stakeout near the now regressing generator. Although you hadn’t heard the generator get hit again by the killer and that alerted you immediately. The generator wasn’t actively regressing yet. Maybe the killer got upset and left the area as you hadn’t heard any more footsteps in your direction..
You had peeked around the boulder and something whizzed by your face.  The iron scent reached your nose before you felt the blood trickling down your cheek. Terror spiked your adrenaline and you bolted from your spot towards your planned exit strategy. You knew there was a pallet lined up a few meters away from the generator and you prayed to whatever god that would listen that one of the others would quickly get the generator.
You were stopped in your tracks as the killer stepped into your direct line of sight and you had locked eyes with him. How did he get in front of you so fast? You felt your blood chill and all your senses cloud in fear. Using your momentum you had quickly turned sharp right and booked it for the killer shack. A light-hearted chuckle escaped the killer’s lips as if he was getting more excited about the chase.
Blood-lust. He had been chasing Feng for pretty much three generators. How long had it been between the time he lost Feng and he found your little corner of the map? You vaulted over the window in the killer shack. You quickly glanced around the surroundings. Thankfully Feng had not used the shack pallet like the pro runner that she was. The other blessing was that the basement was not at this killer shack. Just a bunch of lockers and a perfect place to loop.
Contemplating your next move you heard a faint humming outside the window you had just vaulted over and noticed that it was blocked by the entity. A curse left your lips as you made eye contact with the killer again. His golden eyes squinting at you and a wicked smile curling at his lips. His fluorescent yellow jacket hanging gracefully on his frame with his spiked bat in his hand. Blood was staining his hands and had some splattered on various patches of his body.
“There you are.” The Korean Idol purred as he rounded the exit without the pallet towards you. Within seconds your feet were hitting the pavement with desperate speed as you made your way to the other side of the killer shack. He was too fast though and ended up cracking his back against the middle of your back. A wail left your lips as you stumbled forward, catching yourself before you fell to the ground.
You sucked in a tight breath, slammed the pallet down and sprinted out of the killer shack. You quickly looked behind you to notice you had indeed landed your stun. When he looked up from the shock of the pallet he met your eyes and you felt your heartbeat thud even harder. He wanted you and he wasn’t going to stop until he got you.
Focusing back to what was in front of you,  your eyes darted everywhere as you looked to find your next path. In front of you was one of the generators you and Jill had finished together earlier in the trial. You weren’t really familiar with the MacMillian Estate maps. You knew a few of them like the back of your hand; however this was one of the particular maps you did not excel in.
Huffs of air were desperate to escape your lips as you hammered your feet into the ground in desperate attempts to get away from this killer. Suddenly, you felt a hand wrap around your forearm and swung you to a forced stop against one of the trees surrounding the estate. He had pinned himself over you with daggers that were plunged into the tree in both of his hands that were above your head. You stared wildly at the idol as he caged your injured form into the tree.
He towered over you easily and was able to plant himself in such a way that you were unable to slip from his grasp. His golden eyes bore into yours and a small smirk crossed across his chapped lips as he realized the position the two of you were in. He hummed in amusement at the bewildered look in your eyes and noticed your rapid eye movement and elevated breathing.
He effortlessly pulled the two blades out from the tree and  pocketed one of the knives into where he sheathed them. He replaced his right arm to be above you and lightly trailed your jaw line with the remaining  blade. A sting of its cut left its wake but your attention was too focused on the killer in front of you. You flinched as he  leaned close to you and you felt his breath hit your neck, still feeling the cold of the blade against your skin, as he whispered into your ear, “How annoying”.
Goosebumps had risen on your skin and you felt your cheeks burning as he pulled away from your personal space. It was honestly a miracle that your knees hadn’t given out on you. With the teasing smile that lingered on his lips as he pulled away from your ear you instantly knew you were a flustered mess.
He retracted his blade from your jawline, lowering his hands and slowly walked away from you. Before he turned around to start walking in the opposite direction he threw a wink your way. You felt your heart hammering in your chest. You weren’t sure if it was from the chase, what had just happened or a combination of the two. Taking a few grounding breaths to try and process what had just happened.
“How annoying” You could practically almost feel his lips on your neck. You put your hand on your neck and almost felt weak in the knees. You had locked eyes with a killer and he had spared you. He had cornered you. You were helpless against him.
You liked that you were helpless against him.
You shook your head at the thought. What has gotten into you? Which side were you on? Outside of this hell there were countless murder victims with his hands covered in their blood. Screams recorded on soundtracks. His voice. His sultry voice breathed against your neck. The cold blade keeping your absolutely still and at his mercy-
You pushed yourself off from the tree and shook your head from the onslaught of thoughts. You were better than that.
Weren’t you?

An Albedo One Shot
Wordcount: 4.9k Content Warnings: Making out? A/N: So I've been getting back into Genshin Impact more recently and I hate how much I simp over some of the men in this game. I don't know why i thought of this, but here we go. I have no idea how to write some of these characters so I'm sorry in advance, but I hope you enjoy <3
It had been over two weeks since Albedo had holed himself up at his campsite up in Dragonspine. It was deep in the snowy mountains infested with hilichurls and Fatui cronies alike. You knew why Albedo had always escaped into the mountains as he enjoyed his solitary research conditions. Sometimes he brought Klee along with him to help with experiments. Sometimes you’d even be invited to come help him with his many experiments. It was unusual to go this long without hearing from the alchemist himself.
You had volunteered to go up to the campsite to check in on your recluse alchemist friend. You had become him assistant after continuing to show up to his workshop in Mondstadt and showed interest in his experiments. You had also quickly gotten along with his younger adoptive sister, Klee. You had not gotten upset at her when she tried to blow up your cooking and he had asked if you were looking for work. He offered you a position as his assistant and the rest was history.
Sucrose and you had been back and forth on whether or not to go out to the mountain campsite to make sure Albedo hadn’t frozen over. She had claimed he was fine and that he didnt want to be bothered. However, you knew how he got when he was on the verge of a breakthrough. He rarely slept and he also rarely ate. This was your opportunity to just go check on him, see how things were going, eat a meal together, ask when he was coming back down to Mondstadt, and head back. It was a days journey to get to his spot on Dragonspine, so as long as you left before sunset you’d at least reach the bottom of the mountain by nightfall.
You had checked the weather before you left and decided against bringing the coat Sucrose insisted you bring with you. You scoffed and had let her know that the cold was never really an issue with you. Your electr vision had usually done a good job at keeping your body temperature regulated in the cold. However, as soon as you had reached Albedo’s campsite, you were a chattering shivering mess. “Y/n! What on earth are you doing here?” Albedo asked when he turned around and saw your shaking figure.
“You hadn’t been back to the workshop in a month and we havent heard from you for about two weeks. Everyone was starting to get worried about you.” You pouted, wrapping your arms around yourself in an attempt to get some body heat back. He quickly made his way over to you and shrugged his jacket off. “No no its okay! I’m okay!” You replied through chattering teeth. He smiled at you in the way that made butterflies go wild in your stomach. As if he was fond of you and the way you were a shivering mess right now.
“Don’t be ridiculous. I can heat myself with alchemy. You on the other hand cannot.” He chuckled while shaking his head. He wrapped the warmed jacket around your shoulders. You tried hard not to blush at the action. You’d be lying to yourself if you tried to say you didn’t harbor feelings for Albedo.
It was always so easy to talk with him about anything. The topic didn’t matter. There were plenty of nights when you had spent your time up here in the mountain that the two of you would sit under the stars and talk about nothing until the sun rose. Everything felt natural with him by your side. Although, Albedo was a bit of a social pariah. He didn’t showcase his emotions as easily as any one else. He showed adoration and caring moments with his adoptive sister, and occasionally would embrace you in a hug.
However, you weren’t going to try and ruin everything you had built because of some silly feelings that managed to blossom over the time you’ve spent with the Alchemist. His hands lingered on his coat for a moment before he swiftly turned back to the beakers that were on the table he was working on. “Have you made any new discoveries in your time up here?” You had asked after a moment. You didn’t want to break his concentration or even be a hindrance to his experiments. He flashed a smile as he wrote something down in his notebook.
“Not quite yet, although the seclusion definitely helped quiet my mind.” He said as he glanced over at you and you sighed. “Have you eaten?” You pressed on, making him stop in his tracks. “I eat when I need to.” He replied in a more quieter tone. A huff of frustration exited your lips as you dropped your pack onto the open space of the table he was working on. You pulled out a takeout container of some food you had snagged in Mondstadt.
He smiled up at you as you passed over the food to him. “Were.. you worried about me?” He asked suddenly, looking at you with an intensity you couldnt define. You smiled at him while another chill ran down your spine. “Of course, I’m always going to worry about you. You’re my friend, and when youre gone up in the mountains for weeks at a time, I tend to worry about you.” You admitted, avoiding his gaze by looking over the beakers filled with mysterious liquids.
You looked up over at him when a few moments of silence had passed. There was a faint blush spread across his cheeks that took you by surprise. Was it a blush on his cheeks or just the cold wind kissing his cheeks red? “Thank you. You really didn’t have to go through all this trouble. I can take care of myself just fine.” He started, a small pout on his lips. “The atmosphere and scenery here are excellent for inspiration. And if I spend an extended period of time up here, I can get a better understanding of the geography of the area. Plus, I get to enjoy the isolation.” He explained, opening the container and sighing at the smell of the food.
“I understand, thats why I wait to come visit you. I never want to be a bother, but I still want to check up on you to make sure you’re at least doing okay.” You responded as he took the plastic utensils and dug into the food. He scooped a few mouthfuls of the food into his mouth, chewing thoughtfully at your response before swallowing the bites he had taken. “I appreciate your concern for my wellbeing. I enjoy seeing you as well. Even though I know that I’m capable of handling things by myself, sometimes I do feel comforted by having someone visit me like this.” He explained, wiping his mouth with a napkin that was next to the take out box.
You smiled at him, your heart warming at the idea that Albedo enjoyed your visits. Friendly visits. These visits were friendly. Nothing more. Another chill ran down your spine as you looked up at the sky. “When do you think you’ll be heading back down to Mondstadt? A few of the others have also been asking about you.” You mentioned, trying not to stare at him while he was scarfing down his food. He had finished up his meal when he took a sip of his water. A content sigh leaving his lips as he smiled at her.
“I’m planning to stay here for another three days. I’ll be completeing a few more projects by then. Once I’m finished I’ll return to Mondstadt. I know that everyone there worries about me being alone up here, but I hope they don’t worry too much. I am doing just fine.” He said, chuckling at the end at my raised eyebrow at his sentence. He had just scarfed his food down without even blinking twice. Yes, he could take care of himself, but he was always second to his research.
You smiled softly at him and nodded. “We know you can take care of yourself, but we are still your friends and colleagues and we still worry about you.” You mentioned, walking towards him. However, you were taken off guard when a few heavier snowflakes hit your nose. You looked up at the sky and instantly froze seeing the sudden heavy snowfall. A slew of curses flew out under your breath. “I didn’t know it was supposed to snow today…” You whispered as you weighed your options.
“You should head back to Mondstadt. I can handle myself in this environment,” He stated looking over at you with concern in his eyes. “Youre shivering. You shouldnt stay out here in these conditions.” You hadn’t broken your eye contact with the falling snow getting denser by the minute. “Do you really think I’ll make it down the mountain before the snow gets worse?” You asked in a hushed tone.
