Your fingers strum to the beat of happy music in your head along his defined jawline. It's even stronger due to the smile on his face, so big it makes his cheeks hurt. The one of yours is even bigger though, if that's even possible, "How did I even manage to bag you," He thinks out loud, pressing a sweet kiss to your warming cheek.

"Dunno, I ask myself the same thing, Joey," you tease, earning an eye roll and scoff in response. Joe pinches your exposed hip at your cheap shot. "You were supposed to say something along the lines of, "Oh, Joe! You're so handsome and sexy. How ever could you ask that?!" He attempts his best impression of you, going as far as to flutter his lashes in your direction.

Now you're scoffing and landing a tiny punch on his shoulder, "I don't sound like that and who even talks like that?" This time, instead of responding to you, he kisses the crease from your eyebrows, "You don't and no one, just love getting a rise out of you, sweet girl."

Hiding your hot face in his bare chest, doing your best to shield yourself from anymore praise. If you here one more thing like that, it's definitely possible that you explode right here, right now. "Nooo, I wanna see your pretty face," he murmurs holding you face in his hands, making you look up at him, and pressing a long, slow kiss to your lips.

Joe loves seeing how easily he can fluster you, one of his favorite activities. It's completely his fault when you excuse yourself at event or team dinners because he just wont stop whispering the sweetest or nastiest things to you, just to see you flush or watch your breath hitch.

As he pull away every so slightly, putting just enough room for his breath to fan over your face as he whispers, "There's my girl, the prettiest ever." God, is it like a thousand degrees in here? It was difficult to come up with a response to that, especially when your mind goes numb and empty when he says the littlest of compliments.

"I'm gonna tell your mom you've just said that," you retort, "Go right ahead, I tell her and dad how gorgeous my girl is any chance I get."

TALK ABOUT DAD DOG DUO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEEE THEYRE MY FAVES

Okaaay I’ll talk about them! I’ll knock out about three or so things about their relationship that I've noticed that I like about it. Because they are my faves also as well. I mean, look at them!

First, and I’ve seen a post on this before (where I have NO IDEA I’ve BEEN LOOKING) so it’s not my original idea but I love pointing it out; how Duck takes care of YG physically.

First one to rush to get the first aid kit in Jobs, careful enough with Warren extraction in Friendship to not hurt YG, and some could argue that swapping his old rusty batteries out the first time in Electricity is a form of first aid. There’s also smaller stuff like how based off the flashback in Death, YG clearly trusts Duck enough with things like this to ask for his help.

Second would be the fact that I think their relationship is fairer than a lot of people think. Lots of people seem to have this idea that Duck is sort of a weird parental/authority figure over YG or that their relationship is just Duck constantly berating this guy who thinks the world of him. I’m going to break down why I think both of those points are untrue, and why I think their relationship is closer to equal.

YG clearly feels comfortable enough around Duck to draw boundaries with him. Example that immediately comes to mind, for me, is when Duck is trying to get the other two to leave with him in Family and Yellow straight up just turns him down. Like, if he doesn’t want to do something or go somewhere with him, he won’t.

Also, weirdly enough, the fight in Friendship solidifies more of them being on a equal playing field to me. Like Duck starts it verbally, but YG both makes it physical and immediately tells Duck not to insult him. Which, IMO, you wouldn’t do to someone you totally idolized/a parental figure. YG barely reacts when his own dad pushes him in Family, so I think if he saw Duck as a parental figure he definitely wouldn’t fight back the way he we see him do in Friendship.

Third I’m going to end with cute things about them that I’ve noticed. Starting with of course! Little moments in Death that are sweet like…

Duck ironing white socks in Big Day when we NEVER see him wear socks. YOU KNOW WHO DOES WEAR WHITE SOCKS THOUGH

YG sitting on Ducks bed while he mourns him

The flashback during Memories where Duck yells at him to GET OFF implying that Yellow makes himself comfy in Ducks bed often enough to make Duck annoyed

Their shared interest in music :]

The way they both bob their heads agreeingly in Transport when Red Guy is cycling through driving instruction tapes, implying they both understand the lessons LOL

Of course I have to bring up the (you have diabetes/ maybe your blood sugar is low, let me get you a snack thing) which makes me cry a lil bit. Both because of what it implies about them offscreen AND because as I’ve established in a previous post, when his batteries are Charged, YG’s memory is NOTABLY horrible. And despite that … somehow the diabetes thing was important enough for him to remember <:3

He noticed you looked sad and held your hand, shaking a bit. When he's holding hands with you, he tries to tell you funny things he did when he was younger, to not focus on your intertwine hands. He loves the affection that you give him, but he especially loves your kisses.

