I still can’t believe another year is over. It baffles me how quickly the time has passed over just 2021.

And now, 2022 has prompted us all to turn a new leaf onto a new year, at least most of us.

And it’s just a prompt. It would take a lot of willpower to pull through and follow that prompt and make the new year better than the last.

In 2021, Tumblr was that prompt. You, my lovely mutuals and followers, were my first prompt:

Boyfriend things with XH

Gunil

Gunil would be so concerned about his partner not eating enough, no matter how much the partner actually eats, he would take any opportunity he has to feed them. If they’re at a restaurant, Gunil will put food on his fork and reach over to his partner saying “Here love, try this” with the sweetest smile so his partner can’t turn him down. He would also at times show up with food or snacks to give his partner. When his partner asked him about he just said, “I just love you so I give you food,”

Jungsu

Jungsu knows how much his partner loves his voice so this man would break out into song at the most random times to serenade his partner. It could be two minutes after waking up, as they are brushing their teeth, when they’re out on a walk, just as they’ve laid down in bed, in the car, or over the phone, the man would even try doing it over text. He just wants to make his partner happy and why not do it through his breathtaking vocals?

O.de/Seungmin

He would be so in love with his partner that he ends up being starstruck every time they do something together because he still can’t believe that they’re a couple. Because of this, Seungmin would end up letting out a happy yelp after every little kiss, while having the biggest dorkiest smile. As soon as he sees his partner approaching he would let out a happy yelp before running, and I mean running, to hug them. However, as soon as the hug or the kiss is over, he is back to trying to act cool both for his partner but also for the people around him. This adorable dork is just soooo in love with his partner.

Gaon/Jiseok

Jiseok’s main priority is always making sure his partner is happy, not just happy, but laughing like a maniac until they can barely breathe. So, this little clown will be ready to run around, scream, make jokes, and make a fool out of himself, at any point of the day if he so much as imagines a frown on his partner’s face. If his partner isn’t dying of laughter and complaining about their cheeks hurting from all the smiling, Jiseok hasn’t done a good job in his opinion. So for the sake of this man’s dignity, I hope his partner is smiling 24/7 and that it’s a real smile.

Jun Han/Hyeong-jun

Hyeong-jun is the type that shows his love through small and often quiet actions. He’s like a mind-reader, he just knows exactly what his partner needs without them saying anything. They might be out and his partner is beginning to feel a little cold but they don’t say anything, seconds later Hyeong-jun is draping a jacket or a blanket over his partner’s shoulders to keep them warm. Or he comes with a bandaid the second his partner accidentally cuts themselves while making food, Hyeong-jun wasn’t even in the kitchen nor did he hear his partner saying anything, he just knew. He might not say ‘I love you’ all that often with words but his actions speak way louder and his partner will never have to question if Hyeong-jun loves them or not.

Jooyeon

This man will be holding onto his partner 25/8. He will be holding their hand, hugging them, half laying on them even when standing up, he will be playing with their hair, just touching them all the time. Jooyeon loves his partner, and therefore he wants to be close to them - all the time. So if he can touch them, he will. And please let him because otherwise, he is going to pout and sulk until his partner clings onto him, telling him how much they love him.

Being in a poly relationship with Xdinary Heroes would be quite eventful. From all the music to the kisses, the cuddles, the dinners, the dates, the fun, and everything else. You would simply never have a second to yourself, one of your lovely boyfriends would always be beside you. Whether it be playing games with Jooyeon, cooking with Junhan, singing with Jungsu, watching movies with Gaon, shopping with O.De, or having random photo sessions with Gunil, you know you’ll never be alone or bored.

Days at home with all 6 of them would be nice. O.De and Jungsu would have prepared matching outfits for everyone, the outfits could range from pajamas to something fit for the red carpet. Junhan and you (if you know your way around the kitchen) would prepare the food, some days it was expensive food while others it was cup noodles, it all depended on the energy of everyone and the theme for the night. Gunil would have bought snacks, he always buys too much but he just wanted to make sure that there was enough for everyone and something that everyone liked. Gaon was always in charge of choosing either the movie, the drama, or the music for the night. Jooyeon was, in a way, in charge of the mood, his energy set the pace for the night, if he was sad the mood was sullen, if he was excited and happy (like most days) then the mood was bright and fun.

