Monster Arm Part 3: Tying Up Loose Ends
Tumblr media
Hello all my fellow Fan Theorists! Today I am finally gonna be putting out the long overdue Monster Arm Part 3 theory that I promised @sge8 I would do. So thank you very much for your request and sorry it took so long to get out.
Anywho, let’s talk about Eclipsa for a second, and if you haven’t seen up to the most current episode in season 4 I’m gonna slap a big SPOILER WARNING on here just in case so proceed at your own risk.
Okay, Eclipsa’s presence in season four of the show has pretty much served to turn everything we thought we knew about the mewman hierarchy on its head. She doesn’t exactly seem like she is evil, however, she also doesn’t seem all that innocent. I mean, her monster husband has been confirmed to have feasted on a bunch of innocent mewmans. But honestly, I can’t quite seem to feel bad for them seeing as literally half the mewman population are complete and total dicks to all monsters, even peaceful monsters like Buffrog. Moving on. It seems as though the show is trying really hard to convince us that Eclipsa is good and honestly, I believe that she is. Or at least she is trying to be. But whatever the case, her being the central antagonist of the series is wildly ambitious of them, seeing as they only have like half a season left to wrap up the plot lines of Meteora’s magic powers, Marco’s monster arm thing, Moon’s arc with the old mewman loyalists, Mina Loveberry (who just kinda sprang out of nowhere and seems like she is going to be one of the series’ antagonists), the whole issue with the wand and the death spell, and all the filler crap they’ve poured into this season even though I still love all of it. Just, the fact that we still seriously don’t know who the primary antagonist is means that Eclipsa is probably not going to be evil, since it would mean that there would be yet another unresolved plot line that we have to deal with. So with that being said, let’s try to figure out what is going on with this season and what is going to happen next.
Tumblr media
So, I already talked, in detail, about the Monster Arm plot line in the first two parts of this theory, here’s the links if you wanna check that out:
Monster Arm Part 1 Theory
Monster Arm Part 2 Theory
So leaving that plot line behind, we are going to talk about an easy plot thread that I think we can tie up: Star/Marco/Tom/Kelly love square(?). I am sad to say it, but in tv shows, especially those aimed and younger demographics, the writers have typically already established which couple is going to be endgame and while that can fluctuate over time, the writers of the story usually stick to the first couple. Why do you think they booted Jackie off the show as quickly as humanly possible once Star found herself a new love interest? Either way, I am pretty sure that Star and Marco are set to be endgame, but really, it doesn’t matter to this theory so maybe I’m wrong! And if you are a Tomstar shipper or a Kelco... Melly... Marcelly--yeah I like that best-- shipper or a Starco shipper, I love all of you and all of your ships are great so please don’t hate me. Either way, this is one of the least important theorizable elements of the show for me and for this theory so let’s move on.
Tumblr media
Mina Loveberry... she’s pretty much the wildcard of the situation because I literally have no clue what she is going to do half the time, aside from overreact and punch something. However, I do have some speculations as to where her plot line is going to go. So, it seems that Mina is crafting a large suit of armor for... someone, probably one of the people who fought in the war against Globgor and is completely loyal to the throne of Mewni and former Queen Moon. I also think that they are someone who has a great power like Mina does, except they are much stronger, and they are obviously someone that Mina loves and respects, so maybe a family member or former colleague or something, however, that doesn’t really matter. What is important here is that we remember that Mina holds to her belief that Queen Eclipsa is a traitor and that Moon is the rightful heir to the throne.
Alright next: Eclipsa. Like I said before, I definitely don’t think that Eclipsa is going to be an antagonist, but I also don’t think that she is going to be aligned with Star when it gets down to it. Eclipsa, while not wanting to have conflict between the monsters and humans, definitely has a preference towards the monsters, since they respect her more and actually treat her with kindness, but also because she has a kindred spirit with them and whatever happened in the past with Globgor, which seemed to have been pretty bad, Eclipsa sided with him rather than the mewman people, so I suspect that when push comes to shove, Eclipsa is going to protect the monsters rather than the mewmans, which is important for reasons that I will get into in a minute.
Tumblr media
Speaking of Globgor, we already know that in the past he killed many mewmans, I suspect because he was protecting Eclipsa, but what does that mean for the show going forward? Well it seems to me that when Globgor is let out of his crystal prison, which he will be I can promise you that if anything, then he will probably be fighting alongside Eclipsa and the monsters in what I imagine is going to be a giant civil war. Yeah, you heard right Star vs. the Forces of Evil: Civil War is upon us, with one side being the mewmans, led by Mina Loveberry and the person in the giant armor, and the other side being the monsters, led by Eclipsa and Globgor.
Now I’m sure after leveling all of these lengthy claims at you, you’re a bit skeptical, so let me back this up a bit. So we know that monster and mewman tensions are high amongst the adult generation in the show, I mean, they had a whole episode centered around it in Cornball.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I mean, pretty much the whole episode is like this. So we know that monster and mewman tensions are high. We also know that most of the mewmans don’t like Eclipsa, I mean take your pick of pretty much any season 4 episode with her in it and you’ll figure that out pretty quickly. Even in the newest episode, Queen-Napped, where they seem to be taking a liking to her, that is only because she got kidnapped. And even then, Ponyhead had to lie to the mewmans to make them think that Eclipsa’s life was on the line and had to live stream the gang trying to save her in order for them to get anyone to care. So there’s that, but there’s also the fact that most of the old mewman subjects have just resorted to Anarchy. Oh and also there is this line from Moon at the end of Ghost of Butterfly Castle.
Tumblr media
Segue to...
Moon. What is her role in all of this. Well, aside from the fact that she has created a camp of Mewmans who all would rather go back to their lives living without monsters, than try to assimilate and change, she doesn’t exactly seem to be doing much in this season. Unlike in the past seasons, where Moon was always a very active player in the final episodes, I don’t think that she is going to have that central of a role in season 4, partly because I think that the cast of characters is getting too cramped, but also because of the aforementioned picture. This picture seems to tell us what Moon and her mentality are about this war and her place in it. When the time comes, she’ll want to avoid the fight and conflict, much like she did in the final battle with Toffee, and her only real goal in the matter will be to protect her family, because that is who Moon truly cares about. Sure she cares about her people, but she doesn’t care enough about them to interfere in a war, especially if it means losing someone she loves again. Speaking of, what about Star? Where is she going to be in all of this? Well, it seems pretty obvious to me that Star--and Marco, Tom, Janna, and Kelly probably--will be stuck in the middle. The new generation of people who are going to stop the fighting and save the world. The most accepting generation. The tech obsessed, rebellious, post-millennials, you might say. *cough cough* gen Z *cough cough*
Yeah... if you didn’t get the symbolism this show was trying to hammer into your skull, then this is what it is. Now this isn’t just speculation, the show pretty much blatantly says it in the Cornball episode.