💌 , the first time you kissed him, he whispered "my first kiss.. " ( well, technically, it wasn't his first kissed since he kissed sally from that one episode. But this kissed was filled with real love 🥺 ) and he covered his mouth with a gasp. You found it funny and kissed him whenever he starts to talks bad about himself, 10/10. He nervous about sharing kisses in public but will step out his comfort zone just to kiss you on the cheek. really nervous when you kissed him in front of his friend.

💌 , a few days later into the relationship, scott most likely got comfortable to cuddle you. He loves it sooo much. Imagine, he's like, "babe.. Do you wanna cuddle? uh- I .. had a bad day today, had to deal with people's bullshit and I want someone to hold me 🙁.. " and your like "omg ofc baby 🤭" he loves being big spoon and small spoon. He just feels so safe that he can't help but fall asleep. And if your rambling about random stuff?? Oh he's in heaven.

💌 , not really a jealous boyfriend but will stand his ground. Someone flirting with you in the supermarket? Alright, that's alright.. Stay calm scott. Someone trying to touch you? He's going feral. Being mocked for being diabetic and being made fun of, he's learned to stand his ground and protect his loved ones. He's wrapping his arms around your waist and staring at you lovingly. "Hey babe? Have you found your things? I think I need my insulin..☺" once you two move away from that person, he turned around towards them and sticks his tongue out.

Good morning all and Happy Saturday we are onto episode 4 of S2.

2x04 Warriors and Guardians

If you need further proof these two are married long before they were dating it's this is ep. S2 is chock full of growth and goodies galore. I love it sfm. Also this episode is the intro of Nyla Harper. Who I absolutely adore. Tim and and Lucy are my top favs obviously. But she is right behind them in terms of characters I love to death. So excited for her to finally have joined this series rewatch. Off we go.

We start off with them talking to Rachel. Lucy hugs her and says happy birthday. Tim clearly has no idea it’s her bday and is feeling slightly out place in the convo. Rachel commends Lucy on her choice of gift. It’s a book 'Aeronautics Through The Ages.' Tim is a little shit and says it sounds like a real page turner. The sassy look Lucy gives him. I wish there was a gif of it haha Tim realizes quickly after Rachel's grandfather did the illustrations for it. That the gift Lucy gave was actually quite meaningful and sweet. Eating his words quickly after….

Tim is clearly feeling slightly awkward he didn't know it was her b-day. That coupled with watching the exchange between Lucy and Rachel. I think Rachel can sense this and asks if they’re still on for Friday. Tim does that lovely smile of his and says yes. Tim spots right away Lucy wants to say something after Rachel has left. He cuts her off at the pass LOL She has the pre-excited going to tell you something face haha Tim doesn't let it get far and squashes said excitement before roll call.

We rejoin our amazing duo in their shop. Lucy doesn't waste a second before starting in on the topic Tim cut off earlier. Rachel’s bday gift from him. Completely disregarding his grumpy behavior from before. Lucy tells him not to worry he’s riding with the world's best gift giver. She asks him what he’s thinking about getting her? Tim tells her nothing. Lucy is in instant judging mode. Tim goes on to say it’s only been two weeks. That it would be weird to get her something. Lucy then re-frames her question to him. ‘So, you just wish her happy birthday, and now you’re done?’ He’s so confident at first with his yep. It's quickly demolished by Lucy's loaded 'Okay....'

Tim looks over at her and see’s her facial expression. It's so damn telling. He knows he’s in trouble with his answer. Lucy's face says it all. I'm dying haha What I love so very much about this scene is that silent communication on Lucy’s end. Tim knows her so well all he has to do is look over and know he'll be in the dog house if he does nothing. Her face is saying 'It's your funeral...'