While Junhan is the calmest of the bunch, he is still very committed to the relationship. He might not be loud and clingy like Jooyeon or Gaon, but he compensated for that with his calmness and his attentiveness. Junhan always made sure to stay by the others’ sides, so that no one had to be alone. He memorized everyone’s favorite dishes and cooked them at least once every two weeks, and if someone didn’t like a certain component of a dish like a vegetable Junhan made sure to not include it in the food. Everyone appreciated his efforts and understood that he did these things because he loved the others, so he might not be the one to hug all the time but he has his ways of showing his love.

O.De is always ready to go shopping or just relax and watch a movie. He always wants to do whatever would make his partners happy, if that means doing something he doesn’t really like he would still do it. O.De and Jungsu are the fashionistas of the group and they love coming up with matching outfits for everyone, while some people think it’s corny and stupid these two thought it was cute so therefore the rest of the partners did too. If you have long hair, O.De would love to play with it. Brushing it, running his hands through it, and he would practice on Jooyeon’s hair to learn how to do braids and cute hairstyles for you.

Jungsu, as previously mentioned, puts together matching outfits for the group with O.De. He will also serenade you all, every day. He will 100% dance with you if you like to dance. Just say “Jungsu can we dance [insert dance]?” And he will already have pressed play and begun dancing. Jungsu will also, 100%, be one to tease the younger members by pinching their cheeks and saying that they look cute, and he will do that to you too (even if you’re older than him). Junhan and O.De will find it annoying, but let him do it just because they know Jungsu likes doing it.

Gunil will be clinging to one of you all the time. If you see Gunil on his own, he’s either 1. out buying snacks for the group or, 2. his partners have hidden away from him to have a minute of personal space. He will be hugging, kissing, holding, and just touching his partners in any way that he can as often as he can. He will just like Junhan, have his partners’ favorite snacks memorized and he will make sure that those snacks are always available in the apartment. If you’re in the car and you’re tired, Gunil will gently lean your head against his shoulder and tell you to sleep.

Jooyeon has a lot of energy to put it lightly, but he also knows exactly how to use it. He will drag all of you along with him to play soccer and/or basketball or other games, really anything that allows him to use up some energy. Clingy member #2. Jooyeon will, just like Gunil, hug and kiss his partners all the time. Jooyeon will become sulky if he goes 2 minutes without being close to his beloved partners. He’s the mood-maker of the group so as said earlier, if he’s happy, the group is happy, if he’s sad, the group is sad. When Jooyeon and Gaon are in their mischievous mood, you know there’s going to be trouble. You never know what they’re going to do, one time it was dying Gunil’s hair, another time the rest of you came home to the apartment full of bouncy balls. In short, it’s never a boring moment with them around.

Gaon as just mentioned, is one of the two troublemakers. He is also teaser #1. Jungsu may tease the younger members and you, Gaon teases everyone. It might be teasing touches or words, it’s loving, but he teases a lot. He’s still very loving, he makes sure everyone drinks enough water, and Gaon, just like O.De, is always up to chill and watch a movie. Whatever you wanna see, he’ll watch. Gaon is always really eager to show his partners whenever he comes up with something he can use for a new song or just play guitar to accompany Jungsu’s singing. Clingy member #3. Gaon is another one who will latch on to one of his partners and not let go, it’s part of his teasing, especially toward Junhan who isn’t the most touchy person. He does it with love though, Gunil and Jooyeon don’t mind it so sometimes those three end up in a cuddling pile with or without you and the others.

So to sum it up. There would be a lot of cuddling, kissing, hand-holding, eating, laughing, and shopping.

We’re not going to go full on how the sex would be, however, we’re going to be bringing up some things.

There would be times when the intimate moments happen between you and just one of them, other times it’s two or three of them and you, or finally, all of them and you. The times with just one of them would be the most hectic, you might think otherwise, but when it’s just one of them and you, there is more room for experimenting. When it’s all of them, they’re all too worried about overwhelming or hurting you so it’s mostly on the softer side, with a lot of aftercare cuddles. When it’s just two or three of them and you, it depends on who it is.

Gunil + Gaon and/or O.De = oftentimes, on the harder side. These three like to experiment, also, Gaon so has a marking kink - he leaves a lot of hickeys on his partners, especially on you. Gunil has a bit of a domination kink, he likes bossing others around, while both Gaon and O.De are more on the dominant side too, they rarely ever go above Gunil unless Gunil allows it.