Tumblr media
So now we’ve got all of those plot threads wrapped up, but what is happening with Meteora. Well, it seems pretty obvious to me that the “extremely powerful magic spells that haven’t been used for centuries” is Meteora, and if it isn’t then Christ does this show have a problem with too many antagonists. However, I can’t tell you for sure where Meteora’s story is headed. The best that I can do is suspect that either Meteora’s story is going to be happening concurrently with the civil war that I mentioned, or it’s going to end with Glossarick sending Meteora back in time to grow up as Heinous, which would be why she stayed alive for all those years since her parents were frozen in the crystals, which is why Glossarick is training her to do magic in the first place. I like the last one better because it is just inherently more interesting, but it probably isn’t going to happen. But moving on now to the thing I titled this whole theory on: Monster Arm.
Yeah I know I said that I was gonna drop it, but I have to tie this all back together. Remember how I said that Star and Marco would probably be in the middle of this civil war and all, well I do think that will be the case, however, I think that there is more in store for Marco. Marco has this innate pull towards the darkness and dark magic. Remember his wand?
Tumblr media
Yeah, I’m definitely not the first person to point this out, but those little bat wings seem oddly out of place, until you look at the title card:
Tumblr media
The star inside of the ‘r’ in Star’s name obviously correlates to her wand, the little skull that dots the ‘i’ in evil correlates to Ludo (remember the first Quest Buy episode where Ludo tries to use Star’s dying wand and a little skull comes out of it), but the little wing on the ‘e’ in evil doesn’t correlate to any of the wand’s former users, or even Ludo in his dream sequence about the wand, but it does match up with the little bat wings on Marco’s wand. Essentially, the title card is telling us how this show is going to end. In the end, presumably in this civil war between mewmans and monsters, Marco is going to get corrupted by Eclipsa’s magic, perhaps because she uses that dark spell, that seems to be important again, on him or some other entity and it drives him towards evil, and after he turns, the finale of the show will be about Marco and Star battling it out
Star vs the Forces of Evil
Star vs Marco
Thank you guys so so much for reading all the way through this, I know it was a long post. Finishing up this post was actually really tough for me because I absolutely love this show and I am so sad that it is going to be ending, but I genuinely hope that the finale for this season lets the show go out on a bang and not get bogged down by the multitude of characters. I know that this theory couldn’t address all of the plot lines and characters in the show, like Janna and Marco’s family on earth, but I hope it at least gave you something to chew on. Like I said before, I don’t think that Eclipsa is going to be evil, especially now that it seems like Mina is going to be a pretty heavy antagonist. Honestly, I did my best to give all of you a theory that tried to tie up all the loose ends of this series, but I really can’t, especially with the Meteora thing. Also, would you guys like the ending where Meteora gets sent back in time (since the whole time travel episode with Glossarick made it an actual possibility)? So that’s all that I got for you guys today. Thank you all again for sticking with me and I hope you all have a wonderful week.

Miraculous Reveal? (Miraculous Ladybug)
Tumblr media
Hello all my fellow Fan Theorists! Today we are going to be talking about Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir. So I really like this show and if you’ve never seen it, you should totally check it out because it is worth it. So, in light of the most recent episode, Oblivio, a reveal scenario doesn’t seem too far off in the future, and a permanent one at that. And that’s where I come in. You see, so many people have speculated about what the reveal scenario is going to be like and many others have made fanfiction and fanart speculating the reveal, but for the first time, I think that we really have some solid ground to stand on.
Tumblr media
Alright then, so first let’s start off by listing all the known facts that we have. First, it has been confirmed that Marinette will be the holder of the mouse miraculous, it has also been confirmed that she will use both the mouse miraculous and the fox miraculous at once, with the base probably being the mouse miraculous and her using the fox overtop.
Tumblr media
It is also confirmed that she will use the dragon miraculous over top of her Ladybug disguise, this could be before, after, or during the time when she is Mulmouse.
Tumblr media
Adrien will also be getting an upgrade to the snake Miraculous, whose powers are probably going to be those similar to a Siren, based on the fact that he’s got a little harp thingy and serpents of lore have been known to be able to hypnotize people.
Tumblr media
But this is all just scratching the surface because there are other leaks on the series, like the fact that Kagami is seen de-transforming from the peacock miraculous, how Luka is probably going to be the holder of the snake miraculous probably given the miraculous by Adrien, and Adrien has been seen in just the snake miraculous costume. We also have the fact that Thomas Astruc himself confirmed that Marinette and Adrien would become a couple by the series conclusion, but we all know that they are gonna take a while to ring that towel dry.
Tumblr media
So... with all of this evidence compiled, what is the actual theory here? Well, let’s start with that Dragon Bug outfit. So, recently Hawkmoth’s villains have become less like jokes and more like actual opponents that Ladybug and Chat have to face, and as things have gone on, each individual villain has become more and more of a threat. Oblivio from the most recent episode was a big threat, one that Ladybug and Chat barely beat, and they only beat him because they knew each other’s identities. So, I think that Ladybug and Chat are going to be facing a villain that is much stronger and more capable than any other villain they’ve faced before and they won’t be able to defeat them before they change back, but they will leave the scene, regroup, and head to Master Fu’s place to ask him for his guidance, where he will tell them that they can use other miraculous’ on top of the one they are wearing, cue Dragon Bug and Snake Noir. They will end up defeating the akuma and Hawkmoth will realize that Ladybug and Chat have access to many or all of the other miraculous’.
After this, I believe that they are going to use these special suits again when fighting a big threat, and the time limit on Adrien’s Chat Noir power will expire, cue the Adrien with snake miraculous image that everyone is freaking out over, saying that Chat will lose the ring.