Literally all Lucy has to do is say ‘Okay’ and her body language and expression does the rest of the work. He questions his choice because of this. Tim then breaks and says he could get her something small…Lucy’s face in the final gif is perfection. She has won the first part of this battle and knows it. She is happy he has seen the light. Her face is basically saying 'There we go...' haha Look at him listening to his wifey's advice. Didn’t even fight her that much on it. So proud of him. Look at this glow up haha

They respond to their first call at a hospital. Tim is pitching Lucy gift ideas. Ironically he strikes out with his first idea. A baseball game. Having Chenford being canon now all his ideas would sit just fine with Lucy. He has no idea he is trying to give Rachel, Lucy gifts LOL Their convo gets interrupted by their call. Two social media wannabes stormed into this poor sick kids room and started posing with him.

They get arrested for trespassing and photographing a minor without a parents consent. Then the cutest thing ever happens. The kid comes out and asks for a pic with Tim and Lucy. They happily pose with him. I’m diabetic at how sweet this is. Look how happy they are to do it. Also you know their arms are touching behind that pillow. It’s the little things hehe.

Back at the station they’re booking their insta wanna be’s. Tim is trying once again to seek Lucy's approval on his next gift idea. I adore the fact that he is not only reaching out her opinion but relying on it heavily. He knows she’s going to be honest with him about them. Another foundation is being put in place here. He values her opinion and is letting her know that whether he realizes it or not. Also shall we talk about the fact there is little to no personal space between them in these shots? A theme I constantly love . One I have to remark on cause it's so obvious how they are always so drawn to each other. They don't even know they're doing it.

The fact they’re having a convo about a shooting range kills me. He literally went to paintball with Lucy haha Their banter in this scene is fantastic. Tim poorly defends his idea saying he sees couples all the time at the shooting range. No love you don't, you and Lucy are the couple that would do that and you would see. Not Rachel….

Lucy shoots down the shooting range idea instantly. No regrets on her part. Lucy isn't pulling any punches with him. She is right when she says once again he isn’t picking it for her. It truly is a terrible idea for Rachel. The sass she gives him. 'All the time?' He can't even fight her on it and knows it's a losing idea. He is so cute in his defeat though. Strike 2 for Tim.

Lucy gets a call from Nolan and Tim's interest is piqued. He tells her to answer it. Lucy does but not before she calls him out for why he wants her to. Tim clearly isn’t a fan of Harper's and wants more intel on her. Lucy makes sure to note this before answering haha The best part of this stage of their development is the two way sass. It’s not just Lucy lobbing sass grenades. Tim has his own pile now and is chucking them right back at her. It’s glorious. Brought out his playful/sassy side and it's here to stay.

Nolan asks them if it’s worse to disobey a direct order from your T.O. or to stand by and watch them get killed? Lucy looks Tim in the eyes and says depends on the TO....The Heart Eyes Lucy look at your heart eyes madam. Directed right at him this time. But she doesn't know why she's so invested in him and his love life....So very transparent and I’m not mad at it haha Clearly neither is Tim. He advises Nolan best he can about his situation before he hangs up.

Tim and Lucy are on the perimeter of a stakeout and back to the topic of the day. Tim is irritated because Lucy has shot down every single idea he has had. Lucy reiterates he is picking gifts he would like. (Or the woman sitting to your right would…) Tim once again tries to defend his choices. Saying it's not just guy stuff that Isabel loved doing this kind of stuff for gifts with him.

Let’s take a second to be proud of Tim. A moment of growth is happening here. I want to note and appreciate it. He brought Isabel up. It wasn’t even in a moment of sadness or anger. Lucy replies about her with her own opinion saying Rachel has different interests than she did. Biggest part of this is Tim concedes to her point. No rage or saltiness. Just agreement. He’s come so far. We may now dive back into the scene. This mini rant was sponsored by the ‘I’ll never stop being proud of Tim and his growth’ foundation heh.

Tim FINALLY comes to the conclusion he had been fighting all damn day. Lucy is right and he is wrong LMAO That his ideas aren’t working and he should just listen to her. Lucy knows what she is talking about and should just take her ideas for a gift. Lucy is so cute with her smile and reply and tells him basically haha You know she's thinking what took you so long? This woman been schooling Tim in ‘Lucy Lessons’ long before she coined that in S5.