He looked out at the snow and waited a moment before responding to your question. “You might find it difficult traveling in these weather conditions…” He started. You were able to take care of yourself. You had time and time again with the hilichurls and the fatui lowlifes. However, finding yourself stuck in a snow storm, traversing these dangerous mountain slopes you weren’t so sure it would be the smartest idea. “Would you…” He started to say, trailing off as he watched the snow continue to fall in even heavier clumps. “Wait here with me for a while.” He finally finished saying to you as he turned towards you.
His full attention was on you and the offer was ringing out in your ears. You hadn’t brought a tent, you hadn’t brought anything. You hadn’t intended to stay with him. “Are.. are you sure? I don’t want to be a burden to you or be a distraction from your research. I could find caves along the way back to Mondstadt to take cover in.” You suggested and his mouth instantly turned into a frown. He instantly shook his head to your suggestion.
“You are no burden to me. If anything, you are doing a favor if you stay.” He said, making you raise an eyebrow in question to his statement. “The snow is starting to pick upm and returning to Mondstadt in these conditions would be rather dangerous. You wouldn’t want me to worry, would you?” He asked, a smile softly crossing his lips. Your face instantly burned at that sentiment. He would worry about you?
“I suppose thats fair..” You nodded, wrapping yourself in his coat. It smelled of campfires and various spices. He did cook for himself when he wasn’t fully indulging in his research. His cooking always made your mouth water. The smell of his jacket was intoxicating and you were embarrassed at how happy it made you being wrapped up in it. “The winds are picking up, we should head into the tent for shelter.” He said, grabbing your hand gentled and guiding you towards his tent. “Besides, your safety is my priority.” He smiled before entering the tent.
Your head was spinning. Was it the storm or the forced close proximity you were about to enter with Albedo. You had spent many nights talking on the floor of his tent just talking about the universe and theories with him. For some reason, this had felt more personal. You were wearing his coat and entering his tent. “We will be waiting out the storm in here for the time being.” He said behind the flaps of the entrance of his tent.
You had been in the tent a plethora of times. You weren’t sure why you were so hesitant. “Only if you’re sure you wont mind.” You said, pushing past the tent’s flaps to enter the tent. The tent itself wasn’t huge like some other travler’s would take. Albedo was able to fit a small blowup bed, a small cushion that acted as a seat, a small table with a few important items on it, and a lamp that was off at the moment. You had sat yourself down on the cushion next to his bed where he was currently sitting. “I don’t feel uncomfortable at all with you being here. In fact… if I may say so.. But I really enjoy your company.” He smiled at you, making your heart stop in its tracks.
“R-really? I also enjoy your company. I love learning from you and your experiments. And even when we’re just talking about life and things that bother us.. Sorry I’m rambling.” You muttered. You felt your face get even hotter in embarrassment. He had turned away and you werent sure if you were seeing things but it almost looked like he was blushing as well. There were a few moments of silence before he had said, “I do find the time we spend together refreshing. Especially since I keep to myself most of the time. That’s why having you here is.. a new experience.”
You had looked up and over at him. He was staring at you with a gaze you couldn’t decipher. You felt the air get knocked out of your lungs. You had taken a moment before repeating back, “A new experience?”. He had looked away, looking slightly embarrassed. “I’ve never really spent too much time with a companion, if that makes sense. Not until you came along.” He chuckled in that nervous way he only did when he felt awkward. He looked back over to you with a hint of sadness in his face. “I feel…guilty that I made you wait outside for so long in those conditions. If i knew you were planning on coming here today…” He looked away, anxiety filling his voice. “I… I should have warned you earlier that I would have been gone this long.”
You shook your head and immediately grabbed his hands. “This is not your fault. I didn’t warn you ahead of time that I was coming. I wanted it to be a surprise. I didn’t want to bother you so I hadn’t planned on staying long. I should have stopped and asked Mona or even payed more attention to the weather conditions up here. My plan was to stop by, drop off your food and return back to Mondstadt so I didn’t take up too much of your time.” You explained to him. You didn’t want him to feel guilty for YOUR mistake.
You were the worry-wart who had panicked when you hadn’t heard from him in two weeks. It was the longest he had gone without communicating back down to the workshop. Sucrose had indeed told you not to worry but he was your friend and you wanted to check in on him. You probably wouldn’t have come if you had known he was returning in three days time. You didn’t regret it because you always enjoyed his company. However, you felt bad for impeding on him and now forcing him to host you because of your ignorance and impatience.
He squeezed your hand to grab your attention. He smiled softly at you when you had finally looked over at him. “It would not have bothered me if you had decided to stay intentionally. I am quite fond of your company. It was a nice surprise to see you traveled all the way here just for me.” He explained, that faint blush crossing over his cheeks. You hadn’t imagined it but it was still hard to tell with the light dimming from the storm. The torches outside would soon go out with the force of the cold winds about to stir across the mountains.
“I’ll stay with you until the storm passes. The last thing I want to do is worry you. I’ll get out of your hair at the first sight of the storm lifting.” You nodded and he had smiled back at you. The wind howled and lashed at the tent. Within twenty minutes since you had gotten there, the storm had started to rage over the cavern. The closest torch to the tent had gone out, making it dark inside of the tent. There was a faint glow coming from the torch closer to his work table outside. You hadn’t even noticed that the two of you were still holding onto one another’s hands until he had tugged you a bit closer to him.
A little yelp had escaped your lips in surprise. You had looked over at him, your own blush returning to your cheeks at the close proximity. He had stared at you and examined your face for a few moments before lowering his gaze to your lips. “You know, I was just thinking. As much as I enjoy your company, I’m not all that happy we have to stay in here until the storm passes.. It’s more enjoyable when I can see your face.” He started suddenly. Your head was spinning in confusion. What on earth was he going on about? “Is it possible… for me to… maybe… look at you a bit closer?” He asked, leaning towards you slightly. Your face had burst into full color with his request. You felt his hand in yours and your heartbeat had quickly fastened itself to mockspeed. You weren’t sure if you heard him correctly, but he was staring at you with an intensity that you knew you would have to answer. “You.. you’re more than welcome to.. Look closer if you so wish..” You answered, feeling your heart beating against the wall of your chest.
You weren’t sure what was happening. However, he had pulled you onto his bed to sit next to him. He had wrapped his arms around your shoulders in an attempt to keep your shivering form warm. “You know.. You’re rather attractive.” He had started, making you snap your head in his direction, seeing the smile spread across his lips. You felt yourself trapped in his eyes, looking back and forth from his eyes and his lips. You couldnt think straight with him so close to you.
You and Albedo had talked about everything from science to the little things that Kaeya did that irritated the both of you. You knew of his background, you knew him to the depths of his core. He knew things about you that you hadn’t told anyone. He had never once made a comment on your appearance. Let alone one that was in your favor. You couldnt think of anything to say. You were stunned silent. He had caressed your cheek with his hand as he continued, “You’re also very pretty… and lovely. Your personality is also very charming.”
He slew of compliments had your head spinning. What had gotten into him? This wasn’t his usual shy and laid back demeneor. Your cheeks must have been the same color of an apple at this point. Your heart felt like it was going to explode out of your chest. You were waiting for him to say he was joking and to chrush every single one of your feelings for him into the ground. He had gripped your chin lightly between his thumb and pointer finger to gently lift your head to look at him. His eyes flickered from your own eyes down to your lips. He had licked them anxiously after doing so.
His breathing was ragged and fast. You couldnt tell what was going on with him but you secretly didn’t want it to stop. “Do you think… do you think I could…” He started, stuttering and stumbling over his words. His face was also tinged red with every word that escaped his lips. “Do you think I could try and have my first kiss with you?” He finally finished out his sentence. It felt like he had just punched you in the gut. You felt the air leave your lungs and you stared at him in confusion but also in excitement. “I… I think i like you.. I’m not entirely sure what I’m feeling, but I have never felt this way about anyone before…” He admitted.
You stared at him for a moment, waiting for him to say he was just kidding or something hurtful. It wasn’t his usual character, he was never one to play pranks on people. Yet, you couldn’t figure out what had brought this out of him all of a sudden. The two of you had plenty of opportunities like this over the past year you had gotten to know him. Stolen glances and shy smiles that turned into constant conversation. Nowhere along the way had you noticed the boy you had been harboring feelings for had been harboring feelings for you right back. You felt like this was a dream you didn’t want to wake from.
“You… you want to kiss.. me?” You managed to stutter out after realizing you hadn’t said anything back to him. He had nodded and looked away with that blush still spread across his face. “Y-yes... I do. I... I am not sure if this is a feeling that you share... but... you mean... everything to me, Y/N. You are the one person who I can trust and truly care for. When I'm with you... everything just... makes sense.” He stammered out, unable to look back at you from his embarrassment.
You had noticed the way he had been speaking extremely nervously, the only time you’ve heard him be this unsure or nervous around you. You felt your chest tighten with the anxiety of speaking your feelings out loud. If Albedo wasn’t serious, this would change the entire course of your friendship together. You just couldn’t pass on the opportunity to get everything out in the open. You had squeezed his hand to make him look over to you.
“I.. I've.. I've had feelings for you for a while.. but as your assistant I never thought we'd be together..” You finally admitted. You had closed your eyes for a moment to catch you breath and were met with his lips meeting yours briefly. You had let out a squeak in surprise and when he had pulled away, you had opened your eyes to meet his stunning teal eyes. It was like you were seeing him for the first time again. There was longing and adoration in those eyes of his now and you leaned into the gentle touch of his hand caressing your cheek. “I... have always had feelings for you, Y/N. Even if you were my assistant, I have never looked down on you or considered you any less than an equal. I… I know that we are both... somewhat inexperienced in matters of romance, but it's something that I... I really want with you for some reason... something that I have never wanted to pursue with anyone else before.” He admitted, pulling your hand with his free hand to his lips. He gently brushed his lips against the back of your hand and you felt your whole body light on fire. You could swear there were drums in your ears from how hard your heart was pounding.
Albedo wanted you.
Your eyes darted from his astonishing teal eyes to his lips and you wanted nothing more than to kiss him again. He was staring intently at you and your motions. You met his intense gaze and nodded your head. That was enough for him to crash his lips onto yours once again. This time, you reciprocated the kiss. Fervently kissing his back with the same passion and same intensity. The two of you kissed passionately for what felt like eternity. You were the first to pull away, panting at the interaction. You felt like you couldnt get enough oxygen. Your head was spinning trying to grasp that had actually happened. You placed your forehead against his gently, smiling as you tried to catch your breath.
“You have no idea how long I’ve waited to do that.” You had both said at the same time, making you both chuckle out. You had lovingly caressed his cheek as he had stared at you with such passion and intensity. “Our connection has always been so.. easy..” You continued. During the passionate kiss, you had somehow ended up straddling his lap. You don’t remember how you got there, but in the heat of the moment the two of you must have tangled up like this. You didnt mind being this close to him now that both of your feelings were out in the air.
“Your warmth… I want to feel more of it.” He said, wrapping his arms around your waist. He had placed kisses to your forehead, your temple, your lips and your jaw. “Your embrace... I crave for it. Your touch... I need to feel it. Your love…” he trailed off, kissing down your neck eliciting a soft moan from your lips. “...I want to possess it.” He said before attacking your neck more passionately with his hands moving down to your waist. Little mewls and gasps escaped your lips at the sudden attention to your neck.