Tumblr media
While I think that Chat will de-transform into the snake, I don’t think that Ladybug will de-transform into the dragon, mostly because there is not concept art for it and also because if she did, she couldn’t use her lucky charm to clean up the mess until she recharged Tikki. I also think that Adrien will have the snake miraculous before Luka ends up getting it because of how similar the designs are. Adrien’s, while a bit embellished, is relatively simple, a body suit and a cool hood mask, but Luka’s is a lot more detailed, while also having practically the same design. Perhaps when Luka gets the miraculous, he will have seen Chat in his snake miraculous form and his costume will come out looking similar.
Tumblr media
Now, back to the fight with the double miraculous. If I am right and there are two of these fights, then who are they fighting? Well, the first fight I imagine will be with Lila. She has proven herself to be a very capable villain in two incidences and both times she almost defeated them, so it isn’t too big of a leap to assume that she would be a villain capable enough that Ladybug and Chat Noir would need to consult Fu. But the next villain, I believe, is going to be Kagami. She has proven time and again that she is a threat, her akumatized form was almost too powerful, and it is honestly a waste to see her used as mere jealousy fodder for Chloe and Marinette. Now, I can’t be sure that the leak about Kagami having the peacock miraculous is accurate, but if it is, then I suspect that this akumatization will be before she gets the peacock miraculous. I believe after she is de-akumatized, Hawkmoth will realize how capable she is and how much hate is in her heart and want her as an ally, much like Lila, however, I believe that Hawkmoth will see more potential in Kagami than in Lila and will give her the Peacock miraculous. I also think that Kagami and Lila will have a fun dynamic, if the two do end up working under Hawkmoth, where they will dislike each other, but they’ll work well together as a team due to their hatred of Ladybug and Chat Noir and also of Marinette, but they will quarrel over Adrien at times.
Tumblr media
Again, this might be fake, but I think that it would be awesome if it wasn’t. I also think that a lot of the fans want Kagami to be the peacock miraculous holder.
So, that leads me to the last bit of theory fodder that I haven’t talked about: Mulmouse. Marinette is going to be the holder of the mouse miraculous, but how? And how is she going to be fighting alongside Chat and Ladybug when she is Ladybug? Well, the answer is a lot simpler than you’d think: she gets revealed. The idea that Marinette would get unmasked is one that nobody really thinks is going to happen at the rate the show is going, but it has to happen eventually for the story to conclude, but what if the reveal doesn’t happen at the end of the story like everyone suspects? My suspicion is that in the season finale of either season 4 or 5, all of the new miraculous holders will be gathered together for a big fight, probably on the eiffel tower as that is where it all started with Hawkmoth in the first place. Volpina, Carapace, Queen Bee, whatever Luka’s hero name is gonna be, and Ladybug and Chat Noir will be battling it out with whatever big bad atrocity they need to defeat and they’ll manage to trap Ladybug and take her miraculous, revealing to the world that Marinette is Ladybug. Cue shocked gasps from everyone. The villains will manage to take the Ladybug miraculous and give it to Hawkmoth. Not only will that make things a lot less stale by giving Hawkmoth further motivation and drive to get Chat’s ring, it will also free Marinette up to be Mulmouse, which she will have doubts about because she lost the ladybug miraculous. She will also be devastated about losing Tikki.
So why do I think that Mulmouse has to take place after Dragon Bug and Snake Noir? Well, if Marinette really does lose the ladybug miraculous, she will probably take the mouse miraculous in order to help Chat find Tikki and stop Hawkmoth. But as the picture shows she eventually uses both the mouse miraculous and the fox miraculous, with the mouse as the base, which means that she has to have lost the Ladybug miraculous to be using the mouse miraculous, but if she loses the Ladybug miraculous, she won’t be able to transform into Dragon Bug. Do you see how complicated this is?
Anyways, let’s move on to the last piece of business:
Tumblr media
Now, despite him disliking spoilers so much, I don’t think that he is lying here. It seems pretty obvious that the love square is the ship that will eventually become canon, but we just aren’t really sure when. However, I think that after Marinette gets revealed, that is when Adrien and Marinette will become a couple. Adrien will finally realize that Marinette is the girl he’s in love with and he will be all over her. But I don’t think it’s going to be immediately afterwards, in fact I think that Astruc is gonna milk it for all it’s worth. Adrien will probably not tell Marinette about his feelings because he thinks she doesn’t reciprocate them, and it’ll be a whole thing. Because THEY CAN’T JUST BE HAPPY, CAN THEY THOMAS?
So that is what I think will become of Miraculous Ladybug in the seasons to come. What do you think? Do you agree or am I way off base? And tell me your theories! Thank you all so much for the support and as always, have a wonderful week.

Marco’s Destiny (Monster Arm Part 2)
Tumblr media
Hello all my fellow Fan Theorists. Welcome back to part 2 of my Monster Arm theory! Last time, we touched on the basics of Monster Arm (the purple tentacle that Star accidentally gives Marco in season 1) and how it wasn’t so much corrupting Marco, but instead it was just the embodiment of Marco’s worst traits and feelings. The Monster Arm beat up Jeremy and wanted to kill him because, deep down in Marco’s darkness, he wanted to kill Jeremy. He lashes out at Star and blames her, not because Monster Arm is “a bad influence” but because that is how he truly feels, and Monster Arm is bringing that out. And Marco only rejects Monster Arm’s control over him when he realizes how evil Monster Arm truly is, cause Monster Arm isn’t the be-all end-all of who Marco is... That said, let’s talk about the future now.
In case you missed it: Monster Arm Part 1
Last time, I teased this poster saying that “it all starts with this”.
Tumblr media
This poster is seen hanging in Marco’s room at any given period of time in the show. However, just look a little bit closer at this poster for a second. Monster arm. It is literally a poster for Monster Arm. Before you get skeptical, I know this is sort of a stretch, but we still got a lot more to talk about so hang in there. Originally, I thought that this poster had less to do with Marco and more to do with Toffee, mostly because of this practically unnoticeable frame.
Tumblr media
Let’s zoom in a bit.