Jungsu + Junhan = soft, worshipping sex. These two will do everything they can to please you. They will treat you like a god/goddess.

Jooyeon is a bit of a joker, it depends on who he is with. As said earlier, he has a lot of energy. So, the man can go for a long time. If he’s paired up with Gaon, expect a lot of teasing, and for things to be on the harder side. If he’s paired up with Gunil, he’s going to be on the submissive side and softer. Jooyeon + Jungsu and/or Junhan will be on the softer side however with them he can take on a more dominant role. Jooyeon + O.De = teasing, mixes of hard and soft, overstimulation, and much more. In this dynamic, Jooyeon is on the submissive side but he can sometimes take on a more dominant role depending on O.De’s mood.

And as mentioned earlier, sex with all of them will be very soft. Kind of how it is when it’s only Jungsu or Junhan or the two of them together. There’s going to be a lot of kisses and soft touches. Massages and comforting words. Praise to the maximum.

Aftercare is always of high priority for all of them. The boys are on it whether it be cuddles, a bath, a massage, food, or anything else. Especially our dom boys, Gunil, Gaon, and O.De.

Thank you for the request! Hope you like it! I feel like I didn’t do it justice, so just let me know if you want me to re-write it (aka, write another one).

Third Person POV

Jungsu and Seungmin were the first to meet (Y/n), who at the time was a golden trainee at JYPE. (Y/n) seemed to excel at everything, all the teachers and other trainees really looked up to them as they were so talented. Jungsu and Seungmin started out as trainees to debut in an idol group rather than a band, meaning they had practices alongside (Y/n), and the three quickly became good friends who often ate lunch together. Soon enough they had also fallen in love with each other. (Y/n) prepared and prepared to hopefully get to debut either as a soloist or in a group but no matter how talented they were, they were never chosen to debut. Eventually, Jungsu and Seungmin were announced to debut in a band alongside four other boys. (Y/n) was so happy for them and the boys said it would be (Y/n)’s turn soon too. Because (Y/n) was dating Jungsu and Seungmin they quickly got to know Gunil, Jiseok, Hyeongjun, and Jooyeon. The boys soon fell in love with (Y/n), and (Y/n) too found themselves falling in love with the four boys.

“Jungsu, Seungmin, can I talk with you guys?” “Of course, honey, come on, let’s go for a walk,” The three went outside to go for a short walk. “So what’s up, (Y/n)?” “We promised each other we would always be honest and never lie, so I need to tell you that I’m catching feelings for the rest of the boys too, I’m so sorry” “Baby, don’t worry, don’t apologize, we can’t control who we fall in love with and not. Besides, the rest of the guys really like you too, so if you want we can all talk with them and just expand the relationship,” “Really?” “Of course, we love you so much and we know they love you too so it would just mean more love for us all,” And so the seven of them entered a poly relationship, once Xdinary Heroes debuted their fans quickly found out the members had a partner, most Villians were really happy for the boys seeing them so happy with (Y/n). Especially seeing (Y/n) being so supportive of their boyfriends, the fans began calling (Y/n) the greatest Villian, which to some seems like hate but nope it was the best compliment they could give to (Y/n). After Villians found some videos of (Y/n) during showcases they began calling out to JYPE to debut (Y/n). The fans saw how talented (Y/n) was and didn’t understand why JYPE wouldn’t debut them.

A few weeks later, (Y/n) had been called to a meeting where it was finally announced that they were debuting as a soloist. The debut was set to happen in two months so it was time to begin working on the songs, choreo, and everything. That day when (Y/n) went home to their shared dorm with XH they told their boyfriends of the happy news. As soon as (Y/n) stepped inside the dorm they couldn’t help but shout with joy. “I’M DEBUTING!!! I’M DEBUTING!!!” The members came running out of wherever they were rushing up to (Y/n) to envelope them in a warm hug. “OMG CONGRATULATIONS!!!! FINALLY!!!” The seven of them celebrated the news that night and the boys couldn’t be happier for their lovely partner.