“You are all I have ever wanted and more, Albedo.” You whispered before catching his lips with your own, running your hands through his hair. The breath caught in his throat, his breathing heavy and he continued to kiss you more intensely. He broke the kiss to caress your cheek, his eyes gleaming with passion “You… are the most.. The most..” he started to say before encapturing your lips with his again. He couldnt keep his hands or lips off of you.
He deepened the kiss, swiping his tongue over your bottom lip begging for access. You obeyed quickly and felt his tongue slowly swipe against your own. You felt your body light on fire, you felt like every touch was incinerating you. He parted from the kiss to once again press tender kisses to your neck, trailing up to your ear. “I… I love you.” He whispered, making you freeze instantly. You had pulled away from him momentarily to look at him in the eyes. You waited for him to say something but his embarrassment was apparent.
He had meant that. You stared at him intensely for a few moments before you were able to gather the courage to ask, “You love me?”. You felt him stiffen at the words but you saw how his face turned a deeper red. He was looking down at you with a shy look on his face. “ I... I feel a sense of love for you. Do I truly love you? I'm not sure... but... these feelings…” he trailed off, brushed a piece of your hair behind your ear. “ ...are something that I have never experienced with anyone else. I've never felt this way before with anyone else, and... I think I want more.” He continued, once again gently grabbing one of your hands to interlace your fingers together.
He had avoided your gaze, and you could tell the tension was thick in the air. He was worried he crossed a line and you had lifted his head to meet your gaze. “I have loved you from the moment we met. I fell harder for you when you would come to me excited about a new breakthrough you found. I think I have always loved you, Albedo.”
His eyes turned from shy to passionate within a moments time. He still was caressing your cheek, the adoration pouring from his actions. “I... I love you more than words can express. You are the only one... who knows me... and yet doesn't judge me. You are the only one... who does not run away in fear when I show the truth of my form. Thank you... for being my first love... my assistant... my everything.” He mumbled, kissing you inbetween sentences and running his hand through your hair.
It almost felt overwhelming. This was not how you expecting this visit to turn out. It felt like your wildest fantasies were playing out right in front of you. You’d pinch yourself but you were afraid that you’d wake up from this blissful event unfolding in front of your eyes. “No.. thank you for allowing me to become your assistant.. for letting me into your very secluded world.” You paused to press a soft kiss to his lips. “You are no monster, you are the most wonderful alchemist I have ever met. laces her fingers into one of his hands you gave me purpose.. so thank you for loving me.” You admitted, tears streaming down your face. Albedo wiped them away from your cheeks with tender love.
You two spent a moment just holding each other in both each others arms and in each other’s gazes. You flicked your eyes to his neck that was out on display and latched your lips onto it. Making your way slowly up his neck like he had done to you. A small whimper left his lips as you continued your onslaught to his skin. He tried to mumble out a few words but was too intoxicated from the affections. It wasn’t until you had pulled away to notice some marks left on his neck that left you smiling in satisfaction.
His eyes were dark with desire and you felt yourself squirm with his gaze. He once again captured your lips with his, kissing you fervently. In between kisses he managed to get out, “I cannot.. express my love for you in words..”. He had broke the kiss completely and hovered over a spot on your neck before saying, “Let me show you with my actions.”

Songbird A Self-Indulgent Self-Insert Trickster Fanfiction
Part Thirteen: Playdate Word Count: 5.9k Content Warning: gore, violence, language , substance use, alcohol use, drug use A/N: welcome to chaos that is my brain. no idea how im gonna continue this one but here we go~
Songbird Masterlist
You had an extensive list of killers that you had befriended, each new killer that entered the fog was a new challenge for you. You weren’t expecting to befriend the Onryo, or as you and Steve lovingly called her: The Oreo, on the first day she entered the fog. Although it was very short lived because you honestly think you had just confused her. The next encounter did not go as smoothly as the first.
Wesker was another one in which took a bit of time befriending; the last thing you expected was when Wesker had joined in you and your friends' antics in the snowmen the Entity put in for the holidays. An excited squeal had left your lips as you had high fived Wesker inside of the decoy snowman. You had run back to the campfire exclaiming to Quentin what you had done, and looking over to see Chris Redfield’s jaw drop.
Another killer that was on and off with being your friend was the Pig. There were matches that she was a total sweetheart and let you and your friends boop the snoot. (A small game that you and the survivors had come up with after you had befriended her the first time.) On the opposite end though… When Amanda was in a foul mood, she was not in the mood to play games unless it involved your death.
You were dropped off at Coldwind Farms with your fellow survivors and you had gained your consciousness making eye contact with Jake. He sneered at you and made for the opposite direction. Rolling your eyes, you decided to head into one of the killer shacks on the map. You started cleansing a totem and notice David sneak into the shack and start working on the generator.
You hopped onto the generator as well after making sure the totem was broken to bits. “Any idea on who the killer is?” You asked after getting into the groove of getting the generator working again. “It’s Pig, saw one of her cages on the other side of the shack.” He answered after sparking two wires together and pulled one of the cranks in quick succession. As if speaking her name was enough to summon her, you heard her pig like roar before swinging at David.
Thankfully, David sprinted out of the shack before hand and vaulted over the window. Leaving you to be face to face with Amanda. You quickly dropped your tool box and lowered yourself to the ground. The first way you attempt to befriend the killer. This however, did not seem to appease the killer in the slightest. She swung her blade at you and managed to land itself deep in your arm.
You let out a hiss and ran towards one of the exits, quickly slamming the pallet lined up at the exit way. You didnt mean to hit Amanda with it but you heard her surprised squeak and knew you were in for it. Even when Amanda was not in the mood to be friends, she never placed a bear-trap helmet on your head. You felt your blood run cold and you immediately broke out into a sprint.
“Shit shit shit shit” was all you could think and all you cold exclaim as you wove your way through the cornfield. You knew she was not going down without a fight, and she was hot on your trail. “AMANDA WE CAN TALK ABOUT THIS!” You shouted as you vaulted another window leading into the pig pens. There was no answer from the angered killer except her ragged breaths as she kept her eyes on you.
The problem you encountered a lot was that you were good at befriending killers; not running them. You were not nearly as good as Feng or Nea when it came to running the killers around the map. Its like they got some twisted pleasure when they got a rise out of the killer enough to tunnel them a whole match. And with not running the killers as often as they did, you didnt know the maps very well.
You had run into a dead end and quickly tried to climb over the pig pen fencing when Amanda grabbed you up like a cat. She tossed you hard onto the ground before putting the trap-like device onto your head. “There is no talking. Just suffering.” Amanda whispered into your ear before picking you back up and stringing you onto a hook.
That wasn't the only time that things had gone a bit weird in your trials. A few matches later, you found yourself on Leery's Map, the broken down hospital that was notoriously the Doctor's home map. Preparing for the worst, in this case; preparing for the doctor, you headed towards the center of the map. Getting the gen done in the main operating room was the biggest priority because if it's one of the last ones there was no way in hell the killer was going to let you finish it.
They will camp the shit out of that generator.
You started the gruesome process of pulling levers and turning knobs in order to get the gen working again. You barely got one of the gears turning before you felt your heart rate pick up - alerting you that the killer is on the way. “For fucks sake, can’t these killers leave me alone for once.” You groaned as you hopped off the generator and snuck up the stairs to your immediate right.
You heard a loud nooting come speeding through the room and stop dead at the generator. The Blight had whipped out his cane and smashed it against the gen. You held your breath until he turned directly towards where you were trying to hide. You whispered out a curse and attempted to sneak down the other side, but you heard his screeching again and you knew to run.
“Grandpa! Fancy meeting you here!” You shouted as you started putting foot to pavement. There was no response from him besides gurgling and the occasional screeching as he injected himself with zoom juice. You had found one of your favorite loops since finding out about it from Leon and prepared yourself to piss off the Blight.
As soon as he charged at you, you threw the pallet down and stunned the killer instantly. You baited him with starting to run in the other direction, which he fell for and started to follow you. A smirk grew across your face as you spun around and ran over to the pallet.
This little game of back and forth went on for a little bit until the Blight finally broke the pallet in frustration. Another curse left your lips as you hightailed out of there and onto the next loop. This went on for what felt like ever. The repeating cycle, only making the Blight even more angry with everything you were doing. It wasnt until the last gen popped and he got a lucky hit on you and you went down instantly.
Hex: No One Escapes Death…
One of the cheapest tricks in the book for the killers. You could do an amazing job as youre running the killer, but if you happen to ignore a small detail as the totems, it could be the end of your run. “What a load of bullshit.” You groaned as you attempted to try and force yourself up. However, it was too late because he had picked you up and strung you on the hook. He hit you multiple times while dangling from the hook. “Awwww, Grandpa is big mad at me. Poor thing.” You cooed and he hit you with his weapon again.
“You’re going to regret that old man.” You whispered, hearing the exit gate open. “I’m not scared of you little girl.” He said back to you with a grimmace. Camping too? Wow. You noticed one of the other survivors start their way over and you knew you couldnt sacrifice all their hard work for you.
So you attempted to throw yourself off the hook to no avail. The entity’s claws came with a vengeance to try and end you. “GET OUT. ILL TAKE THE L HERE, DONT RISK IT.” You shouted, in hopes your team members wouldnt fall for his NOED trap of baiting. It seemed to work as quickly after the Entity’s tendrils pierced your abdomen and sending you up into the sky…
A frustrated yell escaped your lips as you found yourself in yet another match, it was relentless lately. “You alright kiddo?” Bill had asked as he made his way over to me. You had rubbed your temples and shook your head. “Can I happen to bug you for another pack of your smokes, Bill?” He gave you a weird look, as if disapproving, but you were ready to call him a hypocrite until he handed you a pack. “You can find them typically in chests in the killer shacks as a future reference.” He said before hobbling over to the nearest gen.
You inspected your surroundings and noticed you were on one of the MacMillan Estate maps. You shoved the cigarettes in your pocket and got to work on the gen with Bill. You and Bill probably had half of the generator done before you had noticed the TV sitting a few meters away from you two. “Fuck its the Oreo.” You muttered.
Oreos had a tendency to not like the survivors; in fact you think they get a deeper satisfaction from killing you than any other killer in the roster. Well, besides from Bubba that is. “The what now?” Bill asked, but before you could clarify your eyes had noticed the killer crawling through the television you had just noticed. “Run.” You said before getting the Onyro’s attention. “Common Sadako, its time for your walk-”
You couldnt finish your little quip before she shoved her energy at you in full force, knocking you out of breath. A cough forced itself out of your diaphragm and you attempted to vault over the nearest window but she had been surprisingly fast this time. She yanked you just like the pig had done a few matches prior like you weight nothing at all. “You know we could be good friends, if you let me help-” You started to say before she essentially threw you as hard as she could onto the hook. For some reason, it felt like all the killers recently were all hella aggressive for whatever reason.
Maybe the entity was mad at you after all.
“Or not.” You muttered after you let out a long scream from the pain. You were tempted to yeet yourself off the hook but you felt a twinge of pain from the last match's attempts. “What do you think you’re doing up there?” Leon quipped as he snuck his way over to you. “Oh you know, I thought I’d hang around.” You smirked as he groaned and unhooked you.
You let out a sharp inhale as the pain coursed through you more than usual. “You look rough buddy.” Leon said as he pulled out his medkit. “Do you say that to all the ladies to make them swoon?” You asked him as he poured out a salve onto one of the gauze pads from his medkit. “Only to you.” He quickly replied which made you quickly look up at him.