Tumblr media
I essentially thought (and this was pre-season 3 by the way) that Toffee’s goal was to steal Star’s crown, which, didn’t pan out. But what I missed about this frame was the fact that this poster has nothing to do with Toffee, or Ludo, or Buffrog, or Eclipsa or her man, or Heinous, or anyone else. This poster is in Marco’s room. Make no mistake, this was an intentional choice. The openings for a show are perfect places to hide easter eggs and allude to mysteries and plot twists. The animators and show runners intentionally put a poster, highlighting Monster Arm and had Star’s crown completely cover up and take the place of the car that was originally there, as if Monster Arm was out to take the crown. This is not a coincidence, but even if you don’t agree and you think that’s circumstantial, I’ve got plenty more evidence to dig through and dissect, don’t you worry.
The next thing I’d like to talk about is the book of spells. Now that the book is burned and it, presumably, isn’t coming back, we haven’t really talked much about it. Yes, and by it, I mean Eclipsa’s dark chapter. The whole point of the episode Page Turner was simply to set up the reveal of Eclipsa, but we also get to see in that episode the most important Marco we’ve seen to date. Dark Marco. Darco?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is the Marco that we are exposed to who has been corrupted by Eclipsa’s chapter in that book. This is the Marco who still has remnants of Monster Arm in him. This is the Marco that Toffee thinks isn’t a disappointment. This. Is. Evil. Marco. We don’t get a lot of hints as to his true nature, but this is probably the biggest hint that we could’ve gotten. Compare this image of Marco to this image of Ludo when he was possessed by Toffee.
Tumblr media
Or this one.
Tumblr media
Look at the similarities. Both encircled in a purple swirl of darkness, both have the weird jagged teeth (and I know Ludo has always had those, but Marco hasn’t), and both have something weird going on with their eyes. Both scenes also have the important person looking up at their friend, or whatever Glossarick is to Toffee. Either way, you cannot deny that these scenes are connected. We can also compare both of these scenes to the scene in the recent episode of the now released season 4, where Eclipsa does this to Rhombulus.
Tumblr media
With all that said, Monster Arm is still obviously an important factor in this show since they keep making references to it.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Tom, how do you even know about that? Anyways, that last reference was in season 3 in the second to last episode, so you know that they are just priming us for the return of Monster Arm Marco. And even with all of this evidence, I still haven’t even talked about color schemes. Each color in this show has its own distinct meaning, yellow is love, pink is happiness, blue is indifference or neutrality, and purple is evil.
Oh, what did you think I was gonna say that green is evil? Pbfff... No, green is like, anger or annoyance, not true evil. We can tell this because the green rays of the wand that we all associated with being the evil side, was only really activated under emotional duress, like when Ludo could only activate the wand by getting really angry, or when Star being annoyed made Cloudy turn mean. But all of the truly evil characters in this show are highlighted in purple. For Toffee, I could reference the scene where he possesses Ludo, but also this scene in Storm the Castle:
Tumblr media
And this scene when he’s with his monster gang:
Tumblr media
With Heinous, we don’t get as much purple color, but both her dress and her tail are purple, as well as her mewman marks and her beast form. And while both Toffee and Meteora use green blasts with their magic, that’s probably just cause they don’t use actual spells, they just blast to blast things. On the other hand, we see purple used for the darkest spells, the ones kept in Eclipsa’s chapter of the book, the ones that Eclipsa uses during her battle against Rhombulus, the ones that only Eclipsa herself knows how to use, and whether or not she has turned over a new leaf and really is a good person, you can’t deny that those spells come from the darkest part of one’s being and they corrupt one’s soul. Which leads me back to Marco.
I don’t think that Marco is evil, but he has been corrupted. Monster Arm has been released, he has looked into the darkness and come out a different person, he is the shows next antagonist. I don’t know if he will be the last, maybe Eclipsa will come back as evil or Globgore will start terrorizing Mewni, but they are setting up evil Marco and have been since the very beginning. The darkness inside of Marco that Monster Arm symbolizes is still inside of him and is still very much a threat in this series and he cannot turn back now.
Hello all! Thanks for checking this post out, I know that it is a super long one. When I had finished writing up my last theory, it was before the first episode of season four had come out, but now that it is here, I am super happy to report that I love what we’ve gotten so far! Oh, and every episode has been plot related so that’s a plus. Anyways, what did you guys think of this theory? I’m thinking of doing a part 3 of this some time in the future to talk about whether Eclipsa is gonna be evil or not, but I also wanted to wait and see if anyone wanted that or not, so if you’d like me to do a theory on that for you, just let me know! Anyways, thank you all again for reading this and as always, have a wonderful week!

Monster Arm
Tumblr media
Hello all my fellow Fan Theorists. Today we are gonna be talking about one of my favorite animated shows right now, Star vs the Forces of Evil. This is probably gonna be a pretty long theory so let’s not waste any time. Quick SPOILER ALERT if you haven’t seen up through season 3 of the show. Alrighty then, strap in Fan Theorists cause this is gonna be a bumpy ride.
If you read the title, you will know that I am talking about one of the most theorizable elements of SVTFOE to date: Monster Arm. In season 1 episode 3 (or 5 if you count them individually), Marco Diaz breaks his arm while practicing for his upcoming Tang Soo Do tournament, leading him to ask Star to heal his arm for him. However, she screws up the spell and accidentally gives Marco a monster arm. Later, Marco starts to act mean and jealous and almost evil, the arm being a bad influence on him, but Star learns a reversal spell and monster arm goes away, saying, “You’ll never get rid of me, I’m part of you now. You can treat the symptoms, but you’ll never cure the virus.”
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yeesh, that’s creepy. Point is, this was the first instance in which we saw Monster Arm and by proxi, the darker side of Marco. However, a lot of fans skipped over the fact that this is the incantation that Star read which resulted in Monster Arm.
Tumblr media
Now let me brush off my Latin textbook here...
Tumblr media
Wait, it doesn’t mean anything in Latin? Well that was a dead end... But wait!
Tumblr media
That doesn’t look like Latin to me. What was I thinking? This is a Mewman Spellbook after all, why would they have written it in Latin? Okay, it’s not Latin, so how do we figure out what it says? So this is where I had to get the internet’s help on this. I searched and searched and searched for the language that this was derived from or for someone who has managed to decode it and I found something. So, in promotion of the show, the SVTFOE team made version of the spell book that you could buy, but... the book doesn’t 100% match up with the book in the show. People went in and decoded all the symbols from the book, matching the letters to English letters, however, most of the letters in this frame above were missing from it, which means, we have to use context clues to figure this out.