Soon enough, (Y/n) was mentioned wide and far within the industry as one of the best idols as (Y/n) excelled in all areas and became known as JYPE’s Dark ACE, the dark referring to (Y/n)’s nickname ‘the greatest Villain’. And whenever (Y/n) was brought up around Xdinary Heroes the boys would cheer and become super happy, saying that (Y/n) is the best! JYPE announced that (Y/n) and XH would collaborate on a single and the fans couldn’t have been happier. They were a little sad that there wouldn’t be any choreo to the track but they were happy to hear (Y/n) sing with Jungsu and Jooyeon and rapping with Gaon and O.De. A mini documentary was released along with the single where the process of writing the song and recording it was showcased. In the documentary, the fans could see countless of moments where the XH boys were simping for (Y/n) and their talent. When writing the rap parts with Gaon and O.De, the two boys could be seen lovingly staring at (Y/n) as they rapped their part for the song. Ending the segment with showering (Y/n) with compliments. In the studio when recording a chorus where (Y/n) and Jungsu were harmonizing, all the boys ended up being speechless and just admiring their lovely partner. Even the producer was surprised at (Y/n)’s vocals and as the producer complimented (Y/n) the XH boys looked immensely proud. In between practices and recording a few moments were shown where the seven were just messing around with each other, having fun, and all the fans went crazy over how in love the seven of them seemed. The XH boys couldn’t help but fanboy over (Y/n) every time (Y/n) did anything, be it drinking water or singing, dancing, or rapping, it didn’t matter, they cheered and complimented (Y/n) for everything. Even JYP himself complimented (Y/n) saying they were one of the strongest performers under his company.

So, in conclusion. (Y/n) can do just about everything, be it dancing, singing, rapping, or writing, and Xdinary Heroes knows just how good their partner is yet they can’t help but be amazed each time they see (Y/n) perform. But don’t worry, (Y/n) is just as in love and amazed with XH.

XDINARY HEROES Boyfriend Headcanons part 1

XDINARY HEROES x reader, Boyfriend headcanons (not poly)

I only did half of the members because these are the ones I know the best so far, but I will do the other three eventually when I know them better. The other part will be found in a separate post but I will put a link here once I have finished writing that one.

Part 2

Thank you for the request! I hope you like it! This might be a bit inaccurate as I don’t know the members too well yet but from what I’ve gathered here’s what I think:

GUNIL

Kisses

Gunil seems to be a person who’s very open and passionate. Because of this I believe that kisses with him are going to be a bit on the slower side, but they will be very passionate and full of feelings. Gunil won’t give you just a quick peck on the lips because he wants every kiss to be special and for them to really show your feelings for each other. So, I definitely see his shortest kisses to be at least 30 seconds long. Cause how is he supposed to pour all his love into a peck that lasts like 2 seconds? Impossible, he would say.

PDA/skinship

As I said on the previous point, Gunil appears to be quite open and extroverted. His MBTI being ENFJ (same as me, hehe) definitely proves his extroverted side and because of this I see him being quite daring with skinship/PDA. I don’t see him shying away or holding back from kissing, hugging or simply just holding hands. Nope. I see him doing one of the movie dramatic runs to your partner and enveloping them in a hug and then a kiss kinda thing. But different from the movies where this usually happens when the main characters haven’t seen each other in a long time, he’ll do it every time he sees you, doesn’t matter if he saw you 5 minutes ago, he needs to show his love in every way he can. So if you don’t like skinship, find another guy. Cause I really see him as someone whose love language is touch so he will want to be glued to you all the time. If you wanna make him really, really happy, then sneak up on him and give him a back hug while snuggling your face into his back. He’ll be super happy and he might even propose on the spot because no one else can make him as happy as you.

How the relationship would be

If you haven’t understood by now, I’ll repeat it again. This relationship would be full of kisses, hugs, kisses, skinship, “I love you”s, oh and did I mention kisses? Gunil won’t let you go an hour without a kiss and an ‘I love you’. He would be devastated if one of you ended up catching a cold or something worse and he wouldn’t be allowed to kiss you. I also see him talking to the other members about you all the time, so often that even before the others even met you they felt like they knew everything. Poor Jun Han, Gunil’s roommate. Jun Han would never be free of hearing Gunil talking about you, talking to you and Jun Han even feels offended sometimes when Gunil asks if he can sleep on the couch or in one of the other rooms as you’re coming over and Gunil wants to have a sleepover with you. Jun Han is nice though and would leave the room, but only after having his leader promise to do the same when Jun Han brings over his s/o. I don’t really see any fights happening in this relationship because even if all relationships have fights I see Gunil as a person who can stay level headed and calm throughout an argument or even as a person who can foresee a conflict and before it comes to a certain point where all hell breaks loose he would have solved it already. I see him as someone who is great at handling conflicts and just having the answer to how to solve it. And even if an actual argument was to happen I definitely don’t see him as a person who would scream, throw things or say anything hurtful. However, if someone were to insult you, the love of his life, then he’ll become the devil and make sure that the other person knows to never even think something mean about you ever again. Overall, he’s just a fluffy guy.