Before you could say anything else you felt the terror radius closing in on the two of you. He took your hand and pulled you in the opposite direction that the terror radius was coming from. He dug something out from his pocket and he had chucked it behind us. When there was a decent amount of distance between the killer and the two of you Leon had thrown the two of you into a locker.
The killer's radius had circled around the locker you two were squished into and had disappeared. A relieved sigh left both of your lips when you both knew you were safe for the time being. “I think we’re in the clear for now.” You said and looked over to Leon and caught his gaze. He was staring so intently at you that you felt your heart-rate pick back up. “I think the killer’s on her way back.” You squeaked out.
Leons eyes kept flicking back and forth between your lips and back to your eyes. “Leon?” You softly asked, before he cupped your and closed the distance between the two of you. You froze, feeling your heart pound harder in your chest. Leon had quickly pulled away and his eyes were wide. “I’m so sorry, I wasn’t thinki-” He had started to say before you had grabbed his RPD vest and crashed your lips onto his again.
You weren’t sure what possessed you to do this. However, with all the matches that had been going on, this was honestly such a breath of fresh air. Leon was shocked at first that you had pulled him back into said kiss. However it took him a moment of being stiff to threading his hand through your hair as if he’d been waiting for this moment for so long.
His lips were slightly chapped, which was to be expected when you were all fighting for your lives constantly. It was almost as if he couldn’t get enough of you, his other hand trying to pull you closer to him. My dove… Rang through your head and instantly pulled you to your senses. You quickly pulled away from Leon and stared wide eyed at him.
What had you just done?
“I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have done that.” You said before getting out of the locker. You almost wanted to cry; how could you do that? After everything that had happened with Ji-woon, how could you be hiding in a locker smooching on the rookie cop? You held your hand over your mouth as you tried to regain yourself. “Saff, over here.” Bill said through a sucked breath of pain.
You rushed over to him and started to work on healing him. Surprisingly you healed him up in no-time and got back to working on the generator with him again. Your thoughts were racing a million miles an hour as you were unsure what to do. If you told Ji-woon what happened, he would make Leon’s life a living hell. (As if it wasn’t already) And you weren’t sure how he would react to that information.
You also valued honesty, and didnt want to lie to the man who just shorty ago felt vulnerable enough to admit he loved you. Anger coursed through your veins at your own actions. You got the generator with Bill running again before long and the exit gates were powered. A sigh of relief that the match was coming to an end.
Of course, Sadako had other plans. She had teleported once again next to the two of you. As if waiting for a golden opportunity to strike. What was with the killers lately with their end game tactics? “Go, I’ll take the chase.” Bill valiantly said. It was very on brand for Bill to try and sacrifice himself for the team.
“And let you have all the fun? I don’t think so.” You laughed knowing you’d get a groan response from the seasoned veteran. Bill had taken a protection hit and made a run towards the killer shack. Sadako had seemed to be on his trail, and yet when you were pulling the lever on the exit gate you felt the terror radius pick up near you. “I must be a killer magnet today huh Entity?” You stifled a laugh, and knew you were going to go down here.
“Sadako! Fancy meeting you here.” You attempted with your best killer charming aura. The exit gate was probably 98% done when she had made her way to you. “Don’t talk to me as if we’re friends.” Her voice came out just as glitchy as her movements were. “Awww, don’t break my heart here. You’ll make me cry.” You said, standing your ground. You were tired of running, tired of the chase. You just wanted to be done.
“Thats the point.” She said, hitting you with her force of energy. “Then get on with it.” You said, accepting your fate. The Onryo once again hit you with her energy force and knocked you straight onto the ground. “You know, Ji-woon won’t be happy to hear about your little locker session with the cop.” She said in a mocking tone. You felt a chill go through your body.
How did she know?
“That's okay, it's only fair you get your pay back.” She hummed as he used her telekentic energy to pick you up. A confused look spread across your face and almost making your heart break at that sentence alone. What did Sadako mean by that? “This is why we shouldn’t intermingle. If you go looking for pain, you’ll always, always find it.” That was the last thing she said before once again throwing you onto the hook.
Your body ached like it had never ached before. You were onslaught by multiple killers with bad attitudes back to back. The entity must have put you in at least ten trials by the time you had made it back to the campfire. You walked over in a daze to one of the logs and slumped onto it. “Saff?” Quentin had questioned before sitting down next to you.
“Hi Quent.” You mumbled, staring blankly into the fire. “You’re looking really rough friend, are you okay?” He asked as he sat down next to you. “I’m exhausted.” You muttered, looking at your tired friend who had nothing but concern written on his face. “I just… need to rest..” You had slumped onto his shoulder and fell asleep so fast.
You don’t know how long you were out for, it felt like a moments time before you felt yourself being roughly hauled over someone’s shoulder and being carried away from the campfire. You stirred a bit in the sudden movements and your vision finally cleared from the tired blur and noticed the campfire getting further away from you. Quentin was walking next to whoever was carrying you although he looked extremely nervous to do so.
You looked down and noticed a varsity jacket with some torn up jeans and knew instantly who was carrying you. “Frank I swear to god if you don’t put me down I will punch you in the balls.” You warned very cautiously and that had gained a laugh from the killer. He instantly put you down and continued his walk. You fell into step with Quentin who had just shrugged and followed Frank out to Ormand.
Susie ran up to you with an excited squeal and crushed you in a hug. “I’m so glad you came! We wanted to throw a party and knew you had to come!” Susie exclaimed, looping her arm through yours and directed you inside of the abandoned ski resort. You had to explain to Susie that kidnapping you was not the ideal way to find yourself at a Legion hosted party and she apologized.
She was honestly more surprised at your attitude towards Frank, considering the last time you saw him he had tricked you with Danny. You grimmaced at the thought and shook your head. You were tired of the grudges and the ill feelings towards everyone. You wanted to start fresh and wanted no bad blood with anyone; including Danny.
“Well, we did invite him to this party, but he was brooding about something so we decided to leave him be.” She explained when you had looked around. However, you were surprised to see Kate, Meg, Dwight, Nea, and Steve there already mingling in the longue of the ski resort. David was behind the bar serving up drinks to the other survivors.
“Ji-Woon also declined, we told him you were going to be here but he said he had some things to take care of.” She continued, making your heart sink. Sadako’s voice echoed through your head about pay-back. What did she mean by that? A scowl had rested itself on your face and Susie picked up on the mood change immediately.
“We won’t worry about that tonight though!” She cheered, dragging you into the party that was in full swing. All the members of the legion were present, all masks removed to let the other survivors know they were safe. Amanda was also there, but keeping mainly to herself. Susie had bounded over to the bar to grab drinks for the two of you.
Joey had passed you a blunt which you gladly accepted. You took in a long drag before passing it over to Dwight. You locked eyes with Steve and a smile crept on your face. He came bounding over to you and wrapped you up in a hug. He messed up Quentin’s beanie and plopped down between the two of you. “Its been a while since the three hooligans got up to some tom-foolery!” He laughed and took a swig of his drink.
You nodded your head and smiled at him. You were exhausted from all the back to back trials but you also wanted to have fun with your friends. Although it was weird that the Legion considered themselves your friends. Frank came over with Julie and sat down on the couch adjacent to you and your friends. “Good to see you, Saff!” Julie said, smile widening as she looked at you.
“Likewise! It’s been a while.” You answered, taking the cup out of Steve’s hand before taking a swig yourself. You cringed immediately at the contents in his cup. “Are you insane and drinking Tito’s straight?” You coughed out immediately, handing the drink back over to him. A dangerous smile spread across Steve’s face and he just winked at you as he chugged down the rest of the contents.
The party that the legion had assembled had gathered and the shenanigans had began. There was silly party games that usually only appeared at childrens parties. There was even a pinyatta in the shape of a flashlight that Frank had a blast beating the shit out of.
You couldn’t remember how many drinks you had in your system by the time the entourage of survivors and killers were sitting in a circle with an empty beer bottle sitting idly in the middle. Joey was the first one to spin the bottle and it landed straight onto Nea. “Truth or dare.” Joey challenged her with a wicked smile spreading across his lips.
“Dare, obviously.” She scoffed, rolling her eyes with an obvious smile on her face. Everyone was in very good spirits; Dwight was actually actively socializing, Kate was playing her guitar lightly enough that it wasn’t cutting over anyone’s conversation, and Quentin was actually partaking in the activities as well. He had a beer in his hand and occasionally took the blunt that was passed around to take a hit or two.
Your head was in the clouds and you felt like the world was yours. The fog and the impending doom that was the eternal hell was no match for the friendships you had built here. You had no idea how much time had actually passed since you had entered the eternal nightmare, but with the friends you made and the fun you had during your matches couldn’t be beat.
Meg had nudged your shoulder as you had dazed out while listening to Kate’s guitar and the background mingling. You noticed that the bottle had landed on you and silently cursed. “Alright Saff, truth or dare.” David said, pulling your hazed attention towards him. “Would i truly be my crackhead ass self if I didn’t pick dare?” You smiled at him, and he smiled back at you. “Spin the bottle and kiss whoever it lands on.” He challenged you.
For a moment, you hesitated. You thought of Ji-woon and how hurt he would be. Your thoughts flashed to the moment in the locker with Leon and more hurt twinged in your chest. Then, Sadako’s words sunk in. “If you do, I’ll tell you some tea.” He continued, adding fuel to the fire without even knowing. However, when you met his eyes you almost knew it was about Ji-Woon.
Without hesitating further, you spun the bottle in the middle of the group. You watched the bottle intensely as it spun and spun. You felt all the color drain from your face as you noticed who it had landed on. “Well come on, don’t be a baby.” He said with an evil smirk on his face.
You felt your heart-rate pick up immediately and almost wanted to spit in his direction instead. However, you weren’t going to be the only survivor not to follow through on their dare. You stood up and walked over to Frank who was smiling. Both of you didn’t want to do this. Frank hated you more than any other survivor in the line-up.
“Hey there, trouble.” He greeted you as you finally closed the distance between the two of you. “You’re the one who’s trouble.” You countered, swallowing hard as you realized what you had to do. You took a deep breath as you lazily draped your hands over his shoulders. You had connected your hands together at the base of his neck and pulled him into your lips.
It wasn’t the worst thing you could think of doing. His lips were a bit chapped, his snake bites cold on your skin. He had returned the kiss, wrapping his arms around your waist to pull you closer. He had swiped his tongue against your bottom lip and you had pulled away immediately. You glared at Frank who was only smiling deviously at you.
You rushed over to Susie and pulled her into a kiss. She let out a surprised squeak and when you pulled away, her face was flushed red. You had smiled at her, mouthing a sorry before you ducked over to Julie. A wide and mischievous smile had crossed her lips as you approached her.
Julie seemed to catch onto what you were doing, and she grabbed both sides of your face and pulled your lips to hers. It was your turn to let out a surprised squeak before she pulled away and then gave a small little forehead kiss. You smiled back at her and ran over to Joey who was trying to escape your tangent.
“Uh uh, no way you’re escaping this Joey.” You smiled as you grabbed onto his hoodie. He groaned and faced towards you with a smile. He was playing around with you, as he had forever. He was the last of the legion you had befriended, which was surprising to everyone. You had befriended Frank and Julie way before you had even saw Joey in a match.