Here goes; so Star speaks English, since the only other language she could be speaking in is Spanish, since those are the only two languages Marco understands, but it is expressly stated in the episode Mewberty that they are not speaking Spanish because Ferguson speaks in Spanish with English translations to Marco in that episode. Therefore, the ancient language that Star is reading might be written differently, but has the same rules, sounds, and functionality as English, or Mewman English is a derivative of it. So, by establishing that they speak English, we can backtrace and give an approximation of what those words mean. First, we need to ask ourselves what these words (releasio demonius infestica) have to do with a bone healing spell. Well, seeing the result of the experiment, they have nothing to do with a bone healing spell. It is more likely that the words weren’t pronounced incorrectly, but rather that the spell that she used was not the spell to heal broken bones. This leads us to our conclusion: What do the words mean? Well, by gathering all that evidence it is likely that the words mean release, demon, and infest, which have nothing to do with healing a broken bone, but rather mean to release one’s inner demons.
Now Monster Arm’s words are starting to make more sense. Marco can never get rid of him because he is the embodiment of all his bad traits.
Tumblr media
So, you might be asking, “What’s the point? Was this really necessary to make when you could’ve been making a theory about Avengers: Endgame or something?” (Lol I’m not making an Endgame theory.) Well my dear Fan Theorists, don’t you worry because I have a little theory up my sleeve that will blow your minds and it all starts with this poster:
Tumblr media
To find out what I mean, you’re gonna have to comeback next week and check out my Monster Arm Part 2 theory. Unless I’ve already posted it when you’re reading in which case the link is down below.
Monster Arm Part 2
Monster Arm Part 3
Hello everyone! Thanks so much for reading this super long post. I know that it sucks to wait, but statistically, the longer the post is, the less interested people are in reading them, which is why my original posts were comparatively shorter. Honestly though, this would have been like four pages of writing on google docs just for me to put out a half baked version of this theory, which is why I like to do two parters. They give me more time to ramble. Anyways, thanks to all of you for reading and I really hope you enjoyed this theory! As always, my dear Fan Theorists, have a wonderful week.

Traitor Found! (My Hero Academia)
Tumblr media
Hello all my fellow Fan Theorists! Today we are gonna cover the second part to this My Hero Academia theory that I left you on a cliffhanger for. So before we get started I just wanted to issue a big fat SPOILER ALERT because this theory is literally gonna spoil everything, including some things in the manga (but only up through the parts that have happened in the anime), and I also wanted to leave you a link to the first part of this theory that you should probably read first.
MHA Traitor Part 1
With that said, let’s pick up where we left off. Last time, we talked about the rules that we needed to establish in order for us to be on the same page about who is innocent and who is guilty. The rules are, simply put:
The character has to have been introduced in the series as of the point in time that they mentioned a traitor being active. The character who is the traitor also has to have had a major speaking role in the series (no extras or such) and must be from either Class 1-A, Class 1-B, or one of the UA staff members.
If they have been specifically targeted (to die) by Shigaraki, All for One, or Kurogiri, then they are innocent.
Likewise, if they have interfered with the works of Shigaraki, Kurogiri, or All for One themselves, then they cannot be the traitor.
We also eliminated quite a few people from the board, leaving only Present Mic, Cementoss, Midnight, Ectoplasm, Vlad King, Mina Ashido, Mashirao Ojiro, Denki Kaminari, Koji Koda, Kyoka Jiro, Fumikage Tokoyami, Toru Hagakure, Momo Yaoyorozu, Neito Monoma, Itsuka Kendo, Ibara Shiozaki, and Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu. However, since it is practically impossible to eliminate all the suspects from this list based on the criteria, I am going to speculate as to who I believe is the traitor. I’d like to point out before we start, though, that this is just a theory and I don’t mean to offend anyone or start a fan war, especially since I could be wrong about it. With that said, let’s start with the people who are least likely to be the traitor.
Vlad King
Tumblr media
As the homeroom teacher of Class 1-B, Vlad King is one of the only people who would know about the location of the campsite and would be one of the only people there. However, he was also unaware that the Vanguard Action Squad was targeting Bakugo and the other students, which doesn’t mean that he can’t be the traitor, it just makes it very unlikely.
Itsuka Kendo
Tumblr media
Kendo is one of the few class B students who couldn’t be eliminated from the list based on our criteria. However, I don’t think she is the traitor. Aside from the fact that she is very heroic in the times that she saves Class A from Monoma, she also risks her life in the fight in the woods, which, despite the fact that she wasn’t directly interfering with the “capture Kacchan” mission, means that she is probably not the traitor. Also the fact that her quirk... really isn’t one that they would want or need.
Fumikage Tokoyami
Tumblr media
So, Tokoyami was one of the characters that I figured I should immediately strike from the list because he is just not the traitor. Plain and simply, it doesn’t really make any sort of sense for him to be. Aside from the fact that I just don’t want him to be the traitor, I also think that there is evidence against it, but since it didn’t apply to one or more of the rules, I couldn’t eliminate him. However, the fact that Mr. Compress tries to take Tokoyami with them to recruit him because of his power, seems to indicate that he isn’t a member of the League. Even Dabi, who is the leader of the Vanguard Action Squad, who would likely be one of the people who knows who the traitor is, seemed to not know who Tokoyami is. Also, something I haven’t taken into account is the fact that the traitor would probably be someone who has a grudge against Kacchan, or at least would rather sacrifice him for the safety of their friends or family, but Tokoyami seems remorseful, he even feels guilty for not being the one taken, which strongly indicates that he would’ve sacrificed himself to save Bakugo.
Ibara Shiozaki and Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu
I just find it hard to believe that these two would be the traitor. For the same reason as Kendo, Tetsutetsu should get a pass, and I would honestly be kinda disappointed if it were Shiozaki, especially since she preaches peace and love and such, so it wouldn’t make much sense for her to be a villain. But if it does end up being one of these two, you can count me surprised.
That’s pretty much all of the characters that I can really eliminate based on like having limited evidence, but I’d also say that Kaminari is probably off the list, since he wouldn’t want his friend getting kidnapped. Anywho, let’s move on to the fun part. Here are the top three most likely characters to be the traitor!