GAON

Kisses

Gaon gives me joker, bad boy but also sugar sweet vibes so based on that his kisses will vary a lot depending on what mood he is in. If he’s in a joker kind of mood then his kisses will be teasing, he might start to lean in and come super close and right as you think he’ll kiss you he’ll boop your nose and laugh at you while backing away again. This he can do for hours without a problem and he won’t give you an actual kiss unless he goes into another mood or you pout, do some aegyo and say that you love him. Then he will give you a kiss. If he’s in a, what I call, bad boy mood(don’t know how to really explain it so just go with it) then he will still be a little teasing but he will be very touchy, he will suddenly grab your hand and pull you towards him, give you a smirk while saying some cheesy line like - “you looks so cute baby”, and then lean in to give you a slightly rough kiss that quickly becomes a make out session, usually he will also find closest wall, table, counter, whatever to put your back against. If he’s in his sweet mood then you can expect soft, loving, short or long kisses that make your knees weak not because it’s hot or rough but because it’s full of so much love that you almost faint. But don’t worry, Gaon will always be ready to catch you and/or keep you steady as he will already have enveloped you in a warm hug.

PDA/Skinship

I also see Gaon, similarly to Gunil, to be very open about skinship. His MBTI being ENTP tells me that he’s not afraid of being open about things but perhaps he won’t be as extreme as Gunil. I see Gaon opting out of make outs or long kisses while in public, but he has no problem with hugs, holding hands, having his arm around you in any way or things like that. Quick pecks are also alright but he rather saves the kisses for your private time as he feels like those are your special moments, though he does do his teasing joker kisses while out in public because he knows it annoys you a little extra. However, if you were to ask him to kiss you he will kiss you. Doesn’t matter when, where or how, he will kiss you.

How the relationship would be

Amazing. Fun. Teasing. HUGS. I think those are the four words that sum up the relationship the best. He would be an amazing boyfriend who would always yearn for his s/o to laugh and be happy, he would do anything just to see you smile especially if you’ve had a bad day. Although, I see him doing a lot of teasing but he knows when to stop and be serious or when he’s going too far. But let’s be honest, you would tease him as well because you gotta get back at him somehow. I also see him as a person who would enjoy doing pretty much anything as long as he has you with him, preferably, in his arms. He loves hugs, if he could then he would bring you on stage and hug you as he performs. I can see some fights occuring because of the aforementioned teasing but nothing too serious and the fights would be over in 10 minutes. I kind of also see him as a guy who would be a little jealous if you spent a lot of time with one of the other members when you were supposed to hang out with him. He doesn’t mind you being friends with the others, with anyone really but he minds it when you come over to their dorm to spend time with him but you end up chatting with Jungsu or O.De or anyone else about anything. This would be fine if it was only for a little while but when an hour or more has passed and you are not cuddling with him and talking with him then he will be grumpy. Gaon won’t say anything or do anything really but he will just pout and he won’t talk to anyone, he’ll simply stare at you with puppy eyes while pouting until you give him attention. Just give him attention and he’ll be fine. Or just cuddle with him and talk to the others and Gaon will be happy.

JOOYEON

Kisses

Playful. Many of his kisses will be playful, none the less loving, just very playful. His kisses will be either long, passionate, a little rougher or they will consist of many quick pecks while he repeats over and over again - “I” kiss, “love” kiss, “you” kiss, He will just keep repeating ‘I love you’ while giving quick kisses in between the words. He will always want to hold a hand either on your hip, lower back, neck or cheek while kissing you and he would love it if you had a hand or both on his shoulders, around his neck or in his hair playing with it. His kisses will always leave you a little dizzy as they just make you feel so many things at the same time.