Every single time you were placed in a match with him, he was always in such a fowl mood. It wasn’t until much later that he had recognized you as Susie’s friend in a match and actually allowed you to befriend him. In his defense, he didn’t personally care about the survivors. He only cared about his friends. It wasn’t until you started to come along with Steve and the rest that he started to care.
Only because his friends also started to care about you guys.
You had pecked him on the cheek and that in itself had elicited a blush to appear on his cheeks. “To the killer that took me the absolute longest to befriend.” You giggled, alcohol still churning through your system. He had kissed your cheek back, earning another squeak. “To the survivor who has been the biggest pain in the ass for all of us.” He mused back and went back to behind the bar. Since David was playing party games, Joey had taken his turn as bar tender.
You had plopped on the ground next to Steve and Quentin who were staring at you with shock. “It was a dare.” You shrugged your shoulders and they shrugged along with you. You didn’t want to worry about the semantics when Ji-woon had outright refused to be here. Especially when he had known you were going to be there as well.
You guys had played a few more rounds of spin the bottle truth or dare before the area was cleaned out to make a makeshift dancefloor. You were significantly drunk by the time you had ended up on the dancefloor. You were singing and shouting lyrics to songs you had knew and partying harder to the ones you didn’t know.
Kate, Susie, Nea, and you had all been dancing in a circle. All too drunk to care about what was going on around you. It wasn’t until you were pulled aside by a dark figure that you had sobered up a bit. “Danny?” You asked and his smile was your only answer. “Seems like you’re having a blast, sweetheart.” He mumbled as he brought his solo cup up to his lips.
“I was until you interrupted me.” You smiled at him, trying to not feel as awkward as the tension hanging in the air. “I wanted to apologize. For everything. I didn’t mean to hurt our friendship.” He admitted, chugging the rest of the contents in the solo cup. He winced a bit at the after bite of the alcohol and handed the cup over to Joey, who had filled it up in record time.
“I shouldn’t have played into the Entity’s games. It was wrong and I shouldn’t have tricked you. I was worried that Ji-woon swooped in and was going to cause harm. I wanted to see what he would do in the situation. Think of it as a test for him rather than you.” He continued, swirling the drink around in his cup. He hadn’t looked up at you. Guilt was written all over his face.
“You showed up tonight, I’m glad.” You said, nudging his shoulder with your own. He looked over at you surprised at first, but then a look a adoration spread across his face. He wrapped you up in his arms and let out a laugh. “Oh how I’ve missed my favorite chaos gremlin.” He said and you gladly returned the hug.
“You are an asshole though.” You admitted, making him laugh out a hearty laugh. “Oh, we both knew that, darling.” He rolled his eyes and pushed you back into the frey of the party.
Frank had approached Danny with dark eyes, both of them knowing something that the other didn’t want to say. “David already promised her the information. The last thing we needed was you to tell her and her to not believe it.” Frank said, staring out into the crowd where you were dancing with Julie and Susie. “Steve will probably try to kill him again.”

Pretending After Dark
Tumblr media
A/N: Hi Hello this was highly requested from my friends after I wrote that initial Ghostface fic. They wanted smut so I gave them smut.
Wordcount: 2.5k
CW: Smut. Pure smut. Explicit Language and details.
Danny’s lines had always been blurred; he walked a fine line of maschiosism and rotting in the deepest pits in hell. Bringing you back to your apartment and stripping you out of that scantalizing dress of yours with all intents of fucking you senseless; drunk or not. You felt like your head had been spinning since the moment he growled into your ear, “ That’s very bold from the girl I already planned to fuck the brains out of.”
A fire in your chest exploded and you both hastily paid off the bartender and headed out of the bar. Now he had you pinned against the bed, nipping and sucking on every crevice of your body. The moans escaping your lips were like ecstaty to his ears, he thought he liked to hear the screams of his murder victims. This was so much sweeter and he didn’t want you to stop.
He went back to attacking your neck while sliding his hands up and down your body. Carefully paying attention to the way your body reacted to certain spots being touched or squeezed. He took note of your hips grindinding as he continued to leave little love marks down the side of your neck. He wanted you to never forget, he wanted to ingrain into you that you belonged with him.
That no one will ever touch you or send you over the edge like he planned to do, over and over again.
Danny had noted the feeling of underwear, but no noticeable bra was on. You really had planned things out before hand. You really wanted this. You wanted him. This drove him almost feral, but he had to reign control over himself if he wanted to break you in ways you probably had never been broken. He stopped his attack on your neck and stood up and motioned for you to join him.
He had pulled you close to him as he reached past your ass to grip the hem of the fabric on your dress. Danny pulled the material agonizingly slow up your body and left goose bumps in the wake of the fabric missing from your body. You indeed did not have a bra on and your breasts fell perfectly against your chest without the fabric restricting them. Danny slipped his lower lip between his teeth at the sight of you like he had seen in this very apartment before.
Expect this time, you were very aware of his presence; of the burning gaze that had been locked onto you since the moment he spotted you in the bar again. Danny shrugged over his oversized overshirt and quickly tugged off the black skin tight undershirt. Your eyes darted from his chest down to his hips where a very faint v-line was protruding. You felt your breath catch in your throat as you marveled at what a gorgeous specimen Danny truly was.
His arms were toned, not overly muscular but you could tell he kept himself in shape. Little did you know the dark reason as to why he was so fit, but that was something he would keep his dirty secret. He hadn’t gotten caught and didn’t plan to now. Not when the most thrilling hunt was right in front of him. He kept his hands on you up until he moved over to the bed and crawled onto it.
He had gotten himself up to the headboard and patted the spot next to him. “Come join me, darling.” He said in a very sultry tone that made you almost want to pass out right then and there. Little did you know everything this man had in store for you. You laid down next to him and his lips once again connecting with yours. A shudder ran through your body as his warm but gentle hands glided over your naked body.
Cupping and squeezing your breasts, finding and lightly teasing your nipples, and digging his fingers into your flesh to bring out those delicious moans of yours. Eventually he broke from the fervent kissing and ducked down to encapture your nipple into his mouth. Sucking and swirling his tongue while his other hand continued to roam your body. Your body was shaking and sometimes jerking at the motions of which Danny was attacking your breast.
You couldn’t think straight and by the time he ran his hand down to your underwear you were embarrassingly soaked. A small coo left his lips as he stopped his assault on your right breast. “Wow, you are absolutely drenched, bunny.” He chuckled, running his fingers over your slick underwear. A mewl left your lips as you tried to cover your face in embarrassment.
He quickly grabbed your wrists, pinned them against you head. “Don’t you dare hide that gorgeous face from me. I want to see all the cute expressions you make while I’m fucking you senseless.” Danny growled in your ear, nippling on the lobe. Before he could give you any time to think, he went back to assaulting your breasts with his mouth.
This time, he continued down to your hips and tapped on your legs. “Be a good girl and spread those legs for me.” He stated after unlatching his mouth from your left breast. You instantly did as he said, moving your legs so that they were wider apart. Giving him full access to you and your soaked self. “Someone is that desperate. You really are cute, bunny.” He groaned out as if he wasn’t getting turned on by every expression you made and the noises that escaped past those pretty lips of yours.
He wanted nothing more right now than to taste you, and not stop tasting you until you’re begging for him to stop. He ran his fingers over your soaked panties making you moan in response, and it took every ounce of control to not just rip his pants down and fuck the life out of you right then and there. He needed to have patience and to make you so sensitive that you forget your own name. He went back to assaulting your right breast, as it was the one closest to him, while he started to draw achingly slow circles on your clit.
Moans and mewls left your mouth left and right as you became overwhelmed by the onslaught of attention to your body. Danny noticed how your hips were trying to grind harder onto his finger as if the friction was not enough for you to get off. You were trying to get off on his hand. The thought almost made him cum in his own pants but he kept himself composed enough to move your panties aside to put more pressure and a little bit faster movement on your clit.
This definitely elicited another gutteral moan from you that drove Danny wild. He felt your heart rate pick up and your breathing start to hitch. Were you going to cum already? “D-danny” You moaned out during one of your breaths. He hummed in response and released your nipple from his mouth with a satisfying pop. “I’m g-going to cum.” You said in your state of ecstasy, grinding your hips at the same pace to match the circles he was endlessly drawing into your clit. He moved himself to hover over your lips and looked you in the eyes. “Then be a good girl and cum.”
It was like those words themselves sent you over the edge and you felt your body thrash a bit violently. Jerking to the waves of pleasure that was flowing throughout your body. “That’s it, bunny.” He cooed as he lazily drew circles with his finger and then eventually plunged two of his digits into you. Another moan left your lips as you felt yourself adjust to his fingers inside you.
He thrust his fingers in and out of you for a few strokes before removing them and bringing them to his mouth. He wrapped his own lips around his fingers that had just been covered by your sex and your fluids. A deep blush spread across your cheeks and you closed your eyes to take a moment to catch your breath. He barely has done anything to you and he had you crumpling instantaneously.
Youve barely caught your breath before hes cupping your sensitive breasts and muddling your thoughts further. “As much as I want to keep teasing you until youre begging for me, I know we both want more.” He growled into your ear, making you nod desperately.
Danny had every intent of teasing you until you cried that pretty makeup you took so long to do off. However, with every moan and every motion your body emitted had made the bulge in his pants grow harder. He let go of your breasts and went to remove his dark jeans. Your eyes immediately darted to his hipline as you heard his tisking beside you. “My eyes are up here, sweetheart.” He cooed, having you huff in response as you averted your eyes.
He quickly grabbed your face and forcefully made you look him. “I didn’t say to look away.” Between his intense gaze into your eyes and the shortness in his tone sent chills down your spine. This should have been your red flag to run, everything in you screamed danger. Yet, for the first time in your life you wanted the danger. You wanted the excitement that came with the unknown.
You nodded slightly in his grip and he let go of your face and continued to undress himself. You watched with eager eyes for him to remove his jeans and see his length firmly outlined in his boxer briefs. He let you gawk at him for a moment more before slowly, as if teasing you with just the sight of him, removing his boxers. His cock sprang free from the fabric that was constricting it. Your mouth watered as all you wanted to do was wrap your lips around him.
It took Danny by surprise you when you adjusted yourself to the floor in front of your bed. You were on your knees patiently waiting for him. “What a good little pet.” He cooed, fisting himself while watching with you lust filled eyes. He nodded at you and you eagerly licked up and down his long shaft. A deep moan escaped his lips with the contact. When was the last time Danny had been treated to something like this? He couldn’t remember and certainly wouldn’t be able to recall as you wrapped your lips around him.
Another deep guttural moan escaped his throat as you took most of him into your mouth, hollowing out your cheeks to allow for a smoother glide. “Fuck.. You keep doing that, my dear girl, and I will surely-” He started to say, but was quickly interrupted by another moan escaping his throat. You had picked up your pace, swirling your tongue around as well. Danny couldnt help but buck his hips, thrusting himself into your mouth deeper until you had taken all of him.
He couldn’t help the growl he let out of his mouth as he felt himself getting closer to that ecstasy he hadn’t felt in so long. He had put both hands on each side of  you head and started wildly thrusting. It wasn’t until he released in you mouth that he slowed down, panting as he realized he just fucked her mouth so ravenously. You swallowed every last drop of him until he had stopped twitching on your tongue. You drew back slowly and he moaned at the achingly slow feeling of your mouth on him.