Just listen to your wife Tim. She’s always right and you benefit from that. Her cute smile in that last gif is the best. She’s won another battle with Tim and knows it. He does too written all over his face. So annoyed she is in the right on this one and he can’t fight it not even a little. Happy wife happy life Timothy hehe. Lucy has his number and there is nothing he can do about it. He tries so hard to push back and not let her further into his life and she continues to creep in. To create more cracks in his armor and slowly destroy that wall of his.

This action shop is epic. Love Chenford coming in like complete BAMF'S to bail out Harper and Nolan. They don't miss a beat before they join them in the fight. I always love watching them in the field together. So in sync. Makes me happy to watch them in action. Such a power couple.

Grey has Harper apologize to John in front of Tim and Lucy. Its for putting him in danger for her own gain. He naturally takes it too far. Makes a meal out of it cause Harper can't stop him. He thinks a lot of himself afterwards till he turns around and sees Tim’s face lmao. The face he’s making in the pic below. The amount of judgement I’m dying. Eric you are a treasure. He tells Nolan ‘You always have to push it….’ So damn funny. Lucy is smiling and trying not to laugh as she follows Tim out. He can’t even with Nolan most of the time and it always cracks me up.

Tim follows Lucy’s advice with Rachel’s gift. He is pretty darn cute when he gives her his gift all poorly wrapped. It is nice to see him excited about someone. After all the drudgery of Isabel Tim deserves this. He deserves the world IMO. But I just love this man to pieces so. He got her a very specific plane for them to build on their date Friday. It’s adorable and Lucy crushed it. Tim knows now going forward how important Lucy's opinion is to him and for him. This is proof of that. I said last review his scenes with Rachel had purpose. This is just another facet of that. This situation proving him to how valuable that opinion is ❤️

Side notes -non chenford. Now that Nyla has arrived this will get a little beefier. Her intro is epic af. The way she tricks Nolan and finds out he’s a guardian and not a warrior. It’s so funny how badly Nolan bombs his first impression with her.

What I love so much about Nyla is she takes zero crap from Tim. Not even for a second it’s hilarious. She schools him a little too. Her finishing line of their first scene 'Don't get your panties in a twist handsome, not say you're not tough. Just saying you're not me.' Look at Angela's face after she says that LMFAO She knows he just got put in his place. Tim is none too pleased. He doesn’t like how she rubs him the wrong way. Also with her character arc she’s basically the female version of Tim and I love it.

She’s so abrasive in the beginning (just like Tim was….) they gotta be or you wouldn’t see the astounding difference when they grow. Angela is enjoying her cause she gives Tim a hard time it’s so funny. Ever the best friend with him with him when she says 'She loves her' when Nyla walks away hahaha

I do love watching the bond develop between Nyla and John it’s fun to watch. And we get insight into why Harper with her Golden ticket took a position of TO. Her daughter. Our skyy 2- Wrap Up

Since this is an anthology and I, being the simp that I am, have watched all of the original shows, I thought it'd be fun to rank all the episodes.

The thing is, even though I have watched all of the shows, my opinion on these episodes are very reliant on my opinions of the original show as well. Meaning if I loved the original show and the our skyy episode was meh, it might be ranked lower than shows I didn't feel so highly about, but the our skyy episode delivered. Anywho-

7. Sky in your heart (ep 3-4)

Tbh I wasn't the biggest fan of the original show, but this episode was very in tone with said show. It was overall, cute. The greenflags were greening with the communication and lack of jealousy. You go boys! Live your happiest life.

But I did miss the other pair of the show (idk if you can technically count it as this show since they were two 7 episode series, but I would have liked to see even a cameo from them). Good vibes. I liked it.

(what i didn't like in a side note is the chunky ring design)

6. My school president (ep 9-10)

To anyone who hasn't already, you havvvveee to go watch the original show. It is so sweet it will give you diabetes. And I loved the concept of this episode.

As a fanfic author I was mostly here for the validation that all our headcanons are canon. But, it felt like a highlight reel with roles reversed. Which is interesting but 2 episodes wasn't enough time to develop that story.

