the weather in October 

it starts to rain the moment I step outside. the clouds fall and get tangled in my hair, but I have lit candles in thunderstorms and climbed trees in lightning strikes so I shake the clouds off and let them fall to my feet. nothing in the sky can scare me more than I already scare myself

these toothache misty mornings weight heavily on my shoulders.