Your sultry smile said everything he needed to know. You had enjoyed every moment of sucking him off, and even more so swallowing his seed with no problem. Danny’s eyes were dark with lust as he helped you to your feet before quickly turning you and pushing you onto the bed. The fast motion had made a gasp escape your lips as you made contact with the bed. Danny palmed himself a few times, stroking himself back to being hard at the sight of you bent over for him.
He aligned himself to your slick entrance, sighing in pleasure at the feeling of your slick pussy basically throbbing already for him. You were squirming in anticipation and let out the sexiest moan when he pushed himself into you he had ever heard. “Thats it, bunny. Nice and loud for me.” He purred and then slowly pulled himself out just to thrust quickly back into you.
You swore you saw stars with the girth of him alone. It felt like he was filling every inch of you. He barely gave you time to adjust as he withdrew again and thrust in deeper this time. Another loud moan erupted from your throat as he thrust one last time, sinking fully into you. He sat plunged deep into you for a moment, dragging his finger down you spine sending chills down it. Danny revealed in the sounds you made in response to him.
How perfect your body felt against his. He gave no warning before he started to thrust in and out of you at a dangerously fast pace. You were clearly not expecting it with a surprised yelp following with a string of moans and curses. Not a single thought could pass through your mind besides pure ecstasy. You didn’t care that you were probably going to get a noise complaint filed against you by your apartment building. You didn’t care that the windows curtains weren’t drawn so people could see you in your most vulnerable state.
You just wanted him to keep fucking you.
And Danny would do just that, with a pace that was both pleasurable and brutal. You don’t know how you had gone this long in your life without sex this good, but you just let him do what he wanted. He flipped you over and put your legs over his shoulders at one point, he had him ride you when he got too tired of thrusting nonstop. Wave after wave of orgasms flowed through your body and you had seen stars like you had never seen before.
You had collapsed on top of him after your last and final orgasm that shattered through your body. Your breathing was labored and you felt your head spinning. He ran his hands over your back gently as you tried to catch your breath. He had helped you up to go to the bathroom to clean yourself up. The two of you had made quiet a mess of one another.
His seed spilling out of you and trickling down your leg and your abundance of juices that gushed with every orgrasm that stormed through you. The room was drenched in the smell of sex and he felt like he was in a daze. You came stumbling out of the bathroom soon after, still completely naked and had crawled onto the bed next to him. You curled yourself into him and he rubbed soothing circles onto your back.
He’d wake you up in a few hours for another round or two. Planning to thoroughly fuck your brains out before leaving first thing in the morning. Making you want more and to seek him out for more. He’d make you his, slowly but surely.

Crystal Ball - Nishinoya Yuu
Tumblr media
Wordcount: 3.6k
A/N: Hi how are ya, coming out of the dark to give you *SO MUCH FLUFF* I also tried out this nifty and sinful comic sans trick to finish this small little fic and I'm a bit angry about it lmfao. Enjoy just pure cute Nishinoya doing cute Nishinoya things.
You really thought your day couldn’t get any worse as it had been. You had woken up late, which in turn got you in trouble. In waking up late, you had forgotten your wallet and begrudgingly accepted Tanaka’s offer to pay for you lunch. You failed your algebra exam that you thought you had aced and tripped in the hallway while carrying papers to the teacher’s lounge. After arriving at the volleyball club, you had hoped your luck would turn around. You’d be surrounded by all your friends who would go out of their way to make you smile.
However, it wasn’t long into their practices that you found out how much luck you actually held. Tsukishima had spiked the ball right into your face. Hard. You had fallen with it and swore you had seen stars on the impact. Coach Ukai and Kiyoko came rushing over to you not long after the initial hit. Tsukishima had quietly apologized to you after they had finished up practice and finished cleaning up the gymnasium.
You had been given a bag of ice to put on your throbbing nose and were instructed by the coach himself to not help in the clean up process. Nishinoya rushed over to you he finished helping pack up the volleyball nets in the supply closet. “Hey! Want to walk home together?” He asked with a giant goofy grin on his face. You smiled at him and nodded your head as he smiled even wider and sprinted over to where the boys changed into their volleyball gear.
You stood outside the gymnasium and lifted the ice from your nose, wincing a bit at the sting. “Does that still hurt?” Nishinoya had asked as he approached you. You turned to him and noticed he was in just a white tshirt and his school pants. His bag tossed over his right shoulder. “Tsukishima’s spike has gotten way better, but my nose is not happy about it.” You had laughed, wincing at the pain from even the laughter.
Nishinoya frowned at that and stared at you with concern written in his eyes. “Well, at least that tall punk apologized to you. I think Tanaka and I would have ganged up on him if he didn’t.” He had huffed out, puffing his chest out dramatically, getting you to smile at his actions. He put his hand out and said, “Give me your bag, I’ll carry it for you.”
You stared at his extended hand and shook your head. “I can’t ask that of you when I’m not all that hurt.” You said quickly. “I wouldn’t be a gentleman if I didn’t offer to help a hurt lady on the walk back home.” He said in a fake charming tone, the cheesy smile still plastered on his face. His energy was so infectious and always got you smiling.
“Good, I like when you smile.” Nishinoya said so casually. It felt like the wind got knocked out of you and he took a moment to register what he had actually said. His face instantly flashed into a bright blush and he started to stammer over his own words. “I mean- who doesn’t like when their friends smile? Smiling is good for you! You were frowning a lot today. I wanted to make you smile. Thats what friends do!” He said in a rushed manner.
A slight brush dusted your cheeks but you smiled at him regardless. You extended your hand with your bag in it to him and he stopped panicking for a moment to realize the gesture. He sighed out in relief for a brief moment before taking your bag in his hand. “Shall we?” He asked, gesturing towards the school gates to your walk home. You nodded and the two of you fell into step together.
This had become a regular routine for you and Nishinoya as of recently. You had accepted Kiyoko’s offer to join as a manager for the volleyball club. It was perfect because you had been looking to join a club but had no idea what to go for. This opportunity also helped because you had recognized Nishinoya and Tanaka from your class in the club. It was now impossible to separate the three of you in class projects.
At the beginning of the school year your family had moved across town and it just so happened to be a few streets down from where Nishinoya lived. Tanaka had pouted when they had figured out that information when they both asked to take you home after practice one day. From that day forward, the two of you had walked home after school and after practice together.
“Did you want to talk about it?” Nishinoya asked, startling you out of your thoughts. You had zoned out completely and hadn’t noticed how long the two of you walked in silence. “I woke up late and then the rest of the day followed suite.” You admitted, a frown slowly creeping onto your face. “Tanaka bragged he bought you lunch. I knew you’d only accept that under dire circumstances.” He pointed out, making you snort in response.
“Where were you at lunch today?” You asked, titling your head with the question. You had noticed his absence almost immediately and when you confronted Tanaka about it, you only got a shrug in response. You had been a bit disappointed that he hadn’t been there during your free period today. He looked over and saw the sad look on your face and it looked like guilt flashed across his features.
“Hinata and Kageyama wanted to practice some during their lunch break since we didn’t have practice this morning. Sugawara lent me the key as long as I promised to show up on time for practice after school.” He explained. “I should have told Tanaka but I wanted to get there before the two freshman idiots started fighting for just breathing wrong.”
You knew how feisty Hinata and Kageyama could get when left alone to their own devices. You had gotten to the gym early one day and found the two arguing pretty intensely while practicing with a spare volleyball. You had just waited until Sugawara arrived in fears of getting mixed in with their arguments. Sugawara had scolded the two boys for being so loud and disruptive on school grounds.
“That’s understandable. I don’t blame you. I’m surprised Tanaka wasn’t nosey enough to come with you.” You explained your understanding. He chuckled at your comment and began to explain how he and Tanaka were just like the rowdy freshman. You had fallen into step with him and listened very intently on his story. It had somehow melted your bad day away just listening to his expressive stories.
The two of you had eventually arrived at your house not long before the sun had fully dipped under the sky. “Thank you for carrying my bag, and for walking me home.” You smiled, grabbing your bag gently from his hand. “You thank me every day, and I’m going to keep telling you that it’s no problem at all. I rather enjoy our walks.” He smiled and you could of swore you saw the slightest tinge of pink on his cheeks.
“Well, hopefully tomorrow is a better day, because I’m very much so over this one.” You sighed, swaying back and forth on your feet. “I don’t have a magic crystal ball to see into the future. However, I have a feeling tomorrow is going to be a great day for you.” He smiled vibrantly at you, almost once again taking the breath from your chest. You saw him stare at you for a moment with contemplation in his eyes before he shook his head and smiled at you. “Goodnight, Y/N.”
You had wished him a good night as well before getting inside of your home. Your parents had left a plate of food wrapped neatly on the counter for you. Taking the food and reheating it, you sighed and were thankful that your day was over.
You had woken up before your alarm went off the next day, and you almost sobbed in relief. Another bad day like yesterday would have torn your mental health apart. As you had gotten out of your bed, you heard your phone chirp with a notification.
“Good morning sunshine!” - Yuu
You couldn’t help the giant smile that had creeped across your face as you read his message over a couple times before replying:
“Good morning, Yuu!”
It was on a rare occasion that you had called Nishinoya by his first name. He had told you multiple times that you could call him Yuu, but it always felt too personal for you. It was rare for you to use first names with people. There was a select few that you actually called by their first name. However, with his text this morning, something felt right calling him by his first name.
So you were not surprised when he was at your front gate waiting for you with a giant grin plastered on his face. You had smiled back at him and the two of you walked to school together, chitchatting about classes and volleyball. It didn’t take long for the two of you to reach the school’s gymnasium. Kiyoko and Daichi had already set up the gym and were waiting for the rest of the team to show up.
“Do we want to know what time the two of you were up and here to be this ready when we arrive?” Nishinoya had joked at Daichi, who had only smiled and rolled his eyes at him. “You are rather chipper this morning Noya.” Kiyoko had laughed making him smile even wider at her. It was your turn to roll your eyes at your friend.
Tanka and Nishinoya were notorious for flirting with the head manager of the volleyball club. It hadn’t shocked anyone when the also started to flirt with you when you initially joined to be a manager. However, as they got closer to you, the flirting had died off and was more friendly banter. Nishinoya was known for flirting and asking girls out left and right. Although, in the last few weeks you hadn’t heard about those antics of his.
During practice, you had pulled Tanaka aside to ask about this in particular. “Is it just me, or have you noticed that Nishinoya hasn’t been off flirting with every female on campus?” You asked him while he was taking a water break. He almost spit out his water and ended up in a coughing fit. He ended up laughing at the end of it, making Sugawara and Daichi roll theirs eyes at their teammate. “Sorry, I don’t know what came over me.” He said through fits of laughter.
You had just stared at him almost in more confusion than before. “I didn’t think you were paying attention to his stupid antics. That’s hilarious. Thanks for the laugh Y/N.” He said before running back onto the court, a fierce look of competition crossing his features. You frowned after him as he hadn’t actually answered you, but you shrugged it off.
Both Nishinoya and Tanaka offered to stay to help finish cleaning up the gym while you went to go to your locker to switch into your school shoes. When you opened up your locker, it was flooded with chocolates and little origami hearts. You scrambled to pick up the note that flung itself out of your locker as soon as you opened it. Other students around you had looked over at you when you squeaked in surprise to the bombardment of items in your locker.