For what they attempted they did aight! I kinda wish we got something more post canon in their universe, happy cute boyfriends™, but yk. It's okay. More Fourth and Gemini always makes me happy. Plus the cast seemed to have fun filming it if the behind the scenes are any indication.

5. A boss and a babe (ep 11-12)

Listen, half the excitement of our skyy is missing these characters. So it was surely a choice by gmm to time this episode riiiighhhttt after the finale of the show.

That being said, this episode was pretty dang fun. Am I still mourning the loss of multiple unresolved storylines from the show they set up and literally forgot about- yes (Drake, you deserved better🤧). But considering our skyy 2 is the biggest "who took my FANFIC out of ao3 and into YouTube" plot ever, I'll overlook it.

This episode managed to do what neither enchanté nor abaab did- show me the appeal of forcebook. They are very cute in light-hearted settings. I'm yet to see them thrive in the drama, but only friends is happening soon... Soooooo

4. Never Let Me Go (ep 1-2)

Now thiss was a perfect soulmates AU for TV (or YouTube in this case) if I've ever seen one. We got the time travel, the drama, the classism all wrapped in a ball of all fluff and no angst. They understood the assignment.

Again. I missed my second couple (I am Perth Stan, I can't help myself. The 6 of us who demanded justice for Chopper, I see you!) But I didn't miss them too much, coz the premise was fun.

(I also loved the house set that they had!! I wanna go visit it if it's real!)

3. The Eclipse (ep 5-6)

These two episodes are single-handedly responsible for increasing the average number of kisses in Our Skyy. I wasn't even expecting this many? Even if it was basically just prep for Khao and First in Only friends, I'm still here for it.

It was also surprisingly an episode that caused a lot of debate about Akk and/or Ayan being out of character, which I didn't expect, but have my opinions on.

But overall, it was an extremely sweet episode with political and social commentary that the show had, but commentary lite. The locations were fantastic! I honestly just want more First and Khao in everything, please and thank you.

2. Bad Buddy x A Tale of a Thousand Stars (ep 13-16)

Speaking of who took my fanfic out of ao3, OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD. I knewwww we can trust in P'Aof for delivering a story. BUT DID I EXPECT HIM TO PUT ALL MY FAVS IN THE SAME SCREEN AT THE SAME TIME???? What great times we're living in *sighs in bl*.

Watching EarthMix slip back into phuphatian was a pleasure. Ohm and Nanon are sooo awesome! I missed Pat and Pran so much. The crossover could have easily gone into the forced-for-fanservice territory, but they had a plot for it!🤌🏼

They brought back characters that felt like home. Even the conflicts were so lived in. It is self aware in what small things can blow out of proportion.

Watching Pat and Pran in their college years hiding their relationship after reading countless fanfics about it- just, tears. Thanks! I love them. I missed them. I'm living for this. I see why this was at the end. Worth all the hype and more.

Still screaming about this, and have been for two weeks. Will keep you updated on when or if I stop.

Buuuut the reason I didn't rank this at the top is because we didn't get enough bad buddy in the crossover. I loved both the shows, but i feel like pat pran were slightly overshadowed. I was lowkey cringing by the end too with the second atots recreation of the series!? Oh god. But we got a proposal! And the confirmation it's an open secret?!? And whatever tf it was that korn and wai were doing backstage🤡. So it was almost in the number one spot, it's just that I preferred my actual number one spot episode more.

1. Vice Versa (ep 7-8)

Did I expect vice versa to be this high on my list, nope. Did I fall and virtually adopt this kid as soon as he came on screen... Maybe👀. Are Jimmy and Sea climbing up on my couples i can't wait to see more of this yes- also maybe.

But even otherwise, I think this episode had the most solid and cohesive storyline. Everyone felt familiar and acted in character. They even wrapped up the whole random-kid-showed-up-at-our-front-door plot surprisingly well. Like if you watched the episode, they left very clear hints.

They even kept the colour theme (even though multi colour isn't technically a colour, would have gone with white or black maybe, but that's just me).

I did not expect this to be my number 1. Actually, i was barely even looking forward to this episode. But it was a pleasant surprise.

And I was shooketh, considering my biggest complaint about the original show was that they left too many threads loose.

Jimmy and Sea were so good! Got me even more excited to see them in Last Twilight (in P'Aof we trust).

