Yesterday I saw a man pissing in a potted plant area that belonged to an apartment. He was right beside the side walk and didn’t even try to hide it. I just yelled after walking by “you’re nasty as fuck” and left. Stop not saying anything. Speak up. Men feel no shame because no one calls them out, make them feel shame for the gross things they do.

i dont think non-transmasc allies realize that- it's actually their job to uplift our voices and make us more visible. it's actually their job to bring others awareness to us and to advocate for us. it's their job to use the platform they have to talk about us, accurately portray our struggles and/or bring trans guys into the discussion to talk about our problems. we can only do so much alone and if no one else is advocating for us, then people are less likely to listen and take us seriously.
y'know how white men hafta talk to other white men for them to actually listen about and understand the struggles of people of color? it's like that. people of your own demographic are more willing to listen to you than listen to the people you're advocating for, unfortunately, but that is the reality. you need to bring us on when you're having discussions about us or at least get your info from transmascs if you're going to talk about us w/o us there. I can shout at the top of my lungs about trans men everyday but at the end of the day it doesnt reach as much people. it's the responsibility of people with more visibility and a platform to boost our voices and message.

maybe the worst part of the USWNT getting knocked out is the absolute hate & vitriol they’re going to get from their own country. I can’t remember the last time a country wanted their own nt out so bad for the dumbest, most misogynistic reasons

Since I have been working out more it has come to my attention through social media bc naturally the algorithm will give me fitness content now. Men are complaining about being filmed in gyms and only complaining about women filming when men and women film. A lot of gym bros film their gains and progress because who wouldn’t ? But now men are getting mad women are recording in the gym, saying “why are they so paranoid, men are only in the gym to workout, stop thinking men actually care about you” but when incidents happen in the gym where women get attacked they say “she should’ve been more cautious”. The absolute double standard. Whatever women think or how they listen and respond to men is never right. But very few even want to talk about it. It’s frustrating , with anything i want to do, there is always misogyny in it.

Normally I’m a huge fan of people leaving reviews and comments on things. Really I am!
HOWEVER. If you are listening to an audiobook narrated by a feminine voice or has a female main somewhere, I am BEGGING you. If your comment is “omg I loved the main male MC but the female mc is SO ANNOYING” or “great plot but the narrators voice is SO SHRILL AND ANNOYING” honestly? Don’t post that. Please examine your internalized misogyny. I certainly had to when I was younger and I still have spots that come up.
And if you must comment negatively, consider helpful reviews such as: “the narrator mumbles and is hard to understand” or “their attempt at a British accent is not very good” or “the sound quality is horrible and the plosives blow my ears out. This sounds unedited”.
Specificity of experience is what makes reviews valuable. Saying “people with feminine voices are shrill and annoying” just makes you sound like misogynistic chihuahua.
The world has trained us to loathe feminine voices. Don’t let it win, especially not against the marathon runners of VA—or you.

Apparently some people are upset because Leatherhead will be voiced by a women (Rose Byrne) in the new Mutant Mayhem movie.
Alright, if y’all are so upset about that then I guess these iconic male characters bother you too?
Because, SURPRISE, they are voiced by WOMEN!