PDA/Skinship

Even if his MBTI is ENFP which would indicate him to be an extrovert who’s also very focused on feelings I see him being a little shy with skinship/PDA. He loves you, no doubt about it, but he’s just a little shy to show a lot of skinship in public at the moment. I do kinda see him growing more confident in it so eventually he won’t care and he’ll kiss you and hug you in public no problem. I do see him wanting to hold hands at all possible moments though, he’s not confident enough to kiss or give long lasting hugs in public but holding hands is a safe thing to do. He will always seek out your hand and hold it. His heart does somersaults when you lay with his hand, if you’re standing somewhere or sitting somewhere and you reach out for his hand and start tracing shapes on it or simply just doing whatever he will smile and drown out any conversation around him because his focus is 100% on you.

How the relationship would be

Once again, I will say playful. He’s the maknae and he does have quite some energy so he would prefer doing something a little more active most days but after doing whatever he would want to watch a movie with you, cuddling close and enjoying each other’s presence. I see him being a little teasing but not as bad as Gaon. I can see Jooyeon being one of those guys who will just randomly hand you his hoodie or jacket, not necessarily because you seem cold but more because he wants you to wear it without having to ask you to do it so he’ll just give you his hoodie/jacket and not say anything until you have it on. Then he will kiss your nose and say - “you look cute, babe”. Anyone who dares come between Jooyeon and you will have to face his death stare and let’s be honest here, Jooyeon can look pretty intimidating when he wants to so anyone standing between the two of you will shake with fear as they see Jooyeon’s glare. The second the other person is gone though he’ll give you a cute smile and take your hand to continue whatever you were doing before being interrupted. He won’t even give the other members a chance to steal you away as he will hold your hand when walking inside the dorm and he will pull you with him quickly heading for his room and he won’t slow down or let go of you until inside. After 2 hours or so, Jooyeon will deem it alright to head outside and spend some time with the others but he will keep you within an arm's reach, exactly as he will still hold your hand. If he feels like you’re giving someone else too much attention he will gently tug your hand and give you puppy dog eyes and a pout. Meaning: ‘Pay attention to me’ so usually when he does this you would ask if the two of you could head back to his room and he will gladly agree saying - “What a pity that we can’t spend more time with you guys. Well, gotta go. Bye, see ya later!” and then he would rush off towards his room with you. Holding hands, being playful and many smiles = a relationship with Jooyeon.

Xdinary Hereos boyfriend headcanon part 2

Here’s part 2 of the headcanons for these cute and talented boys!

Part 1

I do not own the gif for Jungsu or Jun Han but I made the one for O.De, but it is free to be used by anyone! Headcanon can be found under the cut.

JUNGSU

Kisses

Jungsu gives me confident yet shy vibes so I see him giving two types of kisses. Type 1: The confident kisses. These kisses will be rough, passionate, long and they will leave you absolutely breathless. I see him holding you close. And make sure that you pour all your emotions into the kiss because that’s what Jungsu will be doing. Type 2: The shy kisses. These kisses will be soft, sugary sweet, a little more on the short side, but nonetheless full of emotions. When giving these kisses I see him holding your hand or having a gentle hand on one of your cheeks. I see him blushing and looking away or hiding his face in your neck when the kisses is over.

PDA/skinship

As I said in the previous point, I see Jungsu as someone who is either really confident or shy. Which means, he does have two sides here as well. On days when he is confident then he is going all out with skinship and PDA, hugs, kisses, hand holding, wrapping his arm around your waist or shoulders, he would do it all and he wouldn’t give a second thought to the fact that some people might not appreciate the PDA. But on the days when he feels more shy he will still want some skinship even in public but he might just stick to holding hands or a hug to hide his face in your neck. But if the two of you are hanging out and watching a movie or something, expect to be glued to him. He would be Gunil x2 in this case, he wouldn’t even let you get up to get something to drink or to go to the bathroom.

How the relationship would be

It will be full of hugs, kisses, hand holding and singing. This man will sing to you constantly. If you have a favorite song, that isn’t theirs, he will learn the lyrics in an hour and even learn how to play it on keyboard so that he can sing it to you. Jungsu will do anything to impress you. If you were to compliment one of the other guys for something they did during a performance, best believe that Jungsu will ask you what your favorite part of his was and if he doesn’t get a good enough answer he will go any length for you to compliment him. Let’s say you compliment Gaon for his great facial expression on stage for the performance that day, Jungsu will ask what you thought of his performance and you answer that it was good as always. He will be happy, but not satisfied… The next day, Jungsu will be going all out with his facial expressions all to impress you and if you didn’t notice by his pout the day before you definitely understand now that he was jealous of his bandmate. So you would make sure to absolutely drown him in compliments once he comes off stage and you make sure to give him a kiss every 5 minutes as well to keep him happy. So, I also see him then as someone who gets jealous quite easily but not jealous like “You don’t like me, you love someone else” more like “Ah, I’m lacking as a performer. I need to do better, if not even the person who’s in love with me thought it was enough” He knows that you love him, he doesn’t doubt that so if you wanna give the others a hug because they did well, go ahead, you have friends who are guys? no problem, he’s not worried. But you compliment someone else for the performance and not him, shame on him for lacking on stage (not that he ever has, but he thinks he did) so he will do better next time and earn your praise. But a kiss and a hug always makes everything better in his opinion so if he’s sad just give him a kiss and a hug and he will go back to happy Jungsu.