Birthdays are quite troublesome, if you do say so yourself. Feasts, gifts, and invitations have to be taken in mind to make the special day worthwhile.

You stopped celebrating your name day decades ago, coming to an understanding that there was no point in celebrating such things when you've been given the curse of eternity. No more feasts, gifts, nor dressing up could get you to ever think of birthdays the same way, and an old acquaintance of yours found that notion agreeable.

“We're near untouchable now,” he had told you then. “Birthdays are for those who fear Death's visit at any moment.”

The faint feeling is still there in your mind though. Somewhere in the deep recesses of your memories lies the anticipation and excitement over life—memories collecting dust and housing cobwebs of wistful nostalgia.

You suppose your fellow vampire was right—the fleeting, much finite time of humans have always made them yearn for the littlest of festivities, made them huddle together just a little bit closer to fend off the cold cruelty of fate, and made them forget such fears for even just a fraction of a moment.

Now that you've subjected yourself to be among them, it couldn't be helped to indulge in the trouble, you suppose. This indulging, however, would not be for the village that was currently celebrating another birthday that had aligned with yours—the only son of the local scholar you heard. Some hunters had passed by your area the other day to catch a boar for a feast in his honor, forcing you to make haste in hiding the deer you had slain earlier in the morning.

You doubt they knew much else about you other than your name anyways.

Rather, you were doing it for him.

“Happy Birthday, jagi.”

Jeon Jungkook's smile would've made your heart skip a beat if it hadn't been undead for the past seventy years.

This damned boy.

The only one who had known about your birthday had gone to your door early in the morning, claiming he had a little surprise. You were forced to run to your room under the excuse of getting ready, slipping on a more decent change of clothes and, more importantly, an old ring your old acquaintance gave you to feel that faint rush of old, dark magic wash over you. Though still stinging, the sun that now shines down on your skin hurt a lot less than without the help of the ring on your finger.

Now, where were we?

Ah, his surprise.

It came in the form of a picnic, as it had turned out—one that showed a stunning view of the vast murky sea, the town not so far in the distance as well. The two of you eventually sit by the many boulders littered along the shoreline, among the worn blanket he had laid out and beneath the shade of clouds. You look at the human beside you. “You're the first person who's wished me that in a long time,” you idly tell Jungkook, smiling at him with a genuine fondness. Though birthdays still don't quite feel the same, it was the thought and effort that was stirring something within you. “Thank you, really.”

From your praise and smiles, Jungkook preens with pride of himself. “That's not all,” he then says as he leaned in with a grin barely masking his secretive mischief. “I got you something else, too!”

“Do you now?” you muse, in spite of knowing well. Of course, he always does.

The man fished something from his pocket, eager as ever. Not long after, a simple necklace of leather cord and cheap polished stone was revealed to you. It was a reddish stone with streaks of grey and white, barely the size of a coin yet a capsule of time all the same.

Watching as you look at the object you gingerly took from his hands, your lover flusters red. “It's not much, I know,” Jungkook is quick to say, sheepish and almost embarrassed of himself. “I'll get you a better one next time.”

At his words, your lips curve upwards. Ever the overachiever this one.

You've had your fair share of diamonds and other jewels tucked away somewhere of what is known to be Europe, many more riches kept by your kindred. In truth, you doubt that Jungkook will ever get his hands on anything better with his sailor salary, but the notion of his determination and devotion spurred your heart more than any other treasure could.

You lean forward and place a thankful kiss against his lips, hands coming forth to cup his cheeks. You feel him flinch at your cold touch but he soon settles to have his hands come and gently snake around your wrist. “You needn't have to get me anything more than you can get,” you tell him, moving to catch his gaze when he stubbornly looks away from you. “I love this all the same.”

His thumb draw circles on your skin, as his lips draw into a pout. “I want to give you the world,” he ardently declares, his bold ambition earning himself a light-hearted scoff.

Wanting was unnecessary, especially when the object of desire would be something that can't be done in such a short lifetime. “I don't want the world,” you affirm, sweetly bumping your cool forehead onto his and letting it rest there. “I want nothing else but peace and quiet,” you tell him, peering through your lashes with a smile. “And you.”