Koji Koda
Tumblr media
Okay, so I know what you’re thinking, “Really? He’s one of the top three most likely characters to be the traitor?” and you’d be right in thinking that. However, things with Koda just don’t really seem to add up. First off, he literally pretends that he cannot talk for most of the series, despite his quirk literally requiring him to talk to animals. The show tries to explain this away as him being shy, but like, why the heck would you learn sign language as a form of communication just because you were shy? Like, Koda was trying to convince everyone that he couldn’t talk, but he eventually let the secret slip, first to Tokoyami, who he told his secret because Tokoyami told him about Dark Shadow’s weakness, then to Jiro when he felt bad for not using his quirk and noticed that it started to hurt her. Honestly, though, I don’t think that he is traitor, despite how suspicious this seems.
Neito Monoma
Tumblr media
I imagine that some of you are thinking that I am just hating on Monoma because he disses Class A, and while I do love to hate Monoma, there is actually a solid reason to suspect him. First off, he hates class 1-A, that is no secret, and he obviously despises Bakugo because of the Sports Festival, so it isn’t a far cry to assume that Monoma would want to get Bakugo kidnapped and have him turn evil, tarnishing the reputation of Class A. Also, you ever notice how Monoma was the only person to fail the exam from Class 1-B? I mean, if they were taking a similar exam (I don’t think they were taking the same exam, but it was probably something that also required them to work as a team against an obstacle that was hard for them. This is evidenced by the fact that Vlad King isn’t there during Class A’s exam, meaning he was with his students, and Class A’s exams took almost all day.), then it is probably unlikely that only Monoma would fail the exam, especially since he passed the licencing exam. That means than Monoma likely failed the exam on purpose, perhaps because he didn’t want to be in the middle of all the action that he knew was going on outside. Also, he is no stranger to leaving his classmates behind to further his own agenda (see the Sports Festival). However, despite the fact that I truly believe that Monoma could be the traitor, and honestly it seems super likely that he is, I think that there is one other person who could take that title out from under him.
Toru Hagakure
Tumblr media
Look everyone, I know that this sounds pretty absurd because why on earth would I have any reason to suspect Hagakure of being the traitor? Well, at first, it doesn’t really seem to be that valid of a theory, she seems to just be a sweet, sassy, slightly underdeveloped character, like a couple of her classmates are, but look a little closer. First off, Hagakure is the only character in Class 1-A who hasn’t had some sort of developing arc, the only one. Every character has at least had some sort of plot directed at developing their character. Obviously the main cast has had the brunt of them, but characters like Yaomomo, Jiro, Tsu, Sero, Kirishima, Kaminari, even Mineta. The three most underdeveloped characters, aside from Hagakure, Rikido Sato, Mina Ashido, and Mashirao Ojiro, have all at least had their character developed in one way or another. But Hagakure? Nope. She passed the final exam so she didn’t have the summer school development, she got the licencing exam the same way that the rest of the B cast did, she wasn’t a player in the Vanguard attack, she didn’t get a highlight in the internship episode, she wasn’t there for the Stain attack or the Bakugo rescue attempt, she didn’t make it far in the Sports Festival, and she wasn’t present anywhere during the attack on the USJ.
Speaking of, where was she during the attack on the USJ? She said she was with Todoroki in the landslide zone, but she didn’t get her feet frozen like she did during their first combat training, and she would have since Todoroki literally froze that whole mountain. Also, why would you not announce your presence to your classmate who could literally kill you if he doesn’t know you’re there? Also, she tells everyone at the end of the attack that she was at the landslide zone, but look at what Horikoshi literally put in his comic.
Tumblr media
Do you see it?
Tumblr media
We never learn where Aoyama was, though I speculate he was probably in the Configuration Zone with Ojiro and he was just hiding, but the thing is, he later tells us where Hagakure was, so why would he not put her in that location to begin with. Unless... she was lying about where she was. Still not convinced she’s the traitor. Well I have one more piece of evidence:
youtube
Notice anything strange?
Tumblr media
What the hell is she doing standing in the front there? Look, you might think that this is a stretch, but honestly, it’s not. these openings, they are essentially the newest arc told in so many words. This is why in the above picture, Kacchan and Todoroki are faced away from the camera, because they were the only two of Class A who failed the test. These openings are basically teaser trailers for what is going to happen in this arc, which is why in the second opening in season 2, they had that whole symbolic thing with Iida, Todoroki, and Midoriya. These openings are very meticulously planned, which makes it even harder to overlook the fact that Hagakure is the character that the ending of this focuses on, when every other time, she has been in the background, practically unnoticeable. It also makes sense that the League would want her quirkwise. She doesn’t have a particularly flashy quirk, which means that she isn’t going to be a very popular hero, someone the League would target, but her quirk is also super useful in their case since she is literally invisible. She can sneak in and out of anywhere, practically undetected, which is a quirk that the League would find very valuable, as it is also a quirk that works well if you are a spy/double agent. Also, you ever notice how we get a whole scene in the episode End of the Beginning, Beginning of the End, where All Might and Aizawa are trying to convince Jiro’s parents to move into the dorms, but we never see that for the only other character who was in a coma, Hagakure? She tells us that her parents were hard to convince, but we never see that. She also has no allegiance to Bakugo so it isn’t a far cry to assume that she would sell him out to protect herself, her family, or her friends.
I also hear you screaming at your computer saying, “But if she really is the traitor, then why did Mustard try to kill her in the attack at the training camp?” Well first off, he didn’t try to kill her specifically, she was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Also, the Action Squad had a list of people that they could kill, Deku being on that list, and while we don’t know who all is on that list, we do know that they don’t always follow orders, hence Muscular saying to Koda that he will kill him even if he isn’t on the list, so the fact that Hagakure got hurt doesn’t really change anything.
Every way you look at this, Hagakure looks guilty. Every. Single. Way. And that is why I think that Hagakure is going to end up being the traitor.