You opened the note and all it said was, "If you and I were socks, we'd make a great pair”. You stared at the note for a moment before a smile broke out on your face. It was such a silly and cheesy pick up line. However, you knew this was one or both of the boys trying to make you feel better from yesterday’s bad day blues. You quickly switched your shoes and took some of the chocolate to put into your school bag and went to your classroom.
You sat down at your desk and noticed something peaking out from your desk’s cubby. You pulled out another note, similar to the one you had found in your locker. In sloppy handwriting that you couldn’t distinguish between the two boys was written, “Are you a keyboard? Because I think you might just be my type”. You rolled your eyes and smiled as you put the note back into your desk. You couldn’t stop the smile from widening as both Nishinoya and Tanaka walked into the classroom a few minutes later.
Nishinoya was a row over from you back two chairs. Tanaka was on the right of him. You had turned around and pretended like you hadn’t received the gifts. You talked to them like normal and when the teacher had arrived, you had turned around and focused on your school work. Although you could help hearing the two boys behind you from gossiping to one another throughout the class.
“Do you guys wanna eat on the roof today?” You asked once the lunch bell had chimed, standing in front of Noya’s desk. “I’m actually gonna go talk with Suga about something for this upcoming practice match with Aoba Johsai.” He said with a mischievous grin. “Poor Suga.” You sighed and Tanaka playfully stuck his tongue out at you while exiting the classroom.
“Well then, I guess it’s just the two of us. Unless you’re also running off for some volleyball related reason?” You teased, bumping your shoulder with his. He was actually just an inch or so taller than you were. He constantly reminded you of how much he enjoyed the height difference. “Nope! One of us has to look after you at all times. Who knows what trouble you’ll get into by yourself.” He laughed as he started to exit the classroom.
“Me? I’m the one who has to be watched over? And not you two bafoons?” You joked back with him, noticing that he was patting his pockets. “Ah shoot, I forgot my wallet in my bag, I’ll meet up with you in the cafeteria!” He said, rushing back towards the classroom. Noya was never that forgetful, he was honestly the most organized out of all the volleyball members. They didn’t give him enough credit.
Having three older sisters who were constantly on him about cleanliness had broken him of clumsy habits. You wanted to shrug it off and just walk to the cafeteria. However, something in you waited and then silently followed behind Nishinoya. You waited to hear the classroom door slide open and close before approaching the classroom door yourself.
You waited a few moments, unsure why your heartbeat was picking up so fast, before you had opened the classroom door. Nishinoya jumped away from your desk quickly. His eyes darted to you with surprise and his face immediately flushed. Your eyes went to his hand which had an envelope in the same color of the ones you had found this morning.
You weren’t sure why the sight of him attempting to put the note in your bag sent your heart into a frenzy. You had guessed that it had been one or both of the boys. Yet, for some reason, catching him in the act felt more intimate than you anticipated. “Y-y/n! What are you doing here?” He asked quickly, trying to shove the letter behind his back.
“I uh, wanted to grab my notebook incase I wanted to doodle during lunch.” You lied, and something in you knew, that Noya also knew that it was a lie. “What are you doing, Noya?” You asked, eyes darting from his face to the hands he had hidden behind his back. He stared at you for a moment like a deer caught in headlights. He gulped before he let out a sigh, walking over and extended the note to you.
“I was hoping you wouldn’t find this until you got home tonight, I planned to put it in your math book where our homework was.” He admitted shyly and didn’t make eye contact. His cheeks were now flushed red and this made your own cheeks heat up. You gently took the note from him and opened it up. It was just like the others you had found this morning. Except this one said, “Anyone who says Disneyland is the happiest place on earth has clearly never stood next to you”.
You felt your cheeks begin to burn more as you re-read the sentence over and over, until you saw a little arrow at the bottom of the card. You flipped it over quickly, hearing Noya’s breath catch in his throat. On the back it read, ““Are you my phone charger? Because without you, I’d die. Will you go out with me?” Your eyes widen in surprised as you looked up at Noya who was also blushing as much as you probably were.
“I didn’t exactly plan to be standing in front of you when you read this, so I’m not entirely sure what to say.” He started, clearing his throat before he continued, “However, when I saw you having a bad day yesterday something just finally clicked. Talking with you and seeing you smile light up my entire day. You bring such light into my life.
“Its crazy when they say that one person will come into your life when you’re least expecting them to and will change it completely. When I met you, Y/N, I felt my entire world shift on its axis. I don’t want to ruin the friendship we have, but when you smiled at me yesterday, and I mean really smiled at me, I felt my heart stop beating and I got so scared.
“But that’s when I realized that I didn’t want to be scared anymore. I stopped flirting with other girls because I didn’t want their attention. I only wanted yours.” He rambled on, in a nervous tangent and gushing his feelings out to you. He stepped a bit closer and tucked a piece of your hair behind your ear. “I would do anything, and I mean anything, to keep that smile on your face every single day.” He said in a whisper.
You were too stunned for words. You stared at him, and really looked at him for a moment. You had always found him attractive, as well as adorable in his quirky moments. You hadn’t realized you had been pining over him for a while. The hurt that would strike when you heard he had asked out another girl from the girls volleyball team. How you gawked at him the first time he came to school with his hair down because he woke up late and didn’t have time to style it.
“I don’t have much to offer, but I promise to always be there-” He continued to ramble, noticing your silence and taking it the wrong way. You quickly pressed a kiss to his cheek and looked back down at the note in your hand. “I think you lied to me.” You said to him, snapping out of his trance of your kiss to his cheek. He had lifted a hand in shock to his cheek as if he wasn’t expecting you to do that.
“Wha? How did I lie to you?” He asked quickly, panic in his eyes for a moment. “I think you do have a magic crystal ball.” You smiled up at him and he stopped moving for a moment before smiling himself. “Because this is indeed a much, much better day than yesterday. I also have a feeling that my days are indeed going to get better with each passing day.” You said, turning back towards your desk to walk over to your bag.
“Oh?” He asked in a confused but hopeful tone. “Well, I think having a goofy boyfriend will definitely brighten up my days.” You said, putting the note in your bag. You had turned around to see a shocked Noya just staring at you. “What?” You asked him, snapping him out of his trance. “Did… Did you just call me your boyfriend?” He asked, blinking rapidly at you and you simply nodded your head.
He continued to stare at you in stunned silence before he wrapped you up in his arms and spun you around, eliciting a small squeak from you. “Clear your schedule, because I’m taking you on the best date of your life this weekend.” He said smiling like a fool and you laughed as he put you back down on the ground.
The two of you walked back down to the cafeteria while smiling brightly and holding hands. However, as you found out throughout the week, that dating Nishinoya was not much different than being his friend. He still walked with you everywhere and doted on you, except now he was yours. You got to wear his jersey’s to games and he would run to you first after winning games.
No one in the volleyball club was surprised besides Daichi. He was the only one who never noticed the feelings the two of you had harbored for one another. He congratulated his teammate nonetheless, but still pushed him to do his normal training. (Daichi may or may not have yelled at the two of you once or twice for canoodling too long before practice.)
Everyone practically shipped the hell out of the two of you and you were known around school as one of the best couples. And who would have known that one of your worst days turned out to be the reason you had one of the best days to follow.

Pretending - Ghostface
A/N: Hi I actually liked this one, I didn't proof read or anything, so enjoy this little fun blurb I did about Ghostface from DbD (danny because i love him) before he gets put into the fog.
Triggers: Drinking alcohol, stalking, yandere vibes, mentions of killing, cursing?
Tumblr media
There was something thrilling about the hunt; if there wasnt then what would be the point of the chase? Danny loved the chase more than anything. The screams, the terror in his victims face as they knew he was the last thing they were going to see. There was no morally grey here; just pure pleasure in the plunging of the kill. You were his latest prey - his latest muse in all the pictures he took of you.
You had no idea he was like a ghost around every corner of you. You didn’t know how he watched your every move from the elongated reading sessions to when you were too drugged up to feel anything at all. Something about you screamed out to him in ways that was new to him.
He always desired the kill, but he never desired a person before.
Danny was lured into you the first time he stepped into the bar that connected the two of you. You had no idea, as you were probably on your third or fourth drink, as Danny watched you from a formidable distance. He watched as you tossled your hair and had a little flirt with the bartender. It was your way of getting free drinks to get your mind off whatever it was you were trying to escape.
His eyes burning a whole into your chest and undressing you with his eyes; a desired burning deep in him that had not been ignited for years. The way your lips curved to the glass you were nursing as if it was the last thing you were going to drink drove him insane. Usually he was better behaved. Usually Danny would walk away because he knew what happened when he got too close to his victims. Usually you’d be dead by the end of the night.
Yet, he let himself slowly drift over to you. One shadow passing into another. He waited until you eventually made your way onto the dance floor and lost yourself in the beat of the music. All you were missing was a dark mysterious stranger to slid in behind you and grab those hips of yours and whisper dark nothings into your ear. Which is exactly what Danny had planned on doing, had another stranger not had already done so before he could get to you.
Jealousy raged through him as he watched the strange dig his dirty little fingers into your curves where his hands should have been. He had half a mind to slip into the darkness and somehow lure the man to his death. However, you had dismissed yourself from the stranger and waddled on over to the bathroom. This was like clockwork, which was why Danny had moved over to the bar.
This was the third time you had done this small little routine tonight. You had a drink or two, chugged down a water, flirted with the bartender (for potentially another shot), squealed when a song came on that you knew, you got onto the dancefloor, danced for the song and then ran to the bathroom. Rinse and repeat like clockwork. He had to guess that was your advantage to not getting too attached to anyone here. A small bladder with lots of water and alcohol.
You had sauntered back out of the bathroom, readjusting your dress when you thought no one was watching (Danny was), and fluffed up your hair as you reapproached the bar. This time, you happened to notice Danny’s presence is the addition you weren’t expecting. Tall, dark, and extremely handsome was a mixture for disaster. Your friends were always telling you that you needed to let loose sometimes and have a little fun; but you didnt know they didnt mean him of all people.
“Good evening.” Danny let out in a smooth tone that sent chills down your spine. “Good evening.” You responded in the same, both being awestruck by this handsome man and by the alcohol clouding your thoughts. Danny let out a chuckle that sent your cheeks into a fiery burn. (Another thing to thank the alcohol for.) “I’ll have whatever he’s having.” You said to the bartender, pointing briefly to whatever Danny was drinking. This made him raise an eyebrow to you and make his smirk deepen.
The bartender looked over at Danny and with a frown back to you. “Are you sure?” He asked and you only firmly nodded your head. What Danny wasn’t expecting you to do was to throw the scotch back like it was nothing but water. No pucker in your face and no reaction. You must be absolutely hammered. “Well color me impressed princess. What are you trying to prove?” Danny purred, leaning closer to you. He could smell the alcohol dripping from your breath like it was honey from a comb.
He wanted nothing more than to put his chapped lips against your plump lips glossed with lip products that would probably smear with how hard he would kiss you. He wanted to ruin that makeup you probably spent an hour perfecting; mascara running down your cheeks and love bites littering your neck. When he bit his lip he dragged his teeth on his lip ring, catching your attention and making eye contact with him. “Who said I had to prove anything to you, buddy.” You smiled as you handed the bartender your card to close out your tab. You then turned away from the dance floor and left the building.
Danny was so stunned at first that he couldnt move or even breathe. Had you just rejected him? But then the gears started turning in Danny’s head. Or were you playing hard to get just like any other self-loathing female does? So he payed his tab as well to the just as confused bartender and stalked out after you. He didn’t notice you immediately, but then he caught a glimpse of your satin navy blue dress from across the street.