Such words were a praise that shot right through his very being but he recovers enough to pull you fully into his arms in a tight embrace. You nearly giggle at the feel of his veins pumping more blood to match the quickened pace of his heart.

Staying in Jungkook's arms by the cliffside felt simple enough, but it brought you more peace of mind than you could ever have without him. You stand by what you told him—peace, quiet, and Jungkook. Nothing more. Nothing less.

“Now,” you hear him clear his throat, “why don't we test the waters?”

Before you could fathom what exactly his words meant, you were hoisted in the air with the brute holding you running steadfast towards the crashing waves.

“Jungkook!”

Your squeals turned to laughter as you managed to cling onto him tight enough to make him catch himself amidst losing balance and second guess his plans of throwing you to sea, lest both of you get soaked to the bone. “You reckless oaf,” you tell him, arms still wound around his neck.

Jungkook simply grins down at you, the sea breeze blowing his locks to and fro. “Your reckless oaf,” he grins, let go of you and earning a shriek from your lips.

You manage to catch yourself, landing on your feet as Jungkook’s arms were at the ready of helping you balance. The water is cold as it laps at your calf, the skirt of your handbok now soaked and swaying with the waves.

Your half-hearted glare is met with a jovial grin, Jungkook’s arms circling around your waist to hold you close to him, and perhaps not splash the water his way. “Is it safe to say I’ve surprised you today?” he instead muses, making you playfully roll your eyes as the smile on your lips betray you.

It was then you saw it.

A figure in the distance, clad in black that nearly disappeared amidst the rocks and forest. In that instant, chills ran down your spine—not because of the cold, but because you knew exactly who it is.

Your acquaintance.

Your kindred.

Your old friend.

Kim Seokjin.

His name nearly fell from your lips in a hush dread, mouthed instead as if saying it aloud would bring upon some curse.

“What?”

Brought back to reality, you see Jungkook look in confusion. He didn’t seem to catch what you said, something you were quick to use to your advantage. “It’s nothing,” you assure him, glancing back to see Seokjin gone. “Today’s been pleasant,” you then say, to get both of your minds off of that little moment. “Thank you for everything.”

“Happy birthday,” Jungkook says, pressing a kiss between your brows you hadn’t noticed were still slightly furrowed. Under his touch, you let your eyes flutter close.

Happy Birthday—you hope it stays that way.

I’ve debated giving a few of them diabetes.

Tails is a high contender cause he’s one of my favs.

He makes his own pods cause all the other brands don’t live up to his standards.

He hates going low cause it reminds him of being hungry and weak at West Side.

Sonic is suuuuupperr doting the first few weeks cause “what if he goes too high or too low and he feels bad I can’t have that on my conscience”

After reading this ask I am also considering Amy. She decorates her pods with those little stickers you can get. Her diabetic bag is simarilh personalized. I can see her having multiple bags for different occasions!

She goes to Tails’ place cause he makes good pods, especially if they’re both diabetic!

Also he isn’t a Sonic character but I gave Bowserr Jr diabetes! I had a gag in one of my Olympic Games stories where he and Sage were out and about:

my fav stranger things headcanons because i care about them more then i care about myself !

mike is autistic. im not going to elaborate just trust me

after mike and will get together they are actually The Worst. they are That Couple. they are always touching in some way like holding hands or their arms are brushing together or like if they are sitting on a couch mike will put his legs over wills. THEY DESERVE IT.

the party has a weekly movie night sleepover. like friday or saturday or something. they alternate picking the movie and pig out on junk food and have fun because They Deserve It. (bonus - max, el, and lucas make fun of will and mike endlessly for cuddling but by the end of the night they are all curled up together too. dustin watches in aroace exasperation.

will and el are those siblings that everyone is lowkey terrified of. like they will sit there and be silly and shit and then someone says something out of pocket and they both slowly turn their heads in sync and they look into your soul.

el is diabetic bc i said so

mike and el are besties because i said so and because they deserve to be comfortable around each other after that dumpster fire of a relationship. they gossip with each other and shit like they are the type to sit in a corner at a high school party or something and whisper and judge you together.