O.DE (Referred to as Seungmin mostly in this)

Kisses

Make outs. That’s it. He doesn’t do short kisses, he doesn’t do pecks. Nope. That’s not enough for him. He doesn’t consider them kisses. He only accepts long make out sessions as kisses, the other types of kisses are just not his cup of tea. Seungmin will only be content, satisfied and happy if the kiss lasts for at least a minute with your bodies very close to each other. If you’re not out of breath after the kiss, it wasn’t good enough and he will give another because it’s one of his ways of saying “I REALLY LOVE YOU!”, it’s not just ‘I love you’ no this one is in caps screaming so that everyone knows. If you give him just a peck and then run away, best believe he will chase you and once he catches you he will kiss you for so long that your legs literally will turn into jelly from the lack of air.

PDA/skinship

I do not see this man being afraid of skinship. Hell no. He will always have you close and he will kiss you whenever, wherever, whatever. He doesn’t give a damn about what others think, if they don’t like it well then they can leave. This man wants to prove that he is completely and utterly in love with you and no one else. His favorite PDA/skinship would be giving you a back hug, putting his head on your head if he is that much taller than you or putting his head on your shoulder if he isn’t much taller than you and then rocking you gently from side to side. He also loves holding your hand and suddenly brings it up to give it a little kiss. Overall, don’t be surprised by him just showering you in affection and skinship.

How the relationship would be

I see skinship, cuddles, make outs, fights over who loves the other more and many cute moments. I see Seungmin being one of those guys who always knows what you are feeling and thinking even without you having to say anything. He just knows when you are getting a little cold and he will either: A. Give you his hoodie/jacket, B. Make sure you really cuddle into him, C. Make you something warm to drink and give you another blanket, or D. All of the above. If you are upset over something he has done, he just knows and he apologizes while fixing the problem. So I don’t really see any fights happening because he just fixes everything before it can even become a problem. I do see him as a guy who doesn’t really get jealous over small things, you have a guy friend no biggie unless the friend is acting weird, you compliment the other band members no problem, you give them a hug no problem. But if someone flirts with you, like really flirts with you or touches you in an inappropriate way, he will become jealous, very jealous if you don’t appear to be telling the person to back off. He won’t really be angry with you or do anything special other than giving you one of his breathtaking kisses. Seungmin will become O.De, because have you seen this guy on stage? His facial expressions are not to play with, he really knows how to stare and act a little crazy all while looking really handsome. But the person who was flirting with you, they should run because the stare he gives them is scary and will haunt them in their dreams. Once the person is gone, Seungmin will be back to being Seungmin. He will always let you choose the food, the movies and all those things because as long as you’re happy then he will be happy.

JUN HAN (I’m sorry that his is so short 😭)

Kisses

Jun Han gives me shy baby vibes. So kisses with him will most likely be just that, a little shy and careful. So very soft, sugary sweet, many small pecks with a lot of love, blushing cheeks and cuddly hugs. Of course he has his more confident moments as well, but those will come later in the relationship. His confident kisses will start with a smirk then he’ll walk closer, put his hands on your cheeks, he’ll give you a kiss so passionate that you’ll melt. Overall, all his kisses will be full of emotion even if they happen to be short.

PDA/skinship

As I said I see Jun Han as a shy guy so I don’t see him being big on PDA, although when it’s just you two he will be all for skinship and cuddles. Out in public he’ll barely be able to hold your hand without blushing but at home he’ll be super cuddly and cling on to you worse than a koala to a tree. The one time he’ll be more for skinship in public is if either of you are cold and the best way to get warm is to hug each other. Because he doesn’t care at that moment that people might stare, all that matters is that he doesn’t want you to be cold and he doesn’t want to be cold either.