You knew to run, what a smart girl after all. Danny once again bit his lip with excitement as he stalked after you from a distance. He watched you carefully as you unlocked you apartment and close the door behind you. He saw the lights go on in the main living room and with pretty sheer curtains he got the show he didn’t know he was getting. Watching as you slid the dress off revealing the little to no undergarments you had on under that sleek dress of yours.
Danny had to tear his eyes from your body and from you before he acted on his impulses. He wanted you. Not like in anyway he has wanted something before. Before it was all about the thrill of the hunt, and in many ways this was just like that. He wanted you, and he knew he had to chase you in order to get you. So he stalked away from your apartment for the time being because he had to make up a plan to make you his.
Danny had a specific way of doing things, and you were no different. He kept tabs on you for a week before approaching you again. He watched you go to your daily coffee shop to get your mocha latte with two creams and one sugar. He followed you when you ended up at your office for work and he waited all day to figure out what time you got out. He watched you drag your tired body to another building to do your daily yoga practice, watching your body contour in ways that were both grotesque and beautiful.
He monitored when the light went out in your room at night and when you managed to stumble your way out of the door early in the morning. He was fond of the way you grumbled on your venture to the coffee shop, or how you would fumble with your wallet to grab your card for the cashier, or how you tried to balance your laptop bag with your coffee as you entered the office, or how you always looked dischelved after your hour of yoga.
When it came to Friday night once more, he took a leap of faith that you would be right back at the bar where he met you one week prior. And there you were, in an even tighter dress that was made of velvet material hugging all your curves in all the right places. Danny handed his credit card to the bartender and told him to start his tab and your tab as well.
When you walked up to the bar and went to hand your card to the bartender and he pointed you to Danny, your eyes widened. “Hello again, sweetheart.” Danny greeted you and downed the rest of his drink. “Drinks on me.” He said lifting his glass as a friendly gesture to you and as a way to let the bartender know he needed a refill. He had to be full of himself you had thought, or he wanted something. However, you couldnt help but feel the same pull that Danny had felt.
You felt drawn to him and even though every fiber in your body was telling you to run because he was nothing but danger,  you wanted nothing more than to chase after him as well. You shrugged your shoulders, gave the bartender your first drink order (two shots of Titos and a Manhattan) and felt your nerves start to calm down.
“I’m Danny by the way.” Danny offered with an extended hand to you. “Y/N.” You replied and lightly shook his hand. You walked over to the bar stool next to him and plopped yourself down next to him with your little cocktail in your hands. “So, Mr.Tall Dark and Handsome, what brings you to a place this dark and scummy this wonderful Friday night?” You had asked him as you swirled the beverage around in your hand. Danny watched for a few moments before bringing his caramel brown eyes to meet yours.
“I could be asking the same to you.” He replied in a dry and low tone, dripping with sarcasm and ecstasy. He screamed everything you should stay away from. The brooding look, the piercings, the dark academia clothes; everything that screamed the dark and mysterious bad boy type. “Maybe I’m just looking for some fun in dangerous places.” You replied and took a sip of your martini.
Danny looked you up and down and drank you all in tonight. You had done your hair up better than last time. Your make-up had been done flawlessly and with precision on the eyeliner. Realization had crept up in Danny that made his desire burn even hotter than any wildfire and was threatening to consume him; you had wanted to see him again. You knew you would see him again. You wanted him to see you and your efforts. You had been playing hard to get but you couldn’t get him out of your mind like you couldnt get off his.
A smile danced its way across Danny’s lips as he brought his drink up to throw the rest of its contents back. The bourbon had burned his throat and he felt his entire chest warm up to the sensation. You had just finished your martini when you heard a song that made you squeal on cue. Jumping to your feet, you quickly put your martini glass on the bar and in quick succession took your tequila shots.
After getting past the initial burn of the alcohol you had grabbed his wrist and pulled him onto the dance floor. After first Danny was amused by your actions and had let you bring him along this time around. You had trusted him so easily it was terrifying. He could have easily gotten to you tonight if his bloodlust was to be quenched. However, this was a different addiction he needed a fix for.
He watched almost in a mesmorizing trance as your hips swayed and you grinded your hips to the beat of the music. Every now and then you would glimpse over at him to see if he was still watching you. This infuriated you unbeknownst to him so he wasnt expecting you to stomp over to him, took handfuls of his shirt and yanked him down to kiss you.
Your lips were just as soft as he had imagined and melted so well against his. He took just only a moment to process what had happened but didn’t stop himself from immediately giving into the kiss. He quickly brought his hand to your cheek and had his other arm wrapped around your waist to pull him in closer to you. “Stop pretending like you don’t want me when you clearly do.” You had said after breaking the kiss abruptly, once again shocking Danny.
He blinked as he took what you said in and then let out a series of laughs. You had puffed out your cheeks at his reaction and he gauged this reaction carefully. He ducked down to whisper in your ear, “ That’s very bold from the girl I already planned to fuck the brains out of.”

Knight with the Harbinger
“Well, well, what is my favorite Knight of Favaonius doing in the city of Liyue again? Running errands for everyone’s favorite acting Grand Master of Mondstadt like the puppy that you are?” Childe had said as if he was a wind blowing by your ear. You felt yourself tense up for a moment, but settled your nerves as you continued your transaction with the one of the local food vendors.
Liyue Harbor had some of the best food vendors between Mondstadt and Liyue. So you often ventured outside of Mondstadt to pick up food in Liyue while also scouting for the acting Grand Master, Jean. Childe had made a habit of keeping tabs on you whenever you found yourself doing quests and meandering around Liyue Harbor.
It was as if to remind you that this was his territory you were impeding on.
“Shouldn’t the right hand man go running back to its master?” He continued to try and press a reaction out of you. He knew that you were extremely close to Jean, as she was the one who trained you up to your current rank. You were the single flaw that the Knights of Favanius had, one of the highest commanders that didnt carry an elemental vision. Yet, you worked harder than most of the training soldiers and even without an elemental power, you proved stronger than most with one.
“Good afternoon, Childe.” You snorted back at him. You proceeded to grab your two food containers from the stall and started to walk away from it and the Fatui. Childe was right on your heels though as you started toward your favorite spot to sit at near the docks. “Did you come here to pester me again or are you just here to also enjoy the sights?” You pondered aloud as you plopped down against one of the stone walls.
Childe gave you a weird look as you situated yourself and took the top take out container and opened it up without a care in the world. Without saying a word, Childe slid down the wall and sat about five feet apart from you. You tried not to look surprised at his actions, but you really thought he would have stalked off and watched you from afar. Before you could dig into your meal, you picked up the second take-out container and handed it to Childe.
You dont think you’ve ever taken him off guard before, or let alone seemingly fluster him, with any of your actions. However, shock was written on his face as well as a deep blush flushing his ears a deep red. “You follow me everytime I come to Liyue Harbor. You might as well eat something while trying to suck up to Signora.” You said and left the container sitting next to him. You separated your chopsticks and dug into your take out - The Cured Pork Dry Hotpot.
You gathered some ham and mushrooms in your chopsticks, blew a few breaths to bring to to a milder temperature and popped the food into your mouth. As you were chewing on the food you let out a content sigh. You felt the harbingers eyes still on you as you were eating your food and you peaked an eye open to see you were correct. “Tartglia its incredibly rude to stare when someone is eating.” You said after swallowing what you had chewed.
A giggle left your lips as his ears burned once more at something you stated. He quickly turned away and stared off into the harbor. He was watching the water so intently that he for once seemed peaceful instead of a thorn in your side. You continued to eat in the silence that grew between the two of you. It was nice to just relax after your long travels and your extensive searching for any information you could take back with you to Mondstadt.
It wasnt until you were half-way eating through your food had you noticed that Childe had actually taken the take-out container and was also enjoying the meal you picked out. “This was a cute little date you planned out.” Childe said almost making you choke on the mushrooms you had just put into your mouth. It was your turn for your cheeks to flush a dark shade of pink.
“I beg your pardon?” You managed to choke out after getting some of your bearings together. However, Child was already closer to you and leaning over you. You always knew that he was tall, but you never really noticed HOW much taller he was. You felt the wind get knocked right out of you as you stared into his eyes that reflected everything like they themselves were pools of water. He reached his right hand and tucked a strand of your hair behind your ear casually and smiled at you.
“I hadn’t realized you had been flirting with me, until you bought me a whole meal. But now all of our interactions are starting to make sense.”  He started in a lull of tone, a deep chuckle at the end of that sentence held your heart in your throat. “I shudder to think of what our bosses would think of us like this, fratinizing with the enemy.” His voice was deeper than it normally was, his eyes more focused on you than they had ever been. As rough as he usually was with his words and actions, he caressed your cheek lightly and gently. You could hear your heart beating in your chest a million miles an hour.
Your head was spinning as to how this happened so quickly. Sure, you had done it because you did enjoy the Harbingers company. He was the one thing in your life that was spontaneous and exciting. While you were dedicated to what you did as a Knight; you desired some spice in your life that wasn’t just the same old routines and missions.
When you first had come to Liyue Harbor with Lumine and ran into Childe, you thought he was the biggest pain in the ass. However, over time and after the many times you came to Liyue not only seeking out good food but good company. Childe kept his eye on you just like you had kept your eye on him. Little did you know that over the past few months of these bi-weekly interactions would actually build feelings inside you, let alone both of you.
You brushed his hand away and backed yourself away. No. No way. There was no way this could be real or happening. He was doing this just to mess with you like he always did. You knew the way that he was, very childish and wanting nothing but to cause chaos. He was a Fatui and he was probably doing what he needed to do in order to get close to anyone in power over in Mondstadt.
However, you didn’t miss the flash of hurt caused by your actions to sweep over his emotions. It was quick, but you learned amongst the best and nothing was able to slip by you.
“I didn’t plan this to be a date. I bought an extra plate of food incase you had intended to pester me longer. It was an honest gesture. That’s all.” You quickly defended yourself after calming your racing thoughts and heart. Jean was going to have your head for this. You can already hear Kaeya and Eula causing a whole ruckus about the situation. Word in the intel network spread so fast it was nauseating.
Childe straightened himself up and he felt as cold as ice like he normally did. “Oh.” He muttered out and returned to looking out into the harbor and eating the food you had given him. You felt a pang of guilt run through you, but you knew better than to get any feelings involved. Especially when it came to the enemy. “That’s a shame.” He said under his breath.
He knew you heard it. It was what you were good at. You were an excellent information gatherer as you were able to pick up on things that were said that werent meant to be said. Your head perked up and you looked back over to Childe who had a smug smile on his face. “What do you mean, what a shame?” You pressed, knowing you would probably regret the answer.
“Well, if this isn’t a date, then…” He trailed off in his train of thought and a big bright smile blossomed on his face. He put his food down carefully and stood up. “I’ll be right back, don’t go anywhere.” He said with a wink and was already trotting down the docks to the different shops that littered the harbor marketplace. Flabbergasted you watched him disappear into the crowd and frowned.
Did he really mean that he would be back? You didn’t trust it, but you held out hope and ate your food exceptionally slow. And true to his word did this man come back, but with holding something behind his back. He walked up to where you were sitting on the ground and pulled out a small bouquet of Silk flowers. A small gasp left your lips in surprise.
“Then lets make it a date, puppy.”
A/N: I dont know how to write Childe lmfao help