Thank you all soooo much for reading this theory. It ended up being super long, which is why I had to split it up into two parts, but thanks for sticking with me through it. This theory was a lot of fun to research and write and I am never opposed to rewatching this show, so it was a great experience and I hope you enjoyed reading these as much as I enjoyed writing them. I must say, at first, I definitely didn’t know who the traitor might be, but as I investigated it more, things around Hagakure just kept looking fishy. I also looked to Monoma quite a few times, and I honestly wouldn’t blame you if you still think that Monoma is the traitor over Hagakure. Anyways, thank you all so much for reading this massive two part theory and I hope you all have a wonderful wonderful week.

WHO IS THE TRAITOR? (My Hero Academia)
Tumblr media
Hello my fellow Fan Theorists! Today we are going to be talking about one of my personal favorite shows, probably my favorite superhero show to say the least. If you’ve never seen this show, I genuinely suggest you watch it right now. You can watch it for free on Funimation in both subs and dubs, and since I genuinely feel the need to say this, they did not sponsor me to say that, it’s just one of the only streaming services where you can find this great show in both sub and dub. SO... now that that’s out of the way, let’s get onto the theory!
SPOILER ALERT!
Okay, if you need a quick refresher as to what I am talking about when I ask, “WHO IS THE TRAITOR?” I’ll catch you up. In season 3 of the anime, both class A and B of the hero course go to a summer training camp where they are to train to get their hero licences, since the League of Villains keeps targeting students. They keep its location confidential to everyone but the teachers and students who are going to the camp, but the camp still gets attacked by, you guessed it, the League of Villains. Because of this, the board begins to suspect that one of the teachers, or students, divulged the location of the camp and is working with the league.
Tumblr media
So now that we’re all caught up, let’s get into the meat of this theory. First, let’s lay down some ground rules:
The traitor cannot be a character that has been targeted by the league, more specifically targeted by All for One, Shigaraki, or Kurogiri themselves. So if they’ve been targeted by anyone from the Vanguard Action Squad themselves (like when Muscular targeted Deku) they can be the traitor, since the Vanguard Action Squad doesn’t always listen to Shigaraki.
The character must be a character that has already been introduced, and is either a UA teacher or a student from class 1-A or 1-B. This is because I will be eternally pissed if the character who we learn is the traitor is actually just some rando, and because they have to have been aware of the location of the camp. Since it was never stated, we are going to assume that none of the parents knew where the camp was, to make things simpler.
Also, any character who directly, purposefully prohibits the actions of the League of Villains, in the forest fight or the USJ fight, is safe as well. But, like the first rule states, they have to have interfered with the league themselves, no random thugs.
No character is safe, unless the above state that they are. I will rule out all of the characters that I see as unfit to find out who the traitor is, but this is just a theory of mine and it is not proof, nor should it be taken as fact.
Alrighty then, let’s start with the main cast. First All Might is 100% not the traitor, since he is literally the target of the League of Villains and is the person All for One wants dead most. We also know from All Might and All for One’s interactions that they are not allies in anyway and have never been, so there is no trickery going on here. Next, Deku can be successfully checked off the list. since he has been targeted by the League of Villains in every instance. Shigaraki has expressly stated that he hates him, multiple times, so Midoriya is safe.
Onto our favorite hot-head, Bakugo. Before season 3, Bakugo might have seemed like our friendly, neighborhood traitor, but after the very Kacchan centered season 3, we can successfully rule him out, since he was targeted and captured by the league and was the reason that they went to the campsite in the first place since they wanted to recruit him. Seems silly to break into a campsite and almost kill a bunch of kids just to recruit a person who is already working for you. Rule number 3 applies to Todoroki, who was a very active participant in the battle against the Vanguard. Number 3 also applies to Iida, since he went and got help in the USJ fight, actively keeping the villains from killing All Might, and Uraraka for helping Iida in the fight at the USJ.
One of the tide turning battles in the series is the USJ fight. It would be nice to eliminate everyone there, but not everyone interacted with Shigaraki, Kurogiri, or Nomu, so we can’t say that all of them are not the traitor, but we can eliminate quite a few with this battle. We can eliminate both Aizawa and the hero Thirteen, because they both almost died while fighting the League of Villains. We can also eliminate Tsu and Mineta from the running since Shigaraki himself almost killed them in the USJ battle. We can also eliminate Kirishima, who fought with Deku, Kacchan, Todoroki, and All Might. Rikido Sato, Shoji, and Hanta Sero are all safe because they all fought against Kurogiri. Also, the traitor can’t be the teacher Snipe, since he shot Shigaraki and tried to kill him.
We can also eliminate the characters who are practically insignificant and are just there for world building, like the Guidance Counselor (Hound Dog), Lunch-Rush, and Powerloader, since, like number 2 says, it would be a total cop out if they ended up being the traitor. Also, like rule 2 also says, it can’t be any of the parents, or any one from a different year or course, only teachers and students from class 1-A and 1-B, so no Hatsume or Shinso.
Tumblr media
Whew... got all that? Good, cause we’re not done yet. Despite the number of characters we eliminated, there are still quite a few characters that it could be. Here’s the list:
Principal Nezu
Recovery Girl
Present Mic
Cementoss
Midnight
Ectoplasm
Vlad King
Mina Ashido
Mashirao Ojiro
Denki Kaminari
Koji Koda
Kyoka Jiro
Fumikage Tokoyami
Toru Hagakure
Momo Yaoyorozu
And everyone from class 1-B
Again, that’s a pretty big list, and I have no way that I could completely eliminate everyone from the lineup, but still, I can safely say that a few of the characters here aren’t the traitor.  Tokoyami is off the list since he was also targeted by Mr. Compress, I didn’t count him earlier because Shigaraki didn’t explicitly target him, just Bakugo. However, since he was targeted as a “valuable asset” I can be pretty sure that he wasn’t a part of the team. Also, and I know he wasn’t on the list, but I’m just gonna knock Koda, the little boy that Deku saves in the forest fight, off the list cause he saved Deku from Muscular and Koda literally hates all superpowered peoples. I’m also gonna knock Recovery Girl and Nezu off the list because Nezu is actively working to catch All for One and the League of Villains and Recovery Girl is one of the people who knows about One for All and how it works and she definitely would have told them about it (same applies to Nezu I guess). I’m gonna knock Vlad King off the list, despite the fact that he doesn’t really pass the test, simply because of how he was willing to protect the students in the forest battle.  And like I did before, I’m gonna knock every character from Class 1B off the list so long as they haven’t had a major speaking role in any episode. So the only ones left from that class are Itsuka Kendo, Ibara Shiozaki, Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu, and Neito Monoma. So here’s the final lineup as of now.
