I just finished that doodle lol but I always think about that scene when that cop stops duke all because of his shoes. Always has me feeling a type a a way ya know, like sure they're robin colors but like they could of been his day today shoes 🫤 Smells fishy to me, I added little Rs on them lol

Anyway I don't draw dick much and this is what I do to him lol I just want duke to have some kind of beef with him. I like to think given Duke's weapons and style of fighting dick is one of the key factors.

I'm starting to really like them as a trio. I was thinking of adding Malik but I'm not too sure. 🤔 Want to do something with Connor (Superboy) with duke cause there is exactly one fic. I read and really enjoyed lol rare ship or crack I don't know but we'll see.

I wanna make a Static Shock OC! But I need some help.

There are plenty of ways to make an oc for static shock, think of the character, age, size, draft up a back story. There plenty of ways to start, you just gotta start small.

Some sketches of some thoughts I had, was thinking do you have think duke and the different things he went through when he was going through the fost r care system.

He always leaves, runs off after some time look for his parents and it had me thinking he had to experience so many different kinds of people. Before he was taken back to Leslie, and I like to think there are somethings he went through that he just doesn't talk about because he's fine.

It's over what's there to talk about, and really it's not important or so he says. Not even Batman knows about it, he tells Virgil one day because it just kinda comes up one day in a conversation.

Kate and Duke this morning 🥹

Honestly my first thought for these two was "auntie Kate I'm being bullied 😩" and "Show me who did it 😡".

And it would be over the most mundane thing too and Duke knows he can get away with whatever he did 😭 especially if he gets in trouble with Bruce he'll leave the manor and stay with her for a few days.

Random hc: I like to think duke is so used to going between foster homes so often. Even in the manor it feels weird, he can't be there for too long. So he stays with Luke/jean Paul, Kate , safe houses, katana or Jefferson depending on if he's on vacation from school ya know.

Listen I have even more thoughts and feelings 😩💙 thinking about that time dukes hair was in a ponytail (I think it was future state🤔 but like let my boi grow his hair out😭) the second I just wanted them to hold hands lol little more baby before they go full superhero.

Well in Virgil's case he's already a hero(season one Virgil is so baby 🥹)and Duke's had his first week of being Signal 🥺 and he needs a break. Also! Raquel and Augustus I was really in the mood to draw them 😄 being silly

Also, like 😩 here I am still talking like I want to really get into Virgil's thoughts too I want to make a mini comic about some stuff. I do have some things in mind, and the general content I make.

I gotta say I'm taking aspects from things, cause I really like what they're doing with daisy in the new run too! But I don't want base anything I make heavily on what's going on now. I'ma do my own thing, but I'm having fun brain storming. I'm trying to be more active on this blog too 😩

Like you know how much duke content I crave but then remember I gotta make my own! Like I read the same duke centered fanfics from time to time. And one thing I Hate is when fics are tagged with duke and another character in the bat fam. It's he's just used as a plot device, to explore other characters like 😫 I can understand if he's trying to get to know his new family but like 😮‍💨 honestly he's one of the easiest characters to get to know.

Why cuz he doesn't have a whole ass legacy of comic runs so you can get a feel of his personality, thoughts, feelings pretty quickly. It's funny too like when I read something with duke and a another character you can tell the author has a clear bias to the one they're writing him with. Which isn't bad at all but like half his siblings are older then he is and pitching a fit.

Like I feel like he rarely ever gets written his age or drawn really, like(don't get me started on tim drake the beef I have with him and I used to really like him too. I don't hate him, but like comic writers really be doin too much with him I could careless about. Like I liked when he went by red robin and let Dami just have his own thing but 🙃 there's so much more but smh)

Why can't they treat me boi Duke right 😔 anyway had to get some of that rant out cause I just don't want to write out my thoughts.

Sooooo, I was thinking about the old static comics reading through some. Along with the recent run and what's going on now. But here I am in my little delusional world... like what if duke used to be Daisy ya know 🥺 like not exactly the same person of course, mixing something's and making up others. Cause of im going make this ship I can do what I want!

😤 Had me thinking how did they meet with more thoughts put behind it. My other post I'm leaning more into DC on how they would meet. And then I'm like the potential, ya know things that can be talked about angst cuz I love that 😔 trying to fit DC and milestone together in my own little mind.

Cuz let me just say, I wasn't a big fan of virgil in young justice, to me he felt like a cameo as they tried to explore so many characters. I was very excited to see him and I really liked his designs too! But the constant I need to find a girlfriend 😔 was funny a few times but eh. Rocket was pretty cool tho. Anyway I was thinking duk move away to Gotham which I'm pretty sure is new Jersey I think.

(Cause if im not mistaken Daisy ended up moving to a new school cuz her old one wasn't safe right? Then she met static/Virgil)

Got these two on the brain today lol but I was thinking 🤔 about duke and the extended batfamily.

I drew a pic before with duke, Tiffany, Luke and a little bit of jace. I kinda want to add jean-paul and kate. (Duke gets no privacy smh😞)

I like to think duke goes between the two, 😩 could even throw in Harper since she also works at the clinic and Leslie too! Since she was actually Duke's social worker as well.

It's alright lol, no it isn't a ship I don't know if people tag there stuff as batfamily when they ship the characters. It's a shame, but I'm not gonna constantly tag not a ship. I don't have time to be honest, I want to showcase duke getting general affection from his new found family. Without it being stiff, I like drawing hugs and held faces and whatnot.

I only ship duke with his friends and Virgil and any other thing I find appealing lol. Family not so much, I know some people aren't as affectionate with siblings but that's ok. But I like to think jay and duke become real close were there's not a lot of things to strain their relationship like the rest of there siblings with Jay.

Like I'm sure Jason started taking duke out to get his hair braided and then eventually learns how to, then he starts thinking He's Duke's personal stylist. Gets irritated that it duke goes to someone else, but like jay you where busy 😩He's very proud of this fact lol.

They had a heartfelt conversation about duke picking up on some of jays habits. Good and bad, duke still uses his power through weapons he's just extremely chaotic. Jay actively has to keep an eye on him 😭 partners in crime but adrenaline junkie Thomas has no fear or self preservation.(in combat of course 😊)

Dami and duke cuz I want to draw the lad with his guitar case. There's more to this but this was the only thing I had finished on this page. The two end up in the main universe and meet the batfam 😆