How the relationship would be

I see this relationship being a very cute one. Cute café dates, he’ll bring you flowers if you like them or he’ll always bring your favorite fruit or some candy, anything that you like. He’ll serenade you any chance he can because he loves hearing you praise him for his singing and his skills with the guitar. Jun Han will be a boyfriend who would do anything you like just to see you smile, so if you like painting he’ll paint with you, if you like swimming he’ll swim with you, if you like cooking he’ll cook with you and so on. Of course he would appreciate it if you wanted to try things he likes to do as well. Jun Han will try and teach you how to play the guitar (if you don’t already know how to), if you know how to play it he would love to play songs with you. If a stranger saw you two together outside they might think either you are a couple or the two of you are best friends, the answer is both. Jun Han wouldn’t only be your boyfriend but he would be your best friend, you could tell him anything. He would be all for matching outfits, couples and/or best friend jewelry and even in the future maybe a matching tattoo. He might not have the courage to always be touchy in public like some of the others but when you are dressed in matching outfits, matching jewelry with his name on the necklace and you both looking lovingly at each other no one would doubt that you and Jun Han are a couple. A relationship with him is easy going, cute, a little shy and very loving.

XH Unaffectionate Girlfriend

So, this isn’t really a headcanon like I usually do them and neither is it really a reaction. It’s more like I explain my thoughts on how they would act or react to having a girlfriend who is unaffectionate or doesn’t enjoy skinship. I hope you like it and if you don’t let me know and I can try to rewrite it in another way.

I hope you like it! This was a little hard for me to think of as I am generally quite a physically affectionate person but I tried at least!

Gunil

If you’ve read my boyfriend headcanons for these boys you would know that I generally see Gunil as a person who is very physically affectionate. So, I think it would be a tad problem in the early stages of the relationship. However, I am not saying that it would make it impossible for someone who is unaffectionate to date Gunil because I think that if he really likes that person it won’t matter to him that she isn’t the biggest fan of skinship or such. I do see him leaning more towards wanting someone who is more open with their skinship like him but as I said, if he really likes someone then he’ll adapt to what that person is comfortable with. I do see him compensating the lack of physical affection to an extreme amount of compliments and affection like that.

Jungsu & Jooyeon (as I see them being pretty much the same in this scenario)

As I’ve explained in the boyfriend headcanons, I see Junsgu/Jooyeon as someone who is either very confident or very shy when it comes to physical affection. This does mean though, that he is one of the ones from XH that would be quite alright with a relationship that has minimal physical affection as it isn’t something he ‘craves’ in the same way Gunil can do. I see him as someone who will be satisfied only spending quality time with his girlfriend, hence not struggling for any part of the relationship. Although he would be very happy if he got a kiss or two every now and then but just like Gunil, Junsgu/Jooyeon wouldn’t want to pressure his girlfriend into something she isn’t comfortable with so he’s fine with minimal affection as long as she can show in other ways that she loves him.

Gaon & O.De (as I see them being pretty much the same in this scenario)

I see Gaon/O.De as someone who is very physically affectionate, like Gunil. Different to Gunil though, is that I see Gaon/O.De being more dependant on having that physical affection, the skinship, the cuddles, the kisses. As I see Gaon/O.De’s love language being touch I find it hard to see him with someone who does not enjoy skinship. That does not mean that he wouldn’t date someone like that, I’m saying that from the picture I have of Gaon/O.De I see him having some struggles with holding himself back from being overly affectionate with his partner. I also see him being a bit more self-conscious in such a relationship as his love language, according to me, is touch he feels loved when someone shows him physical affection but I do see him being able to pull through and still manage to give this relationship his all. All he needs is the reassurance from his girlfriend that she does love him even if she can’t, or doesn’t, show it through touch.

Jun Han

I see Jun Han being the one who will manage an unaffectionate girlfriend the best as I see him being quite reserved when it comes to touch himself. So that means, I think he’ll the most comfortable with the lack of physical affection as he doesn’t crave it and he doesn’t seek it the same way I see others doing and so he would show his love in other love languages than touch and so will his girlfriend. It feels quite simple with Jun Han in this scenario as I see him being very similar to his girlfriend and this would help them as it wouldn’t create a sort of strain on either of them as it could for some of the others. Generally, he wouldn’t think of their relationship missing something that many others have but he would be just as love and as happy as anyone else.