Tumblr media
Suspects
Present Mic
Cementoss
Midnight
Ectoplasm
Vlad King
Mina Ashido
Mashirao Ojiro
Denki Kaminari
Koji Koda
Kyoka Jiro
Fumikage Tokoyami
Toru Hagakure
Momo Yaoyorozu
Neito Monoma
Itsuka Kendo
Ibara Shiozaki
Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu
Still a pretty big list, but I don’t think that I can narrow it down anymore than that. Instead, I will list off the people that I think are the most likely to be the traitor. Those are...
Tumblr media
Gonna have to wait until next time.
MHA Traitor Part 2
I’m sorry! This post is just getting way too long and I want to do my best on this theory! Please don’t hate me guys! Like I said in my last theory, I have been working really hard on this post and I wanted you to like it as much as I do, so yeah, it’s a two-parter. But I swear next time I will explain everything, including who I believe the traitor is and why I think that. Again, like I said in the disclaimer, this is just my thoughts on it and should not be taken as fact. Please don’t rip me apart if your best girl or guy is on the list as of now, I am just going based on what I’ve interpreted the anime/manga to be. Alright everyone, thank you so much for reading and I hope you all have a wonderful week!

Hook isn’t the Villain?
Tumblr media
Hello all my fellow Fan Theorists! Okay, so... I know this is a Peter Pan theory. I also know it isn’t a super popular movie anymore or anything, but just bear with me here. So we all know the Disney classic Peter Pan, most remembered for its infamous scene with the Native Americans because...
Tumblr media
How on Earth could you forget this scene? Anywho, despite the movie’s pratfalls, it was entertaining enough to be a comprehensible, well told story, where the characters are likable and none of them are too annoying, except for maybe the lost boys at times. Also, the fact that this movie decided to make a major character be completely silent (and by silent I mean speaks no words) is actually pretty commendable. But this isn’t a review, this is a theory, and on that note: what if I were to tell you that the actual villain of this story, is Peter?
So keep in mind, the roles of “antagonist” and “protagonist” do not necessarily mean bad and good, respectively. The protagonist is just another word for the main character, while the antagonist is just the person who opposes the protagonist, neither of them have to be good or bad, they just need to contradict each other. That said, let’s take another look at this story. This story is told from Wendy’s perspective, meaning that all the information that Wendy has on Hook, and all the other characters save for her brothers for that matter, has been told to her by Peter. Ergo, the stories about Hook are being told the way Peter wants them to be told. He tells these tales of swashbuckling adventures, battling the evil captain hook and saving fair maidens, and people seem to believe him. The mermaids, for one, find Peter and his past deeds so intriguing that they are literally willing to drown Wendy to keep Peter to themselves. Tiger Lily (pictured above) is actually willing to die in order to keep Peter’s location secret. What? Why would she do that? Especially since Peter and the lost boys seem to have no prior relationship with the Native Americans, actually, Peter even tells the Lost Boys to go pick a fight with them. Why would you do that to the peoples of the girl that you are romantically interested in? Unless, Tiger Lily has heard of Peter and his deeds and wants to protect the “hero” despite not knowing him personally.
Tumblr media
Want more proof? The beginning of the movie starts with Wendy telling stories about Peter Pan, probably ones that she heard from her mother or ones that she just made up. And I imagine that there is a slight air of truth to those stories, if her mother did in fact visit Neverland when she was a child. But she barely even remembers her adventures, so it’s safe to say that those stories aren’t all that accurate. But later on in that beginning scene we meet Peter, who we learn likes to go to Wendy’s window and listen to her tell those stories, many of which Wendy seems to have told pretty often. And why does Peter want Wendy to go back to Neverland to be the Lost Boys’ mother? Oh that’s right, to tell her stories. If those stories about Peter were in fact true, then why wouldn’t Peter just tell the Lost Boys those stories himself?
After Peter, Wendy, and the brothers make it to Neverland, Tinkerbell tries to shoot Wendy out of the sky, which is not a good thing, but you notice how quick Peter is to condemn Tink and not take any responsibility for himself? Maybe he should’ve been like, “Sorry that I abandoned you and left you to take care of yourself in a world you know nothing about where you aren’t a very capable flyer, just so that I could go taunt my arch nemesis?” Instead, Peter literally forgets all about it mere minutes after it happened.
Oh and speaking of a nemesis, let’s talk about Hook for a second. Hook is clearly not a good guy. He threatens to kill multiple children, is mean and cruel to his crew and his partner Smee, and he straight up murders someone within the first 20 minutes of the movie. However, he has clearly suffered a traumatic incident, one that left him in constant fear for his life, one that could be triggered by the sound of a ticking clock, one that left him an anxiety ridden mess. The incident, getting his hand fed to a crocodile by Peter Pan, was the whole reason that Hook was out to get him. This is treated as a serious condition in the movie. And yet, our charming protagonist Peter uses that memory to taunt and mock Hook, only fueling the fire.
Tumblr media
Peter Pan is expressly a child, the boy who never grew up. He behaves like one too, acting petty and making rash decisions without understanding consequence, but he also doesn’t know when he has taken things too far, just like any child. He cut off Hook’s hand because he thought that it was part of a game, and like any child, he gets upset when anyone interrupts his fantasies, like when Tink tried to kill Wendy. The story of Peter Pan isn’t one about embracing your childish wonder and taking it into adulthood, it is a cautionary tale about how not having the guidance of a parent or other to help you grow into a healthy adult is incredibly dangerous, a detail that Wendy echoes.
youtube
Peter Pan tells the story of a boy who never properly let go of his childhood and didn’t develop into a healthy adult, which is why he acts so poorly in the movie. While Hook is by no means a Saint, he’s not even a good person, Peter is the story’s villain.
Hello all and happy Monday! I’m eager to hear what you guys think about this post, even though this isn’t one of the more popular Disney movies and it certainly isn’t gonna get a lot of notes. So next week, I don’t want to spoil anything, but it is gonna be epic, so check back next Monday at noon to see what’s in store for you Thank you all so much for reading and I hope you have a wonderful week.