(pre-byler) mike comes out to lucas and tells him his feelings for will first, and will comes out to dustin and tells him his feelings for mike first. and because those two can NOT keep a secret, they end up telling each other so there is a period of time where both dustin and lucas know that will and mike love each other but they cant say anything. and a clueless mike and will are like "why are you guys acting so weird" and dustin is just like "uh i uhuh i don- me? weird?" while lucas giggles nervously in the background.

when max wakes up from her coma and she is blind, she is absolutely heartbroken over it, but lucas and el help her make the most of it. they help her learn braile, and after a while the party all develops little patterns to tap on her hand or her shoulder so she knows who is there without them having to say it.

Yeasderday a little girl came running to me in the paddock and told me how happy she was to see someone with the same type of Sensor as her.

It made me think of myself in her age, around seven or eight, i was freshly diagnosed and scared. I am the first in my family to be diabetic and also had no one growing up who could fully feel what it is like to have it.

The little girl inspired me to show more about how i deal with it and my life with it. But most importntly do i want to show little girls like her and myself that you can be diabetic and sucsessful.💕

Ok so I'm ranking all the characters worst to best, based on likeability and whose most leveled up for me (I'm biased, it's different for everyone)

(SPOILERS!!)

Last place for me - Tupperware. I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST TOLKIEN HE'S ADORABLE, BUT HOLY FUCK HIS MOVES SUCK ASS, LIKE LEGIT HE HAS ONE HIT ATTACK, A TURRET THAT GOES IN ONE DIRECTION AND BARELY DOES ANYTHING, AND THEN ONE WHERE HE SWITCHED PLACES AND GIVES A TINY SHIELD. That's it. His ultimate sucks too 😔.

11. Toolshed. Stan's like, the most boring character to me, he only goes a little higher than Tupperware cause he can actually fucking hit people. But damn he's just ... Boring.

10. Not much higher than Toolshed, Human Kite. Kyle's also a really boring character to me in the game, he only goes higher cause he's more leveled up and I use him more than Stan.

9. Wonder Tweek. I LOVE Wonder Tweek but he's like, mid range for me. I love him as a healer, but his attacks suck. But he's really useful and really cute in game, especially with Super Craig where Super Craig always tells him he believes in him and Tweek should believe in himself.

8. Professor Chaos, I LOVE BUTTERS, FAV CHARACTER. AND CHAOS ALWAYS CALLS MY CHARACTER CUTE WHICH IS LIKE?? But Chaos and Tweek tie for me, but Chaos goes a little higher as he has more attacks (his minion attack is great if you need an extra turn), but he's a little weak for me.

7. Fastpass. Jimmy is also one of my all time favs!! I love Fastpass, he's a mid range good all arounder for me in small fights, I love him :]

6. Mosquito, worst character in game fucking for real. On likeability, he goes last place (making a list on that too.) But he's really strong and the gross out effect is great.

5. Kenny isn't my fav South Park character, but holy hell he's useful in this game. Mysterion has the ability to come back after dying as a ghost who can heal his team or just put effects on enemies. Which is great if your team is down and you need to quickly start giving out remedies.

4. The Coon. I hate to say it, but Cartman is a great character (in terms of fighting, he's HELLA op) He's really unlikeable in this game, which isn't too out of the ordinary, but he's a fucking bullshit character that I love to use ... Until he recently got kicked off my team.

3. Super Craig, GOD, he's so great, even tho he has 2 minimal one space attacks and a shield, like his health is hella op and he's super strong. The one down side is he's the target for everything istg, he always has effects on him anytime he's in play.

2. WENDY IS MY ULTIMATE FAV IN THIS GAME, SHE'S SO NICE. The demons got out sorry, she's amazing. But Call-Girk might not have the best attacks in game BUT JESUS SHE'S STRONG, LIKE, THE CARTMAN FIGHT, SHE DID MOST OF THE DAMAGE FR. She has some low health, mainly cause she's one of my newer characters, but she's great.

1. MY STRONGEST, BEST CHARACTER IS *very shitty drum roll* CAPTAIN DIABETES! Scott Malkinson is already so cute BUT GOD DAMN, HE'S INSANELY STRONG, JAS BARELY DIED AND ISTG I DON'T CHANGE HIM OUT CAUSE HE'S JUST SO GOOD.
